Very ghetto. Do not recommend:-Manicurist doesn’t know how to file nails. I walked in with long natural nails and walked out with them uneven, different shapes and sizes, and filed down to smithereens and non-existent.-Two thin coats of polish MAX-Customers cursing and talking loud. Owner doesn’t discourage this behavior-DIRTY

Don did an excellent job on my first set of nails... in fact, I’ve never had a full set stay on for more than a month and these are still attached but terribly grown out. I need to make another appointment ASAP!!!

The place is clean and the nail techs decent to good work. The owner needs to focus on customer service and relaxing customers instead of trying to be entertaining or debating irrelevant topics with his paying customers. If your business is struggling annoying your customer is not going to help. Just greet ..offer the service and get paid..no other conversation is required unless the customer says otherwise. There are too many other salons offering the same level of service or better..cant spend qnother $ here.

Just tried this nail salon for the first time today after seeing customer photos. What a hidden gem! My nails came out fantastic. They were very helpful in coming up with ideas for my Thanksgiving inspired nails! Thanks guys!

Best pedicures I’ve ever had! I been going on and off for a couple of years now. There’s always someone different who takes care of me, but they all are really good. You can’t beat the price for the service that you get. The owner is a sweetheart! I wish they were in a different plaza because that one is not super nice, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They make your nails bleed and the person i had didnt even push down my cuticles. He kept on filing and filing! I got acrylic tips and i can see it lifting it doesnt even look glued down. Ive gotten my nails done alot and ive never bled like i did here and i never had my nails lift like this. Dont go here my nails hurt three days after ALSO NO MASKS AND COUGHED ALL OVER

This place is fine but the biggest problem is they dont have their prices posted anywhere. Instead of continuously asking how much something is, it would be nice just to see it. I once got a full set w/ 4 designs and gel polish on my toes and paid $95. I left feeling completely robbed. I was confident it wouldn’t be too pricey as I’ve been here before. But my advice: Ask for the price of EVERYTHING before you get serviced otherwise, you’ll be blind sighted.

Moved to this area, first time here and it was in and out, Walk in 6:15pm walked out 7:10, got a full set and change of color for toes, staff was nice prives are not bad, nails are beautiful, will come back😊

I absolutely hated it. I dropped my daughter and niece here for a pedicure. I told them to call me 5 minutes before they were done. They never called. after two hours, I came and saw that they were they had been in the water for about 2 minutes. So they had to wait two hours. I went home and after an hour of waiting in the water, my daughter was starting. They didnt even give her a pedicure. they put oil and her feet, dipped them in water and painted them. All this and my niece still hasnt been treated. After my daughter was finished and her feet were already dry (she didnt use the nail dryer) my niece was treated. They gave her a pedicure on 1 foot. They arrived around 5 and left around 8. Just for 2 pedicures. And the place wasnt even that busy. When I finally got there to pick them up, the manager had the nerve to tell me i needed my eyebrows done.And the worst part is, people came after them and were out of there before them which means that they were taken advantage of because they were kids. Terrible service here. Hated it. Come here at your own risk. Oh and also, my daughters nail polish chipped the same day.

Best nails in West Palm Beach. Suave is an artist. Very friendly but often very busy. Without an appointment there can be a long wait. They are open Sundays, which is a big plus since many places arent. As soon as were out the door, my girl cant help but share the latest designs with her friends.

The owner and his girlfriend are AMAZING!!! They treat you like family. They close at 5:30 PM on Sundays. My family and I walked in at 5:00 PM with no appointments wanting three pedicures and a set of gel acrylics. They took us immediately and didnt rush to get us out. We were there until 6:00 PM and decided we would come back the next day for the last pedicure. They were very willing for us to stay and get it done the same day. We felt bad that we were already there after closing, so we didnt stay. They took their time and still treated us with kindness and courtesy. My husband paid cash and accidentally gave an extra $20. The owner told my husband he over paid and gave him the $20 back. Not only do they have the most competitive prices, they have amazing quality, are so kind and incredibly honest!

We had a time restraint today but that didnt stop Rosa from doing a GREAT job. Ill keep coming back to see her

First time visiting this shop in over a year and I’m truly disgusted by the disrespect I received from the shop owner Suave. I had an appointment & he stopped nails after applying my tips to take a walk in for waxing. He never excused himself or asked me if it would be ok to take her or anything. This woman was also requesting a pedicure. Why couldn’t he wax her after her pedicure was over & my nails were done? Simple right? I guess the need to flirt was priority over my scheduled appointment.When I questioned him about it he began screaming at me to stop talking, became aggressive, and extremely rude. Who treats customers this way? No wonder the shop is empty on a Friday night.Take your money to a shop that values their customers & treats them with respect.

This nail salon is amazing! The owner and staff are welcoming and no matter what nail technician you choose they all do a very good job on manicures pedicures and eyebrows. Try out the next gen nails, I did it for my birthday and received so many compliments!

Walked in today (Sunday) when they opened with no appointment and Ana was my nail technician. I got a full set of a acrylics which was the first time in over 10 years- and she was very helpful! She introduced me to my new favorite nail shape- coffin- and did an amazing ombré nail for me! She was also was very gentle and very kind! I will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone!

I recently moved to the Palm Beach area and I must say after 3 different nail spas....I can finally say after visiting Elite Nails for a full service: Nails, Pedi, Eyebrows & Individual Lashes they are highly recommended. They are friendly, the prices are reasonable and you never feel like they forgot you in a corner. All the techs does an amazing job. You will fall in love with them ❤️ My new favorite place!

Got a manicure (dip powder) and pedicure. My pedicure was great and I have no complaints. I got this done on a Friday as I was leaving for vacation the following day. After two days my nail started peeling off and popping off. So bad that I had to put a bandaid over one of them so it wouldn’t get caught on anything. I went back in after my week long vacation to request that they redo my nails free of charge (at this point 3 were popping off and two of them had the top clear coat peeling, aka 5 of my 10 were messed up). They disregarded the top coat issue and said that the nails were coming off because of my nail bed. I have had dip powder multiple times and have never had that experience, they have always lasted me at least three weeks. The woman I spoke to was very nice, but continued to blame my nails for the problem and would not fix them free of charge. She even mentioned had I come in earlier in the week they could have at least fixed the messed up ones, however I was on vacation for 7 days and I couldn’t have gone in even if I wanted to. I decided to get them removed, which they did complimentary, and I will be looking for a new nail place.

I had absolutely the worst and most unprofessional encounter & experience I’ve ever had my entire life at a nail salon. I regularly get my nails done, so i came in the day before Valentine’s Day (it was empty by the way for OBVIOUS reasons now) I came in for a fill and my nails were loose with one missing even tho it had only been two weeks and i do realize it may cost a bit more, but i purposely didn’t remove my nails even tho it would have been very easy for me to so that they wouldn’t charge me for an entire full set. He pressed me the entire time to get gel and his words not to be cheap about 5 dollars. I clearly stated that a fill was needed and The man took it upon himself to remove all of my nails and do a full set. He was rude and even when i asked him to fix something he told me NO . At this point I’m confused and don’t know if it’s a literal joke so I’m not even reacting.When everything is done he said it’s 30 .. i said so it wasn’t charged a fill then? He said no cause he did all of them and that it’s 5 dollars more for me because he removed them. LOL He never asked me to remove my nails and it was so easy to remove them i could’ve popped them off within seconds and i told him that. He then got rude as HELL and asked me why I’m whining about 5 dollars he told me how ungrateful i am for the work people do and how he doesn’t need my tip . I’ve seen people go off on nail techs and never do they react as rudely and unprofessional as he did. You don’t just take things into your own hands and demand someone to pay you. He continuously went back and forth with me as if he wasn’t in his place of work. Like i said it was EMPTY the day before VALENTINES DAY FOR A REASON. Don’t come here their nails aren’t even anything special. Never again.

First time coming here and decided to come along with my Mother. She reminded me how good the manager guy suave was so I requested that he do my nails. However, he insisted that I go to another nail technician because he had a customer in front of him and there was a hour wait before he could assist me. Took his advice went to the nail technician who did a horrible job on my ombré nails. He didn’t bother to blend them well and the nails were shaped poorly. Not to mention the designs were awful with no shine to them. I had him correct them a few times before showing the manager. After that he corrected again which didn’t make much difference. At that point I was irritated. Fast forward to me getting ready to leave. A young lady whom I have no idea who she is because I had no interest in getting her name. Stated to me at the counter “ Because we run a business we cannot have you leave like this we need to fix them” (I guess this was her nice was of saying I still had to pay so might as well get them fixed) the manager suave also stated he would fix them after me asking to have the nails removed. Funny right ? But when I requested he do my nails in the beginning he had someone else do them. Now that I want them removed because the tech did a horrible job he keeps telling me he will take care of them. I kept stating I wanted them removed. Whether I payed or not I didn’t want to look at that poor work on my hands. In the end they removed the nails and still charged me for a service I walked out without . The only thing they could offer was $10 off the service because of my experience. In the end they took a loss because I quickly payed them with a credit card and called my bank. Customer service is everything and they lack it. The only thing positive I could say was they still continued to be nice throughout my bad experience but how they handled the situation from beginning to end could have been resolved better.

Best place Ive been to in a long time. Its very hard to find a dedicated and skilled nail technician nowadays. My expectations were exceeded with the result of my nails today. Will most def be back in a few weeks for a touch up :)

Went for a pedi, came out with brand new feet.... my techs name was Kim, she was great. Suave was doing my wife feet, he was very funny & attentive... they both made our pedi experience a great trip... will be back soon.

Did not have a good experience here. After calling ahead to ask if an appointment was necessary, I waited close to one hour for a pedicure (with at least 2-3 employees there not working on anyone) since they serviced two people who arrived after I did. When I was leaving, the manager tried arguing with me! I paid for her service and then left. They managed to cut my girlfriends finger and they also did not trim her cuticles property.

Waste of money and time. For kids manicure, the owner just rushed to paint my daughter. Very disappointed.

It was my first time for Sure Ill come back. My nails are what I wanted and the staff was very kind (I have to confess I was very annoying, for some reason I had my doubts but I love the result. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It appears that only some customers get great service. I have noticed that quality only goes into doing select customers nails. It is sad but the truth and honestly the customer service is generally great. Today i was dissatisfied with the thickness and shape of my nails and i was transferred to Suave for him to finish them. It felt as if i was a bother and this is unacceptable. I am spending my money with your business by choice as there are other nail shops, but i chose yours. I have a right to indicate what i think needs adjustment. Am paying for them and am wearing them so i should be satisfied at the end of the day.

I walked in out of nowhere, didnt know what to expect. They always do a great job. I always come in really late, because of my work schedule. But, they always fit me in somehow. Incredibly kind, just the best salon you will ever go to.

After 7 year of Extremely damage Toenails from another nail salon IT WAS AWFUL I WAS SO EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED Because I have always taken pride in caring for my feet. I do not like their work at all. Anna was rude and very rough. My nails are all different sizes, she painted on my skin, acrylic wasn’t covering my nail. & to top it off she was speaking in Spanish about me ..... hello I understand. Never will I go there again. I agree with Promiise Petersons review. I had the same experience with Anna. I had 5 cuts on my cuticles from her hitting them with the electric filer! Also the acrylic on my nails was too thick and some of my nails were diff sizes. Like my thumb nails, one was 2 sizes bigger than my other thumb nail. I went in the salon to speak to owner face to face. He said they look fine to him...lol. Also said I would have to come BK a diff day for him to fix them. That I should of called first. I didnt call because I felt like it was important to speak face to face about a complaint. I felt he should of fixed my nails and not made me come BK. I told him I didnt live close. Anyways, I thought about it and decided not to go BK.

I had been going there for a while now, but after yesterday I will never go there again. I went there to get a full set gel no acrylic, a pedicure, and my eyebrow waxed like I always do. I had a terrible experience, first I told the lady her name is (one) I cant spell it right that I just need to do gel she took it upon herself to do powder and gel and next with the lady for my pedicure she did a terrible job the gel nail polish did not want to dry she tried to put it on my toes at least 3 times it still wasnt drying she told two and she had an attitude. At this point, I was irritated with the whole situation and I told them never mind with my toes because I want to go home. With my nails that Im not happy about and my toes, not even painted and now with under my right eyebrow burn she had the nerves to charge me $40 for my hands and $25 for my toes that are not even done properly and $8 for my burn under the eyebrow. Never again... I refer a lot of my friend there and believe me I will make sure that find somewhere else to go.

I went yesterday 5/18/18 to get my nails, ped and eyebrows done. My nails and toes went well but I have a bruise under my right eyebrow when I woke up this morning. The whole time yesterday evening my eyebrows were burning. I thinks it’s either from the wax or she pulled it off too hard. This will be the last time I wax my eyebrows. I will spend my money on getting them treaded. Ps. I am happy with my nails and toes.
