Always professional and timely service at this salon. Lily is so pleasant and a perfectionist. Myself and my three daughters go here and always have a great experience!! if you did not know, they do lashes too. I have been doing lash extensions for about 5 months now and could not be happier. My only advice is to always make an appointment, this is a busy salon. Definitely worth giving La Vie a try if you are looking for a new nail salon.

Showed the receptionist the nail design I wanted, only for the nail tech who took me to say they couldn’t do it. I always get nexGen but the tech kept pushing for acrylic (more $ more damaging when removing) I basically had to fight to get what I wanted. Asked the tech for a color similar to nude and she told me “NO pick it yourself” - almost the WHOLE appointment the tech named Vivian was watching a show under the desk. She cut my cuticle after I asked her to be gentle. The end result was okay but she shortened my natural nails so much that she said we could add TIPS to fix them. The color was wrong and when I called the next day to just ask for a color change (new gel) they had me come in only to tell me they needed to charge me to fix it because the tech said she did the right color, when in fact she mixed the numbers of the color and did a lighter shade. Terrible experience - the owner was rude to my face and didn’t seem to care to fix anything. Do not waste your time, they can’t shape a simple coffin nail correctly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter wanted her nails done for her wedding. She showed the nail tech a picture of what she wanted which included nail art. Instead of the nail tech saying they could not do it, he tried to pass off terrible work! When the manager came over he fed me some line of I shouldve told him! Why did that matter? She showed the nail tech a picture! And they charged us! Didnt seem to care at all.... very unprofessional!!!!

This was my first time visiting La Vie Nails and Spa. The ambiance of the shop is very nice and clean. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was nice and friendly, however, she didnt say much.My biggest pet peeve is when going to nail salons and the staff speaking their native tongue in front of customers. I find this very rude. Although the nail tech didnt do it much, the tech beside her did.Although Ive had better, she did a pretty good job on my hands and feet.I recommend trying this salon. 4 stars!

Lily has been my nail tech since I have been going there. She is very talented, sweet and fun. Whatever design you want, I promise she can do it! Personally, I’ve never seen anyone do ombré and coffin nails as good as her!!! If I could leave more then 5 stars I would!!!! 👍🏼

It has taken me forever to find a place I will always continue to come back to. I have been coming to La Vie for a year now and after my first visit I never went anywhere else.The receptionist is extremely professional, welcoming and helpful.This salon is clean and a perfect place to actually relax when you are taking the time to treat yourself.I have worked at a few nail salons so I am very observant of how clients are being treated. CLIENTS ARE NOT RUSHED HERE. To me that is the #1 deal breaker of customer service experience at any salon. It is very rare to find any salon with all the friendly faces, talented artists, and TRULY caring professionals.10/10 and I wont go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this nail salon!! It is so hard to find a place with both great service, clean and at a great price. All the nail technicians always take their time doing my pedicure- never rushed or lacking attention. I highly recommend this salon for manicure and pedicures.

I like to try different nail spots since I’m new to the area went in and was promptly greeted, told them I wanted gel on the toes and acrylic on my nails, they tried to convince me to upgrade to gel but I declined because I know what I want. Noticed a lady leaving and the guy charges her $92 so I kept note, now when it was my time to pay it was $92 too so I think they just throw prices out to charge you without really adding up your services. Wont be back because of that.

Walk-in client that was taken care of immediately. Clean & beautiful environment that was spacious. The workers were sweet and welcoming. So many color choices to choose from & they provide refreshments! Will come again.**UDPDATE**(05/26/19) Nails didn’t even last 2 weeks before they started losing the glue. My nails were pristine. Especially my toes and my moms toes as well. Extremely clean, sharp, and satisfying. The nail people weren’t entirely kind but they do their work well and would go back again for the finished result.

Mariela is the best!! She does all of my gel manicure and pedicures. I appreciate her attention to detail and that she doesn’t rush through any of the services. She’s extremely upbeat and fun too!!!

La Vie Nails is a amazing business very friendly but very professional. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and never once went to another nail salon. I feel safe with the products they use and everything is sanitary. I have been going to Mariela for 5 years and our bond has definitely grew. Lily and Tron the owners are very kind and always put the customer first. I love coming here.

My wife has gone here for years. They have hired new people that have no table side.manners and dont listen to the clients requests. She will not be going back. AVOID THIS PLACE!

If I could give negative stars I would. My 12 year old daughter and I tried this nail salon recently and I was truly disappointed! I believed it was the owner that did my daughters nails and she was extremely rude and out of line. I asked her to cut down my daughters nexgen nails because I like them short or at an active length. She told me she would file down. The length that they where at, she simply needed to cut them down and then file. She filed and filed which caused the nails to stick up somewhat. I heard her ask my daughter if she liked the length and my daughter said she needed to ask her mom and I heard her say to my daughter, “no, why!” I looked over and said to her because I’m her mom! She yelled at me and told me to let her do her job! Let me tell you, it took everything in me not to fly across the table and slap the **** out of her, instead, I stayed quiet, knowing that I needed to set and example for my daughter and knowing I’d discuss with my daughter later, and knowing this establishment would never get another dime from me or any other potential referrals I could have given. Anyhow, I do not recommend this salon due to the lack of customer service.

I thought that I was the only one but I see that others have experienced this as well. I was called while on my way to my appointment by Tran, the owner, to tell me that my nail tech whose name is Wen did not wish to do my nails anymore. I was shocked. I had always been friendly and Tran the owner could not tell me why. I had been a client for quite some time. It is very unprofessional that someone that works there can do that and it is accepted by management. I am an adult and she was a college aged student. How rude. I would not recommend anyone to this salon.

Its clean. They do a pretty good job. Honestly, I only go here because its covient. They always have walk in avalible. It smells nice. Since i do walk in i rarely get the same person. I love Nini she is amazing 100% recomend her.

I went there to get my nails done and Vivian got made because I did not want gel nails.... I also didn’t want a cut down so she did not file my nails even because It was not included in the $20 refill. I have never been treated so rude in my life. She was upset because she couldn’t upsell me. So the receptionist gave me a 20% off for next time and apologized.... 2 weeks later I make an appointment but specifically tell the receptionist not to book me with Vivian because of the awful experience I had last time, she said ok. When I got there the receptionist had me wait 30 minutes and kept telling me I would be next.... just to say that no one would be able to take me. By that time all the nail salons close by were closed and I’m left without my nails done and a very important meeting in the morning. Worst experience of my entire life. Don’t go there they do not value customers they are only money hungry

Very pleased with my first visit at La Vie Nail Salon. They are under new management, so the older reviews arent applicable anymore. The new owner personally greeted me and made me feel welcome. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, and I love how my nails came out. The nail service was professional, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back!

This was my 3rd time at La Vie and it was enough to make me not want to come back. Some of the staff need a lesson in customer service and the appropriate way to touch clients when working with their hands, legs, and feet. The lady that did my nails had a tattoo on the right side of her right hand, short hair she wore in a ponytail, as well as a rose gold apple watch with a pink band. She was so ROUGH. SO ROUGH. Instead of telling me to move my hands she would jerk them herself, push them back, and pull them forward. Ive been to a nail salon plenty of times and I know a nail tech is going to move your hands but literally jerking them around, it was ridiculous.Not only that, she rushed through my pedicure and was rough with that too. There were two people sitting there prior to going over and they were still there when I was done. Pedicures are usually a relaxing experience and this was horrible. Nothing worse then feeling as though you dont matter when you are a paying and tipping customer just like anyone else. If you dont have time to do my nails you should not have taken me period. Not only that she filed my big toe into an circular shape which I never asked for and didnt realize until the damage was done. Who does that? Ive never seen circle toes. I will never recommend this place to anyone especially not her. The other 2 experiences I had were pleasant but this was a no go for me.

ASK FOR THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING! They don’t tell you the prices for what they are doing until they charge you at the end. I was charged $50 for acrylic nails THAT DID NOT GO PAST MY FINGER TIPS. The nails were too thick and boxy when I asked for them to look natural. They offer you gel polish without mentioning the 15 DOLLAR EXTRA charge. Customer service was okay. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for service that was mediocre. There are cheaper nail salons in the area that will do great nails for a better price. Highly recommend looking into other nail salons before going to this one.

BEWARE!! Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. They are not skilled or professional. Nails came out crooked and uneven. The owner is out of control, beyond rude and disrespectful. Along with his staff. One of his staff members shoved me towards the exit door after I complained about how my nails came out. Instead of taking accountability for the mistake and poor job they did and try and accommodate me they became aggressive and entitled. The worst part is that the Owner and staff kept my shopping bags hostage and forced me to pay for a terrible pedicure. The owner refused to give me my shopping bags which I left in the drying station. They refused to fix my nails and help me. The girl at the front desk saw the entire thing happen and did not once stand up for what’s right. She acted as if nothing was wrong and bowed down to the owner who is clearly a narcissist. I reported this incident to the better business bureau.DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! This place deserves no business as it is unethical and should not be in business.

Not coming back! I got a manicure and was cut in two fingers! I bleeded, but that was not what upset me. It was the staffs handling the situation or not handling it. Minimizing it and not even offering a bandage. I asked for the bandage and they gave me one bandage for each finger. I asked if they would honor me coming in another day during the week to fix my nails because they got smeared by the blood. I also asked if they would give me a discount for my inconvenience. I got nothing, I paid did not leave a tip and will never go back.

I went today and my nails are gorgeous but, my problem is that the people working there were rude. I felt like they had an attitude because, my 3 year old had shoes on and not flip flops so they would not do her feet. Honestly, it was not an issue but, they just had an attitude. Also, they wanted to take the full set I had done about three weeks ago off as well as my mother-in-laws full set. Such a same because they did a really good job on my nails.

Unequal Treatment if Patrons - I made an appointment to get a pedicure. Upon my timely arrival, I was greeted and instructed to select a color. After completion, I returned to the receptionist who asked me to wait a few minutes until she prepared a chair. I waited 30 minutes. During this time, the receptionist did not indicate I would be waiting nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. While waiting other patrons arrived and were offered a beverage and were serviced. I understand that clients may attend on a regular basis, but all should be treated the same. I am not going to say, race played a part, but I was the only African American until I prepared to leave. Another African American entered the salon.

Its okay. When it comes to nails they either do it right or they do it wrong but either way, they take forever. Wouldnt recommend getting your eyebrows tinted here. If you want very light brown (because youre blonde) you get light black or light BLACK.

I went for the first time today after searching for what feels like forever for a good nail salon. I have had the worst luck with nail salons!! overall a really great place. Wen did my nails and she did an awesome job, even with the disaster I brought her from the previous nail place. Very happy and will continue going to this location.

I had an amazing experience at the La Vie Nails and Spa. I had just gotten off my flight from LA and was driving back to my parents house, decided to stop at the new Nail Salon that I noticed had just opened and I gotta say they were very nice, professional and I loved their work. I got a gel manicure on Dec.26 and 17 days later and my gel manicure looks good. When your manicure last for a long time you know that they have done a great job with their services. They were polite and even offered gave me a $5 discount for the holidays.

This salon is the absolute worst in this area. I’ve had a few good experiences but this last time was my last straw I went to get me nails done by NINI but her client couldn’t decide on a color yellow...so I waited over 45 minutes to be told I’d have to wait another 30 or so, I was offered to be helped by the next available tech so I agreed and witnessed two customers be sat and had their nails working on before I someone could sit down to do my nails...I ended up waiting for over an hour to witness everyone else being helped. Business doesn’t work this way and I refuse to give my money to a group of people who would rather sit on their phone, walk to the back, or play with the money in the register when you have customers waiting to have a service done. Save your time and frustration and go to a different salon.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. They are so rude and not personable. While the nail techs are nice, the manager or male receptionist, is so rude and speaks over you. Does not want to hear your concerns or requests. Also, they need to stop talking about they’re customers in they’re language, it is so clear that they are laughing at these poor women that came in and then the “man” turns to another co worker and starts saying something in they’re language and start laughing. It’s just so rude and needs to stop. This is not the only time I have seen this, I’ve been here a couple of times since it is close to my home, but not anymore, I hope this review gets considered and they really take it into consideration for they’re business. Being a business woman myself, I would never allow this unprofessional behavior to happen in the workplace. Again, I am not critiquing the work of the nail techs but rather then super uncomfortable and rude atmosphere in which I and another customer where under. Thank you.

This place is great with the designs but the staffs there are horrible. Not worth going to again. I missed an appointment because of my car issue and instead of understanding. They tell me at the last minute that the lady I requested which her name is Wen, does not want to see me anymore while I am on my way driving to the appointment. Not only I wasted my time but that was unprofessional when they had a whole week to tell me this ahead of time.

I loved the service and felt taken care of by my nail tech. This is my first time and Ill be back again. I told her I had arthritis and she was kind enough to rub my hands in a soothing way before she did my nails. My French looks perfect too.

They had no nail polish to choose from and the ones that were there were very ugly and dry. I payed more than I was expecting.

Average nail salon. The massage with the pedicure was not good and short. There was no massage with the manicure, she just put some lotion on my hands and told me to wash it off (kinda a waste of lotion). Some people were offered water/tea/etc and others were not (I guess the person at the front forgot for some people?). I got a regular pedi and Mani. The paint job on the pedi was good but my manicure isnt that great. Also, some staff are nice others arent are friendly. Lastly, one of the staff was complaining about another customer right in front of me to her boss because she doesnt like doing her nails. I thought that was pretty unprofessional.

See AMBY!!!!! She is a life saver! I originally went in for a fill on my nexgen which another tech had managed to botch to no end and Amby managed to make my nails look absolutely stunning! She uses great products, extremely clean, caring and patient! The cuticle oil even left my hands smelling like fresh Cotten candy. Not to mention her hand massage and pedicures are to die for!

This Nail Salon is the best! I had my nails done in 2017 at another Salon in Wellington and got a horrible nail fungas. Went to Dr and put me on a topical nail med and another in a pill. After 2 years of losing every fingernail 3 times... I was referred to La Vie Nail Salon. I stopped in one day just to see if they how I could cover up my black/ green nails. The owner Lily and her husband said they would not touch them as they were too bad. And to go back in 3 months. They were so caring and kind to me. I went back after nail fungas was gone and Lily dipped my nails. Omg she is so amazing and knows her craft very well! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you La Vie Nails for taking such good care of me. My nails are gorgeous today because of you.😘

The young lady who did my nails did a great job on my feet, but not such a good job on my hands. She failed to remove all the remnants of my pervious manicure, therefore leaving my a sizable chunk on my nail.

This review is for the la vie nails in the shopping center with the yogurt place and the total wine. I dont think Google has the accurate location. This place is horrible. rushed me to pick a color. grabbed my hand and started before I was done looking at the colors. the one I picked came out a totally different color. she got annoyed with me! I had to say I wanted it changed. (it didnt match at all, she even admitted theyd have to change the sample) . instead of starting the color over she just layered the new gel color on top of the old, you can see the old color along the sides. also she barely filed them, my thumbs have lumps and its only been 3 days and there is already a gap between the gel and my nail at the cuticle area. also I was told $30 and charge $35 with no explanation. further more she did no nice things you expect with a manicure, no lotion or cuticle work and she filed so hard I have little cuts along the edges of my fingers. awfulness. two stars because from a distance the nails look pretty. ( pretty sure the woman I saw is named Juana)

I came here because my regular salon was booked... First time here. Scheduled a mani pedi and was done in like 50 minutes... absolutely unheard of. I asked if this was an express mani pedi and the owner said no he is just really fast. This experience did not meet expectations as the job was rushed and careless. He even dropped a nail tool into my pedi bowl because he was moving so fast. Back to Toi Salon I go, where they have both excellent customer service and quality technicians who actually care about their clients.

I went today for my first nextgen nails and I was very disappointed. Tony did my nails. He was very rough and in a rush. He filed my nails too far on the sides that made me hurt. He just told me that my nails were too short and difficult and kept filing themLike crazy. The ombré doesn’t have a nice gradient in between. Not very relaxing experience at all. I didn’t get lotion for my hands either.

The nail job I got was good, but the wait was long, and the lady took FOREVER to do my nails.

I guess you NEED an appointment here to get good service. I was a walkin and was told to sit and someone would wrap my nails. I waited 5 mins no one saw me then they came by and said it would be 15 mins until someone saw me. I was able to leave and go elsewhere when the tech Lilly took me. She seemed ok until she started doing the nexgen. The whole process was rushed and my nails were left unclean with stained powder all over my cuticles and edges. Not $35 worth at all. I was very disappointed and would recommend if you want good service maybe making an appointment. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
