My family & I lived there about 10yrs ago I had to move because my mother & I was raising 4 grandchildren we only had 1 when we first moved but needless to say as they was growing I had no choice but the 3 girls are all grown up & on their owns…Now I want to go back so bad..I’m definitely going to try!!!! The only complaint I had was I had to live on bottom floor as I would need now our upstairs neighbors had kids & they drove me bonkers!!!!! 😂But I Would Recommend it to anyone!!!

After waiting 3 business day they came today and still can’t fix the problem Carlos came and fixed it for NOW but it keeps on not flushing correctly I have visitors coming to stay weekend over and I need this problem to get solved I can’t have them flush the toilet and it don’t even flush correctly… it’s nasty!

I have not yet received the service of pest control which is so much needed.

This is my second intention on sending Maintenance requests and I get a text stating that my issue was resolved when it has not been provided.

I heard that they have nice apartments and it’s always been quiet when I’ve gone over there. Well they always tell me to call back in a week or two but then the screen the calls. I spent one afternoon calling them then tried them the next day. Imagine my surprise when my sister called them right after I did and they answered on the first ring! I don’t want to live somewhere where the office staff can’t do their job.

Maintenance fixed my issues as soon as I called.

This community is good. The neighbors are friendly, also the staff are kind and respectful. But I’d like if the gate was working.

Its alright but i noticed the entrance of almost every door has some barrier underneath your foot and it a foot gap to raise your feet over it

I rate Waverly Apartments staff 10+++++++++. They deserve more than five stars. Nadege the property manager is very nice and professional and down to earth as well; to make a long story short, she gets the job done. She does her best to meet the residents needs, and tries to resolve any issues that might arise on any given day.I also think Melissa and Eva both which are leasing consultants are hard working employees. They always have a welcoming smile and still find time to chat with you and ask how you are doing. They both are very kind. Last but not least, I also rate Tito the maintenance supervisor 10+++++++, because anytime I have a maintenance problem, I put in a work order and he makes sure that one of his maintenance staff go and take care of it right away. There were times I asked him in person to have something fixed and he took care of it within 30 minutes to an hour. Tito is also a very respectable, kind and professional person. All in all, they all work together as a team and try to provide and deliver the best services to the residents. Not to mention; it is very affordable to rent an apartment and to live here. I simply love it here. I am very satisfied.☺

It has been a pleasure living in Waverly!! Our best compliment go out to the staff especially Victoria who is always smiling and helping out... My son loves her and she is very understanding when he is in the office.

The staff at Waverly is great but the Maintenance crew is the best! ! They are so helpful and friendly. They attend to any maintenance concerns promptly. Waverly is a wonderful place to call home.

How it is i havent even come in contact with the apartments and i feel annoyed. I saw there were apartments for rent online, and called the office but they never answered, straight to voicemail then it ended the call. I was so interested horrible staff. Also if someone has an email where i can reach them please reply.

Nice place

Not a good place to live. If you order packages, it will be stolen. And the office will not help you recover your item. I had my packages stolen before, went to the office, nothing was done to stop it.

I usually dont write reviews but I wanted to take the time to say that Victoria, the leasing consultant was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, informative and very friendly while my family and I inquired about an apartment. The down side and deal breaker was the maintenance personnel. I planned on being a resident however the maintenance guy left a horrible first impression. He stormed into the office during my inquiry and interrupted Victoria as she spoke to my family and I. He was rude and not pleasant at all. God forbid I move there and have a maintenance issue. I wish I knew his name.. Again Victoria was amazing - maintenance guy not so great.

Horrible place to live. People steal your packages in front of your door. The office have no customer service. It seems like they dont care about your well-being. Dont live here.

They have false information online every time I call regarding the status on apartment theyre always pushing the available time frame back. Since November I have been calling one of the girls there informed me that there was an eviction in process so she couldnt tell me when it would be available and now I just called and got the same BS to call back in May. I selected a star just to post but I would have not selected the star if I could post with out it.

Great service from the office staff and the maintenance team.Whenever I call for service I receive it before I am home from work. And even now I can pay rent online thats a plus!

I contacted the property manager never got a respons, if you know you werent going to reply to peoples concern why put your contact out? You had me waste my time for nothing. I had to give this a star bc there are no 0 stars or -# of stars. Sucks to be a client.

Cons:- gate is always open. perfect for criminals! yaaay!- they go into your apt without permission and without knocking. great when youre taking a shower or youre just in your underwear!- management doesnt communicate with other staff.- no maintenance- if you need something done you need to call and call and call and keep pushing- disrespectful managementPros- some apartments come with roaches, if youre into researching them

Great place to live and friendly staff. I have four years living in this comnunity and i dont have any complaints. Staff is very diligent when yo need them.

Ive been here almost six years and each year it gets better ... especially since the current staff Victoria, Veronica, Lucy & Nadege treat my family with great respect and maintenance is always there when u call!!!

Today is March 2, 2016. If there was a way to give NO stars I would.everyone beware. If u have any problems with getting A/C fix they always give a run around before the fix it properly. Before, if your A/C and dryer would break down after a while it would jack up your electric bill. The way that they would compensate for that is by taking money off your rent for the faulty machinery. Now that the company has changed ownership its even worse the before. My A/C wasnt working right for 3 month and I told them each month that I would hear a pouring sound and thats not suppose to happen and the tried to tell me its suppose to be like that.I have lived here since 09 before alot of them were even employed here and I knew that was crap!! Now, the new corporate office sounds nice(PINNACLE LIVING) on the phone and act like there going to help you and the dont. Instead they tell there office manager to tell me that there not giving any compensation anymore. IF you can avoid this complex please do so. Im even trying to move like alot of others I know in here. Oh and the crime is really bad you cant even have you kids outside. Other people come in here trying to sell drugs to your kids or threaten them with guns or better yet have your vehicle stolen like mine was.

I live here almost 4 years now, because its a safe place to live, the office staff is always nice to me especially the property manager Nadage, and lets not forget Veronica,but everyone is great, the maintenance always fix any issue I have soon as possible which i rarely have any, but to be exact that same day if they arent to busy, okay so there is a couple of speed bumps yes!! But atleast that keep from speeding inside community, also there is only one dumpster, but I live in the front so I dont complain but thats the only issue here if you even call it one. but overall I love it here very nice place to live...

Worst place I have ever live roach infested and they have outdated appliances that have will have a 200 dollar electric bill.

Too much bumps, the gate always open the price too high, one dumpster for every body way too far to take thrash out, and they went up every year..

I really do not have to complain, only that in the other administration, when they collected money, it was 10 and in my case it was 20 dollars, to put security at the entrance, they must not allow outside personnel to enter the condominiums or have access to the parking lots.Note: From the money it is not known which way he took, and the door remained as it is still without security.Note: We hope that the new administration will do what has been left out by the previous 3 companies.

I do not recommend anyone to apply to this community, they tell you that if there are apartments available they make you fill out an application on the computer for more than two hours with some absurd questions. They tell you that if you are eligible only to give them the $ 85 application and the $ 100 for keeping the apartment apart, that by the way they refused to show me the apartment according to them because it was under repair. I finished filling out my application at 6:00 at night and at 8:00 in the morning the other day they had already called me to tell me that they had not accepted the application, when they themselves said that it took 24 hours to check everything. I told them that then I needed my $ 100 dollars that if they were returned if I did not apply and that they could not give it to me for up to 3 weeks that they sent it to me by mail. Very bad experience with these people.

I have lived in this place for almost 2 years until now with my husband and my 6 year old daughter, it was the best place I could have found to start ECONOMIC, SAFE AND QUIET in my 2 years I had no problem, 3 weeks ago I I went on vacation for 1 week and the day I travel I received a package that I had been waiting for by Amazon, when I returned from my vacation 1 week after I left the package was still outside my door, my building was 7. Thank you Waverly apartments, the apartments are nice they have everything you need, I am leaving a 1 bedroom available now, there are many people who put 1 STAR OR GIVE A BAD REFERENCE JUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and the people who are looking for a place to live When they see 1 single star they get carried away and they think it is bad to live, I can give certainty that to be my first time renting in this country it was the best experience I have no complaints JUST GOOD COMMENTS XQ WAS MY EX PERIENCE AND XQ I NEVER HAD ANY DISADVANTAGE, when something happened in the apartment I would go downstairs and talk to the maintenance guys, I would give them my apartment number and as soon as they could they would come up and fix it.Do not get carried away by bad reviews that actually HAVE NO FOUNDATION, visit the apartments and each have their own opinion, they are always clean and cared for.
