We just closed on a house with the help of one of your agents, Scott Alexander, and Id like to share a few thoughts with you. People tend to be quick to write a letter of complaint, but forget to write when praise is due.We met Scott a year ago when he helped us find a rental home in West Palm Beach. That was such a positive experience that we later asked him to help us in locating a home to buy, even though we knew he was fairly new to the sales side. Frankly, as we had inquired about various rentals with various companies, he was the only agent who really dug in, stayed the course and helped us find a home, which showed me he was willing to pay his dues. Horrible decline in customer service since there is a whole new staff for the palm beach county location. Used them a few years ago and absolutely loved the service. Recently reached out to them looking for another great turn out and I am truly disappointed with the way the realtors treat and unprofessionally handle situations. Once a realtor is assigned they will not return calls instead will text you late hours of the night and barely respond once you text back. After showings (if you get that far) will disappear without any information or contact. This has happened to myself and a few of my friends who used to love this company as well. If they do not want to deal with helping you they will pass your number around the office to different realtors who will also ignore you. Through the years Ive sent them many customers b/c I was so pleased with my first experience, now I wouldnt waste my time. This company has become horrible.

I love kangarealty!!! They should nickname it kangaroyalty because thats how I truly felt. I hip hopped my way to a real estate dream! Love my apartment they helped me with! They knew exactly what I was looking for and didnt waste any of my time with listings I wouldnt like. I got a great price on my apartment.....Check them out ASAP, before the deals go down under....

This company is irresponsible I rente a house the truth I made the procedure too fast so once I move I start to find many defects in the house. And now they do not want to repair what one of the maintenance called Bobby said to me is that I have to next time be able to check everything first and have it repaired, if not better not sign a paper because otherwise they will not He repairs nothing, he wants me to repair his house for free. Just changing the A / C and calling the so-called emergency number and no one answered until the next day to tell me that I had to be home to send someone. According to them I do not work at the end of everything sent three different people and none of them solved the problem apart from many things damaged in this house these types are some unrewarding and they take advantage of others by signing a book of almost 23 pages only FOR JODERTEThe whole house feels a bad smell how it was born because the bathrooms does not have a gas extractor and they also do not have a good air conditioning and all the bad smell is spread throughout the house

Before I married my wife, I moved quite a bit. This realtor somewhat helped us find an apartment and thats about it. After the sale was made, we did not get much more help with paperwork or issues with move times. In addition, we attempted to contact her during business hour sand received no response. I can complain much more, but thats all I will say. I do not recommend this at all.

Two words, Life Savers! Moved down to the West Palm area for work with very short notice. Because I was out of state, I had to rely on Kanga to find me a place with all of my specifications without me being there. Needless to say they nailed it. They were extremely proactive, I never had to follow up with them, they would follow up with me. Nice for a change. If you want a real estate shop that doesnt like to waste your time and genuinely cares about putting you into the right living space, Choose Kanga!

I have a rental property in Fl. I live in Pa needed a good management company to handle tenants, rent, legal, HOA etc. I found them online, have been using them for 2 years and they are great! Found an excellent tenant. Rent check is on time. HOA is happy. I recently sold the unit and the handled the sale as well. I have had bad experiences with management companies in Fl. Now I will never use any other company other then KANGA
