Great customer service. Lovely decor and ambience. Naz did my milky white gel manicure. She was patient and helped me find my perfect color. This will be my go to nail and spa services spot. A must go to for anyone in the area looking for superb services.

The service was tops. They were ready when I arrived. Professional work. Microblading with Tracy was so well done. Many compliments. Referred 2 more friends. I have referred 7 satisfied customers.

Again I say I don’t give many 5 stars. The people that work here are amazing. I have gotten Botox and filler here. The results are amazing. The atmosphere is chic. Cocktails and beauty treatments together are genius.

I go here all the time, I love this place and the people are so nice. Sometimes I’ll get a drink and they’re very quick with their service! My all time favorite nail tech is named Lucky and she does the best job I’ve ever seen on my nails 🥳 I can call in and set an appointment at anytime and there are no issues 🙏🏻

Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My toe nails were cut crooked. Nails polish was not smooth. I had to cut my own nails being 9mo pregnant because the guy couldn’t understand that I wanted them short. 😡

The lady i got rushed my pedicure a basic pedicure at that. will not be coming back.

I have debated with leaving a review of this salon. My mother-in-law and I went here to get our hair done. Her hair is great but, mine is not. It has been about a month since I got my hair done and it is ruined. My hair is dead no joke it is falling out. It breaks off and falls off. Not sure what was done but, it is horrible. I have been trying to save it since the 2nd day after my hair was done. I am not almost a month out and might have to just shave it off and start new. So sad and really disappointed.

I have never paid so much money for such low quality service. The place is clean and maybe I just had the wrong nail tech. But to allow someone to charge 55$ for a mediocre dip nails is absurd. I wouldn’t mine the price for a master nail tech, but this was beginner level nail tech. When questioned about the 15$ difference, (which mind you it should be a sin to even charge 40$ for what my nails look like. ) the nail tech had the audacity to explain lol. Once I got in the car, I wanted to cry. Rip off. I wish I could add a picture but don’t know how to. Once I figure it out I’llUpdate.

This salon used to be good. NOT ANYMORE. I went on my birthday for a basic pedicure and a repair for half a nail with MY OWN GEL AND MATCHING REGULAR TOE POLISH. I was charged 8$!!! For a horrible repair job and a half decent pedicure. Complete rip off I could have gotten a whole manicure. Do not recommend unless you have money to blow for nothing special.....

Every single time I’ve gone has been an amazing experience. I was blessed with having Taylor my first time in and I’ve gone back to her every time since. I would absolutely recommend this place, the service is great and the nails always come out stunning!

I had a $50 gift card to this place that I needed to use. I never get my nails done because I would rather spend my money elsewhere like on my kids. I called and asked how much it was for a GEL manicure and the lady said $30. She asked if i wanted a pedicure as well and I said well how much is a GEL pedicure? She said before 3 pm it’s $20. I said okay I will do that as well and spend my entire $50 I received. I get finished with both procedures and the total comes to $75. I asked for a breakdown and she said “oh well it’s extra for GEL.” I said well I was told $50 and now it’s $75 and the lady said “oh well it’s actually $70.” So they tried to overcharge me $5 on top of the $20 extra they charged for the gel. THEN they told me they wouldn’t accept my gift card because it was from the prior owner. They claimed they had a sign up for the last three months stating they aren’t accepting those gift cards anymore. I asked where is the sign now?!? They said “Oh it’s not up anymore.” Well, had I seen the sign, I wouldn’t have gotten the services done here and wastes my $70. So she gave me the previous owners number and said he could refund me for the $50 gift card. She lied. He said he cannot return my money. Now I am out money and they didn’t try to even help me out. I will never go back.

I love this place...everyone is super nice...from the hostess to my nail tech Vivi that does the most AMAZING job all the time.

I had a truly great experience today. Merideth Morgan was the stylist and she is a pro. The consultation was spot on. The color and cut is perfect. I was even able to get my brows threaded and a manicure at the same time. I am very pleased with the results.

My mom and I visited on Sunday and got a facial, massage, and manicure. Everything was exceptional and very relaxing. Front desk receptionist was very accommodating and attentive. Will definitely come back.

Visit with confidence. Denny does amazing hair color and is always professional and on point. Natalie, Sue and all the nail techs do amazing manicures and pedicures. The Salon is clean and well decorated. The front desk staff are kind, welcoming and attentive.

David is amazing! He is friendly, funny and does a fantastic job. He genuinely cares about his guests and puts his heart into his work. This was my first nail service experience with David and I can say with confidence, I’ll be back!

I wanted to try out the new Tipsy so I made an appointment for 3 people for mani/pedi. They tried seating use in pedicure chairs with one person sitting by herself. I didn’t accept that. They had at least 5 empty chairs but nobody cared to mention to the other employees that 3 chairs were needed for seating an appointment of 3 together for noon. There was clearly no other reason for there not to be 3 chairs together. The worker up front tried to brush it off as saying people just sit where they want to. We ended up seated approximately 15 mins later. My 15 year old daughter chose a white nail polish for her toes. The worker told her it was gel but didn’t say anything about the price going up $20 for gel. I didn’t find out about this white polish being $45 until I got my bill. My daughter clearly could have gotten a different white that wasn’t gel. They were only willing to eat $5 from the confusion which is not acceptable as the fee was not clearly stated to be seen anywhere. I am a generous tipper but felt no inclination to tip the girl that took advantage of a 15 year old. We will not be going back to Tipsy. I will find another nail bar to be loyal to.

I love this salon because it’s clean, has modern decor and offers a ton of fab services but the reason I go here is for Merideth and her mad hair skills. Merideth is exceptional. At first glance you see her stunning beauty and beneath that is a fierce professional who knows hair like no other. I come from NYC and I’ve worked with a lot of hair care folks but no ones done it justice until her. I have the thickest, most over processed unruly hair that very, very few have been able to tame. Not only has Merideth worked with my mane to get it to a healthy state, she’s made it more beautiful and manageable than I’ve ever had it! She’s works miracles, literally. Get your hair done by her and you’ll thank me...you’re welcome.

If I could not give a star I would. The customer service here sucks! Very unwelcoming. Clearly there is no need to make an appointment because I was seated and soaked for a pedicure for 40 min after having an appointment for 2pm. 20 min of seating in the chair someone came over to say that the nail tech was running late and she should be there in 5 min. What a lie! The lady who set me up in the chair was the nail tech that was so called late. She was clearly busy with another customer. Instead of just saying that, they figured that would make me wait. After I decided to leave, thats when everyone wanted to be so friendly. I was referred here by 2 different ppl but clearly this place was a waste of my time. I never write reviews but today was much needed. Lesson learned! #nevercheatonyournailtech
