He refused to cut my hair shorter when he was told to. Nice guy but acted like he didnt even here me. He was by himself and not rushed.. no explanation given. Seemed like he didnt want our return business.

Ive been going to Supercuts for about a year now, and Ive never had a bad haircut or experience. Mind you, Im a male, so my haircuts are very straight forward.The wait is short most of the time, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Unless youre a model headed for a photo shoot, I dont see any reason to sped twice as much at a fancy salon.Also, dont be a jerk. If you like your haircut, tip your stylist.

If there were zero stars for this place thats what I would give. I went in after work with a picture of what I wanted. Taylor cut and chopped until parts of my hair were an inch long. It was all I could to keep from crying. The next morning I went to a reputable shop where the stylists gathered around and attempted to make a plan and fix my hair as best it could be fixed. They said it was at least three inches too short for the picture I showed and not straight. Im humiliated to go back to work Monday morning. Do not allow Taylor near your hair at this salon.

Its not often I feel compelled to review a hair salon, but this place deserves 5 stars. They completely destroy the local Great Clips with actual professional employees. Sure, it will cost more but you stand a fighting chance of looking halfway decent afterwards. I also like how they dont go overboard and offer unnecessary services like neck rubs.I simply want my hair cut with minimal effort, and this place gets it done.

I went in and got my haircut by a younger girl. I dont remember her name, but I do remember a chunk she left long that I had to cut myself when I got home. My bangs were terrible and took forever to grow out, and the chunk was an inch and a half longer than the rest of it. My hair was not long. The chunk literally looked like a chunky rat tail. On the way out, she gave me a dollar off bad haircut card. I now see why. I dont recommend this location and will not go back.

Although my original experience with this haircut was not great, the franchise owner called me with his apologies and his willingness to make my experience better. I went back to see another stylist (Natalia), very friendly, to make my haircut better. Leaving the salon this evening, I am happy with my haircut and I look forward to booking another appointment with Natalia in the future. Thank you!

I used to go here, often. Julie was AMAZING. I recently got a cut by Taylor. OMG!!! She couldnt get me out of her chair fast enough. She seemed annoyed that I didnt put my purse on the hook, by the door, and chose to keep it by me. I explained what I wanted. I used a couple terms, Ive seen on YouTube, so there would be no questions. When I described how I wanted the front to look, she told me a term, as if I should have known what it was, in a VERY condescending tone. She seemed bothered that I wanted it blown dry. Then when I was doing my hair, the next morning, I found a chunk of hair that was not cut. There was a 1/2 inch wide piece that was hanging below the cut. Seriously??? I didnt go back to have it fixed. I trimmed it and moved on. I have pics, but this review wont let me add them. Yeah, Im done with this location.

My hair stylist Nicole brought me from ehh to Oh my GOSH IS THAT YOU BEAUTIFUL!!! I cant say enough about her.. honestly, not ONLY was she an amazingly sweet person to talk with, but she had an amazing talent that showed in my hair. SUPER satisfied!!! WILL BE BACK!!!

I was in dire need of a trim and I saw this pop up on my google. So, I called up Supercuts and told them I needed a trim ASAP Rocky. They were like we got you, can you be here in 35 minutes?. I was like, oh snap yeah of course Im on my way! So I drove up a little early, its right next to Jimmy Johns so I got a sub, I devoured this delicious sub and headed on next door. I walked in and was promptly greeted. I scanned around the walls at all the hair products they had. Then Jessica came up and asked me if I had been there before, I of course said no, so she offered a free shampoo. I told her what I needed, plain and simple.... a trim. I asked her for some advice and she was very compliant to helping me understand what kind of trim would be best for what Im trying to do with my hair. She finished up, gave me a shampooing, some hair product recommendations, and I walked out of there with some new leave-in conditioner, a great haircut, and a feeling of self worth and satisfaction.

Natalia and Julie were both friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all the customers who walked through the door. Natalia was my stylist and she cut my hair exactly as I requested. She was lovely to talk to and equally efficient with her scissors! It is great to have a walk-in hair salon with quailty service.

I will start with saying that I was having a horrible Friday and just wanted it to be over. I made a wrong turn and had pulled into the Super Cuts parking lot to turn around and decided I would go in and get my hair cut and just sit for a bit. I checked in and sat there for only a couple of minutes and was greeted by Jessica whos smile and cheerful attitude brought a much needed smile to my face. I had only been in that location one time previously and she already knew what I had done before. I could tell that she really enjoyed what she did and quickly was able to engage me in a spirited conversation. She took her time, did a fantastic job and was able to get me out of the state I was in and I left there feeling rejuvenated. I will go to her from now on and was asked last night where I got my hair done and have already recommended her to others.You have an incredible associate in Jessica. It would be nice if everyone would would have a positive attitude like she does.

I started working for Supercuts after working 2 years at another salon franchise and I wish I would switched sooner! All the stores are very organized and well managed! Brain is the owner and he is great to work for! It is obvious he take a lot of pride in his salons! Great pay and incentives! Great place to work for!!

This place is horrible. I found this place by reading the reviews and its rate but the result on my hair was awful. I showed the picture of haircut style I wanted 2 times and I explained the length by my hands. But she carelessly just did her job without considering me. Now my hair even doesnt have a style. Its just a mess and short awfuly that I dont know what do with it.

Was there twice last week. First appt with the kids. We had our scheduled time and got right in. Both kids got their hair cut and my daughter got her tips dyed. My sons hair cut is super cute and the fade is awesome and blended so nice. Tabitha Stille is great and did an awesome job.I went in later that week got my hair cut and colored and added extensions. Tabitha again did an amazing job and it came out even better then I imagined. I love my hair. We will be back for sure. If you need a hair cut or color go see her she is the BEST!!!

Got a haircut at super cuts on 8th. Jessica did and amazing job.

If I could give zero stars I would! Firt I told one stylists my nephew wanted a fade, she said OK but when she finished his hair was patchy and not blended well! When I asked if she could fix it she replied I will try, but I mean Im not a barber! Uhh you could have said that when I asked for a fade! The dark hair Asian girl who did my daughters hair was clearly overwhelmed over her curls and trimmed off about 5 inches straight across... well kind of because its not even! I explained she had layers before the start and it still ended badly! I go to supercuts in los Angeles all the time but all of the stylist are actually qualified,I wish I could say the same for this location!

If you are looking for a new place to get your hair done this is the place, budget friendly and the girls are a blast to talk too.

Too long to wait today but Ill be back.
