Horrible company and agent. When we tried to schedule an appointment Dwayne just tried to delegate to his assistant and she can’t even answer the phone. Ive rented A LOT of apartments from independent owners, large leasing companies and small property management companies and this one is by far the worst experience Ive had thus far. Im a month in to a 12 month lease and feel a total sense of regret. I could go into much further detail regarding the smooth talking, deceitfulness and shoddy maintenance work with a team that is habitually late, but I will refrain. I live in a lovely neighborhood, but really wishing I went in a different direction.

I just left Ibero office after spending an hour with one of his agents, Kristen. It was me and a friend. We were wrapping up with Kristen, when she requested that we fill out paperwork. I wasnt ready to fill out paperwork and requested that we do paperwork later. Another agent, Mr. Barrett, then took it upon himself to try to explain that we should just do the paperwork at that moment. I responded, what if we dont like any of the places, what is the point of filling out the paperwork? Mr. Barrett said, well... and gestured to the door. He was rude and yelled at me and my friend and said its not his job to just go and be our guide. Funny, because I thought that was part of the job description. I have never experienced such rudeness as a customer. He not only lost the opportunity to assist and profit off my rental search, but he also lost the opportunity to assist in a year, when me and my roommate start searching to buy our individual homes. Me and my friend are both college educated professionals that were treated like undeserving peasants. Not that peasants are undeserving of polite treatment. Therefore, I wouldnt even give Mr. Barrett my business, if he was the only way to my dream home. I dont know if he was having a bad day and took it out on us, but maybe through this review, he will realize not to treat customers that way.

I connected with this company in order to rent a property a few months ago. The first agent helping us was perhaps too busy to assist us fully. However, we were later able to connect with a different agent, Elvis, who assisted us in finding our home within 3 weeks. Our parameters were EXTREMELY narrow and specific for what we wanted and could afford, so I know it was tough. Nevertheless Elvis and Ibero worked with us in order to achieve our goal and he never told us we were being crazy or unrealistic for what we wanted. What I especially appreciated about Elvis help was that he spoke to us like a real person, not a salesperson whos trying to sell you something you do not really want. He never made it seem like he was inconvenienced by our frequent phone calls and he was always positive and supportive, despite how picky we were!. He is an honest and real person who was a true pleasure to work with.

We were looking to rent a home and worked with Tessa at Ibero throughout the process. She helped get a good sense for what we wanted and was great at showing us what was in our range and what we preferred. After we found a great house, we ran into a myriad of issues with the listing agent. Long story short, despite putting our deposit and application fees in escrow, it ended up being months before we could move into our rental home. The saving grace was that through this entire ordeal, Tessa was there to help us follow up (pester) the listing agent and the owner company until we could get into our home. We recently contacted Ibero Property Management in regard renting a house. An agent from this company contacted us back by the name of Luis. Out of three properties he could only show us one because he was unable to secure a key from the owners. Due to his lack of professionalism we backed out. Couple of weeks later Luis called very frustrated with a harassing demeanor. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are hungry for money and disrespectful. SHAME ON YOU IBERO PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT. I wouldnt be surprised if these people dont use our personal information for their gains. Luis is a dangerous character and I advise anyone willing to do business with him to stay away before they get conned.

I cant believe how the Broker for this company is a scam artist he took our deposit and would not return it even though the agent did her work but has not gotten us an apartment to live it. If you need an agent do not use this place they are the worst ppl you could ever deal with. They have no clue how to treat ppl. Dont even bother.
