First one should read reviews before having service done at places, it saves time and money, those who have reviewed negative feedback are correct about this place. I received the worst acrylic refill, I asked for a fill on an ombre design. If she could not do it she should have not taken on the job. She drilled the design down then used a neutral colored powder to fill in. It was a rushed job and done horribly that I had them cover the ombre look with a solid polish, not gel, polish, and when I went in the next day to complain, they gave me every excuse as to why their service was my fault and would not fix the problem. The cost for a refill was 25, I was charged 38, why? because according to her I used a colored powder which again was covered by a solid polish. Again, I did not use gel, just basic polish and the polish was not smooth, very lumpy. The nail tech would not repaint all she offered was to paint over the lumpy surface. I did not ask for a refund nor did I go in there with a nasty attitude, but everyone there just turned their back and ignored me. Two days later the acrylic chipped off of my right thumb. Never get your nails done in the hood, because you will be treated like you are from the hood. I was staying in town while my husband worked. We both travel for work and this place just was the worst part of our stay. Once I return home, I will get my nails done by someone who actually loves their job and cares about the outcome of their service. Please do not apologize for the poor service I received, nor ask me to give you a second visit to rectify the issue, you had your chance to apologize while I was in the salon and you never offered to make the problem right, you just offered to mask the problem. To add insult to injury it is now 4/20/21 and here is the outcome of the poor quality service I received.

Came in just to remove NexGen. I asked for the drill not to be used after the acetone soak but it was used anyway. The shaved off so much of my nails I can feel the skin underneath. Absolutely horrible nail care. It’s painful just to put nail polish on so I’ll be having to wait for my nails to heal from this. Will never be coming back.

I got a basic white and pink nail set which should be a pretty easy nail set, since I am a nail tech also 🙄. First off Im pretty she didnt change the nail bit or sanitize it. The smile lines are all different shapes, the nails are the same size. And I got charged $65?! Horrible horrible is all I can say. I knew I shouldve done my own nails but I was on crunch time 😩 save your money and dont come here 🙄🙄🙄 it was better when Kevin was a nail tech here!!!

NOT HONEST!!! Overcharged at the time of paying!! NOT HONEST!! She gave me a price at the time of coming in and then changed it when I had to pay. I ask for gel mani and pedicure, she said $58, then she said $75 at the time of paying. Regular pedi and mani was $38. Take advantage that people come from out town forgetting we can write reviews. They also over charged my friend, $45 for just a gel pedicure. They did a good job but being dishonest and over charging is not correct!! Never again!!

I went in to get a gel pedicure and they charged me $45. Way too overpriced for the horrible quality. The color is all streaky and looks watered down. If I wanted streaky I would have done it myself!!!! This place is horrible. Listen to the reviews, I didn’t and this is why I got.

No Utopia here...On May 28th I had a pedicure done by a man that simply didnt listen. This was my first and last time there. He never asked me how I like me nails and the water was so hot I couldnt soak my feet.He proceeded to cut my cuticles but kept getting my skin. I was bleeding and caught an infection on my toe.NEVER AGAIN!

I had a terrible experience at this place! I went there to do gel manicure on 06/04/21 and I told the lady I wanted her to add a $5 tip my card. She went ahead and added a $10 tip! Without my concern! Terrible place! Never again!

For the price I paid I feel like my nails should perfect I got a French gel fills and once I got home and really looked at them they are all uneven. I was the only person there and the nail tech rushed through everything. I do not recommend the location.

Linda did my nails today....pedicure and manicure. She was wonderful! I appreciated her care, speed, skill and the fact that she was not pushy to try and get me to get more services than I needed. The salon was clean and nice. I will definitely go there again!

So appalled and upset after leaving this salon in tears.The older man that works there is terrible. I (very politely) asked him to finish shaping my nails before putting a top coat on (duh?). He began *yelling* at me saying “you dumb” and “why you making trouble”. On top of it, he didn’t even bother cleaning or wiping his tools after his last customer or even changing the dirty rag he had been using for her. I should of walked out then.On top of all this, They look awful. I’ve attached a picture.It’s too bad, I had been to the younger gentleman “Tom” before and he was wonderful.. the young lady that works there is also always lovely.

Im a Cosmetology student and Been here twice... they messed up my eyebrows and don’t know how to do nails. Don’t ever go there if u don’t wanna waste your time and money

Great salon! Very clean and spacious. They are very friendly and accommodating. I am so happy with my pedicure and liguid gel nails. They last so long and look like they were just done. They also do a great job waxing.I would definitely recommend this salon.I am very happy I found it!

My nails look horrible!!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone !! When I asked politely if she could fix the polish because it was extremely lumpy and had lots of bubbles she became extremely rude. she then started to drill the polish off my nails, burning my nails and cutting them. Then she immediately started to reapply the polish with the dust all around the nails and did not correct the shape at all, leaving the sides bulky and middles flat. I would NOT recommend this place !

NASTY and Unprofessional. I came in to get a fill in and a cut down and 6 hours later had to go to the hospital because my nail was swollen and it was in pain. I then learned that I had an infection and had to take the nail off. When I went in to show them and ask for my money back they told me they can put a new nail on for free. When I explained that my nail is infected and I can not have any nails put on she then got rude and told me they cant help me. I tried to explain to her that I just want my money back she then told me the to get out. When I asked for someone in charge she she told me that she cant tell me when he will be there because he comes in when he wants to. Save the Time and headache and go somewhere else

Our very first time thereMy pedicure was done very roughI have a cut on my toe ( and the guy goes “ oh a lil cut won’t hurt” ....everyone pain tolerance isn’t the same ) ....now it’s time for him to do my nails and it’s completely confusing like I asked for “ Quadrada” he kept pushing for “coffin” till the manager stepped in ( Very loving kind hearted sweet young lady ) and she handled my nails professionally ....only bad that is I got it done Saturday morning...::::. And Sunday my Nails broke in half :( they are flimsy and feel like they are about to pop off ....I’m lucky I made it through dinner before this tragic things started happening ...hopefully they are able to accommodate me on Monday

My first time at this salon. Staff is very friendly, interior is beautiful. I got my eyebrows waxed, a manicure with nexgen, and a pedicure. They did an amazing job!! This is definitely my new go-to place!!

Ive been getting my nails done over 15 years and Ive gone to a lot of different nail shops... this is by far the worst place Ive ever been to :-( after only a week one of them actually fell off while doing dishes... how does acrylic fall off just like that? Not to mention I made an appointment and was told I had to wait 15 minutes when I got there on my lunch break and when I left my nails were so uneven and so crooked that I called to have them fixed. Due to being very busy with my job and not trusting them to even do it I went somewhere else! The person actually asked me if I did them myself because they look that bad! This place is an absolute joke and I recommend nobody goes there! Sadly Im unable to upload pictures to show you exactly how bad they were!

Gel french pedicure has lasted two weeks and still in perfect condition, impressive to say the least

I went here and the guy that was doing my nails I guess he was in a rush because he was going so fast that he made the skin around my nails bleed and rip and I told him it hurt and he ignored me and I got nexgen ombré nails and they didn’t even look ombré and he left them to skinny and they didn’t even look like they were coffin or the way I wanted them to be.And he was going so fast that one of the nails had broke off and he said wasting time and he was like annoyed that he couldn’t open the cap of something and he did that nail so fast and like all my fingers were bleeding.And my sister got her eyebrows done their and the lady messed up her shape and took off too much in between the eyebrows and she made them too thin. The only thing good is one of the lady’s she only does toes and she does them very nice and really takes her time and makes sure it looks as best as possible.

HUGE IMPETIGO INFECTION ON MY FACE. I have never written a review of a business in my life. DO NOT go here. I have been home from work for winter break with family in town and haven’t left the house besides to get my nails done here. When the man was doing my nails, he took the tools from a plastic container (without sanitizing them) and placed them back in the container with the other tools (without sanitizing them) immediately after. I now have a huge, disgusting infection on my face and can’t go near my 6 month old baby. I called and explained the situation and I was told that the manager is out of town and they have no idea when he/she will be back. I asked for an email address and the lady said “don’t know, can’t help you” and hung up on me. They have no interest in rectifying the situation. Please don’t go here unless you want urgent care bills and an extremely contagious disease.

Ill never go there again! The tech had a flip attitude, was rude and when I questioned him to see if he was going to just leave a nail or nails like this(messed up) he said Wow, you must be a perfectionist ! Hell yeah I am when Im spending my money for a terrible service! I was the last customer and asked if he could change the rap and dance/club music off bc I came to relax. He just put on another of the same from his YouTube on his phone. I wanted to take my tips back and bill but he already closed out the credit card charges. I was disgusted when I left!!

First time I went there was this Tuesday. I dont regret it. My nails came out beautiful. Staff were friendly. Very professional very clean environment Kevin did my nails. Great job. Dont bother looking for a place to get ur nails done this is the place. Great prices! I give it a thumbs up. I just posted some pictures up. Utopia has a new guy Ben. He is great. I love the work he did on my nails both times. Like I said this is the place to go. Ask for Ben.He is the nail king. Kevin isnt there anymore but they hired someone better. . Love it. U wont regret going there. Take my word. Yes The prices are a little more than other places but its well worth it. I Have no complaints. just alot complements on my nails. Tku Ben!

Worst Experience Ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if this was the only nail salon within 5 miles. Nails come off after 3 days of getting acrylics (for me). And I just went to get my eyebrows done today and the lady took literally 70% OF MY EYEBROW OFF. If only I can post before and after pictures of my eyebrows. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN .
