Apartment hunting for this fall and this place is at the top of my list. Great location, the neighborhood is much better looking than it appears on Google Maps (don’t let those images fool you), and Seth did an awesome job of being available and allowing a last minute tour. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for something a little nicer and more convenient to downtown.

Morgan is a gem, the perfect example of what good customer service is. Finding the perfect place to call home is never an easy thing to do, but she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I am absolutely in love with my apartment! Don’t even get me started with the pool, if I could spend everyday there I would. It is the perfect place to relax, hang out, and even get work done.Highly recommend!!!!!!

This review is for Jake, the leasing agent I worked with. From my first phone call to inquire about The District Flats, Jake was so helpful. He took videos of 2 apartments for me and sent them over in a timely manner. During the application process Jake was really helpful and walked me through everything. I was looking to rent from out of state, so it was great to have an agent was so informative and helpful. I highly recommend Jake if you are looking to lease at The District Flats.

I took tour of the district flats the other day with Morgan. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious apartments and the amenities are top notch but the highlight of my tour was Morgan. She was congenial, informative and made my tour truly enjoyable.

Just absolutely awful property management. Their maintenance staff is great, but the management company, Mission Rock Residential, and the property manager are the worst.

It’s nice to know that there are places like this in the area. It really improves the atmosphere. Keep up the good work!
