I love this car wash and its such a fun experience to do. Years ago and my little kids were small they didnt enjoy it but it was a hoot with my teenager today! But do take the warnings of taking your antenna off because I lost my antenna there a couple years back...If a vacuum doesnt work just letting the tendon know because one didnt work and I asked the attendant and he cleared it right away for us.

Horrible experience, the whole process was slow and tidious. They only have one lane open and there is no crowd control. So you could be in line waiting for your turn, but someone just pulls up cuts, and the employees say nothing. Car wash is not that good, my car was still dirty since most of the devices to clean are torn or missing. The vacuums have very little pressure. For 8 dollars it is absolutely not worth it, might want to skip these people guys.

Decent car wash but my windows came out dirty from bugs still! They dry excess water from your car when you exit! They are considerate and try to protect your antennas and such with posted signs and taping them down if necessary. I would definitely go back here. The drive thru car wash wasnt to expensive either!

I call it Jungle Wash......the sounds of the powerful cleaning brushes; the slow pounding of the soapy spray....its worth paying $6,$10, even $15 for the Full Treatment... the Rain Shield wash for $10 is best!

Best Express car wash in the Southbay / Hawthorne! Been to all of them and this one provides best value and service. Car always comes out clean, vacuums are great, and lately have seen many upgrades posted and in the wash tunnel.The amount of cars says enough & is a popular place On Rosecrans near the 405. Even on the weekends you get through very quickly and efficient always!

The price is really nice and what attracts ppl here is the monthly subscription its basically like Netflix but to wash your car at a choice of $15,$18,or $25 perfect for small cars I wouldnt recommend any subs or trucks

Theyre a cool spot and the monthly deal is great but sometimes their customer service isnt great, and the guys that dry your car for a tip dont do a great job. Overall a good spot though.

Great. My go too spot for a car wash. Only reason I dont give it a 5 is because they used to give a discount towards uber and lyft drivers and the staff has stopped giving that discount although sometimes I do get it but most of the time I dont.

Horrible. My car looked so dirty after paying the highest value. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to the one in el segundo or the one next to the galleria. The excuse was lame “this is not detailed” really Sherlock! I know and have used many of these including their el segundo location. Huge difference.

Horrible car wash!!! I bought the most expensive wash and over half the cleaning brushes didn’t work or turn on. It basically just drags a rag over your car. Go elsewhere if you want even a basic wash

Lousy service. The car was very soap and all wet. I went to the employee working there a gray-haired man with a beard, and he was very polite evil, said the car petticoat even wet and dry if I wanted to would have to buy a towel on the machine and myself dry. I told that my car would get all stained due to water and soap and I had no time to buy a towel and dry it alone and simply walking out and said he could do nothing. Not recommend this place now nobody pessimo service.

Had been going here for a good while, I gave it multiple chances their car wash is to aggressive. I told them it smacks the car loud and it scratches. All they said was it’s the material that makes it sound like that but makes no damage. I showed them the marks only to be denied by them.

The side wipes are mechanical but the top just sits there, smacks up against your car and as your car moves it just slides along from the front to the top of your car. Doesnt clean well at all. Dryer doesnt dry as well either. Cant tell if Im really getting the tire shine and scrub or not. Just a board with the sign on it but no indication that you actually paid for it. Suction on the vacuum is weak. The only plus is the unlimited washes.

Vacuums do not have good suction it didnt even pick up sand.

These people will not even readjust your rear view if they happen to be out of positionUnless ofcourse you tip the guy a dollar

My car was full of water spots when I left and still had soap all over it. I had to get it cleaned again right after so it wouldnt look awful. Costco is cheaper, faster, and better quality.

Basic drive through car wash. Several types of wash available but the standard car foam wash is $6. Free vacuums that have good suction. Also at the end of the car wash a couple of people will wipe down your car and you can tip them.

Interesting theme but looks a bit aged. We paid for the middle wash ($9) but were not really sure what we got with that. Difficult turn angle to enter the tunnel and the wash stopped halfway through. Some of the machines seemed faulty. After leaving the tunnel, we noticed soap residue behind the mirrors and there were spots left behind in the windshield after the rinse. Vacuums had poor suction. Will not return.

Always get my car washed here, the $10 wash every other week really keeps your car looking good, and will last as long as you get the $10 wash, and not the $6 or $8. Workers are friendly, sometimes vacuums arent available, I try to go in the evening when the crowd is mostly gone.

One employee taped my back windshield but it broke anyway during the wash. I had to wait 15 minutes until a manager showed up. They couldn’t give me back my windshield, I could have the name nor their phone number. Poor management and poor resolution. I filled an informal form...

I love this place but I wish they maintained their animals better repaint them every now n then...we love seeing the animals more than anything and some of them are looking pretty dingy.

Worse car wash ever. Had my truck steered to wall due to faulty railing then something hit the roof and broke off my bed light cover. Even with the volcano wash it didnt get my truck clean. Dont recommend to anyone.

Got the monthly special... 3rd time of me going car stuck at stop in front of me and my car rolls in back of his bumper. not only did driver drive off but no one want to take accountability.. 4th trip I go and drive off get to has station wax dripping all over doors. not going back canceling monthly

Still too many people using the EXPRESS carwash as their personal detailing shop. They need to impose strict rules wash and vacuum only people are there with Armor All, wax and polish and all of these things taking way too much time at the vacuum while other people are waiting..And now that we are social distancing there are less available vacuums.. people should not be allowed to detail their cars..

This place is very dirty and not well kept. That said it works, and takes your money just fine but man you would think a car wash would be a clean place. If you need fast and convenient and you dont mind the irony of a dirty place that cleans then be all means drop in.

I like that there are always staff around. It makes me feel safe and it makes me feel like this self carwash cares about its costumers. My daughter loves the animals. She used to be scared because it was dark but they seem to have added lights and is now more willing to go here. The equipment is fairly new and does a 9 out of 10 job. I like that you get a complimentary wipe for your dashboard. The vending machine is not over priced.

When I arrived they were closing! Hours changed to close at 6pm claimed by a worker due to daylight saving time change! Not 7pm. I went there due to being open later...

Decent drive through car wash. The one star off is because there are guys trying to dry your car off at the end, but its not clear that theyre doing it for tips in addition to what you just paid. Confusing.

Great staff, great prices. Tip the people at the end who help dry the car from all the dripping water from the mirror, trunks etc. They are awesome!

The whole staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I do wish they updated their vacuums as it is not working as great like when I first started going there. Really reasonable in price for a good wash!

Worst car wash in the South Bay this car wash added dirt to my vehicle and they refused to wipe it off. Came out of the wash soapy, wet and with more dirt on it than I went in with. Terrible customer service don’t waste your time and money.

This place is in need of major maintenance. From a adequate car wash to a weak vacuum, its obvious their machines arent up to par for heavy use. Also, the prices are absurd for the kind of wash youll be getting. This place is charging $6 for their cheapest wash and around $20 for their most expensive wash, its all the same IMO. What a joke! If youre a penny pincher then please come here with caution. There are other cheap car washes that offer a better service. This place used to thrive with excellent washes, but they need to tweak their machines to work better.

Ive gone here a few times. The car wash simply doesnt work. The machine barely manages to lift light dust off the car, and it doesnt come anywhere close to cleaning off dead bugs or bird poop.Free vacuums are the main appeal; the soap and water certainly arent doing anything good for your car.

I had bugs and ick all over the nose of my car and the wash was not going to get it off because it is super effective, but still quite gentle. So the manager got on his hands and knees and cleaned it himself. Won me over for life. Also? $6 wash. PERFECT.

Didnt wash my car right full of soap, way too crowed that the car wash machine made me hit the car in front of me. No place to park to vacuum the car, didnt even get the tire shine that came with wash. Will never return, worst so far!
