Excellent business!! I will never use anyone but Morey Towing and All County Repair. They did an emergency tow for me when I was stuck in Auburn on a Saturday afternoon and even dropped me off at my home in Marathon. The prices ended being cheaper than they estimated for the tow and the repair. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Recommend 100%

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We needed to pick up some signs in order to prevent other people from parking in our tenants parking spaces. They guided us through every step in the process which gave us the peace of mind to know that if any problems occurred they would work with us to take care of any issues.

Helped me out when whoever my roadside assistance sent never showed. They were nice about the whole thing. Came promptly and were better priced than who was originally supposed to come.

This tow service was amazing! They were timely arriving professional when they got there and got me back on the road quickly. Not to mention their prices couldnt be beat!! I was stranded in town on a Sunday when I locked my keys in my car, AAA was going to take 2 hours and these guys were recommended by a local auto service. They were there in 5 min and saved the day! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Was stuck on 81 North between Homer and Preble, was around 12:30 in the March 4th was referred and the young man showed up about 30 minutes later. Parked the truck safely, removed the flat tire and replaced with the donut I had. Very respectable, highly recommended

Had my vehicle towed only 2.8 miles away from their establishment and somehow was charged $230+. The person who was suppose meet me was a half hour late but he was very helpful and nice. Very overpriced, but nice people.

I was driving a tractor trailer I hadnt driven yet and I locked the doors and took my keys out when I had to stop in town for an appt. Well when I got back to the truck the locks wouldnt open. I called Moreys and 4 guys showed up to work on it. I told them it was gonna be a challenge and apparently that was an understatement. They worked on it for an hour or so before calling Scott who has more experience with tractor trailers. He came on his own time in his own car to help. Most of the other guys left but 2 stayed and worked very hard to get in the truck. I thought for sure it wasnt gonna happen but finally they managed to get it unlocked. I was so very grateful for these two guys hard work and diligence. I highly recommend Morey Towing and will definitely use them again if the time arises. A special thankyou to Scott and the other gentleman whos name I didnt get. If not for you guys I would of had to irritate the boss. I owe you guys a case of beer. Definitely would not recommend. Used this tow company once when our box truck got stuck in a field. They took advantage of the situation and billed us $850 to pull us up a small hill on the side of the road. Wouldnt even think about pulling our truck out until we provided a credit card to make the full payment. All other tow companies were unavailable so we had no choice. Job took less than 20 minutes.

DO NOT RELY ON THESE GUYSI went through Geico to simply have my car jumped as the headlights were left on, I was .8 miles from their shop so geico said they called and had them coming 2 hrs later nobody showed up called the shop they said a driver was there but on break and could come in another half hour, another hour goes by no one we call again he got sent to another call.....were less than a mile away. Eventually we just flagged a car driving by and they gave us a jump, so after 4 hrs we just ended up having a friendly person help us

Had a breakdown and I have roadside assistance on my insurance. They sent a truck to pick up my vehicle but when they got there called my insurance company and told them they would have to pay another 250 bucks on top of the contract price they were getting....never call this so called business, you will probably pay double.

The absolutely worst towing company in Cortland. Was contacted through geico for roadside assistance and waited over 2 hours for a JUMP since my battery died, not even a tow. Morey towing was .5 miles away; a 3 minute drive and 10 minute walk from where my car was dead and i STILL had to wait over 2 hours for them to CONTACT me telling me that the truck was outside by my car when it clearly wasnt (because i was standing outside waiting the entire time) AFTER i called geico to cancel their services and made a claim with AAA instead. THIS IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TOW COMPANY IN CORTLAND I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If i could leave a negative or 0 star review i would.

Be aware of Ryan he seems to enjoy looking at young girls breast and asking them if they breast fed because they are so nice and round while grabbing his crotch and moaning! Then as they walk away he continues to comment about what they are wearing. Then will ask them if they will be riding with him. When they reply no then he says thats unfortunate.When brought to the owners attention Ryan states it was a misunderstanding...hmm while you grabbed your crotch and moaned and asked about someones breasts..yes..must be a misunderstanding! Absolutely right! Geez did you think these things Ryan? and they just happened to come out of your mouth? Hey its OK..why not! I guess we can say what ever we want then and its not a big deal just a misunderstanding. Heres my thoughts either your a pervert and like hitting on young girls or you need some corn starch!

Not reliable, not 24 hour assistance, doesnt even have a voicemail set up. Contracted through Agero for roadside assistance which is what USAA uses for their roadside assistance. Called for roadside assistance at 1130 PM, was given a 2 hour window to expect someone from Moreys to show up. Let me preface this next part by saying my car was literally .6 miles...thats right, point 6 miles from Moreys physical shop address and 2 1/2 hours later, now 2-215 am, they have still not arrived. After USAA calling and me personally calling to find out why they havent shown up, nobody answered and no voicemail set up. Needless to say I had to call CNY Towing and at 3am they arrived and got me in my car within 15 minutes of me calling them. Dont waste your time even calling Moreys, they dont take phone calls or perform services.

The price is extremely overprice for all the fee. Never again

Damn near $400 bucks from Cortland, Green Bush st think it was, to their lot. And wouldnt release vehicle same night of incident.

Worst experience ever, they charged $16000 for winch out of loaded semi. Truck and trailer slid into a dich do to heavy snow fall, never flipped, they charge for their service $16000 which is absurd!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
