WORST Place Everrrrrr!!! Do not go here and waste your money or your time!! They lie to you and say its a 5 minut wait, and you wait for almost an hour for terrible service!!!! I got a full set and not only did the guy cut up my fingers, it looked liked I needed fills when he was finished!!! Also the gel nail polish he painted on was all over my cuticles, my fingers, etc When I expressed that I wasnt happy with them, him and his wife starting yelling at me!!! So unprofessional!! So I told them I wasnt paying for the nails that I was only paying for my pedicure, which wasnt even great but decent!! They called on the cops me!! 3 cops came, looked at my nails and AGREED that it was not done properly!! There was nothing they could do, about the situation which made the husband and wife (the OWNERS) even more upset! The cops were present when they charged me 48.00 for my pedicure ONLY...days later, I see my bank statement, those THIEVES charged my card $103.00!!!!! I disputed it with the bank and got my refund, but BE AWARE with this place!!! DO NOT GO!!!
They hide there price menu so they can give you whatever price they want to make up, very dishonest people I will never go back there again. Service the first time I went was okay tonight was just horrible using the same gloves to do my feet as the other ladies feet that just left.

Terrible service bad attitude specifically owner-man.Been visiting the salon for about 3 years now, there was a board with the prices listed and usually the owner-lady think name is Ann work by herself or sometimes with an older lady.Back from the quarantine, the husband is in the salon and board with prices - not longer hanging on wall.I asked for the prices in advance so I know what they will be charging me.While I was there, I saw the husband-owner yelling to the wife treating her with no respect. 😞Finally, when they charge me I notice that (based on my estimate) it was over for about 10-12 dollars. 😠Obviously I asked, and they said it was an extra charge to remove the old residue (dipin) from previous manicure. It was upsetting to me, because 1) I specifically asked them in advance so I can be prepare and determine if I go ahead or not with the service and 2) in the past they never charge me for that.Based on this, I decided that I could not leave the tip (I went over my budget), the owner-husband demanded me you owe me tip and I explain to him that they overcharge me without informing me, so the tip was collected by them in advance. The man got really upset and yelled at me continuously for about 2-3 minutes. 🤬I am really sorry QA I work really hard to earn my money, the least this or any other business could do is to inform the client in advance what the costs are going to be so no surprises. 😱
I never have posted a negative review in my life. I have been doing my nails for a few years now, but stopped for a while for a few different reasons. I went to QA nails for a pedicure and I had a lady assist me - she was wonderful. So two days later I went back for my nails. I started off with the lady but then she transferred me to her husband. He filed not just my nails, but my skin. I let him know to be careful, my skin was dry due to all the sanitizer I use. He continued to drill and file my skin (by accident) and when I would tell him, he got annoyed, scoffed, and proceeded to say he did not want to do my nails anymore. I thought he was joking... He wasnt because he ended up pausing and rolling his eyes. We went back and forth a bit because I told him he was actually breaking my skin.Then it was time to pay. He didnt tell me the price, he just took my card and swiped it, my mistake. HOWEVER, if there is an upcharge on a service, the customer should be notified before the service is done. I was never notified, nor are the prices on the wall, nor is that service listed in the brochures he has in the corner. I got ombre nails which I didnt know was a thing, nor did I know it would be $20 extra. I told the gentleman in a very tactful manner that I would have liked to know beforehand, and his response was that I should have known the price and that it would be more. He has horrible customer service, was extremely rude, and not clear with pricing. It didnt even look like the picture I showed him.

So I called and asked how much a regular acrylic refill was and he told me $17. When I got there he said my refill would be $25 because they are long and coffin shaped... I told him they don’t have to be coffin shaped and he says because they are long it has to be $25 and it will include coffin shape. He also said if I didn’t want that price I didn’t have to get nails done there..... I agreed to just go ahead and do the $25 because I was pressed on time. He cut my nails with a regular nail clipper and when he did the first one he cut it and then asked if that’s the length I wanted. I told him it was too short he assured me that they would come out like picture I showed him on the left.... well. Not only are they short and square he passed me onto a lady that didn’t know how to paint nails. She put 3 coats of polish and when I told her that will take forever to dry she got mad and took it off but kept other one with only 1 and a half coats. They lack customer service and listening skills. Will not be coming back.
This was my first visit to the salon. My previous nail salon changed ownership so I left after being a customer for 3 years. Their customer service was excellent. Anna made me feel comfortable and took good care of me. I have no doubt that they will be my new nail salon.

The best!! I’ve been going here for about 4 years and the owners, Michael & Ann are worth the drive. I moved 40 minutes south and still drive just to come to them.
This is my first time here at the QA nail salon. I arrived at 11:30am for a pedicure, there were only three employees, and didnt receive service until 12:15pm. They did a good job on my pedicure! Worth the wait!!!
My first time there. Crystal gave me a manicure and pedicure. She took her time, was very good and made suggestions for my next visit. It was very clean and I will be going back!!
If I can give a zero star rating, I would. When i arrived in salon, my little sister blew her nose and the nail artist screamed YARK, go wash your hands!!!! Literally! I understand germs going around, but it was insulting and could’ve been said nicer. Once my nails we’re done, the salon charged me 45$ plus 5$ for a refill and to remove nail polish. Not only that, the guy skipped filing my toe nails and cutting cuticles. This is an absolute ripoff! I would not recommend.
So, let me tell you about this place. I stopped in for a last minute pedicure and my son needed a manicure. I should have known something was wrong when there was no wait this close to the holidays. My son’s manicure looks good, but my pedi looks terrible. My toenails are cut uneven, I have polish all over the end of my toes and cuticles, but that’s not the real problem, when she was draining the foot soak bowl, I happened to look down and there was a band aid in there!!!! I didn’t have any bandaids on when I walked in!!!!!!! Just gross, nasty, and unsanitary, we WILL NEVER BE BACK! I hope I don’t end up with fungus or disease! I only wish I could you a zero star rating! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Just don’t do it!

Used to be good but now they seem to be in a rush, always having to switch seats so they can attend more people that come in. They have been doing a terrible job the last 2 times and finally decided to stop going. I don’t want to have to goHome and re shape my nails myself. They don’t even ask how you want them shaped.

Gosh I hate that I have to do this, I only come here to get my eyebrows done, and they always do a good job, I hadn’t been to this place in almost a year because I’m pregnant so Idk what has changed, but today must have been a bad day! She rushed my eyebrows like really bad, my eyebrows still look bushy, I didn’t really get a good look till I left and my sister and boyfriend said they look horrible and they do! It looks like she did nothing, she was clearly in a rush, I feel like crying and don’t want to come back, they’re nice people but now I have to find someone to fix them 😢😢😢 like the brows aren’t even half decent, there’s no arch, no shape, just hair . Sorry
I went early and was excited to not have to wait because it was empty. It took over an hour to get a gel refill because they kept leaving me to help customers who arrived after. They left gel over cuticle and it started falling off in 3 days and they filed so much the acrylic was so thin it tore apart at the cornes. By the end of the week all the nails had gotten air under. Sadly I cant just drop in to get it fixed whenever so I was screwed.
Terrible experience. Not even a week and I had to go elsewhere because they do not care about the job they do. My pedicure is falling off and I haven’t even done anything wore Sandals and sneakers with socks. Will not be back. And to make it worse. My acrylic nails with gel...the gel has peeled off and the acrylic has broken. So disappointed
This place is horrible! Incredibly disappointed. They charged me for a delux pedicure when the guy did not massage my legs and feet at all or removed the callouses. Mmm if Im paying an extra 10 dollars for a pressure point massage It better be more than rubbing my leg for a second when you apply lotion! But he accomplished making sure each and every toe was screaming for mercy though . Another guy did my set he was seemingly nice but my nails are crooked and the tips are ridiculously wide. When I asked him to shape them better he said 5 more dollars so I said forget it. Now Im shaping and repainting my nails myself. Im never picky either! So that says a lot about that place. Trust me you do not want to go there.

Not very happy .Lady rushed leaving acrylic all over cuticles. Changed me to another chair to start next person without even finishing mines. Left place very unhappy for my easter weekend. Asked for a manager and no one new who the manager was... Really. Instead making customer happy they cared less. Never will I choose them for my spa day neither recommend.

The service I received was horrible. There was acrylic all over my fingers, they charged me $5 to shape my nails, AND I had to take my brand new set off two weeks later because I had FUNGUS on every finger nail! It has been a month and I am still on medication for fingernail fungus!
