I think this is the first bad review Ive ever actually taken the time to write.I got a parking ticket here for being in and out of a friends house (I was there for about an hour). I have been here many times and I always register my car. ALWAYS! I reached out explaining that it was an emergency situation and that I did not stay long. I know they are able to see my history here, and that I once again ALWAYS register my car when I come to Sole. My advice is that 1) Register your car 2) If you get a ticket dont waste your time refuting because they dont care. Wish I wasnt forced to give a star at all.Its not a big deal, and it wasnt a big fine. Its the principle behind it.

Nice new property downtown West Palm Beach. Really great amenities including a pretty sweet movie room which is nicer than others I have seen. Pool is pretty standard. They have grills which are nice and not seen in every apartment building. Amenities are a little bit crowded. Rental staff is very nice and accommodating.

Living at sole has been pleasurable, the front desk personnel (Tony and Christine) attend to any questions in a reasonable amount of time. I attended the last four events hosted within the apartment complex, and they are extremely fun, entertaining, and engaging with community residents.Sole is super centralized to the downtown area. Literally a 5 min walk to La fitness, the intracoastal, downtown for drinks, UPS, Starbucks. Perfect spot to live for relaxing or experiencing the downtown life.10/10 would recommend bro.

Ive lived here less than a year, and it is by far one of my favorite complexes. I had a VERY easy move in process given that I moved during the pandemic, and have had to call maintenance only twice. The first time was for a water pressure issue and the second was when my a/c unit stopped working! With both problems, I had fixes within hours of submitting a request and didnt have any further problems.

Ive been here nearly a month and am surprised by past negative reviews. The moving in process has been incredibly easy - the leasing staff have gone out of their way to help whenever theres been anything Ive needed - including helping me move mattresses and other things into my apartment. Mike from maintenance has also been a massive help to me - going out of his way to help move things and ensure the apartment was in perfect shape. Amenities are great and the apartment is great value...not sure what else you can ask for.

I love living at Sole at City Center! Nicole, Lauren, Toni and Jake, all make themselves available for me whenever I need anything. They follow-up with me to make sure I’m satisfied with maintenance work, no matter how small the job. They will even recommend places to eat and visit, since I am new to town. They are not a concierge service, but I feel like I’m taken care of in that way!I really am grateful I get to live here. What solidified my choice was when we were all forced to quarantine from the outside world, the management staff at Sole made sure all of us knew they had not forgotten about us, even when the office has to be closed and the amenities had to be shut down for OUR safety, emails were sent out and notes were left in elevators with updates. I never once felt abandoned. Then, not long after things opened up, there were food trucks downstairs and events being planned for the tenants. It is worth every penny to live in a place where I get the kind of service and kindness I receive from the staff at Sole at City Center, they are awesome! It’s definitely worth taking a tour!I have to close with this...Don’t pay any attention to the negative reviews. These are truly bitter, angry people. So many right now don’t have it nearly as good as we do and they are complaining about trivial things. I wish they would move on and stop trying to hurt a business that is doing their best to make sure we are all comfortable and taken care of. I for one feel very lucky to have such a wonderful place to live.

I went and toured 4 different buildings downtown West Palm Beach, and Solé was the nicest building by far. At each building we would have someone show us the property, none of which were any good. Jake was an amazing building rep who showed us the grounds and was very thorough in his break down of move in costs and any associated fees. Can’t wait to move in!

Sole at City Center is a wonderful apartment complex with a nice community of people. The pool area is one of the best pool areas Ive seen at any apartment complex and thats just the start. My wife and myself have been living in this beautiful I’ve been living in this beautiful complex for almost 2 years. Located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach! Recently there’s been a change of ownership/management and it’s been through a difficult time with everything going on. The new management has been diligent, patient and very productive. Especially being new thrown into a Hard time to take over new management. Tiffani Rich Has been amazing stops everything she’s doing to help me and I’m sure she doesn’t to the other guests that are part of the Complex! The maintenance man Michael is also very amazing we’ve tried to get our closet door fixed about four times previously and it always broke the next day but he fixed it and fixed the whole thing properly! We are very satisfied with our stay and comfortable with our future here at Solé at City Center!!

My wife and I almost signed a lease for 1 year until we read some of the reviews found here. The main reasons we didnt move forward with the lease is a) the lack of transparency when detailing the monthly charges we will be paying (found out on Google that there was a common area electricity monthly charge that they didnt tell us about) and b) they couldnt assure us that the unit we were looking at would be available by the date we were planning to move in which was November and therefore the monthly rent was subject to change. Now I am trying to get the money we spent on the application back, they charge you $100 for each applicant and $350 for service fee, they told me that will be sending a check for $350 next week but the other $200 will not be refunded because our screening had already been made, the funny thing is that they never send us an email with the approval or denial of our application. We really dont know if this is a good or bad place to live but we didnt like to be treated as fools when we were about to commit on a long term contract. Do your research and ask the right questions if you are looking at this place as an option in the near future.

Please read before considering a move in to Sole - recently moved out at Sole after 1 1/2 year living there - new management company has taken over in the past year and below are highlights:Penny Pinching: New management company are clearly focused on cutting costs at every opportunity, despite sole being marketed and priced as a “luxury” building. Parking tickets for any guest that isn’t immediately registered, new “common area electricity” monthly charge ($320 annual), etc.Customer service: new front office unresponsive to queries - never got my renewed lease after asking for it multiple times, general maintenance requests go days unanswered, no details of security deposit and hide behind vague emails when they promise a phone call explanation for miscellaneous charges. Still waiting on return of deposit 1 month after move out and only way to get any answer is to ring them, no communication the other way.Building itself: Walls paper thin and any music or pets in neighbors apartments can be very loud (particularly consider if you work from home). Gym and amenities left untidy with new management company. Key fobs don’t work and can be left outside for minutes trying to get back into building. There is plenty other better options in downtown West Palm.@Sole please don’t leave the generic response below, as we have already discussed on the phone there is nothing you could do to help.

Standard has significantly dropped since new management company came into effect.- Leasing office staff unhelpful (rang 5 times to find out about added charges and was never given info / have requested a copy of my lease 3 times and have never received it)- new $360 annual charge for ‘common area electricity’ even though all common areas were closed and we were not notified of new charge (while other buildings in the area offered discounted rent due to amenities closed for Covid)- shower and tap water smells awful- 60 day notice period to move out prior to lease ending with no notification of when this is coming up (charge is a full months rent)Overall the service received with new management company is not worth the expensive monthly rent - other buildings in downtown west palm far better service and value.

Please beware, future tenants, of theft (from your own neighbors too). There are large luxer lockers which are shared with multiple resident packages left inside, and I had packages stolen from there which is disheartening and absolutely unacceptable. Ive spoken to management about it who did a terrible job resolving the issue, is largely unresponsive, and does not follow up. Ultimately they responded that they are not liable. The new management is terrible at responding to emails once youve moved in - so I would recommend calling the office directly if you need any help or have any questions, but even with phone calls, I have had issues getting questions answered or receiving a call back when they say they will call back. Also beware of any minor paint chipped off the wall (as the paint comes off super easily if furniture is placed against the wall) - they will charge you for it (even when I asked before moving out and management told me minor paint chips wont be charged).Overall the actual apartment unit itself and amenities are ok - I liked the gym (when the AC was working). I didnt have any large maintenance issues myself, but a neighbor told me their AC was broken and maintenance did not fix it for over 7 days (and I cant imagine living without AC in Florida). Sometimes fire alarms will go off in the middle of the night, but thats only happened about 4 times over the year Ive lived there. The location of the apartment was great as well given its walking distance proximity to downtown. However, personally I would not choose to live here again.

I lived there for 13 months and lived with all types of drain and fruit flies and gnats. I first made building aware of this issue the first month I was there, September 2019, and even wrote a review about in October 2019. Not until two roof leaks right outside my front door, first one started in April/May 2020, images below, was it determined that the AC on roof, I was on top floor, was leaking and flooding for months and all the walls surrounding my apt were saturated in water attracting all these flies, the Roof AC was right above my apt. When the 2nd roof leak started in May and June it also made its way into my bedroom. I had asked for months for further investigation due to ongoing bugs and besides sending building exterminator many times nothing was discovered until roof leak in May which again was not fixed until mid July. At no time during all these months was any concession offered to me even when building was offering two free months to new tenants during Covid shutdown time. I asked many times for further investigation, concession rightfully due to me and sent so many detailed emails with images, some shown below to leasing office and management office but to no avail.here is list of other issues. 2 roof leaks in hallway that led to my bedroom that took months to fix. poop piss trash food left in elevators hallways stairwells every week. AC vent and .bathroom vents lead right to outside noise. No AC in 8th Floor hallways for months. Gym, many days no wipes and broken machines, wifi on peloton failed daily. No concession for tenants during Covid when all amenity rooms were closed for three months when our rent price is based on having access to these amenities. Garage driving and parking, the most narrow garage with no mirrors and large pick up and suvs parking in corner spots blinding you on every turn plus tenants think its an eight level racetrack. Printer and computers down regularly.Regarding the outside noise, if you face Quadrille and Datura you will hear freight train countless times through the night into early morning and will also hear any music that all bars and clubs on Clematis are blasting. If there is a live fest on clematis you feel like you are front row of show. I really thought SolePinnacle would have done the right thing and credited back last months rent. I advised them I have many pictures showing all I have stated and lived with while at Sole, and they have seen most of them in my emails but just do not care, so it seems. They offered me the same rate on renewal but after I advised I was not renewing I saw on their site they were offering my apt $175 less per month and a day later it was already rented out. No tenant in a so called luxury building that pays what Sole charges should have to live with these daily issues. The fact they still will not offer any concessions shows where their priorities lie and its not with their tenant past or present. I was hoping Sole would do the right thing and I still hope they will but it does not look promising since they did not take any responsibility while I lived there. Prove me wrong Sole at City Center.

Broadstone/Sole at City Center is conveniently located downtown with great amenities and lush landscaping. Unfortunately, this building is poorly managed. Deafening fire alarms went off more than 30 times in the year we were there. Often pulled in the middle of the night the alarms rings for 30 minutes before fire department is able to shut them off leaving residents to stand outside across the street. There are no inexpensive mirrors in the narrow lanes of the garage where trucks park on corners and block view of oncoming speeders. Maintenance staff is hardworking but cannot keep up with food floating in the pool, filthy grills, food/drinks smeared/thrown on artwork and patio furniture, and trash left out in hallways. Although some residents pick up after their pets, many do not. There is often pee and feces in elevators and stairwells. While the front area/sidewalk surrounding the leasing office is kept clean the tree lined streets have sidewalks that have feces and shoe skids from feces scattered throughout. These issues can be easily remedied but management makes excuses and promises that never materialize. Proceed with extreme caution.

This is the worst place to live. I thought I was moving into an upscale building in Downtown West Palm Beach, but I was sorely mistaken. They have the worst management. They do not listen to their tenants, only the $$ at the end of the day. The security guards don’t do their jobs! I’ve witnessed them smoking weed in their cars, sleeping on the job, bring girlfriend to work and could careless who’s walking in and out of the building security does not acknowledge you at all! (The only exception is a young lady who works on the weekends.) This is supposedly a smoke free building but I find cigarettes everywhere including my balcony! I live on the first floor and a tenant from above is throwing their coffee off the balcony every morning causing us to have ant problems and management doesn’t do anything about it. They allow anyone to live in this building including thieves that steal mail from your “shared” package lockers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here. My family and I do not feel safe in this community anymore!!

I moved into the building when it was the Broadstone and Carolina Lopez was the building manager and I loved the building. Unfortunately she left with the new acquisition of the building and its been downhill since then, The cleanliness and atmosphere is not the same unfortunately and new management doesnt want to honor what was in my previous contract. Im sure they are going to raise rates, which is to be expected but only makes since when a high quality and great atmosphere remains present. Absolutely terrible. My vehicle was hit by the entrance gate last month, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. It took WEEKS to get into contact with someone who would help, even though fault on their part was admitted and I was told by an employee that MULTIPLE vehicles had been hit. Additionally, the gate remained open for weeks after the incident while they waited to repair it ( I have photos I took), further signaling their negligence in operating a malfunctioning gate. Finally, management agreed to pay the full cost of repairs. However, a week after agreeing to do so, I was emailed by management saying they had made a mistake and would only pay my deductible.Management is deplorable, and I would recommend staying as far away as possible.

I would understand if it was left overnight or didnt have a pass, but my guest being booted at 7pm after only being there for 30 minutes is absolutely crazy and embarrassing. Ive met several other unhappy residents in the building who have had the same issue. $65 for boot removal, plus rent thats already high. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness throughout the building and the security guard I found SLEEPING (full on laying down) at 6am inside the 1st floor hallway on a bench.
