Seriously the only quality nail salon in palm beach county. I love coming here to get my nails done. I see Don every time and he always makes my nails look perfect. I feel that the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of their work and products they use. The atmosphere is always fun, I love listening to Don and his wife Jenni joke around. They have such a great business and I’m so grateful that they do what they do. One of the best things about Don’s work is he is fast, some people may equate fast with poor work but he is the exact opposite. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he gets you in and out which I absolutely love. They always have new designs and nail products and they have so many colors to choose from. My mom and I are happy customers ! Thank you Don and Jenni, we appreciate you.

This is literally the only place I will trust to get my nails done ever. My nails have never disappointed me month after month. I’ve been going to Susan for close to two years now and she’s great! Even before I meshed with Susan I would get my nails done by any technician available and I have never been let down. A+ and 10/10 for me!

They were unprofessional about giving me the quality service I wanted. My pedicure was not satisfactory, but the girl proceeded to tell me it would have looked better if I got gel on my toes. IDONT WANT GEL ON MY TOES!!! I want the service I came for

I’ve been a costumer for the past few years but lately their mannerisms and booking policy is forcing me to look elsewhere for services. They now require a 25$ booking deposit which is absolutely absurd especially since I’ve been a long time customer and not once missed and appointment. The atmosphere isn’t the friendliest and is honestly hit or miss. Don “the owner” honestly does some of the most hideous nails I’ve ever seen! He lays the acrylic on so thick! Jenny seems to do good nails and Christine is hit or miss depending on her attitude and mood that day. My regular tech left and they would not disclose her new shop or any way to contact her so since then I’ve bounced around between these three and it’s been dreadful. I’m sure this review will be met with a snide reply which as you can see form previous negative reviews seems to be the norm. Unfortunately after my last experience I’m pleased to say I will not be returning. I hate to end business relationships but these people act as if your business isn’t important to them, and I don’t wish to spend my money anywhere I’m not appreciated as a long time customer. I’ve found a new place that’s nicer, fancier and for less money they do wayyy better than vanity. Save your money and go elsewhere if you value and respect good customer service and ethics. Goodbye vanity and goodluck to you.

I recently went to this place and the nail technician was rude. The product are cheap my nails did not last. I Will never come back to this place where people can be so mean.

Salon is nice and clean. Staff is nice. I am giving 2 stars as I have gotten my nails done for many years somewhere else but wanted to find a safer and cleaner place due to COVID. My nails looked nothing like the picture I provided. They use claw tips instead of straight tips, and nails started popping completely off within 1 week. By week 1 I was down 3 nails. For the price, the quality is definitely not top notch.

Got a full set here 3 weeks ago still looks great! Longest I ever lasted because I have naturally oily nail beds I highly Recommend this place. It was my first time after having a bad experience at hello nails in wellington needless to say I will be coming here from now on!

Hands down my favorite nail salon by far. The energy of the staff is positive and welcoming. They took really good care of me and did an excellent, amazing, fantastic job. The price is worth it and they really hooked it up. I was taken care of by Alice who did my gel pedicure and she was very sweet, kind, patient, and thorough with her work. For my nails I had Susan who did my acrylic gel nails and wowed me with her stone designs and paint job. She shaped my nails to perfection 👌🏽 Please go here! You won’t regret it I promise!

I hate to have to say this but I’ve had the dip powder many many times and have never had so many chips! Within a week it’s up to four chips. I don’t remember who did my nails but obviously she was in a hurry. Because of the inconvenience I didn’t bother calling to go back to fix the first chip, I’m glad now, because I would have had to go back 3 more times. I’m not a regular client So I’ll just stick with my other salons.

Ive been coming to this salon for six years and there is literally no place like it. The staff is always so polite and interactive, I dont even feel like Im at the salon half of the time. The finished product is always phenomenal, 20 out of 20 would recommend!

Great service from Alyssa and Melissa. Ladies were very gentle yet good at their jobs. My husband said his pedi with Melissa was better than the place we were going before. Prices are reasonable and they dont pressure you to up sell.

Amazing services but they lost control re crowding the place. Zero distance and bad cleaning. The girl takes customers temperature at the door and you hv to sign a consent - what helps with nothing . Putting customers at risk since the place was crowded. Bathrooms not clean. Techs do not change masks during the day. I was there for 20 min waiting few weeks ago and in that time the place got so extra crowded that I left. A shame.

My friend recently referred me to Vanity Nails to get my nails done for my birthday, and I had a great experience. The salon is clean and I loved how they took precautions in regards to COVID-19. It is a bit pricey, so just like anything else, take this into consideration for your budget. But overall, I had a great experience and I would go back again!

I was referred to this place by a friend who told me nothing but good things so obviously i wanted to try it out. I called and they were able to fill me in with same day appointment. perfect, i loved that. during our phone call i was asked for a deposit of $25 - Ive never had a nail salon ask me to do this but i know it’s not uncommon so without question i zelled the money. I was not explained that if i was late i would not get my money back at all. in fact my conversation with the receptionist was very quick, i specially told her over the phone that i just wanted acrylic nails only & a design of white lines. she said that was fine & scheduled me with christine. my appt was scheduled at 2:15 and i entered the salon at 2:20 5 mins late. I understand late is late, but it takes 5 mins to park and walk to a NEW destination that you’re unfamiliar with.I come in the place, i wash my hands as asked (that takes another 5 mins) and when i sit down with christine i show her what i wanted. Which is a clear polish on each nails and 3 white stroke lines on 4 fingers. she said she couldn’t do that because we only have 45 mins and told me i can only choose one color. i told her, i was told what i requested over the phone was perfectly fine. as we persisted to still talk about the situation and me asking if possibly someone else could manage to do my nails she then interrupted me & said “we now have 35 mins to do your nails”. So i said, you know what thank you it’s okay. Can i have my deposit back and she said yes i can with no hesitation which i appreciated. i think any customer especially A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER who was excited to try a new salon would appreciate that. I think any first time customer would be upset if they didn’t get their $25 deposit back after being told that what they wanted would be granted.Some guy that sits next to the front desk starts then having an attitude because christine was willing to give me my deposit back. he says “are you seriously giving her the deposit back” as if I SERIOUSLY DIDNT GET MY NAILS DONE. and i just ignore his attitude and he starts speaking another language which we all know is always bad because clearly they are talking bad about you when things don’t go their way. but i let it be, and all i want is my money back and i will be on my way and move on. he says “does she not know that’s the whole point of the deposit” on the phone call i had when scheduling my appointment- NO ONE said or explained what involves when putting a deposit down. so i am only as good as the information provided to me.I will not come back here again as if i felt like i didn’t matter but was expected to just not care about my deposit and it being lost for a service i paid for but never received. and if the manager or whoever wants to tell me it was because i was 5 minutes late GIVE ME A BREAK. no one apologized for the MISCOMMUNICATION but i still was nice and said thank you very much i hope you have a great day.

By far my favorite nail salon I have ever been to! Christine and Alicia are two of my favorite nail techs, they are so friendly, talented, and professional. However, I have been satisfied with every person I have had an appointment with. Recently, I started getting my lashes done there & I love how they turn out, such amazing quality.

The girl that was doing my nails was ok, not the best work though. Nails looked nothing like pics I seen on fb or Ig. It was crooked, uneven, and polish didnt touch the base of my nails. I also did eyelash clusters from her...terrible! Wasnt even, wasnt good at all, just wasnt worth it. My eyebrow wax was mediocre. No arch like I asked for, no cleanup in the middle. Wasted money. They were nice and the place was clean enough, but over rated. I couldve done better elsewhere. Disappointed my money got wasted.

The place has awful ventilation. I walked in and the stench of nail chemicals was terrible. Ill stick with Toi nails...

I did a set for a special occasion and I showed the tech a picture of EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I asked her for a price at the table and when I go to the register it’s almost $100! Are you serious? 😂 the set I got done wasnt even worth the money because all the glitter fell off the same day! The tech was just on her phone the whole time with her boyfriend which was annoying because I did try to get her to fix a few things but that didn’t happen either way. Vanity is overpriced and overrated. Never going back!

Extremely pricey had no shaping done other then reg Square I did do ombre with just two colors apparently they charge more if they use brush prices need to be made clear to customer not to mention I had to apply my own clear polish when I got home cause they put one coat and it basically came off after the oil was applied. So disappointed after 2months of not getting my nails done I was looking forward to it.

Was very disappointed with how my nails turned out. Explained to Don that my nails looked bad and I was not happy and wanted to schedule an appointment to redo my nails. Called the following morning and Don said he would have to charge me full price for a new set. He would waive the fee to take off my nails that were horrible to begin with. This is horrible customer service. Especially when the customer was unhappy with the original job. I can understand charging me the difference between the fill that I got and getting a new set put on. But to tell me I have to pay full price on new set and the fact that I played $50 for a fill. This visit would cost me $120. That is definitely not good service. He just lost a customer for sure.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since I was 16... I’m now 26! They’re a family owned nail salon, and treat all of their staff and clients as if they’re part of their family as well. They’re very clean and autoclave all of their tools! This is the only salon that I trust to do my nails, do them well, and NOT destroy or damage them in the process!I have also recently gotten my eyebrows microbladed at Vanity Nails, by TT and am so happy with the result.Overall, they’re the best in town! I moved a half hour away a few months back and will continue to make the drive out to Wellington to get my nails done here. :)

I went to get a FULL SET done from Christine. On that day I was rushed and being told how she had been there all day & basically didn’t have time for my thoughts on how I wanted my nails. Eight days later, almost every nail was lifting and two had broken. I reached out to Christine via text explaining to her what was going on with my nails because this has NEVER happened. She became upset saying I didn’t value her time & that I was rude in which I wasn’t and stated that I should find a new nail tech. She also stated she could do my nails over at the full price with $15 off on a set that I paid $120 for. Not only did that bother me but it also showed me that no matter how long I’ve been going there, my time nor all the money I’ve spent over the years mattered to her. Very unprofessional when she could have easily fixed a problem with a long time client and resolved the issue especially with the hard times we’re all experiencing due to the COVID-19.

Just so everyone knows how awesome this place is........Stop on by courteous professional clean sanitary and more great place to go!!

This is now my 3rd time getting my nails done with Vanity. I absolutely love them!!! The staff is so friendly, and I truly appreciate the extra care of cleaning/social distancing provided in the salon. Upon entry everyone has to go and wash their hands, after each appointment the areas are immediately cleaned & sanitized. They are all very professional, and organized!! Omg the best part lol. No matter what technician you’re placed with; they equally are amazing and talented. They’re officially stuck with me! An extra plus, the salon itself is beautiful, clean, and just an environment to destress & forget about everything outside.

Called to make an appointment and this girl was extremely rude. I have never been asked for a deposit for an appointment here EVER! she demanded a deposit which I’m thinking ok new policy post pandemic ok. She tells me my options and when I chose cash app she said the account name so fast that I didn’t catch it all. I have been there several times and yet “I’m not in the computer “. Ok fine here’s my info. She was talking the entire time not only to me but to other people and every time I try to ask her what the hashtag was for the Cash App she kept talking over me. I also asked the deposits are new have the prices changed? She placed me on hold and said let me see if we can still see you after she just gave me four different appointment options for the day. I’ll just be going somewhere else since my questions are annoying enough for you to not want to take my appointment.

One of the worst pedicure Ive ever received. They barely massage my feet. I love pedicures and get them often but this place is NOT the place for them. Was expecting better service. Only gave a 2 star because my gel polish was decent, the pedicure experience itself was a joke.

I got nexgen and a gel pedicure and wanted to match the colors. I wanted my natural nail not tips. Everything from start to finish was perfect. They were able to schedule me within 45 minutes of calling. Very nice salon and they go above and beyond to make you satisfied.

Today, I️ had my nails done at Vanity and I’m just really not comfortable with the service I received. I️ had an idea for the set that I️ wanted and the receptionist even made my appointment for today so I could be with someone who knew how to do nail art.My plan was to get purple nails with either or sparkles or stars painted on my nails for a galaxy themed nail set. I paid a $20 deposit to book my appointment.When I got there they put me with the technician and I started explaining my ideas to her. She started giving me ideas and telling me about other designs that she thought might be better. I had no idea that these ideas were really just ways to make my nails more expensive. She suggested that I get an ombre and use the glow-in-the-dark nail polish. She said the polish would look purple in certain lighting. I then explained to her that I wanted a “Leo” themed set because my birthday is coming up (that’s the only reason I wanted to get my nails done). I asked her if she had any stickers with the shape of a lion or if she could paint one and she said no.Then she just grabbed crystals and started adding them to my nail set. She painted a Leo symbol on one of my nails along with stickers that said Leo. Then she proceeded to just start sticking crystals on all of my nails. I️ felt like she forced all these ideas on me and I ended up with something that I didn’t really want.When it was time to pay my total was $115 ($137 because I️ was dumb enough to tip even though I wasn’t happy)!!!!!!!! I was shocked, I didn’t even know what to say, I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just paid and left even though I was terribly terribly upset. It’s not even the price of the nails that is upsetting it’s the fact that I didn’t get what I wanted and I️ feel taken advantage of.While I was getting my nails done, a girl sat down with the nail tech next to us and she started trying to convince that girl to get the glow-in-the-dark nail polish too!!! Which makes me think they must just be trying to get rid of it or something!When I got home I realized that the $20 deposit I put down didn’t even go towards my nails I guess they just pocketed it, WHICH MAKES ME FEEL EVEN MORE ROBBED!!!I can’t lie, the nails are absolutely beautiful. But they’re not something I would ever choose for myself and they’re not what I wanted AT ALL. Every time I look at them it’s just a reminder of how much money I wasted.

I wouldnt recommend getting your eyelashes done here... because Ive gone more then once and every time I leave the next day my eye lashes are coming off. I forgot the girls name ... but so much glue was on my eye lid I could see it in the corner of my eye. My option... get it professionally done. It may cost more but if you want your eyelashes to stay for more then 2 or 3 days. I wouldnt recommend coming here

Bruh this place is awesome. Its a good 25 minute drive from my house but I stay coming back. This place can literally do anything. They have every color, they always have holiday themed nail art, pretty sure dude can paint almost anything you want on your nail. I personally dont usually get any kind of bling added to my nails but the detail they put into your nails when youre adding diamonds is absolutely insane. Peep their IG they have a bunch a clips from clients nails that will WOW you! And the whole staff is super friendly! 10/10 would recommend this place!

Came here while visiting family from out of town. I was in need of a pedicure. They scheduled me right away, and when I arrived, there was no waiting. Service was excellent! Not an upscale fru-fru place, but the people were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

My nails look terrible. I got acrylic and coffin shaped nails. I asked for short length and they gave me long length nails and on top of that its crooked. Didnt notice the crooked nails til afterwards. and they were in a rush to get me out for the next person to come in.
