Other than incident with the garage and several stolen items from unauthorized cars allowed to come in, management and staff are great. Overall clean public lobbies and pool decks.

The condo association and residents make complaining about everything from parking your car perfectly between the lines in the garage to sipping water out of a plastic cup at the pool or the color of your patio furniture reasons to report you to management. Management makes up pretend rules to fine and send violation letters. Then they will make up lies about you and tell them to other residents & your guests!This building is a joke! In no way as nice as Cityplace South Tower or Esplanade. Make your life better, buy or rent ANYWHERE else!The only good thing about the building is Anderson the front desk concierge! He is a good man and a wonderful human being.

I cant imagine living anywhere else in downtown Wpb, Fl . My daughter and feel very comfortable and everyone that works here have been so wonderful and kind. My two dogs are really enjoying the condominium life as well! Blessings, Deidrea Krist

I had the worst two years of my life living there sadly because is a beautifull building very rude front desk personal i got treat it very poorly by all the employers lost packages racist very racist entrance and front desk personal and neighbors if you not white they look at you and treat you like you shouldnt be there even employers bad treatment from everyone all around arguments in the garage everyday to even park your car people will come out of their car screaming and trying to hit your car when their the ones driving reckless they will come to your apartment and open your door without you been there for any reason or when ever they want once i was sleeping the knock once and walk in right in i was undress just to check something and numbers of times when i wasnt home they will just walk in i was treat it very badly by everyone mostly employers i will not recommend living there till they change workers and rules i feel bad for owners there that had to move out of their own place
