Just moved in but happy so far. Beautifully renovated unit. My kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We have had a great Resident experience. Moving in was easy and quick. Emily and Erika were both beyond helpful when we needed something or had a question. I was referred by a coworker who lives in the community and always speaks very highly of all the work and changes that Erika has done in the past year. We look forward to the new amenities coming soon and living here!

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally living at a property with amazing staff at the front office. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. Looking forward to the new amenities and hoping that the fitness room will be open soon. I want to give a big WOW to Ericka, Emily and Alex. They have made my move-in really smooth and answered all my community questions. I look forward to staying here for a while.

All of the positive reviews are fabricated lies to make Erica appear as if she does her job well...which is far from the truth! If you are a tenant that wants a peaceful place to live, a clean place to live, a crime free place to live or decent respectable neighbors then this is NOT the place for you! If you are a tenant that does not want stray cats, termites, roaches, spiders then this is NOT the place for you! Piper Village West is a complex with decades old apartment buildings and is one of the most poorly ran and maintained complexes I have ever seen Florida. Dont believe the lies in the reviews, just come and talk to actual tenants and see for yourself before signing a lease. The apartment in the picture is a digital demo, no apartment looks anything like it...why would they deceive potential tenants with a fake picture and fake reviews??? I guarantee you will hate it here.....RUN!!!

I lived there for almost 3 years & I must say the property manager Ericka came and really did an amazing job getting the whole property together and improving it tremendously.. It was definitely a mess before she got there. Unprofessional office personnel and shiesty maintenance crew. One of the maintenance men stole my rent payments and bragged to another tenant (but was later fired for something else). She never just sits behind the desk. She is always out, walking the property finding ways to improve it & she always responded back to any requests I had in a timely manner and was always friendly to me and my family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I Fully recommended this community. I couldn’t agree more with the previous reviews about Erica. I have never experienced such a dedicated property administrator. This lady is there from morning to very late most nights, she responds to all emails, calls and texts right away. She has an amazing maintenance team that are on top of all repairs. Alexis, his crew are the best! Make sure to tour the newly renovated apartments.

I’ve lived at Piper Village West for 2 years. The first year and a half was a nightmare. Lots of issues in the apartment were ignored. Promises made and broken. This all changed when Erika became the property manager. Erika worked with me and made sure that my family and I were happy and safe. She and her team have made tremendous changes to the property and apartments with the upgrades. Myself and many other tenants are very grateful that she is the property manager.

Complete scam,period.Slip your Money order through door slot,, sorry no body to give u receit until money order goes missing,sorry sir you got to pay againunless you tell us the money order number.You even give them copy.They keep your deposit and get you to créditor for their bad service.Every day a different person at office.Different stories.My 3yrs old daughter got sick because of unfinshed Works, for 3 months one room was closed, wall and ceiling are leaking.You can call them every day but in vain.The good feedbacks are from themselves....i dont recommend it....

Erica always put her tenets first. It is with pleasure that I recommend Piper Village. You will be very pleased with their efforts. Never have to worry about things getting fix in the unit she always on top of things thanks again!!

I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS PLACE FOR DAYS AND NOBODY HAS ANSWERED. TO ME THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPICALLY WHEN SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE.

The new management Erica amazing everything Ive asked to get fixed or done in my apartment she has done her best to do it an a timely fashion I asked for over a year with old management for a new front door she managed to get me one in less than a month plus a new washer and dryer I was promised with no issues she has totally remodeled this place used to be horrible with very undesirable Neighbors but since she has taken over she has got rid of them and it is turning into a nice place to live highly recommend. PS the people in New York she definitely needs a raise I have not seen anybody work until eight 9 at night on a regular basis but her let alone do anything for anybody in any of the apartments

I have been living at piper village for a year now. My family and I were thinking about moving out at the end of our lease. But we decided to extend our contract for another 12 months because the new manager Erica is amazing. She has taken care of issues that the old manager promised to fix and never did. Erica is always available by phone and in person. She really cares about the community and has a beautiful demeanor. We have seen the change in the short time that she’s been here. All my neighbors love her and speak very highly of her. I definitely recommend piper village. We have the best Property Manager!

Erika is a true gem. With great patience, diligence and knowledge, she has done so much work at Piper Village. I do not live in the property, but i do own 4 houses in the area. Erika goes above and beyond what a property manager does. The renovated units look beautiful. Great work Piper Village! Keep it up

All these people are lying. I have to go back in fort with Erica and all the other managers before. She does not put tenants first and do not fix things in a timely matter. The place is over ran with stray cats, trash in front and back of peoples apartment and when you complain they get argumentive with you. These reviews are lies

New management is renovating the whole property. The exterior of the buildings has been all Painted beautifully. The landscaping looks great. Maintenance & office staff are very professional and friendly, always on top of things. Highly recommend

The property looks clean and the apartments are super nice and spacious, completely renovated, fully equipped !!!! In short, it is a property where many would like to move !!!!!!

The property manager Erika is awesome. She has done tremendous improvements to the property over the past few months.

Wonderful inside. Decent location, the only con is TERMITES only during certain times when you turn on your down stairs lights... Management is Working now to get it fixed.. Just want to warn any new tenant about this issue.... I would give it 5 stars but the bug issue makes me only give 3 stars....

(Update)Piper Village is a pretty decent place to live... New management has pest control.. No more bugs. Also Ive had a few termite treatments. Havent seen a termite in a few weeks... 🙏

This place is not even worth 1 *. It needs a lot of work and they promise you the world and never give you any results. They dont fix things I was there for over a year and some things were still on my list from move-in not worth the hassle
