Made an appointment online during the week and came early, they asked me for my name and asked me to sit while they sanitized. Jasmine was very professional and very conversational. Jasmine cut my hair just perfect being that I have a lot of cowlicks. Masked were worn and social distancing was being upheld even though it was a slow morning. Thanks

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to management of this location! I came in a few days ago to get a haircut and wasnt satisfied with the haircut I received. I normally dont like to complain but felt I probably should after a friend of mine told me to...I was contacted by Jess who was super delightful and professional on the phone and we made an appointment for me to come back in to fix everything... When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Taylor (I believe) who was also very delightful and professional as well! They got me all fixed up and told me my next appointment would be comped... Which they didnt have to do.Just wanted to show appreciation to both the managers I dealt with today. Thank you for being kind and professional!

I take my 16 y/o son to SportsClips, but only the Mills Civic location. He refuses to go anywhere else, even though there are 2 others closer to home. Im not sure who, but someone on 60th & Ashworth did a chop job. He hated it. Im glad we found a place he likes. He likes the MVP treatment, literally!

Asked for a trim around the ears, neck, and split ends in the front - instead got most of it chopped off. Didnt even realize it until I got home. I think the stylist realized the error but instead I was left with a short haircut (which I didnt ask for), a crooked neck line & too much cut around the ears leaving the sides of my head bulbing out. I feel embarrassed and my fiancee laughed & cried at the site when I came home. Dont even want to come back for a refund & fix.

Not happy. I put my name on the waiting list with a appointment time and was told would be 2 hour wait. When I got there, I was checked in and went to the end of the line. Stylists were also letting their friends jump the line and extend other customers wait time. Full waiting area with guests not social distancing not asking people to wear masks, that is supposed to be a mask only business

Checked in online for 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:26. Another gentleman came in at same time to check in. Stepped out to put my coat in car and they gave my spot to him.

Very warm and friendly staff, in and out quick. Ill be back.

Took the boys there. First time Sports Clips. Didnt wait but a few minutes. I liked that you register yourself. They offered a book for one of the boys as he was undecided on what type of haircut he wanted. Amazing job ! Sam, she did a great job on the lightening bolts the youngest requested.

There is a reason this place may come with a wait. Its popular. The manager Theresa is very nice and the staff very professional. There are other options within 5 minutes or less, but people bypass to get the great haircuts they provide.

AWFUL! I took my younger brother for a cut, he is currently missing CHUNKS of hair. We waited for an hour and the lady threw a fit because she was about to go on break and didn’t want to cut his hair. I didn’t really care until he came back to me with CHUNKS of missing hair. Please do not go I would never wish this on any one.😡

You think youve had a haircut, until youve come here.I was given a tour of what Neal Caffrey must go through on a daily basis. From going over what haircuts I could be given, to being given a trim to the point of precision, to the hot towel and shampoo massage, to a smile and a discount.First time visit, bumped up to the MVP treatment - Grade A+Shout out to Joyce and everyone else.This place really makes you look like the man you were born to be.

Just left there where a gal with green hair cut my son’s hair. We were going to go back in to have her fix it, but he didn’t want her to touch it again. So, one day before school starts and looks like I paid $30 for him to go home and buzz his head. Awful.

Ive been going here for over a year. It does get a little busy at times but Ive never been dissapointed with a hair cut here. Ask for Joyce, she does an awesome job!

Ive never written a review for anything before, but the staff was incredibly friendly from the minute we walked in the door, the atmosphere was home-like & comfortable, and the way I was treated the entire time was just excellent! I was referred to come here by a friend, and am happy to say that I will only go here from now on to get my hair cut.
