I had Krystal as my stylist and she did an amazing job. She cut my hair the way I wanted and she also made great conversation. I recommend her if you can get an appointment with her. I was also a walk in so I really appreciate that they made time for me.

My wedding is in 4 days and my husband NEEDED a hair cut. (Dont ask why he waited so long😖). Anyways, no salon had last minute appointments so I went to the review section. Many had suggested Ashley and I am so thankful!!! She did PERFECT. I cant believe I got high end quality so quick and cheap. Its like she could read my mind, did exactly what I wanted. Im telling you, shes magic. Go see for yourself! Ill never have him go anywhere else.

Every time i have gone i’ve been beyond disappointed, they have not once gave me what i asked for, i’ve given this company and then employees too many chances. the last 5 times i have been disappointed and i’ve been very specific on the way i want my hair to look, i don’t recommend going here because the employees don’t know what they are doing. i will not be visiting back because every experience has been terrible.

The place is fantastic and well ran. Ashley does a fantastic job, always works and does anything to keep the place running. Heard she was promoted, well deserved! Definitely will keep going back to her and only her.

Had my first Supercuts experience today with Agnis P, stylist. She did a great job on my very thick hair. I appreciated the effort she made to tailor the cut to me -- much better than the one-cut-fits-all approach. The store is very clean, and the staff members are friendly and professional.

Stephanie is the best. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and executed it flawlessly. She is fun to talk to and I can ashamedly assure you I have spent over $100 for an inferior cut. Thank you Steph! See you in two weeks!

Checked in online, as required, was able to get in right away. It was clean, spacious, masks required, and they check your temp before you get a cut. 👍 And, my boyfriend doesnt look homeless anymore 🤓😆

I went to this salon yesterday and got my hair cut and i also wanted my blonde blended with my dark roots. I showed the girl who cut my hair two pictures and my finished hair looks nothing how i wanted. She cut it too short she also layered it horribly (I didn’t ask for my hair to be layered but she told me it would look better if i did). She tried blending my blonde in with my brown but it ended up being orange and now i have very blonde hair with a small section of orange towards the top and then brown. I am not happy at all and would definitely not recommend going here.

I usually dont like supercuts but this one is well staffed. They all do a great job on my hair.

The lady who trimmed my bangs last Thursday went way too short and then layered them as if I wanted a bob cut on my forehead. She did not take into account the texture of my hair and I ended up with about an inch and a half of feathery looking mess on my forehead right before a job interview, which luckily still went well. I wish I had been paying attention so I could have stopped her. She was very friendly, so the customer service training is good, but please teach your ladies how bangs work, and that they shorten when they are dry. It was also $9+ which is more expensive than Walmart, even though they always do a better job.

I take my kids here to get their haircut. They have always been great and make sure the kid is comfortable before starting the haircut so that it is easier for them and the child.

For most of my haircuts this place was good, however there was one stylist who just didnt really know what she was talking about. She followed all of my directions, but when I asked her for suggestions, her answers were we could try it, you know? which didnt give me alot of confidence in her knowledge. Apart from that and maybe one other stylist, all of the others have been very helpful, and I was pleased with their service. She also didnt give me a hot towel :(.

Bethany is my go to girl when needing the perfect bangs cut! I love having stylish bangs but I have not found very many people who can cut them the way I want. I went in and explained to Bethany what I wanted and she did just that and more! She made them wispy and stylish. I received several compliments! She is also a very kind and sweet girl. Will joke and laugh but be very professional when it comes to my hair. She also cuts my two year old sons hair who is very energetic. I think he is mesmerized by her because he sits still and does very well. Definitely worth my time and money!

Very average place. Its a coin flip if they have the staff for a haircut or if youre going to wait 45 minutes. The people there are nice enough and the place is clean and in a convenient spot.

Joyce is the stylist to ask for at this place! She did a wonderful job with my crazy hair. All I ever get is a trim but no one has ever done it as well as her, and also educated me on the right products that would be helpful, without being overbearing. To top it all off, she is the most pleasant person to interact with. Loved my experience! Thank you once again Joyce! :)

Staff always friendly. They do a great job of product explanations and attention to detail. Every haircut I have gotten from here has been better than any of the $40+ cuts I have gotten from other local salons over the last 10 years. They also do a great job with my kids. Got a good hair cut and a conditioning treatment for a good price, $25. I checked in online so I didnt have to wait at all in the stote. The stylist was friendly and professional. The salon was clean and comfortable.

She really makes an effort to learn what style youre going for and is very helpful in getting there. My experience here feels more personal compared to other places and that is because of her! We have always had great experiences at Supercuts! We have two young boys and both of them were very nervous about their first few trips to get their hair cut. The staff was excellent, very patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our kids enjoyed the experience and wanted to come back. I just brought them in today and both boys jumped right into their seats and were ready to go!

She told me step by step what she was doing to fix it and made a plan on how to cut my hair in the future to get the haircut I had originally wanted. Having Samantha Ray as my hair stylist made me want to start getting my hair cut at supercuts. She was beyond friendly, and very good at what she does. I would defiantly come back again and again. She made me feel right at home and was the first person to get my high and tight hair cut the way I wanted it the first time, I dont have a single complaint about her or how she works. And not only was she beyond great with me I saw how great she was with her co-workers. :)

I loved my last haircut and the beautian who did it. She was kind and caring also very helpful and knowledgeable about Afrocentric hair. I got recommended hair products for a great half off price. A Super place for a haircut. Bethany Meis always makes me look good in time for drill weekend with the National Guard, and thats not so easy to do. I would recommend her for a military cut.

I attempted to get a haircut around closing, phoned ahead and told them I was coming in. I was told that they do not accept appointments after 5:40pm. Fine. I dont live too far away and I will be in by that time.Few things after that happened upon my arrival:- They were not going to give me my haircut.- Two employees, zero customers, and I was told there were two people ahead of me (what?). They called in AFTER me and they got appointments. Also, by this time it was after 5:40pm. (again, what?)- Between all my confusion and frustration shes non chalantly cleaning up the work stations and tidying up before closing.For a regular who has been going to this specific location for 3 years, I feel so completely wronged. This was enough to lose me and any of my future business. Even one or two bad eggs will ruin the entire omelet.

Three women were sitting in chairs, absolutely no customers were in waiting area and the woman who helped me treated me like garbage. I will NEVER go to this location again and I recommend others do not as well. No one should treat others that way!

I stopped going here. I made an appointment and waited about 10 minutes for girl to finish other customer. She than went back of store leaving me alone and not saying anything. She would poke her head out to see if I was still there every minute or so. Obviously was hoping I would leave. Chubby fat lazy girl with glasses. Other girls have been okay in past but I stopped going there due to that loser.
