Absolutely do not move into unit #523.. it is probably the worst unit in the entire complex as far as noise disturbance and lack of privacy. The one-way Loop parking lot makes 75% of complex drive drive up and lots join and it bottlenecks right past my window. over 1,100 cars every day pass my window . I feel like I live in the parking lot dealing with the daily Stampede of loud subwoofers and aftermarket exhaust followed by the dog walkers you like to stand 1 foot in front of my patio screen while their dog does their business. Living here is eating me alive and the six-month countdown cannot come soon enough

I’m giving this place 2 stars *purely* because it’s not the leasing managements fault the living conditions are so horrible. This association was acquired the start of the pandemic, so they basically took over a disaster. There are serious pest issues (termites, ROACHES, etc), the gate is always broken, and when they repainted the stairs, it was hazardous and I almost fell down the stairs while pregnant! Luckily I was able to catch myself. I informed them of this and they didn’t seem to care too much as they didn’t do anything about it the remainder of my lease- so I had to be extra careful leaving/coming up the stairs. For the amount of money they charge, the association is absolutely not worth it and I would steer clear. I promise you can find safer living conditions than this place for less!

So many spiders. I have a huge phobia of spiders and living here has made it so much worse. I understand that living in Florida comes with bugs but I have never experienced it to this degree before. I genuinely regret moving in here. The constant webs around my ceiling fan in my room and the two times Ive had termite larva fall into my bed has given me a degree of anxiety I have never dealt with before. I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of here.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I can honestly say, that thisneighborhood is super laid back and chill. We have never had an issue living here. The leasing office people are super helpful and they actually answer the phone. the prices aren’t to bad in this neighborhood and if you have a dog this is the right place for you.

This place has an okay rent. however, my apartment has spiders, roaches and some other type of shedding bug that i have put pest control requests in for and i have not even gotten a response. i guess they’re now fumigating for termites but that doesn’t say anything about the other three types of bugs that i know a bunch of other residents also have issues with. i deep clean my apartment every week and i keep it clean throughout the week. i have never had a bug issue any where else that i have lived. also, i have lived here since january 2021 and i have only seen the gate consistently closed for a week, to this day the gate is open. why do i pay over 1400 a month for a one bedroom in a GATED community when the gate is never closed?

This place is horrible for the 1350 plus 100 in trash and sewer fees. We have gone multiple days with little or no water pressure. The trash bins are always over flowing and its a real eyesore. We pay for a gated community that has a gate that has not worked correctly and has been open for the past 8 months ( as long as Ive lived there) providing little to no security. Spiders roaches and termites are everywhere. We had termite larvae falling in our bed from the walls and ceiling the first two months. I could go on and on about the disappointments of this place. Now they want to raise my rent 100 dollars 1450 plus fees for a mediocre at best one bedroom apartment. Shame on this place. Save your time, stress level and money. Move anywhere else.

This is a place to call home!!! I absolutely love living here :) The office staff is awesome. The Gals always listen and help with recommendations and concerns. They are always coming up with fun things to do to keep the socialization among the residents a joyful group. Maintenance team is right on spot with everything. Always respond to a request immediately. The amenities are top notch, pool, gym, club house are just a few of what they have to offer us. The entire staff and community comes with a friendly vibe that makes this place Home

I applied to this place in August and I was denied. I then applied with a cosigner and was still denied. Here is the issue; I was asked to pay for application fee and also the admin fee. I was told if I was not approved I will receive my admin fee back. I was not told how I will receive it back or I was not told when. Upon applying again I was denied again. I waited two weeks to receive my check back and I never received it. I really needed that money because I was still apartment searching.It took about two months after for them to send out a check to the address that I had already told the leasing agent I no longer live there anymore. I called up there to speak with someone and told them what the issue was and she told me She will re-issue it. That was in September.So recently I received an email stating that the check they sent out was never cash and I replied to the email letting them know I do not live at the address anymore and I sent over my current address. The rep emailed back and said OK we will be re-issuing a check. That was a month ago. I don’t know if they’re scamming or if they just don’t care to give my money back as fast as I gave them my money but I just need you guys to know that if you’re not approve it’s gonna take a while for you to get your money back we are now in December and I have not received my money back yet.

I lived here for a year and a half. Overall not a terrible place, it was pretty good for the price. Gym is great and the pool can be a good time. If youre looking for a decent apartment in West Palm Beach that wont break the bank i would suggest living here.

The leasing office staff are spectacular however, beware of the living conditions! The staff are nice but cant do much and only collect your money! My unit and building is infested with termites and the management wont get the place fumigated! Ever since Ive moved in, Ive had ongoing issues with spiders, roaches and now termites. Mind you, my place is immaculately clean! This is also a gated community but for the 7 months that Ive lived here, the gate has been broken for 5 months and is still broken! I dont understand why they dont use our rent money and fix the gate to make it a safer community. Its not rocket science to take this long to fix the gate! Parking spots are also very tight and residents/non-residents park everywhere even on the yellow curb blocking residents in! Look elsewhere and do your research before moving in!

Im very pleased with Vue, especially with the management. After meeting with Oksana for the very first time she was very patient with me and my numerous questions I had for her and the community. I would like to highlight how well the staff has helped me make my move here to West Palm Beach, Florida as smooth as possible. Even when Oksana was not in the office, Lisa and Rex have been very helpful and informative of any questions or concerns I had for them. I look forward to enjoying our stay here at Vue and potentially stay longer than planned. Im here with my wife and two children and I can speak for them on how much they love the community!

VISITORS NEED TO KNOW: Some buildings handicapped spots have no placard. Beware.When I moved in, I have reason to believe Gables did NOT clean the place as was promised (markings on the walls from the previous owners + dirty carpet + TONS OF SPIDERS). Also, the gate (for which was /compulsory/ to buy a 50$ access sticker) has been in disrepair for the entire duration of my stay. It wouldnt take this many months to fix a gate in a nuclear winter, let alone this quarantine.While maintenance needed to be called A LOT in the first week, they were timely every time. Just make sure you have verifiable proof of something not working, or they will do the bare minimum. Management is generally okay, however a few staffers are obviously not as knowledgeable as the others - so much so Im genuinely surprised they are all equals.

Amazing home!! The apartment is excellent, spacious and very pleasant. The front office personnel, the maintenance people are all very friendly and kind. The location is the best and the pool near my apartment is beautiful and is excellent for kids.

Very nice apartment complex, coming from one that’s searched over 15 places in the last 2 weeks. Looks inviting from the outside but upon moving in you realize youve been deceived, the screened in porch has room for any size insects to get in so even on a cool day you cant leave your door open, its a gated community so obviously were paying for security but most of the time the gate doesnt work so its open for days with no security patrolling the grounds, the tiny parking spots are hardly available if you get home late. I leased when they had a discount promotion and moved out three weeks before my lease was up and they charge me extra for my last month and for water telling me that I didnt pay for the first month and if I dont pay within thirty days it will be sent to collections. This is not my first leasing rodeo but it was certainly the worst.

Stayed at the Vue for a year and loved every minute of it. Great complex, great location, and great staff. Jordan Meighen, our leasing consultant, did such a wonderful job from the first day we walked in. She was such a tremendous help. Very nice apartments and community. The staff is amazing, everyone is pet friendly, the amenities are great, and the maintenance crew is on top of every detail. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the price. It is a very expensive place to live, and there are many fees on top of our base rent. So when you think you’re paying $1,200, you’re actually paying about $1,450 every month with everything included. Also, there are a bunch of iguanas that the community won’t do anything about. I feel uncomfortable having my dog around them & going in the pool (they have been known to swim in the pool) as they carry many diseases and breed rapidly.

I was so excited to move into this property it looks beautiful from the outside but the inside is infested. Since the second week I moved in we’ve had a problem with termites and spiders. It started out in the bathroom and a small living room area and now it is everywhere! To the point that when we are brushing our teeth they land on us, to not being able to lay and watch tv in the bedroom because they are constantly flying on us. It’s not just my apartment my neighbors have the same issue and others have had issues with roaches. Yes they come and spray but the problem in this community is way bigger than that and even the people that come and spray have told me that it’s not going to help. It is horrible.

This complex has helped me out many times with emergency repairs and things i have needed. Nancy especially has always been there to help me. She is always friendly and welcoming even if she has had a rough day. She doesnt just care about you as a resident, but as a person. I am sad to see her leave but the rest of the staff is great as well.I do have to mention that Jordan in the office has been an amazing addition to the team!! She is always smiling and happy and more than welcome to help the residents out in anyway. She truly cares about the residents, she is much appreciated.

I am very happy living here. I have been here for 2 years now. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are very nicely updated. It has a nice lake in the back with a golf course view. The staff is friendly. Jordan in particular is very nice and helpful every single time I need something. The gym is well equipped. The pool area has a covered gas bbq area which is very nice and always clean. I love living here!

The Vue at 1400 has been a pleasant experience for me since I moved in almost 3 years ago. It’s a great spot for you if you’re single, a small family or want to be placed by highways, shopping, retail, restaurants, entertainment.... everything is conveniently close!I can say whole heartedly that the leasing staff and management are some of the best that I’ve encountered. Very friendly, accommodating and great communicators. If something breaks you’re not waiting forever to have it handled. The maintenance crew are attentive and timely. This community cares about the people who live here.We are kept safe and the property is kept clean. They regularly pressure clean the stairs and breezeways, there isn’t trash all on the sidewalk or spilling over at the drop off stations. There are activities for the residents and the investment in quality of amenities on a consistent basis is impressive.I enjoyed renting here!

I think the apartments are great. I dont hear upstairs and rarely hear the neighbors next door. They do seem to have a bug problem. Maintenance is always there and will either be there ASAP or the very next morning, they do not respect the appointment time you set up though which can cause issues. There is one leasing consultant that constantly doesnt understand whats going on ever.They always keep maintenance on landscaping. The views are gorgeous and very nice people in the complex. Parking is a little bit tight and people begin to park at random places.8/10.

Lived here almost two years now. The complex has gone through several owners and each had their ups and downs. The latest iteration seems to be a winner so far. Sean (property manager) seems nice, and genuinely wants to help when something is wrong. Same can be said for the rest of the staff. The gym and pool renovation was a good upgrade. The rent is on the expensive side (1300 for a 500 sq ft 1br apt if you count the water, sewer, and trash which are not included in the base rent), and you have to have renter’s insurance. But the apartments are cozy, with granite tops and wood floors (fake wood). There’s also a nice trail on a lake in the back of the complex that faces a golf course. Some apartments have that beautiful view... the maintenance guys are speedy and courteous. And I like the online resident portal on which you can pay your rent and request maintenance. There’s also some sort of community chat thread on there that nobody uses.

After looking at a wide selection of apartments in the West Palm Beach area I had grown tired of the uninspired representatives I met at different properties. But, when my partner and I came to look at the Vue 1400 this all changed. Jordan, our lease facilitator, was so full of positive energy, good advice, and a kind of advocacy that we decided to seriously consider choosing her complex. Through our multiple tours, calls, emails and documentation process she kept herself available, gave quick replies, and supported our process. Being new to the area and to Florida, there were differences in procedure which she explained with a huge amount of patience and humor. I also have to note that she is the most stylish representative we have ever met. Competent, professional, warm, clear in her communications, detail focused, funny, humble and beautiful! I lived here for two years.Pretty solid place if you are looking to live on this side of WPB, better quality than the surrounding apartment complexes.Parking may be a challenge for some units if you get off work / come home late. I happened to live at building 5 so it wasn’t as much of an issue for me.I was never worried about my safety. Staff are helpful and take complaints and escalations seriously.I also recovered most of my security deposit, which isn’t too common in FL based on Google reviews at a lot of rental companies.

I will start off by saying Jordan and most of the staff here is great. However, we haven’t had the greatest experience here since moving in. We moved into an apartment with a broken freezer and washer, and had to wait almost two weeks to have them replaced. Roaches are seen throughout the complex, inside and out since we have moved in. We also had a wallet stolen out of our locked car in this parking lot, so more security is needed. I let the front office know just so they could alert residents (still have not) and the reply from Nancy was “well your car must have been unlocked.” Not the point. The manager Nancy has been difficult to work with and each interaction we’ve had with her she has been oddly rude. Maintenance, Jordan, and everyone else we have worked with have been great however. Won’t be staying after our lease is up!UPDATE June 2019:This complex has not improved. The front gate is a constant issue, the call box is not working approximately 50% of the time and the gate itself barely works. Our AC is currently broken and the urgent maintenance line provided for residents is “not in service.” For us, the price for this complex is outrageous in regards to the experience we’ve had here. We are counting down the days to be out of this lease.

Inquiring why property in West Palm (Vue at 1400) is supposed to be a gated community but management onsite leaves both gates open 7 days a week morning, noon, night, overnight.If there is an issue with the gates/callbox use rent funds (not like the apartments are upkept) to fix and/or replace gates immediately. The gates has been open pretty much every day /all night since Gables Residential took over regardless if vendors are working or not its horrible. If management is trying to drive business with tacky now renting signs in grass, leaving gates open so public can view property, please consider your current residents want the both gates closed immediately.If residents wanted to live in an ungated community they wouldve chose another property. Onsite property rarely answers phone and when they do they use a scripted response its a corporate decision.

I had an appointment with my boyfriend on a Saturday to come tour and get pricing. NO PARKING and I called at the gate the lady answered and was so unhelpful. I went inside and the one lady inside said to park in the fire lane and Ill tell people at the pool to move... Which is stupid. So I left. Next time make sure there is parking for future residents. You wasted my Saturday.

This place is a joke. We applied paid $175 and were turned down in a matter of hours because I had a felony on my record for text messaging 6 years ago in Illinois. They kept $100 and said that we were mailed a check for the $75 administration fee. It has now been over 3 weeks and no check. Jordan in the office tells me it was sent then I call bacj and told no they have 30 days and I can just wait. They have been rude and misleading in every way. When they thought they could get our money they were so nice, boy did that change quickly! I would not rent from them even if I could. As much as they charge you could get a house! Stay away from this place!

I went to tour The Vue in West Palm Beach twice. The first time I was on the fence, so I scheduled a tour again which was confirmed via their website. I drove from Boca to WPB for the tour but when I got there there was a sign on the door stating they were closed for MLK day. THIS WAS NOT INDICATED WHEN I SCHEDULED AND WAS CONFIRMED. Then, to add insult to injury, I called and left message and never received a call back. No apology.. Nothing.. I was with my brother-in-law who maintains a marina community and he was appalled with the outside maintenance. He said I dodged a bullet. Dont rent here! And management-dont bother replying with one of your canned, scripted responses.

My wife and I stayed here for two years upon moving to South Florida from Ohio. The staff from the very beginning of our time here was amazing. Piecing together the information while still living in Ohio was a challenge but the folks at IMT (then The Cascades) were amazing to work with.Since then we have only had positive experiences with IMT at the Villages. The online database to pay rent was extremely easy to use, and whenever we put in a service request online it was taken care of the next day (or the same day if I got the request in early enough). The transformation that the property has undergone in just the last few months has been nothing short of amazing to see and makes me extremely jealous of anyone who is moving in soon. There is nothing that we could complain about at IMT. We moved to PB Gardens for the more family-friendly atmosphere (we arent the type of couple that enjoys the nightlife that is so easily accessible from here), but will always have a special place for IMT in our hearts.

I’ve lived at the vue for a little over a year and it’s been wonderful! The property is very well taken care of, super clean and inviting. I love the fitness center and the flexible hours (open 24/7!) the office staff, tania, Amber, and Oksana are very warm and always pleasant in the office when I see them for a complimentary coffee in the mornings! Any maintenance request I’ve needed has been handled promptly and with complete accuracy. The area is great so makes commuting to work a breeze. :)

Love the area and the apartment as a whole. But lots of mataince issues that never seemed to be solved. You can hear the neighbors constantly slamming doors & dogs barking all day. It sounds like the neighbors across the hall never let their dog out. Over all, not worth the price.

The experience started off great until they changed management to ZRS .. and it all went downhill. They never answer the phone. They stopped sending the water bill for months even though we all complained and asked for bills!! I told them that I dont want a lump sum... they said that wont happen... but I move out and what do I get ... a lump sum. Lastly, if you want to move in... just make sure you dont ever want to move out. When you do, theyll make it the most difficult process. Theyll ice you out of online payment process. They wont send you the final bill, and when you finally get it, its surcharged with a threat to collection (how are you going to threaten someone on a bill you never sent). Also... THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE SO RESOLVING AN ISSUE IS IMPOSSIBLE. If youre hunting, just go to another community at the villages so you can have your peace.

This complex changed hands twice within the year and a half term of my lease, with the changes came ups and downs. Prices went up, quality went down. Water bills went up, gates and cameras to secure the property were nearly always down. Aside from loud neighbors, the property itself is nice. They redid the gym, updated some pool furniture, etc. This doesnt change the fact that the parking spaces are minuscule and pet owners never clean up after their dogs.I just received my final bill and surprise surprise, the company that currently owns it, claims that I owe $158.49 in water alone as well as $74.60 for sewer. This is nearly THREE times the usual metered rate. Seems sheisty and wont fly with me.As expected, they intend to keep my entire security deposit...POTENTIAL AND CURRENT RENTERS BEWARE: They have illegally charged me between $8 and $10 a month for storm water... the box in my lease is unchecked, indicating that those fees are not to be paid by me.

If I had to sum up this place in three words I would use inconsistent, rude and disgusting.Inconsistent because I had to live through several management changes. In past apartments, when management changed the actual tenants felt little change but with these changes it was a nightmare for us.There were roaches even though I keep my unit spotless with no traces of food or sitting water. I understand this happens, but scheduling an exterminator was much harder than it needed to be.Rude because no one I have ever known has gotten their deposit back no matter what. I have seen units that looked even better than when they moved in but they never got the money back. When asked about it, management was rude and unwilling to even discuss the issue.Save your time and money and heartache.

This place is a pain, after moving in I had to deal with termites and roaches. The property manager Shawn is very careless and the management team change about three or four times in the year I’ve rented from them. When I moved in I dealt with Monica who said all of these things that was not sure and I ended up getting the short end of the stick. I also had mildew in my bedroom closet and it just got painted over. If you can prevent from renting here save your money and run now. After writing this review I received my deposit back which was another short end My deposit was cut very short. I got charged for a damaged carpet for a stain, a cleaning fee and the apartment was cleaned before I moved out. I feel this place is all about money and that’s not what a home is about.

Before moving in to this place just know a few things:1. Most dog owners never clean up after their dogs, mainly because they never refill the bag bins in clean up stations.2. Although they list they have a front gate it is always broken, giving full access to the public.3. In the past 3 years they have been owned by 4 different companies, this will affect you because anything you were told by the company when you signed your lease will not be valid with new company.4. The place is infested full of roaches in the summer, but they do offer a complementary exterminator by request which is good.5. Maintenance team is very courteous and will go above and beyond to fix your issues.6. Nancy is very rude and unprofessional who will find any excuse to tell you anything that happened its your fault, luckily there is someone above her who will be fair with any incidents. If possible, avoid dealing with Nancy.

STAY AWAY! Seriously, do yourself a favor and find another place to live. In the short year that I lived at Vue at 1400, my apartment was overwhelmed with a mildew problem (ruining clothing, furnishings, etc.) due to their A/C units not draining properly. Then, I had downstairs neighbors who chain-smoked in their apartment around the clock which, due to the shoddy construction of the buildings, came up directly into my unit. Then to top it all off, almost a year AFTER MOVING OUT, I get a call from the manager Nancy telling me that I still owed them money and that they would be sending my account into collection (resulting in a negative hit on my credit report). After tracing the payments through my bank, I found that they had in fact cashed all of my checks and either decided to attempt to scam me out of more money or they don’t know how to run a business and keep proper accounting standards. Either way, save yourself a world of disappointment and stress and RUN AWAY!

Contacted the apartment using apartment list. After that they dont stop spamming. I contacted over 40 apartaments. They are the only one sending messages every minute. Be carefull give them your email. They are probably in hurry to find someone to rent at their place.

This complex is GREAT. Much better than the place I used to live. There are tons of friendly people, a gym, and other ammenities. My apartment has a great view of the golf course and the apartments are newly rennovated 6 out 5.

BE CAUTIOUS !! After 3 years here & 3 rental companies,the new ownersare to be watched carefully.When Covis 19 hit, my business of 28 years wasshut down,I informed them that I would have to leave as of April 30th,3 of my accounts found financing & thought they could ride it out .On May 5th I notified the rental office that I would stay & complete my lease.They wanted me to lease another different apartment with a NEW 12 monthlease,INCREASE my rent by $70 a month,PAY $150 for an ADMINISTRATIVE FEE & $100 for an APPLICATION FEE. If I didnt agree,I would have to pay $2500 DOLLARS because my lease was not ending for 6 months.Even though my apartment was only empty for 5 days & I agreed to move right in, THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT !

Horrible horrible horrible. I moved in when it was IMT and had a nice experience. Then i moved in when it changed to ZRS and this place sucks. They send no water bill for months then send you one thats over 200$ you have to pay everything including water and sewer on top of a high rent they keep pulling up to rip people off. The property manager is extremely rude and incompetent. No one answers the phones. Horrible managment skills. Doesnt listen to anyones problems just stares at you with a blank face. Has no compassion. Doesnt know the law and to top if off moved me into a infested termite home withour telling me and make me wait for pest control. And what happens if i hire my own pest control? I get evicted. I suggest checking out any other place but here. Yet to meet one person that likes new management. We miss the old IMT!

I started out having a fantastic experience here. The leasing agent I have been working with for the past year+, Jacquee, is an angel. Wonderful person. I had continuously been having positive interactions with both leasing agents (Jacquee and Lisa) and the manager. However, I recently had my car stolen because of the irresponsibility of a neighbor - someone on this property allowed my car to be stolen - and management took no responsibility and showed no concern for this happening. Jacquee was very professional about it. She apologized although was clearly still trying to protect the integrity of the community by informing me of how I could have prevented this from happening (not providing a trusted neighbor with second copies of my keys in case of emergency). Everything is 20/20 when looking back but the fact of the matter is that people learn to trust their neighbors to help in times of need, and shouldnt be chastised for that judgment and trust. I still think Jacquee is an angel, to be clear - she was just trying to do her job (find a way to protect IMTs honor and integrity by portioning some of the blame on me, and lessening the responsibility of IMT).The lease outlines that IMT has no security, yet the leasing agents routinely tell prospective residents (and residents) that we have courtesy officers who are actually better than private security because they work for local law enforcement. Because of my car being stolen (and no courtesy officers responding), I found out from the police department and from the manager at IMT that these courtesy officers have no obligation to respond. Because my incident occurred on a Sunday, there was no way to reach management or the courtesy officers and the WPB police department refused to reach out to either one. The courtesy of these officers, as informed by WPB police force, is to live at IMT with their police vehicle parked there to *hopefully* deter crime from happening and, as I said, they have no obligation to respond. The officer on duty in the district is the one who gets called, and if hes busy with another case the resident has to wait - even if the courtesy officer is kickin back chillin in his apartment.*To be clear* I grew up surrounded by law enforcement - daughter of an officer - so Im very much aware of how unacceptable this is. We havent even had courtesy officers here for 3 weeks - we had four and presently have none. They all left around the same time, is my understanding. The manager felt no obligation to let residents know that we no longer have courtesy officers on our property (I had to find out from a local officer, in passing). The manager even said to me, on the phone, that it is not his moral or legal duty to do so, and that he is actively looking to hire new courtesy officers. He claims that he has had them respond to incidents at the pool before but, upon my further questioning, thats appears to be all he asks them to respond to - nonsense at the pool.People are always jumping in and out of the community and causing trouble, using drugs by the pool and in their rooms, fighting and yelling at the pool and in their rooms. Its absolutely unacceptable. While there are a handful of lovely residents here, many of the active ones leave much to be desired. Im grateful to the residents here who make it worth staying through the end of my lease (this place is pricey to begin with, so breaking a lease would not be a wise financial decision).I am severely disappointed in this community, which is a true disappointment because I loved it and sung its praises for most of the time I have been living here.

I dont live there, but my main problem when I did a walk through and made the decision to apply Lisa kept calling me to continue dialogue,after a few days I decided that the unit being offered was not for me so magically a unit that I wanted was available after I intended on walking away.2 days after that I had more questions for her and after numerous messages to call me back she never did get back to me.Her behavior was juvenile and unprofessional,it was like she was getting me back because I would not apply under her timetable.How can you trust to live somewhere where all they care about are their commissions.I know thaty IMT have several of properties I can honestly say that I would rather live in my car than reside at any of their communities,By Felicia!!!!!

The biggest selling point of this community is Lake View! The open and long lake view, you can walk along the river and watch ducks, because the opposite golf course makes the lake view more open. The gym and swimming pool are pretty clean. There are enough parking spaces and trash cans, but the recycling is bad. The biggest disadvantage of the community is that the floor of the house is thin and the sound insulation is poor. It is completely capable of listening to chickens and dogs, listening to music downstairs, playing with dogs upstairs, and smoking marijuana by the neighbors behind the building. Get involved.
