I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for a family wedding and told the technician that. The pedicure was okay. Used new equipment for each service. What I’m not happy about is how sloppy my gel manicure came out and how forgetful the nail technician was. She forgot steps in the process and I had to remind her that she didn’t do things. Obviously very sloppy when applying the polish too. Even had to ask her to clean up the sides of my nails at the end because there was polish on the sides of my nail bed and also along the side of my actual finger. You can see it in the pictures. There are even air bubbles left in the polish on some of my nails. Not happy and not going back.

We were from out of town for medical treatment with our youngest child and I was in need of a little self-care and relaxation. The environment was very clean, relaxing and just overall pleasant. The lady who gave me my pedicure was so sweet and kind. I will definitely go back the next time we are in West Palm Beach!

Jenny was great! Super nice and she seemed very detail oriented and i was very happy with the outcome: i will be back!

I went in expecting it to be a quick full set with a simple trendy request with a coffin shape. I was sat with this woman and she made me feel as if she was annoyed that she was doing my nails, took an hour just to shape my nails that were so flimsy I had to go to the “manager” I was upset because of the result I had and it taking so long, as soon as I sat down she jammed the drill under my nail causing it to bleed, I told her the shape wasn’t correct and she started to get angry with me, as I explained the shape wasn’t the same per nail and some were crooked she tried to fix them. She got so upset she started raising her voice and cut me again at this point I wanted to just leave and go somewhere else to get them fixed because how embarrassed and uncomfortable I was. With the service and disrespect I am shocked I even paid, I said I wasn’t going to and the supposed manager said she was going to take my picture and call the cops. All I wanted was a nice set of nails as I left she was screaming at me more & told me to never come back. I’m appalled with how I was treated and spoken to. It’s sad this kind of behavior is acceptable.

T is the BEST!!! I work in a profession where my hands are the center of attention and requires my nails to be as natural, professional plus clean as possible. T accomplishes this! Not to mention her touch and eye for detail are evident. She is very meticulous. Love it!!! Finally. 🤩Pedicures unprecedented!

The place looks very nice in a great location.I did my appointment 1 hour before and they took me in.Tony did my nails. He was very careful and he really cares about his work.The nails in the pic (gel manicure) look like this after 19 days!!! Just amazing!

Two of the worst manicures I’ve ever received. My nails were uneven and jagged when I walked out. I was in a rush and didn’t expect to have to take a critical eye to my nails- especially when they’re charging $45 for a manicure. There is one layer of powder in my dip manicure and misshapen nails. My cuticle was nicked and bleeding when I left. DO NOT GO HERE.

It took a hour and a half to do a regular manicure, for them to only have to do it over when the gel did not dry right! Than charged me 10$ more than what they told me! Very poor customer service! I would not recommend!

Its just a little tight with the seating process and no plastic protection so just be safe. But it is decorated beautifully 😍

Jenny was amazing very professional and sweet. Also when I got there I didnt know what color I was going to put on my nails and she helped me and I totally love it. Definitely if you go there look for Jenny because I will next time. Oh I cant forget her massage was so good she really knows what she is doing.

This place could not do the design i wanted for my birthday. I changed it to something more simple and they still did it poorly and overcharged me for what i ended up getting, which wasnt what i asked. Will not be going to this particular venetian, but I HIGHLY recommend the venetian in legacy.

I recently tried venetian for the first time after relocating to West Palm. I chose the most expensive pedicure they had at $63 dollars and it didnt even compare to the $45, 60 minute pedicure that I used to get at my old salon. The massage chair didnt work at all and the foot massage was only a few minutes. The woman who did my nails was also very rude and made my experience very unrelaxing. Add a basic manicure and tip and it was $123! They are charging WAY TOO MUCH for the s.ervice they provide. I will NEVER go back

The place is beautiful on the inside and is extremely clean, the guy at the front desk is also wonderful. They were able to fit us in last minute on a holiday. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars has everything to do with the fact that I let my toes dry for the recommended amount of time and when I got home HOURS later them smudged as if i had just gotten them done. The other issue I had with them was the fact that when we went back to get them to fix the issue the nail tech had an attitude. Other than the attitude the experience was overall okay but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Ive given this place a couple chances. They are too fast which yields poor results and poor customer service.

Got dip done here and there was little nail care (cuticles, buffing). The color was not like on the example nail and my nails were not cleaned up properly so there’s polish on my skin. Technicians were obviously rushing and neither my friend nor I were happy with the end result. Would not recommend.

I have never leave a bad review at any store period but im beyond upset with the result caused by a work done at this spa. I went into this spa in a vacation trip from me and my friends the receptionist told us at first they could take us a walk in ( i should’ve leave) but we asked kindly if they had any space it would be awesome because we are traveling and we didn’t much time free but anyways after insisting they let us and we ask for a full set, since im not very familiar with the term used on nails i told i wanted the most basic easy set of nails but long the lady that took me told me that the last job i had done on my nails was horrible and took tick and decided to make some artesanal nails on me for my nail to grow stronger because as she said my nails were pretty thick and healthy well wait untill u see the result on my nails i was not going to leave a bad review because im not like that and even the nails where horrible i leave a tip because not everyone is perfect but after the stage of my nails after taking them off i couldn’t leave it like this im beyond upset and now i have to deal with what it used to ve some healthy nails now they so thin and horrible i just cant 😡😡

So yes it is a nice clean nail salon, but they dont really have anyone who is skilled in doing long acrylics....the girl who did my fill took an hour. It wasnt even a good fill...my daughter got a full set the shape was terrible and they were way to thin, 3 nails broke within the week. I paid $120 for the worst fill and full set. Never Again. I gave them two stars because its clean and they have a friendly staff but based on the fact they are a Nail Spa there is no excuse for them to be so bad at acrylics when nails is all they specialize in. I should have taken pictures of how terrible it was...I ended up booking my normal girl at Nail Fetish in Lake Worth...she had to take off the nails and redo the whole set. My daughter had to have her full set replaced as well...smh

This was my first time at Venetian Nails. I came here because my regular nail tech left her old salon and started working here.The place itself is very high-end and upscale. The rates are a little higher than your average nail salon, but its to be expected considering its at Cityplace. The parking is free for an hour or less. Im not sure if they validate parking.Overall this nail salon is worth trying. I didnt have a bad experience, and the place was spotless and clean.I recommend. 4 stars!

Nails by Venetian is hands down the best nail salon in Palm Beach and may even be the best manicure Ive ever had. They did a meticulous job, they have a vast selection of colors, everyone was friendly, and best of all I never felt rushed. Thank you! I will be back when Im in the area!

I needed to find a new nail tech that’s more local and so i walked in and asked for a full acrylic set and they were all very nice and got me in within a reasonable time (considering i just walked in with no appt) Very clean place ... and I’m very picky with my nails but Kelsey did an amazing job i showed her a pic and explained how i wanted them shaped & i let her work her magic! She is the best ! I could tell she pays attention to detail which i love ! Definitely will be going back to her .. and i also got my eye brows waxed by Emma ( can’t remember if that’s her name ) she was amazing !!!!

All of the nail places downtown charge the same so why not go to the best? Its a big beautiful salon, the management is super professional and friendly and the staff is efficient and every single one of them has been great. I go with my friend who also lives downtown every 2 weeks then go shopping out for dinner at City Place. Perfect location beautiful place complimentary wine.

My favorite nail spa EVER !! A beautiful location with great service. I always ask for T-- she is absolutely AMAZING !! I typically wait for her when shes with another client. Walk-in seems to work best, if theyre busy, get a glass of wine and sit back and relax. Im usually one that jumps around nails spas and technicians but Ive been going back consistently for the last 6 months. I usually get a gel pedicure and powder manicure. Well worth the money because they both usually me last 3-4 weeks.

I got a basic manicure and she painted my cuticles. 🙄 I also asked for an eyebrow wax in the beginning. They did the manicure, forgot about the brow wax. Then when I mentioned it, they said it would be a 15 minute wait. My meter was almost out, so I left. I prob wont be back.

Lorenas wonderful hands did an awesome number relaxing my back and shoulders after a day of sightseeing in the area. (Though theyre just a nail place, you can get a back and shoulder chair massage.) She also did a great job trimming my nails.This salon is right in City Place, and close to the Brightline station.

I love this Spa! My nail technician is T and she is literally the best Ive had. I just moved here from Scottsdale Arizona and she is amazing. I told her to do whatever she wants and she hasnt failed me. She even does my brows. The complimentary wine is just a lovely bonus!

My first time at Venetian Nail salon and they were amazing! The workers are all nice. It is such a gorgeous and clean nail salon. My techician Kim was so nice and did such a great job on my nails. I would highly recommend this place, does get busy though so I would recommend an appointment.

I went for first time and will be the last one. After I paid for Next gel, in less than day and a half 4 different nails peeled off, I have office job so is no reason for that. One peeled off just watching TV. Being using this for 3 years. Never that bad. Had to go somewhere else to redo it. Dont go if you dont want to waste your money.

This salon opened just recently in Cityplace. The salon is gorgeous and you feel like youre in paradise the whole time. They are very nice and offer complimentary water, soda and WINE!!! Yes, please!! They have a ton of colors and T my favorite manicurist is the best!! Definitely ask for her and you will not regret it! She knows my nails chip fast due to my line of work and she does them so they last me 3 weeks. So happy I finally found a salon near me that is amazing!

This place is beautiful and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and accepts reservations. if you have a problem with the work they do i have seen them fix their mistakes. However i am giving it three stars because it seems as though no matter how many times i go in, my nails are never perfect (acrylic sets or fills). They will look nice upon my exit from the salon, however 3-5 days later my nail polish is lifting and the acrylic is so thin its coming off at the sides and lifting from my nail. This will be the 3rd week in a row where i will have to go back and have them redone completely. The pedicures are great, which is the main reason i still give 3 stars. I am not sure if it is the nail techs used or the products used, but i always leave wishing for more.

Very rude!! I went into the shop on Sunday 9/14 and they told me they were not taking any more clients.... it was an hour and a half before they closed at 6 p.m. Not only was that ridiculous but the receptionist was so rude about it. I will never go there again.

I was a walkin customer. I was told the wait time was going to be 30 to 35 minutes for two pedicures I was asked to give my number for them to give a call back once a spot was open I gave my number went to grab drinks and appetizers at a nearby restaurant I was never given a call back almost a hour later went back to the shop to check on my spot and they had completely forgotten and was on the next page of guest once the guy finally found my number I was told to pick a color but he only had me down as one person when I originally stated pedicure for 2. Definitely not any level of customer service or courtesy given! Save your time on coming here

Very beautiful space in a perfect location. I was able to walk-in with no problems, and the staff are very friendly. They are also very efficient; I got the nexgen nails and my nails were complete in about 30 min. All around a great experience. I definitely recommend this spot!

I went to this nail salon with the intention of getting a little male manicure. My experience was extremely poor. My manicurist named Kim, had the personality of a wet noodle. I paid $16, which is a fair price, however is took 10 minutes of complete silence and stone face manicure with an incomplete manicure. I complained to the front desk and he did not care or acknowledge my experience. Terrible service and experience.

I came here to get a mani/pedi for my bridal shower and wow.... My nails looked terrible! The few times I tried to say something to the tech doing my nails she would glance at the problem area and then ignore my comment. Plus she kept questioning why I didn’t want to get gel. Patchy polish, uneven nails with jagged ends, and hangnails. How did my nails end up worse then when I came in? They were very hospitable but with the quality of work I will definitely not be returning.

I just to like this place, but no so much anymore. I went for regular mani and pedi. My nails dont do well with acrylic or gel, so I have used regular polish. The bottles of the regualr polish are almost empty and or dry, but you dont notice that until they star working on you nails. This is the third time that had happened, they simple dont have good selection of regular polish and forget it about backup. So yesterday I selected a color it was dry, I asked if they have a new one in the back and they said no, they added some liquid to make it works, but the result was my nails very thick with bubbles. It is very disappointed experience. Not happy with this work. What a waist of time. My nail technician was very nice and tried hard to do a good job, she has to work with the tools provided. The owner/ manager need to improve the quality of the materials. Also the water in the pedicure area had a terrible smell, but that can be caused for the construction.

I was asking for the prices of nails. The person answering the phone was not interested in telling me any type of information I was asking for and was very short with the answers she was trying to give me.

I absolutely love this salon - ask for T. She is hands down the best nail tech I have ever been to. Ever since I have been going to her my SNS lasts 3 weeks (before it was only 2). Plus you can have a glass of wine while you get your nails done...so relaxing! This is a great salon.

It is beautiful luxurious spa! Me and my friend came to Palm Beach on Vacation and wanted to treat ourselves. When I got to the chair I had to wait for someone to do my pedi for like 15 mins or more. Which didnt really bother me. The thing what pissed me off really bad that the guy named Hayden who was doing my pedi was in such a rush that I didnt enjoy my time there at all. He scratched some skin on my toes when he was scraping a dead skin. And when I told him that it hurt what ever he was doing. He didnt even apologize ((( now I can feel my toe hurting every time I walk. But the lady my friend got was great. Her name is Anna. She did her job awesome and my friend was happy! Anyway, the conclusion is that I dont think I ever going back there

The first time I ever got my nails done, manicure I presume. I went here because I was recommended by a good friend.I was happy at first. Until I realized, when I came back because the way they were falling off was unusual to me. One of the coworkers started laughing at me AND proceeded to say who did your nails?? I replied with your coworker did. She still continued to laugh at my nails. She made me bleed while working on my hand. The nails were poorly done, I came back 2 days later the same woman had to work on my nails.She said to her coworker (like I was invisible) that That she broke her nail.Just poor in taste, honestly never in my life have I seen pathetic hospitality.I went back to inform someone, I told a woman who looked like a teenager. Told me she would inform her boss. Guess I wasnt of any importance because I received no calls from them.10/10 would not go back.

The Tech Amy told me that I need a New Set Advertise Price $55 After 3 Hours ( At Nails Tu K takes 45 Minute) I got a Bill for $95 Dollars.. I Complained I was told that My Nails are Long My Nails are always the Same Length. I been doing them for the past 30 Years. Stay Away.A Friend also got Fungus from a Pedicure at that Salon.

I’ve never said “ow” so many times from a manicure and pedicure before. My toes look terrible (he missed the corners) and my fingers have cuts from him attempting to cut my cuticles but instead just cutting my skin. I complained and they said it wouldn’t happen again...probably because I’m not going back.

This is a pretty salon but Kim is RUDEST nail technician Ive ever encountered. I wanted Nexgen(dip nails) nails taken off. She used the drill to take off the top layer but she had a hissy fit when I wouldnt allow her to use the drill again AFTER she soaked my nails in pure acetone and wiped off most of the layers of polish! Ive had Nexgen 8 times and never has anyone used a drill to get the polish off after soaking them in acetone (that would be a major OUCH). Another technician came and told her not to use the drill or nail file and just use a buffer and soak for an extra 1 minute if needed. But Kim decided to leave me for 18 minutes soaking in pure acetone so I just left.

I must share with you my experience I pioneered holistic day spas in the late 70s have traveled worldwide as an educator with an appreciation of fine spa services, I found my nail spa home . Clean, outstanding service, and T does an amazing job on my nails she is wonderful, very happy.

They are meticulous all materials used for manicure and pedicure are disposable and what is not disposable they sterilize Beautiful salon friendly great technicians highly recommend its a little pricey but worth it

Ive been to this location a few times but my experience last week was terrible. First of all, service was terrible and my technician did not even say hello when she sat down. I went in on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving and by Saturday my gel manicure started chipping. Not to mention I asked for my nails to be filed a little and the lady, Maggy, filed them all the way down. Leaving the Spa, my nails looks cracked, my cuticles were horrendous on top of the fact they had been bleeding. She didnt even use the proper top coat, so now my nails are all scratched up and foggy. 0/10 experience.

Arrived for my scheduled appointment and they werent ready for me even though no one was in there.The girl that ended up doing my nails and pedi was the girl hanging out with foil on her nails behind the front desk. They made me wait so they could setup or should I say remove the foil from her nails. When T, the nail tech, started doing my SNS nails she had to open all of the powders. I should have left when I saw that because it is now obvious that I was her first customer doing SNS nails. Needless to say my nails are cracking and chipping and it has been a week. What makes it even worse is that the nail tech was a totally rude. Beautiful salon but horrible service and inexperienced tech. I called and asked for the manager. A genetlenman named Mike came to the phone and said he was the manager. He didnt really care and was uninterested. Total waste of time & money.

Had a pedicure with my wife two weeks ago on a Thursday and Ive been fighting an infection in my big toe!Obviously they dont clean their tools well enough.Furthermore, the exfoliation was not good either.Go somewhere else....
