Its quite, clean, nice neighborhood, just peaceful management is helpful and understanding 👍

I lived in a single bedroom apartment at Highland, the apartment is very nice, sunny, roomy with a very acceptable rent. The apartment rarely needed maintenance but whenever sth happens, the maintenance guy always comes promptly and resolves the issue immediately. Ashley, the apartment manager, is a very professional person, and she always replies to the emails promptly! I always hear terrible stories about other unprofessional management ripping students off with the security deposit, but dont worry with Ashley that will never happen. I dont have a car but its very easy to get to campus from here as the apartment complex is 2-minute walking distance from two bus stops (4B and Northwestern), its also a walking distance from Asia market, payless and Walmart. Additionally, there is a very nice cafe down the street (Literato Cafe). I highly recommend this place.
