Tracy is my name. I know everyone has their own opinion, but my experience after living here for one year, has been a great one. I’m new to Florida and the apartment staff in total has shown me such care and made me feel at home here. Whenever I have and issue, they help me with quick response and solves the problem professionally. They have shown concern not only about the apartment, but for me personally as well. People have different experiences in different ways. But my experiences here has been treated with such love and care like I’m family, from the office staff to the Maintance and security. Thank you all! For the care you have shown me.

Dr.Andrew is great and very Professional. He has a great personality and treats customers great. His office is clean,warm, and welcoming. Also my health has improved a lot, my low back pain are done and in general I feel much better. Thank You Dr. and Staff the staff team.

Well my experience living here is great so far . i always heard bad things about this place my friends told me its terrible here but its all about you how comfortable you make ur self.. best advice just stick to ur self just go in and out no hanging outside, fix up ur apartment nice, keep it clean and you will be happy..I dnt see people hang outside as some apartment I try get into people r just in and out minding there own business going to work r where ever they going..

Just save yourself the money, time, and disappointment because this is the WORST community anyone can live in. Find another complex to move to. You’ll be thankful you did.It’s disgusting inside and out, the front office employees are disrespectful and rude, and the entire community is infested with all types of rodent insects.

Please take the time to read it it’s entirety, I know these reviews can be heart wrenching for deterring but please take a look at things for yourself. I am myself personally having a hard time finding someone personable to deal with in the renting process this whole experience has been unmatched. As a new tenant I can say I had a lot of the concerns that are noted in the previous reviews, but I isn’t as accurate as you think. You really do have to take a look at this property for yourself, a lot of the concerns or issues that this property is having really is out of management control it’s more so of a personal matter, cleanliness as an individual and how things are kept. My experience thus far throughout the rental process has been the most reassuring, the property manager Javish has been awesome and attentive, even while taking precautions to the pandemic. She was reassuring and very informative she was truthful and she really walk me through the entire went to process putting me at ease. And Mary, was so professional while helping me navigate through the system and paper work, I know I can come up high strong or very anxious but she was very personable and understanding and she reassured me of all my concerns. This property has great potential with the staff and in the near future, you just have to give it a chance. Living in a community like this, we have to remember we’re a team, and we all play a part. Worst people Ive come across. They do not care to help anyone. Their focus is on themselves. They dont answer their phones nor respond in email and in person they lie to you by giving the impression they will follow up but they dont. Stay far from these people. If I could give a 0 I would.

They don’t care about anything other then getting you to sign then they abuse you, beware.

Just an overall poor experience from start to finish. It’s an act of God to actually speak to anyone or get anyone to answer the phone. Don’t waste your time with the emergency maintenance line, no one answers that either. Security is a joke and the staff is extremely unprofessional. Speaking from experience, don’t move here even if it’s your last resort.

My mother moved out back in feb 2021, 4 months ago and no deposit, she didn’t break her lease or missed any payments. I just made a BBB complaint to see if that will help and if that doesn’t help, we will seek legal action. It seems like that’s what you guys do. Multiple people with the same issues. You are breaking the laws and you know it. Keep in mind, we also filed complaints with the rental insurance because the apartment was full of mold and one of the kids kept getting eye infections.

This place is absolutely horrible i would not recommend moving here. They try to change your lease without consulting you first. Mind you that is illegal. This place is absolutely disgusting and I the people will let you go without air conditioning for weeks. DON’T RECOMMEND MOVING HERE.If i could rate this place negative 25 stars i would!!!

Surprise surprise surprise. So out of nowhere they decided to raise our water. I went from $40 to $60 and was not even notified there was a change. My lease clearly states that I am to pay $40 a month till the end of my lease. They run a shady business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I honestly can’t believe how hard it was to apply to to this place... every single step of the application was annoying. I first tried to call on Friday to ask general questions about moving in, no answer. Read what little info I could find on St.Andrews Website, where they offer a “virtual tour” as in they show a singular crude photo floor plan. I took my chances (desperate right?) and filled out an application anyways. Stopped by the leasing office to turn in my admin fee (non-refundable money order) ((totally not a scam)) the simple act of turning it in took 45 minutes which I spent knocking on the windows, calling the leasing office and emailing from my phone. when I asked to see the potential place I was to rent I was told no and that they only do “virtual tours” (again a single floor plan photo....) After this complete horror show happens i wait to hear back from them. It is now Tuesday, I called to ask for an update int the morning and was told they would review my file and call back by end of day . I followed up at the end of the day and guess what?? My (4) paystubs weren’t reviewed by the “manager” today as it should have, and I was told sorry they’ll get to it tomorrow. This is the most shameful apartment complex I’ve had the displeasure of encountering, thanks for stealing my money and literally offering me nothing in return. I will be sharing my nightmare of an experience with everyone I come across.

I’m in the process of getting an apartament here. Facilities look great. can’t tell you what the apartament looks like cause I haven’t even gotten a chance to look at it.my main issue is no one emailed me or called to tell me I was approved I had to call and then still haven’t received any info on what the next step is,my lease,or any details I want to give you guys a try but I’m close to going with some of my other options .

Just want to say Saint Andrews is one of the worst apartments that I have ever stayed in my entire life I got robbed in this community never have I ever been robbed before in my life until I moved in to Saint Andrews they also did not do nothing for me they didn’t do nothing for the bugs and the roaches that lives with me either do not waste your money on renting these caves out you’ll be so sad also the neighbors are very nosy and like to mess with your car at night. I will NEVER Recommend anyone to this place!!!!!!!

My fiance just put a deposit on a place ! The lady in the leasing office her name is Mary, she was truly a blessing throughout the whole ordeal. Every conversation I had was detailed, and every thing she had promised us we actually got earlier! So thank you to the whole St. Andrews office staff and a special thanks to Mary! We love you guys

I recently just rented an apartment and the girls in the leasing office have been nothing but professional, classy, helpful, and direct. They were able to walk us through every step of the way. They also were very friendly.

These apartments look very nice but they are disgusting. Me and my mom decided to stay there and it was horrifying every night roaches were all over the walls. And there was a huge leak in the roof and they took FOREVER to come fix it. If your looking for a nice home I would not recommend this. If i could give it zero stars I totally would

Heard so many mixed reviews and honest to god, I couldn’t be more thankful. That i didn’t judge a book by its cover .Just recently moved in and I can say the office staff was phenomenal. Worked and accommodated me in such a short notice between mike and shay ! Getting me all settled and thus far no complaints

The young lady that took care of me was very nice and professional. Amazing customer service. She answered all the questions I had at the time. So far so good.

Me and my husband was directed to St. Andrews Condominiums back in April after suffering a house fire at our previous town home due to a maintenance repair. We were greeted by nice smiling faces that came off as if they cared and wanted to truly help us. After we signed the lease things changed. I have not been happy at all since we’ve moved in. The amount of money we pay for rent is ridiculous for the customer service we receive. When you report things instead of attending to them, they turn it around on you and make it your issue or it never happened. It’s always a excuse for why something has not been repaired, our A/C has not been working for a month now and we were told it’s because others A/C are not working as well. Then when it was supposed to be fixed it still was not properly fixed so my family has continued to suffer and I’m 37 weeks pregnant with twins whom works hard, not on section 8 paying a full monthly rent on time. Long as they are getting your money that’s all that matters to them. Come April our lease is up and honestly we can not wait until it gets here because this has been by far the worst renting experience we have had. I would go through being displaced due to a house fire living in hotels and extended stays again, then to ever live anyplace like this again. I’ve never had to complain and be stressed out so much in all the years I’ve rented. Results need to happen!

Shay never feels overwhelming to answer my phone calls, I’m glad to be part in a community that is there for their tenants. I’m seriously enjoy and safe to live there.

The day this place is closed down, bankrupt or condemned for mold, the world will be taking a step forward. This place is a complete abomination. DONT STAY HERE! They were amazing nice thorough process & they welcomed me right home.... My apartment is beautiful with a great view... The woman in the leasing office are nice Mrs.Sandra & Mrs.Shay is very knowledgeable reassured me during the whole process... I love it! Thank you again St. Andrews

They shoots out there constantly. They lock the back gate. Look good but not great at all. Only thing good out there is the maintenance.

I just moved out here and I must say I am impressed with how nice and welcoming the office staff was to me. Shay and Mike made sure that everything was in order and easy. I really love my new home.

Lived here since September 2019 and really hate the decision I made. It takes them months to come fix something. The apartment aren’t worth 1495. If you looking for a nice place please bypass St.Andrews. I wish I can break my lease but it’s a lot of money I would lose out on. So August please hurry up and get here imma be outta this hell hole

I only gave them one star simply because the option of none isnt available. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! when I moved here the ladies had excellent customer service and I felt comfortable; That was 3 years ago. Since then they have turned over staff twice and the current members are horrible. I simply asked for a new refrigerator because the one I had kept leaking water and wasnt cooling properly. I dealt with this issue for over a year. I went back to them and they indicated that they were doing their best. Fast forward to one month later, still nothing; no refrigerator and no communication. I called once more only for them to tell me that I need to submit a copy of my door key to them, mind you Ive never changed the locks which means they dont know where their copy is. I said I need to go and make a copy of the keys for your lock and purpose? the 2nd to the manager responded that Im not asking you to do JACK!!! so if I were you Id find somewhere else to rent. This place is nothing like the pictures you see and the service is extremely POOR.

Ive been here two years and its been horrible. My A.C. always breaks, the management is horrible (they all got released so hopefully things will change, I get the feeling they will) I have MOLD all over my apartment, the furniture, clothes EVERYTHING. And not to mention the bugs that come under my front door (roaches). Because of the mold they are moving me to another apartment so that was nice of them. On the bright side Ive met amazing people who live here also!

If I could give St Andrews a zero I would. They are horrible. I have been asking for months for items to be repaired. The fridge thats been leaking water inside. The oven that a coil burst. which Im sure is a safety issue. They have still not come to repair them. But I get a call from the main office talking about a noise complaint from the neighbor downstairs who seems suspect because they are complaining of noise when Im not in the apartment during day. Dont waste your time and money renting there.

Still trying to get my security deposit. It has been 4 months now and they havent sent a letter or anything. I have been going to their office, calling and sending letters to them, but no one can tell me why. Just be prepared to sue them for your deposit that is what i am working on now.

Worst place to live! Place is ghetto, the security is never working after 1 am, somebody broke in my moms car and stole the radio, there is a lot of drog dealers selling their products in the corners in a open way..The office workers are so rude, the pool is always dirty, at some point that one day the water had some kind of weird thick foam... nasty.If I could put less than 0 stars I would, because living there for 2 years was the worst experience ever, but when we thought we had enough and we left leaving the apartment in perfect condition, we were expecting to have the security deposit back, since the apartment was even better than the day we move in.... after almost 3 years and a case in the court, we never got the money back, the person in the office was so sarcastic about the topic and minimizing the situation sent us home with the hope we were gonna get the money in the mail... I honestly dont wish this experience for anyone.

My apartment had mold. I now use an asthma pump, my son has had an asthma attacks and at age 17 years old his first seizure. Move out since May, it is now the middle of August and yes no deposit back yet. Took them days to fix anything thats is if they did come fix it. Management will look you right in the face with a smile and just lie!!! I wish I had believed the reviews.

I was thinking of moving to St Andrews. I went to see a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments and I loved it. The apartments look trashy from outside but from the inside they look real nice but after reading all of the reviews from people that have experienced living here I made my decision to NOT move into this place. I think imma stay at my current place for another year. I don’t want to move into this community and later regret it. St Andrews you have really bad reviews!!

Tried not to mind the reviews but WOW a few days ago I walked in to ask about leasing but must of been the wrong time. Clearly there is a management issue. noticed a shouting match between a resident and the two ladies. one was a manager and not to sure about the darker big woman in the office. Seem as if resident was complaining about issues not being fix for months after and management didnt want to hear it. To my surprise the landlord (Erica Diaz) started screaming at resident followed by the other woman working there. This is the type of issue I dont need in my life. If i pay my rent, fix the issue. And let me go about living my life. I guess the reviews were 100% right! Thanks for saving me the headache.

The staff and the leasing office is very helpful. The units are clean and when theyre updated they are very nice. With new flooring and new appliances the units are very very nice.

Id prefer to give this community a 0 star. Absolutely horrible. The new management is extremely rude. I cancelled my lease due to things being taken right out of my patio.If you are interested in looking for a unit that is aforable and much nice, please contact a local agent. Their services are free and they can better direct you to a safer complex.

I have been living here for about a year I had no hot water for about a month, without air conditioning for about 2 months and most of all roach infestation. Roaches are on the walls during the day at night it gets worst. The are crawling in the bath room and even in the bedroom. I was sleeping and the roaches are even trying to crawl into my ear.

This place is all cosmetic. Inside is very small and smelly. They discriminate against large dogs. My company was gonna pay for our stay for the yr while we do contract work in the area. They denied us for who knows why. They turned down guaranteed money. We found a much larger and nicer place anyway so we ended up on top.

Do not live here under no circumstances. I have been living in this disgrace called St Andrews for 2 and a half years and I am impatiently waiting for my lease to be up so that I can move out of this ghetto place!. Don’t even get me started on the random shootings that has happened months ago, after a guy shot his gun for fun police has blocked the area causing no one to leave resorting in me missing work. I don’t want to live in a community where shooting guns is normalized I have never lived in a neighborhood like this my entire life and I refuse to stay any longer!, don’t even get me started on the security! Whenever a shooting happens they never show up! Instead they show up when the cops come!, and let’s talk about how broken down and run down this place is the front door isn’t repaired correctly there’s a little space where house geckos crawl through and is hell to get them out! The landlord is trash and doesn’t know what answering his phone means do better America!

Worst decision of my life!!!!!!! Ive only been a resident here for just over a month and the management here have been the most difficult people to deal with. The unit my son and I are living in has to be in the worst living conditions Ive ever seen. I have given them the paperwork noting everything wrong with my unit and what needs to be repaired a month ago and they all say someone will be out tomorrow no one ever shows up. Ive been trying my best to be as patient as possible I havent even unpacked all of my belongings because of the issues with the unit. Management shouldnt have even felt comfortable letting me move in knowing that this was what I was getting. If it werent for the fact that my son and I would be homeless I would have walked away by now, it is completely unacceptable that I have to call the office literally 10 times back to back before I get an answer, or that I have to live in these conditions and management and also maintenance turns a blind eye and deaf ear to. Not looking forward to the year that I have to stay here hoping that management improves and actually become more involved, and proactive in the living conditions the tenants are having to deal with.

Lets just say if you have a bad and old criminal background you wont get accepted but wait when you drive down youll see people selling dope. We supposedly got accepted then all of a sudden because of our background was denied. They deserve only two stars because this place is judgmental. Wont even begin to say why. My old folks live here and i came in to visit them for a weekend. I simply can mot believe how the apartments are kept. Hollow walls, cheap paint and many more. My old mom and dad mentioned their issues to the management team so many times and got no resolution. I think its time i take it to the next level. I simply think no one should live at a apartment complex such as St Andrews Palm Beach. Management crew i have a news for you all - be ready to answer many questions by my lawyer. They way you all act and conduct your self towards any and all tanents - just unacceptable.

I usually dont write reviews but, something has to give. Ive had problems since day one here with roaches and air conditioning. They promise pest control and that was a joke my AC still isnt fixed and Ive been here for almost 4 months. They dont provide screens for Windows and doors so its not like I can have the windows open. When you are signing the lease they are the nicest people in the world, once your in its a wrap. Dont expect for them to return a call or follow up with any matter. I signed a lease for a 1st floor apartment, and they put me on the 3rd floor. Im not the complaining type at all but, they definitely could do a lot better than what they are doing. They have answers with no solutions. So if your gonna move out here dont expect grade A service because its not gonna happen. And the HOA is a joke these apartments are SMALL and they make you put the bikes in the house they are not allowed on the balcony.

This place is not good for living. the apartments are damaged without paint. the pool has not worked for months, they change their administration all the time and they do not solve problems. I have been waiting for my security deposit for 3 months and apparently they want to keep the money. deliver my apartment in painted order and nothing damaged and are not responsible for returning your deposit

Not the best community to live in theres always something going on over here police is always there. The office barely answer their phones and washer and dryers are not in apartments the washers are often broken and dirty from what people who live there wash. If something breaks in the apartment it takes forever to get it fix the great thing is water is included but parking they tow cars all the time so if you go to visit someone you know best to catch lyft or uber because at any time your car can get towed if left to long at night while your inside. To be on the safe side visit during the day.

My comments about this place to the future renters are as follows > RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. This place is worst then a apartment complex from third world countries. They do not fix if anything breaks, they do not maintain the apartments and renovate for the new tanents after the old people leaves. The management crew will act nice and friendly when you come in to inquiry. However, soon as you sign the lease- its all over. I can not wait till i by my own place to get out of this dump. PLEASE PLEASE DO LITTLE BIT OF RESEARCH AND FIND A BETTER PLACE THEN THIS.

Hello everyone. I am not that type who writes reviews ( nasty one that is ) for places. However, in this case it’s personal and very troublesome. Its simply unfair to the people who does not know the internal situation of this so call apartments, for them to sign the lease. The management team is a joke, the apartments never gets anything fixes even if you call the maintenance crew or the management. They maintenance crew manager literally treatens people and tells everyone ‘ if you act like this towards me then i will see who fixes your AC when it breaks ‘. I mean who in the right mind talks like this. It all comes from up top. I would like for the owners or whoever reviews these to do something about these clowns. Because, all it take is tanents to start looking for better places, and that’s exactly why you see loads of empty apartments.

Worst apartment complex I’ve stayed in.The staff are horrible and maintenance are even worst. The apartment was dirty and very filthy on my moving date and the entrance is ridiculous how the got it setup. I wished I could’ve post pics.They need to renovate every single homes they old and updated.

I am absolutely disgusted by how Jackie, the Corporate Rep just spoke with me in regards to getting my money back ($250) for holding an apartment that I can no longer move in to due to my kid practically living in the hospital now. I will be contacting an attorney, little does she know every word was recorded. Disguted !!

So unprofessional. They shut your water off in everyones building today AND didnt notify anyone. I have two small children sso I do plan to get my attorney involved asap if this issue is not resolved before 10pm tonight

I have lived here in building 1101 for one year and it has been a terrible experience. Bugs, smells, and overall decrepitude of the facility have contributed to this final judgement.When I moved in, the dishwasher was filthy and did not work. Laminate floor planks slid around. The kitchen threshold was loose. Considering the low move-in requirements, I believe that these are all acceptable. However, what is not acceptable is the condition of the hallways - peeling gray paint, exposing large patches of red underneath. What is not acceptable is the dead grass in front of the buildings and walkways, while the grass visible to the adjacent street is well manicured. Whats not acceptable is a building-wide roach infestation; I had to move out 4 months early after discovering my sons respiratory health problems were a direct result of living here. Since we left he has had no issues whatsoever but I have been paying rent for two homes.Yesterday, 5/13 was my move-out date, however there was not a single employee at the office to collect my keys and walk the apartment. I called to leave a message and could not because the mailbox is full. So I went back today, took more time off from work and drove all the way from Broward and once again, not a single employee at the office. I was there from 8:45 to 10:10. During this time, several prospective tenants showed up to speak to these folks but were also unable to. Ill try again Monday!

Im sorry that you think you can change my mind by responding....but every time i call its always we will send someone over to fix the problem and no one ever comes!!!!! Theres mold in every corner, the wall runners are lifting up and theres bugs that comes out from it, theres a leak in the ceiling, the towel rod in the bathroom came out from the wall...i can keep going here.....oh wait!!!! The maintenance guys have to respect for tenants!!!! They come and make noise and leave their scrap all over the damn place, its like their garbage section!!!! Meanwhile the have 2 storage units and dont utilize it!!!! Ill probably send a pic to HOA

Please stay away from this property if you can. All the comments are true and on top of it, good luck getting YOUR MONEY back. I moved out last year in November and still trying to get my deposit. They claim the send it to corporate accounting for them to process but no one can give me an answer. Horrible and the manager is helpless. I just wish companies can better screen associated that will be offering any type of service.I normally dont waste my time writing reviews but this is by far the worst management ever. Take it from someone thats lived in NJ, NY, TX and lastly in FL. 👎🏼

Horribly unprofessional and rude.Im a property manager and called St. Andrews to ask for details on rental history for an applicant we have. Totally standard procedure to call previous landlord to ask about the tenants. The applicant we have was evicted and as soon as I said evicted on the phone, the gentleman hung up. Now when I call back, the phone is answered and hung up instantly. Not sure who they are hiding from or why, but thats totally unprofessional and rude.

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE the peole in the leasing office are rude as hell,they dont care about you all they want is your money and this community is dirty the houses are filled with ants even the LAUNDRY ROOM.There are so many things not working in this house its a joke, two of the a.cs in the rooms arent working 3 out of 4 stoves arent working...etc.

Im a resident . Costumer service sucks in this apartments . I dont even think they have management on this complex. If you live there get ready to make 25 maintenance requests to get something fix . People leave the apartments and left garbage outside and NOBODY pick the garbage in weeks .The apartments are OK the problem here is the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE management.I still waiting for the renewal papers . The lady that always answer the phone has NO idea about things works . I hope the owner read this review. Because i email them already and nobody answer.

St. Andrews is by far the worst apartment complex in West Palm Beach. I have lived here almost two years and evvery time something needs to be fixed, it takes at least 2 weeks. The office management has no human side to them. All they see is money and even when you pay your rent on time, dont expect them to give you any better service. They dont tell you about the ac unit that they only but for cooling, so gid forbid it drops to 40 degrees or less you cant heat up your home. My a/c has been broken 3 days and i have left work orders, numerous msg and nothing. I spoke with managment and they claim they are taking care of bills and dont really know whats going on around the department. No ever has a clue as to whats going on when you need assistance. But ever be late and you have lawyers calling you all day. I moved from Miami and i have never experienced such lack of business ethics and concern for human beings. Just at a lost for words. Not to mention my child you suffers for medical condition. Where can you turn as a tenant.

Rented here for about year regretted the decision like everyone else here says rude management. Hopefully they got rid of Jackie rude as they come.Mold and painted tubs not an enivorment you want your kids to live in. I did break the lease when I left and they charged me for extra things they shouldnt have charged me for. This place SUCKS!!!!!

Office staff is horrible, managers are always coming and going so nobody really knows whats going on. maintenance takes forever, i had an over flowing toilet for 2 months when i moved in and finally got it fixed after going to the office and cursing out the old manager JC. not to mention, maintenance said i was getting a NEW toilet but they gave me a smaller, wrong sized toilet from a different apartment. spent time and money on all these new security features only for something to happen, have the police come and they tell you they cant access cameras until authorized by the manager, who is nowhere to be found. rent online is always getting messed up and they say you didnt pay and your in the negative. Sandra is the only person in the office who has always been super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. havent met the new workers and dont really care too. doooooooont dooooo ittttttt

Ive been here for 1 year (Since October,2016). Thank you for providing us a place.Sorry to say these but I hope the real owner have a chance to see this and make this community better:Firstly, when we just moved here. We came to HOA for my car parking sticker: some spanish ladies staff were so crude (my feeling). We came for my sticker, we are not borrowing their any money. They talked with their customers like they dont care, they keep screaming at us like they were bestowing us for a night (really really mess up my day every time I came to their office). If u dont came for the sticker, your car would have towed. I wished I should know this before in order to stop my deposit.Second, the place is not safe, I had baby in my apartment. There were some night: a guy knocked my door at 11pm, i asked: whos that. And I came close to my door to see who was there, I saw nobody. 10 minutes later, he knocked again and still nobody. He keep back and knocked, this time I saw a guy with a hat, was sitting in front of my door. I asked again: who is that. He said, somebody ordered pizza. I know my wife is sleeping. I answer: we didnt order any pizza, he then stood up and walked away. THIS happened 2 times during my time in this area, AN I dont think this guy is a real pizza man. I could image if I opened the door for home and what would happen to my family.Third, every time I came down the office talked with them for those problem: ok, I will check this or ok, I will do something. But finally, nothing happen and nobody care.AND a thousand of stressful when you living here ... WE FINNALLY finished my 1 year contract and found another place to move out. I feel like THANKS GOD.AT THE MOMENT, weve been half year stayed away from this area. Before I moved, the office staff talked to us: give them my new address for they to send back my deposit. I keep checking my mail box, NO DEPOSIT CHECK BACK, nothing related from that apartment sent to my new address. I keep calling the phone number with extension number they gave my: nobody catched my phone. I really dont know what to do to have my deposit back. I dont have time to directly drive back their.

The neighbors on the 2nd floor of building 1068 are extremely noisy!!! All you hear is constant bumping and yelling of a bunch of their kids till late night. Who can we call or get out to fix this situation because it is downright ridiculous that they are so inconsiderate of the remainder of the building of neighbors who actually work

One way in and way one out. Been here going on 2 years and no complaints you learn to adjust. When I first moved in the back gate used to be open now it never open. no explanation no notice no nothing. it takes 10mins to get to from the main entrance way around the other side., people in the front dont park in parking space, hold up traffic..its horrible and getting very annoying.. i have to leave my house extra 15 mins to get out the complex .

The worst place that you can remt from, I wish I had listened to the reviews, I have been renting from this place since last February, I don’t cause any trouble and my rent is paid on time every month. I went to their office and spoke to the guy name JC that work there back in January and to give him my notice that I willl not be renewing and he informed me that I still have to pay half of the rent if I stay until the 15th and if I leave earlier then I will be charge a early termination fee so I agreed to stay until the 15th. I went into their office to pay off of the rent and the manager Erica Diaz informed me that the guy no longer works there and he gave me the wrong information that I have to pay for a full month. I told her that how I can I be held responsible for the information that your office gave me whether the guy still works there or not that is not my problem. She told me that if I didn’t pay for the full month that they would come after me, she also told me to get out and said that she was going to call the cops on me. I am very disappointed with their customer service and I have been trying to get in contact with their corporate office but no luck so far. These people are very unprofessional and they lack customer service please pay attention to the ratings and the reviews or you will regret it later on.

This is the worst place to live. They don’t fix anything when it breaks the mold growing in the unit is getting us sick and management and staff act as if there are no issue. Apartment flooded twice due to main line clogged and backed up into house they never properly cleaned it up months ago now we are all sick . They don’t care about their residents health or safety they also don’t care if your robbed or almost killed in their community . Security what a joke they are hanging out with residents doing drugs and drinking through night also many of us have witnessed. Furthermore they want us to live without working amenities like washer, dryer, ac, heat !!! To top things off they will add extra fees into you monthly rent account and if you notice they will lock you out of rent portal online . That’s the same place you make maintenance requests so don’t expect to get anything fixed, well not like they would anyway . Filed a bbb compliant two months ago they never even respond to myself or the bbb was closed with a negative remarks from bbb. This management team and staff and whole entire company should be ashamed of themselves . Stealing money, not caring about anyone else health and safety and treating their residents as if we are second class citizens ! DONT MOVE HERE !!!! YOUR LiFE ONLY WILL GET WORSE!!!!

Been living at the Benoist Farms apt for almost 8 months now. Have to emphasize on the quality of these apartments and their workers. I simply dont even know where to start from, thats how bad they are. Starting from the HOA all the way down to the maintenance crew. The management team is a total disaster and a team of JOKE. They simply don’t understand how to take care of their tanents. The maintenance crews are just bunch of Untrained guys that were hired to put bandaids over things around the apartments. IF ANYONE IS TRYING TO RENT HERE I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU TO ASK AROUND AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING THAT LEASE.

DO NOT MOVE IN THIS COMMUNITY !! Horrible community . Do not move here . The tubs are painted and they hide the mold. My Ac broke while I was 8 months pregnant and with a two year old they still didnt consider it an emergency and took tem a week and a half to fix it . The management and staff are horrible and have no costumer service experience. Oh and it doesnt matter how many times you summit a ticket they will never receive anything . I was told by their staff that not only me but a lot of other peopLe have mold and painted tubs and that I had to deal with it until they were able to see if they wanted to fix it . They are horrible people and have no proffecionalism. Oh by the way if there is a category 5 hurricane coming your way forget about boarding up your windows because they will not let you . Their washers and dryers are never working. They have roaches in every building . Do NoT MOVE HERE .

Not even one month in and I am already loathing my decision moving here! The grass seems to be never cut. The goddamn HOA which apparently oversees the rented and privately owned units are a complete joke. God forbid you want to have guests over. If so prepare for a bureaucratic nightmare. Oh you want to have a guest over for the night? Then youll need to provide their vehicle registration information AND a copy of their insurance. Be sure to come by our little POS office before 4:30PM otherwise no pass for you and you risk your guests cars being towed!The only saving grace so far has been a woman who will remain anonymous of the HOA who seems much more competent than the heavily accented other one. While I have no complaints for the leasing office who helped me move in and were very patient, well except for waiting to tell me I need renters insurance the day I arrive to sign my damn lease they all were remarkably warm and friendly people. Ill begin counting down the days till this is over and then as the kids say, Bye Felicia!

Horrible place. Cant wait till my lease is over to move out. Ive been waiting 7 months for my security deposit . Ive been to their office twice every month sinced i moved out and they give me the run around. Saying they cant get a hold of the accountant guy. So tired of itAnd they Paint the tubs ! If the tub has mold they just paint over it and when you clean your tub the paint just starts peeling off .

Dont live here only if its your last option expensive for no reason, no amneties, no ceiling fans, small rooms, management sucks, maintance takes a long time to come fix your apartment.

Prior to renting an apt at St Andrews I was completley discoruaged reading all the bad reviews however I decided to take a chance. I have absolutley no complaints! The girls in the office are absolutley great, respond promptly and have assisted me in this stressful transition. Julia you have been amazing and the maintenance and porter team are very responsive. HORRIBLE PLACE! dont waste your time to rent in this place, I used to pay 60 dollars on my FPL bill, and last month ago i received a bill for 100 dollars i i noticed is my AC is causing me problems, is not working well it went down and we dont have AC at all since last week, i been calling this PEOPLE so they can go to my apartment and fix the AC is been almost a week that im waiting someone to go, last time i had a problem with my shower handle and when i called they told me that there are going to order a new one, it was a month later that i call again asking where is the shower handle and the only thing they answer they dont have it yet for a month STUPID, my husband and i we get out of work one hour from work so we can go to the office and complaint, when we went there thet treat us horrible like they dont care we are renting there property, the next day someone went and put the shower handle a old one and as soon they left i tolk a shower and that handle fell off, they didnt fix RIGHT! im done with this people, cant wait to leave this place, HORRIBLE!!!!!!

This place is awful. Mold growing, the maintenance men takes days sometimes weeks to fix anything, security tries to tow guest cars but ignore real crime. The office staff keeps changing. Been here 2 years and have had bad experiences. Dont move here; youll be disappointed.

Last October 14 of the current year, the apartment that I rent, was flooded because of a broken hose, call the emergency number, to ask for help, since there was water everywhere and there is no floor, if not carpet, when I answer the Lord in charge, just said to shut down the water, at no time did it bother to come to see what was the problem, I found myself in need of calling the fire department to help me solve this problem, also for six months I called because I do not have hot water, the machine that makes the ice in the refrigerator was also damaged and until today there is no answer, when they will replace what has been damaged, also in the last flood, they sent me To a person to dry the carpet, this is the time my son and I have not slept trying to dry the carpet.

These apartments are the worst place to live the manager doesnt know how to attend people properly. And doesnt know how to fix the apartments

Rent goes up every year. leak in patio door and maintenance do not come out when you call them, had to fix air conditioner unit myself

My A/C has been broken for over two weeks and no one has been at the front office every time I go there. I have weird work hours so if I need to be there when they open or an hour before closing they are NEVER there! Do not rent from this place. Save yourself a headache
