I’ve been to this salon twice. The first time was great and my gel manicure lasted two weeks. I recently went again and my gel manicure started peeling after three days. Major disappointment, especially for the high prices they charge. The photos are show a five day old mani but it looks three weeks old. I don’t think I’ll be back sadly.

Always the best, super clean and the only salon that can make gel stick on my nails for more than a week. Not to mention Van can make any design happen better than you even imagined.

I have been a customer of this shop for years. They are and have always been by appointment only. Furthermore, they have a high standard for quality of service to the customer. I have never had a bad experience, I am extremely picky. I have been to many shops around for years, I will never go to another shop as long as Foxy Nails is around.Each and every time since they reopened due to pandemic closures, I have been asked to sanitize while they sanitized the work area where I would be sitting. No one other than people with appointments have been permitted inside, everyone must wear a mask, and under no circumstances is anyone with any unhealthy symptoms permitted to remain inside the shop. I am a cancer patient, as is my mother who also patronizes this establishment. We are both immunocompromised and we have never felt unsafe in this shop.There are two reviews posted to this shop which are false and/or misleading. Do ignore them, make an appointment, and you will see for yourself exactly how fantastic this shop is. When you see the apprentice you are told you are sitting with the apprentice and I have been coming to this shop since before she started, she takes her time, appointments with her are long, but she is good at what she does, to claim otherwise is rank and vicious. If you are unhappy with the results from the apprentice, you let the owners know so they have the ability to make it right. But I guess that would have made sense.The second negative review claiming the place should be shut down is libelous in nature. The accusations are baseless and without any evidence at all. Youre angry you werent seen the moment you walked in the door with no appointment and they took others who had the foresight to book an appointment. Instead of being an adult and either booking and waiting your turn or going elsewhere, you wrote a bad review? Grow up. Ive seen some of your other reviews, youve never written a good one to anyplace, so my guess is youre just being spiteful because you didnt get your way. Very classy.Having read the other negative reviews, each and every time it was someone walking in off the street expecting to be seen with no appointment, being told they are by appointment only and given their card to schedule. Each of these reviews are the results of people making a demand as if they are owed something, and not getting their way.I invite you to schedule an appointment and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been going to Alexis for such a long time and my nails are always so stunning! she always have my acrylic nails looking so good and they last for so long. lonely Ive gone between fills was 4.5 weeks and they still looked great

A tech named Alexis doesn’t know how to do gel nails. Especially French tip. Makes the gels really thick and ugly different lengths and not fit your finger I don’t get who certified this girl. Just stay away. Maybe other techs are better I don’t know but she is horrible

I am new to this shop since covid.You can make an appointment on line for the service you want, its so easy, when you walk in the door they are ready for you.She always takes her time and does my nails perfectly. I have been to other salons where they just rush through. Ive been able to get gel manicure now instead of gel sets/fills because she does them so well they last for weeks!Also by far its the cleanest shop I have been to! They are meticulous with cleaning between clients and mask wearing. Temperatures are taken upon entering and lots of hand washing .

As a former nail-biter, Foxy Nails - Van and Alexis have saved my nails! Appointments are well regulated and sanitized, your temp is taken and every thing is disinfected between clients.Van is truly a master of her skill, and Alexis is hot on her heels! I enjoy both of their skills, and book with them both. I get compliments on my nails all the time. And they always last for like 3 weeks (gel manicure) so the value is awesome too. I found Foxy Nails and I’d never go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for two years now. I appreciate their appointment system because when you make an appointment they are always on time. Many salons I have gone to have “taken appointments” but I’ve waited in the waiting area when I got there.My gel nails always keep without peeling for 3+ weeks. Van does an amazing quick job!

My first visit, it was amazing, Van is awesome, I will be going back. They are very self conscious about making you feel like you have been with them for years and keeping you safe with this covid.Love it

It was so amazing. I called Yvette the day of me needing an appointment because everywhere else was booked because of prom. They made a special appointment for me and stayed open later just for me. Everyone was so caring. They gave me chocolate and water bottle. And they completed my nails very well done. I will definitely be going back.

Beautiful place, they take their time and are very kind. In the middle of remodeling with a new owner who takes his time to get to know you and talk to you!! Good prices and never have anything bad to say about them. Comfortable and sweet. This is my new favorite place to go.

I was really looking forward to coming to this place. As a new customer I felt they should have had questions for me prior to scheduling. For example shape of nails design complexity, etc. Especially because they know that they have an apprentice... not me. However they did not. I hate to even leave this review because the girl was nice, however she was still learning and my nails came out terrible! She had to put two new nails on and both are literally as wide as my finger itself. The ones she didnt have to add she somehow made wider. I have small nail beds but you can clearly see the ones she put on. It is such a difference.It actually looks like I tried to do my nails myself at home. They are not smooth they are bumpy and almost all of my nails have an odd shape. There is even acrylic (which when i scheduled I asked for a gel fill. By the time I smelled the acrylic I realized it was too late)under my nail to that shouldnt be there. I spent over an hour and a 1/2 there and didnt even get the design I wanted because the girl who did my nails was struggling with them and did not ask anyone for help. I love to encourage people learning especially when it comes to a new trade however if they are having a hard time they need to be able to ask for help and this girl did not. It was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and it was very obvious I was not happy with how my nails came out. I even mentioned to the girl as she was doing them that I had to leave by a certain time and she seemed frustrated and annoyed as if it was my fault that she couldnt do the nails in a timely fashion.Im talking a fill and 2 nails to be put on and gel Polish which dries very fast and she even struggled to put that on as well. I will not be going back. Anyone going in the future make sure you ask whos doing your nails and if theyre complicated be sure to call for the owner. Now I have to go and find a new place that can take me and hopefully fix this mess. Normally I would call and ask for the owner to fix them however based on the way the owner acted in my presence while I was there I dont think shell care that much. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, I AM GUESSING THAT THE NEGATIVE POSTS HERE ARE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF THE SHOP. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND VAN IS THE BEST NAIL EXPERT/ARTIST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. SHE ACTUALLY KNOWS HER CUSTOMERS AND KNOWS WHAT THEY LIKE. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO TELL HER ANYTHING BUT WHAT COLOR i WOULD LIKE. ONE THING I DO NOTICE IS THAT WHEN GETTING GEL NAILS THE UV LIGHT BURNS BUT THAT IS HOW I KNOW THAT THESE NAILS WILL LAST AND THEY ALWAYS DO..

They are not following rules of sanitizing. Too many people inside. Bur worst of all is they have you make an appt then leave you waiting while they take others ahead of you. This place should be fined and or shut down!!!

My nails have never looked so good and very neat.

DO NOT GO HEREMy friends and I were looking around for a place to all do our nails, and we found this place.It was clean, and nice looking inside, and my friends and I decided we would all get acrylic nails.I sat down and the women was roughly handling my hands and kept shaking her head as if she was annoyed, whenever I would try to talk to my friends. ( which is not a big deal, but it gets worse)I had never gotten acrylic nails before, so it was all new to me.But she started sanding down my NATURAL nails, which was EXTREMELY painful ( and I have a very high pain tolerance) she was sanding them down paper thin.And it wasnt just the ends of my nails, literally sanding down all over my nails with a machine. The pain was an intense burning and aching sensation.I would say it was painful and she ignored. I said out loud This is REALLY hurting, and I pulled my hand away to blow on my nails to get some relief. She told me to give my hand back to her, so I did, and she just kept sanding them!Confused thinking I was over reacting, I looked over at my friend. The man was doing the same to her nails, and she was in real pain. She told the man that it hurt, and he was extremely rude about it. All he said was Stay still ! Literally in an angry tone.This was bad pain... she was at the point of tears and he just kept going.They did not measure to see if the nails were even, resulting in it looking as if I had done it myself.Not only that, but the lady who was doing my nails, glued my skin to the nail. So instead of getting some remover and gently rubbing the glue off, she wedged her nail between my nail and my skin, and ripped my skin from the glue. Even with that, I still was told I was finished and there was glue all over my skin.All my friends felt extremely uncomfortable with the uncaring staff.Not being happy with a nail color is one thing, but being in pain on the verge of tears is another.Very unprofessional.Now Im left with extremely painful acrylic nails.And God knows how painful/ sensitive my natural nails will be after I take these off and my now paper thin nails are exposed.

No. Just no. Couldnt accomodate more then onr person at a time.

In one word...UNPROFESSIONAL. First of all, they are unskilled. They said they could do any design I wanted. All i wanted were simple stripes and they couldnt do it, so i settled for plain gelac color. Fine. TWO days later the gelac started to separate from my natural nail(no acrylic real nails) and so I went back to show them, and be welcomed in for a free repair. NOPE. They politely argued with me to the point of saying I was lying!!! even though they admitted they could see what I was talking about and they could see the dirt that had gotten lodged in the space, which would eventually rot my nail! The wife agreed to take the gelac off for me, disappointed I still agreed. I was so upset by the end of it all that I left in a hurry. When I got home I really noticed how bad a job she did... WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
