My wife and me stayed in unit 519 at the resort and it was terrific! Its a corner unit with windows on 2 sides bringing in tons of light. Of course the blackout curtains can be drawn in case you want to sleep in. The windows overlook the pool area and beach so the views are amazing. When we arrived the room was spotless and neatly arranged. Dan reached out a couple of times before our stay to let us know the status of the room and responded quickly to our texts/emails. I definitely recommend it you are planning a stay in the area.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. Everything was absolutely perfect! We had a situation with our flight and they accommodated us almost instantly which was so very much appreciated!!!! When we go back we will only be staying here due to the amazing experience. I could have not been any more thankful for everything that was done for us and for how beautiful the place was!!

This was a first time renting a vacation home. I had my concerns. One being who do I contact if something goes wrong with the house. The host Dan from the beginning was readily available. Our flight arrived late in the evening, but he came over to meet us anyway, and give us the keys to the house, and show us around. The house was more beautiful in person very spacious, open, modern, and bright. The backyard had everything you need from bbq utensils to pool balls. The backyard was huge, and had beautiful palm trees with an occasional coconut that would drop off which we managed to crack open, and enjoy fresh right off the tree coconut. The tiki hut was such a nice touch. There was a screened in porch so after grilling you can eat there, and avoid all the critters. The front yard had a beautiful mango tree which people would come by and pick. Some would offer money. Coming from New York this all was so appreciated. We had such a great experience. The house had a game room which we all made full use of. A lot of competing going on. Our kids loved it! Dan was easily accessible; not the we needed him for much, everything was at our disposal including plenty of beach towels for the beach or pool. We didn’t make it to all the beaches which were all in close vicinity, but we did manage to get to Jupiter beach which is 30 minutes away because it’s a leash less dog beach. The beach was beautiful; so much more than I expected, and our dog had the time of his life. All in all this was a great vacation, and would I book again... absolutely! Looking forward to going back, and would highly recommend staying at 7115 Venetian away. Thanks Dan for your hospitality, and professionalism. See you again in the future.Coleen

Working with Dan and his team was an absolute pleasure. From the communications prior to our arrival, to our stay in the property... everything was absolutely perfect. You cant ask for a more professional team to work with. Dans leadership, organization skills, knowledge and warmth are outstanding. It was a honor to have the opportunity to be his client.

We rented an apt through City Place Vacation Rentals for 3 months last summer while my son was undergoing treatment at the Paley Institute. It was the perfect fit for us. Wheelchair accessibility, elevators, parking, pool and exercise room - everything we needed. The apartment was very well equipped and a short walk to grocery and restaurants. I was somewhat concerned about noise since its a busy area especially on weekends, but it really wasnt an issue.Dan was extremely kind and helpful and whenever we needed something he was quickly reachable and responsive. We will be returning when we have our follow-up visits and will definitely try to get in to City Place again.

Dan Woodley its the Best! I highly recommended to everyone thats looking for a place to live: short-long term, to rent or just for vacations and fun. Whatever you need hes there at any time, no matter what!! Me and my family are super happy with his hosting and the way he treated Us. Were Blessed. I will definitely refer him if someone needs a Real State Man!!

We loved the location of this unit and had a great time in West Palm Beach. The condo was new, clean and fresh with all new appliances and had recently been redecorated. Dan Woodley was great to work with and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Will definitely stay there again.

Weve rented 3-4 condos from City Place Vacation Rentals and each experience was excellent. Dan Woodley is a great manager - rental process was smooth, all arrangements made easily, immediately responded to questions, maintenance needs, etc. A true professional.
