This is very conveniently located. The place is quiet. peaceful, and always maintained. However, security is not that secured as I thought. These gates are my concern. They are welcoming non- residents. Is anythinh being done about the security at Windsor Park. Secondly, there are too many roaches around. Who is the sprayman? Thank you

Let me start by saying that Iris Rivera Our Property Manager is Excellent in every way..She is Beyond Helpful, Always Available no matter how busy she is, she listens & gets the problem fixed, Very Knowledgeable & Professional & Caring all at the same time..Iris Rivera is an Asset to the Company she works for. An as for the maintenance staff..Yuni & Angel they also are always get the problem if any fixed quickly..and Always are very respectful and nice to Us Residents..We love living here & its because of the Great people that work here....

Windsor Park Staff and Maintenance always answer and complete my request promptly. I always satisfy. Thanks.

Apartments are out of date buildings are infested with roaches and rats .Maintenance team is awesome but office staff is lacking in customer service and have very little skills

Windsor Park is an amazing place to live. Sharon was a great assistant manager and I am so glad to see her move up. I am sure she will make a great manager. The rest of the staff there is very friendly and always go above and beyond for the residents. My apartment is perfect and I can not see myself living anywhere else. The leasing consultant in the front office Eva Is beyond helpful and kind. Leo and Yuni are the maintenance and they seem to always have everything in order and jump to the job quickly. I love living here,

My Grandmother has lived at Windsor Park for years. The staff is very pleasant and she has never given me a complaint about them. She loves sitting by the lake and reading, and enjoys the quietness of the community. Oh, and I cant forget to mention how much she loves bingo night.I have personally dealt with Sharon, the manager. She somehow knows all the residents names and is very accommodating to their needs. According to my Grandmother, she couldnt have found a better place to live.

Myself and my family have enjoyed our experience at Windsor Park Apartments. The maintenance staff maintains the premises quite well, obviously taking pride in taking care of the residents. They always seem to go above and beyond. The office staff treats residents like family members. The residents are super friendly and behave like one big family!

From the the helpful and friendly staff, to our kind neighbors. you truly have a real community. no wonder I constantly hear of Windsor Park as being a TOP destination.

This is truly a beautiful place to be however my grandmothers toilet has been unstable and completely unattached to the ground for months. After contacting the office multiple times and repeatedly told they will be here today or tomorrow with Noone ever showing up Im starting to believe they just dont care.

Mgr.ms larana ..can be described as COURTEOUS.and KINDLY. this is particularly obvious in her communication with elderly residents.She likes people! Love the quiet clean grounds to take peaceful walks

Dont move here !!!!! Maintenance supervisor is very lazy and rude . owners do not want to spend the money on repairs. All you get is excuses.cant wait until lease is up.
