I went with my friend to go get a quick set done, my friend got Nikki who did an amazing job but the older gentleman that took care of me literally used his own thumb nail to push back my cuticles. Not only was he unsanitary but he was so rude. He literally put the tips on so crooked and yelled at me when I asked him to fix them. Luckily Nikki was there to save the set but by the end of it half the nail was already filed down and they still charged me extra for length.

Plastic Surgeon Nikki transformed my hands and feet. Since I moved here from NY last Christmas, Ive been looking for a decent place to do my nails in vain. A month ago, I finally found it: Nail Pro I will not go anywhere else... Im addicted!!! Thanks!!!Very caring staff and professional.

If you are in a hurry and want to get in and out very quickly, this is the place to go. If you want a relaxing pedicure, go somewhere else. The actual pedicure itself is fine and she did a great job polishing my nails, but the entire process feels rushed. The massage is ok, nothing spectacular, and just as you’re getting comfortable in your chair, it’s time to get up and leave. If you want something quick and efficient, give them a try. But if you want to relax during your pedicure, spend your money elsewhere.

The stylist was rude and forced me to get more expensive treatments than asked for, won’t be back.

Everyone here is really nice, they treated me with respect and still accommodated me with no appointment.

So I went in to get a specific nail design which was a neon French tip and I wanted it to look exactly like the picture that I showed them and my nails did not look clean nor professional at all and it looked nothing like the picture I showed them. I got the French tip but it was not clean. And after a day of having my nails done from them I already broke a nail. After a couple days I lost three more nails. My nails should not be breaking after a couple days from getting my nails done. I spent $55 for what? I will not be returning and I’m very disappointed with the poor quality of work that they put in.

Kathy is the best Nail Tech - high level of satisfaction with her technique & shes very friendly. She also has a good eye for colors that compliment various skin tones. Additionally, this salon is sanitary in its practices, which is VERY important!

They are over charging people !! Poor service!! Rude!! They Can’t do designs that are up to date. Me and my daughter went there for about a year we’re new to the area and they started over charging us since COVID! There business is very slow. So the little customers they do get they over charge them . Don’t go to this place they just lost 2 loyal customers because me and my daughter will never return there!!!!

This should be pleasant relaxing experience not at all. I went in get full set person who didn’t nail not at one point asked how I would like my nails he went straight in to. It to his length. I try tell him I wanted them a little longer because I wanted a ballerina shape. He kept asking can you pay more it 10 more. If I’m coming in it because i will be paying for the service I ask for. After continually asking how I wanted my nails I just got frustrated and just let him continue it was not fun at all. He was rough and kept telling me to relax I would if he wasn’t cutting into my cuticles. I will not be returning and going elsewhere next time. I did pay for what I got as I am conscious that people have family to take care of. But be aware of this place.

As someone who has worked in a nail salon I was very confused coming here. There were multiple people directing me and they seem to always be in a rush. With that being said, Pam did my pedicure and she did a good massage for me so I was pleased about that.

I was very disappointed. I personally will not go back . This is the 1st place I gave such a low rating. Because it was a terrible experience.they applied nail polish 3 different times by 2 different providers, my hands flat on the table and they smudged it.i have witnesses my friend was next to me. the girl stabbed my big tow and it bleed,.then she finally finished.i paid and left . This should teach me a lesson, to only go where it is highly recommended.

I had the worst experience ever!Will never go back to this nail salon.The manager is super rude and doesn’t have a good customer service at all. She rushed thru my nails and 2 broke after a week. They started to chip 4 days after and when I went back to get them fixed they had me waiting for an hour and said that I probably was doing something I shouldn’t with my nails and she refused to fix them.

The technicians are very friendly clean and professional. I will visit again. My feet and hands feel like new ones lol 😆

The nail techs were friendly and the pedicures my mom & I got were done okay (although they seemed very quick) I was please enough. I decided to get a basic manicure because it had been months since I had & I needed it desperately. She cut me multiple times while trimming my cuticles & just said “sorry about that”, and did the worst paint job I have ever had. I think I could have done a better job painting them myself. Paint doesn’t even go down to my cuticle, there is a space. Won’t be going back.

Dont Waste your money on a pedicure here. I had to call security on them tonight. I was yelled at.. yes yelled at for asking to fix a smudge. Not to mention the girl complained the entire time she was doing my pedicure about how hungry and tired she was. She cut my tie nails but didn’t bother to file them and didn’t bother to put any lotion on my feet leaving them dry and feeling chapped. When my polished smudge I nicely asked the girl at the front desk if they could fix it when across the room the girl who did my pedicure started yelling at me. It was embarrassing and so crazy. All over a smudge that could have been fixed in 2 minutes. . It was so bad I had to have security come .. it was very stressful and the worst customer service ever

WORST SERVICE EVER! When I first arrive everyone seem welcoming and greeted me immediately. They will say and do anything to keep you there as a customer. I had the NexGen pink and white tips done because the technician suggested it was the healthiest for my nails and last longer than regular acrylic. After only eight days two of my, I called the Salon immediately and let them know what happened the lady I spoke to said no problem come in and they would fix it. I stop by later that evening and the woman that was behind the reception desk said Im sorry theres nothing that she can do it happens, unless I pay $30 to refill my nails. I was furious I could understand if I had my nails on a couple weeks totally understandable but after eight days they shouldve provided me complementary service. Not only did I have my nails done I had my nieces nails done, acrylic which one of her nails broke the same night and I had my daughters nails done with gel polish and after two days all the gel polish came off. If youre looking to get your nails done please stay far from this place they provide the worst Service EVER! They lost a very good client.

Me and my friend went to get a gel manicure and they were awfully quick. They don’t look good at all, the gel nail polish looks and feels bumpy, the second coat didn’t cover completely the first coat of nail polish. Really bad job. Don’t go there!

The staff are all very friendly and do a really great job! I usually dont have to wait long even though I dont have an apppointment. They are pretty quick too. I usually get nexgen and the nails last a long time, over 3 weeks and they never break.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDICURE!!!! The pedicures here are a total JOKE!! She basically played with my feet... scrubbed my callouses, but didn’t smooth them over....My feet were rough and dry afterwards. Nail job was sloppy, the tech was a sloppy polisher with no skill. WASTE OF MONEY...

Worst manicure of my life. Heres why:1. The station was dirty. The towels on the station still had grime and clipped nails from the previous patron.2. The tools were cleaned with a little spray of water - at the time that i was seated - and the water sprayed in my face.3. My manicurist barely spoke to me at all. The only time she did was when i asked her what the price was (which she did not know and gave a wrong answer to.)4. Manicurist sped through my manicure. Put lotion on my arms and wiped it off less than 5 seconds later.5. The second coat did not completely cover the first coat, which is evident on my sloppy nails.6. Had to ask for the manicurist to clean around my nails.7. When i bumped one of my nails, she wiped it up, painted two coats of color and completely forgot to add a top coat. I should have paid attention because now one of my nails is unmistakably un-glossed.8. Not only was I not allowed to pay the tip on my card, but the manager (I think) basically forced me to go to the ATM and pay the whole bill in cash. (Note: the ATM charge was $3.50 on top of the manicure price and tip price)Never. Going. Back.

Worst experience at a nail salon in a long time, save your $.I felt so rushed, the lady was so quick to get me into a pedicure chair and I just wanted to find a NexGen (powder dip) color that had a matching polish for my toes. She sat me in the chair with my feet in water then took the color swatches away when I was in the middle of looking. I literally had to ask for a towel so I can get out and go up to the front myself to find a color. Of course the colors I chose ended up not matching which is one of pet peeves but I let it go. Pedicure was beyond basic, she barely rubbed my feet. When it came to my nexgen powder dip nails, my nails were already long and narrow from the previous time. I showed her how I like them narrow, not pointy or coffin shape but just square and not wide. She nodded and continued to do my nails and did not tell me they were considered coffin shape (mind you, they def are not coffin shape). When she finished my nails she charged my $5 extra for coffin shape. Its not about the $, its just the principal. They are rude, have 0 customer service skills and the pedicure was awful. I did like the way my nails looked but nex gen usually lasts me 3+ weeks with 0 lifting. My nails are already lifting after 2 weeks. I wont be coming back here.

Expensive. Cost $98 for gel mani and pedi. Was not given a proper manicure. She put the gel on nails and top coat. Thats all. Never got a massage on hands or attending to cuticles. For pedicure...she seemed annoyed that she had to remove gel polish. Was never offered the remote for massage chair. Had to dig it out myself. Then after soaking She told me to go back to her desk. She sat on the floor and I had to hold up my legs. Very uncomfortable position and not relaxing at all. Will not be back ever. Huge disappointment.

I went with my daughter to get two full sets, when I arrived I changed my mind and I wanted the ombré nails because they looked pretty. So my daughter who is 13 sat in front of me getting hers done whilst I got mine, a full set costs $27 and up to $35 if you get a shape on the nails. Ombré is $55 so we got finished and she said that will be $105 ?? I asked why and she said my daughter got gels instead of regular polish, my daughter doesn’t ever speak to anyone she didn’t ask for Gela she even said she didn’t ask for it? I already explained what I wanted. So we were up charged on that and nobody tried to mend the error. A few days after going I noticed my fingers starting to peel around the nail and my finger was sore and not the one she clipped with the nail grinding tool.

Service was not great. Had to explain myself like 10 times and the lady ended up cutting at least 3 cuticles too short and made me bleed horrible experience

Avoid at all costs. The male technician removed my set with what looked like a gardening tool and was super rough. Multiple nails were left bleeding and they are now hurt and damaged. The manager was super annoyed when all I asked for was a removal of my old set. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Long wait but it was the day before mothers day but owner was very nice and accommodating her son at the front desk was helpful and Tina my nail tech did a good job on my nails also got m6 eye brows tinted and threaded and thet look great! I did my nails on Sunday & the next Day the polish already coming off. The lady that did my nails mess up so bad I would never go back there to get my nails done ever again. Every time I call to speak to the manager they keep saying she’s not here. & hang up the phone my face 😡😡😡😡#Gelpolish

I have gone to Nail Pro for over 12 years and have never ever had a problem. In fact they are very clean and all of their stations are clean, the last think I want is some funk so Im very picky. I have no clue what the others are talking about except to say they must have the wrong place. This is the one inside the Wellington Green Mall next to Macys.

Within 3 visits, 2 out of those 3 I have had a nail pop off before my 2 week fill. And to my surprise they charge me $3 each time to repair. So, this last visit I had them take off the acrylic nails and just give me a manicure with the gel polish.

My nexegen nails love them and i am a picky person i have to say satisfy 👍👌🏼😁

They were so rude and racist. Nicky and Maria, asian ladies, were so racist talking about me and my husband about being bi-racial and how I downgraded, being white and marrying into a darker skinned family. Every person that walked in that was not white would be sized and then talked about in their language. They were beyond rude and they charged 3 times the amount they should have charged. It made for the worse spa experience ever.

Lady couldnt even understand me much less match a nail and toe color.

The tech that is doing my daughters nails act like theres a problem, its suppose to be what the customer wants not the nail tech! The customer is the one paying Xinrong! I wont be spending my money in here anymore!

This is the worst place ive ever been to. I get A LOT of pedicures and this one was horrible. It was painful, there is polish on my skin, and all the employees were rude. My friend got her nails done and she agrees with me, we will never ruturn to this location!
