Every time I’ve been here I have never left unhappy. The service is amazing and the owner along with the staff are very accommodating and sweet. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable while giving you gorgeous nails. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. Please try this place out! You won’t regret it!

Ive called 3 times today and got no answer, Called again asked for Cindy & they just hung up on me.....

I walked in with no appointment and asked for an acrylic fill with gel polish and gel pedicure and they were able to get me in right away. Cindy was my nail tech and she was amazing! Has an eye for detail, friendly, and professional. I will be recommending people to this salon and coming back to Cindy!!

Zen Nails is Absolutely The best and also the cleanest nail salon that I have been too. She cares and listens to her clients. I recently got my lashes done by her but I was sadly allergic to the glue. Being allergic was not Tracy’s fault but she gave me a full refund for it. She absolutely did not have to do that. She has helped me so much with my self esteem because I’ve struggled with loving myself but I always come out of her Salon feeling so beautiful. She treats her clients like family and it honestly feels like one big family. She takes time with her work but staying a little longer to guarantee beautiful work is absolutely worth it. Once Tracy started doing my nails I absolutely refuse to go to any other salon .

Terrible experience!!! Had an appointment, bit they saw me 40 minutes late, once she began Tracy offered to do a little heart on my nail for free. Come to see she charged me $15 for a small heart??Tracy also smudged a nail, she said I should fix it at home! Extremely disrespectful and sad. Nails polish is chipping after only 2 days. Went to have a relaxing experience, but came out with a migraine. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Ive been frequenting this salon for a few months and overall Ive hada decent experience until I noticed how money hungry they are. This is the first salon Ive encountered that charges its client a fee to remove your nexgen or gel nail polish. Charging for polish removal is absurd. Additionally, they also charge extra for a matte nail coat which is usually free at other salons. I wanted to substitute my nexgen topcoat for a gel matte top coat but was told that it would be extra despite the fact that Im just substituting and not receiving an extra coat. Lastly, they tried to charge me extra for coffin nail shape which I did not ask for nor did I receive. In fact, I asked for square round which came out hideous . When the owner saw that my nails were not coffin shaped like the nail tech proclaimed, she switched tunes and tried to argue that my nails were ballerina shaped just so she can still charge me extra. I was dumbfounded because I was unaware that was even a shape. How can I ask for a shape that I never knew existed? That experience was my last straw and I will not be going back because Ive routinely spent hundreds in this salon every 3-4 weeks but yet here was the owner going back and forth with me over $5. The money was not the issue but I refuse to pay for a service that was not rendered. Honestly, Their prices are not worth their sub-par service and inconsistent nail techs. I paid $45 for nails that I am not happy with. Not worth it.

Tracy is amazing and so are her staff. So clean, lovely and relaxing ambience and great service. I highly recommend Zen nail spa. My liquid gel nails with Tracy look amazing and my pedicure with Tony was fantastic as well!

Best pedicure in a long time. Tony was awesome.UPDATE, went again and my friends mani was the worst ever. Within an hour polish was coming off. Price increas also. Way to much money for a lousy mani.

I’ve been to multiple salons in the West Palm Beach/Wellington/Royal Palm area and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. This is also the best my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. Tracy listened and understood all my nail concerns. I am coming off of a NexGen break after another local salon I had been consistently going to for two years completely destroyed my nails. She ensured they would not only revive my nails but maintain healthy nails moving forward. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! This is a very nice nail salon. The owner is very professional and so are the staff. They are clean and don’t keep you waiting. They have a large color selection for you to choose from. They also do great eyebrow waxing and coloring.

It took me awhile to find a nice salon in Wellington. I am glad I chose Zen! They are all very friendly! I arrived to my appointment and did not have to wait even a minute!Laura did a great job! She is very talented, creative and professional! My nails ended up looking exactly as I asked for! I got nexgen with a sparkly tip, and it took exactly one hour.Very satisfied and will be back!

$40 for a gel manicure with a design on one finger?! Aaand theres paint all over my fingers too...

First time my daughter went there they did a decent job with lasted 3 weeks until the nails chipped and popped unfortunately the second time I booked an appointment, and after showing the Owner my recent phone calls (on that call for 3 min with the receptionist) then trying to get another nail tech to fit us in so we would be waiting longer....we left got an appointment with Noir nails at the Palm Beach outlet mall and I can definitely recommend Noire nail bar and spa...their professionalism, nail art/design, atmosphere, and the way they practice COVID-19 precautions is 5 stars.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! This is now my favorite nail salon in South Florida. This was my first time coming here. Coming from New York, Ive had the same nail tech for over 13 years. I was nervous about finding a new nail salon. I have tried a few different nail techs and was disappointed. I googled nail salons near me, just to find that this one is right behind my community. I can literally walk there. The prices are fair, but their work? Their work is amazing. The service there is welcoming and professional. Tracy took her time and made sure every detail of my experience was to MY satisfaction. The cleanliness is perfect. They even offered a beverage. They treat each customer like we are family. Everyone had smiles. I will definitely be making this my new salon.

I went to do my nails yesterday and the place is amazing. Jenny was my technician and I loved her, she is the best!!!. She was very kind, professional, patient and my nails and eyebrows came out perfect. I am very happy that I went and for sure I going back with my mom and my teenage girls 😁Excellent customer service and great service quality.

Zen nail spa has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a nail spa in South Florida. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my nails, so being able to find a place that can fulfill my wildest nail art dreams is a dream come true. Shes the 1st one in a very long time that did not complain about my long nails and doing them. Wow! just went there for the first time and was surprised how expensive they are. I had a simple nexgen and was charged $45. I had nothing extra done. very disappointed.

This place was not clean and did not try their best in doing nails correctly. My nails were done fast and not well (unevenly shaped). I felt it was more about the money than customer satisfaction...even when its full.

I am in love with this shop. It’s intimate and has a great family oriented vibe. Tracy is the owner and is not only amazing at what she does but she’s an even more amazing person. She is the queen of lashes! I’ve also recently had my eyebrows tinted and they looked amazing and lasted a while. My mani/pedis also seems to last forever. It’s the best spot in Wellington and I’ll even go as far to say the best in South Florida. Once you go you won’t want to go anywhere else.

I did a regular manicure and pedicure in less than 40 minutes and it was $40 (plus tip). I was happy with the outcome but it was a bit pricey.

Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is great, and as a person who is very particular about their nails, I have yet to be dissatisfied. They are truly awesome!!! very clean and hygienic place as well, so thats a huge plus!

I’ve given this place two chances and each time my gel nails chipped within the next couple days and the paint jobs were awful. Staff was friendly enough and pedicures were okay, just not the most favorable gel results.

Had an appointment but they saw me an hour late. They attempted to overcharge me, had to call my card company to charge back the stolen funds. BEWARE

Ive been coming to Zen nails for a year now. They are amazing,and their work is execeptional.They provide a very clean,hygenic facility, as well as a relaxing environment. Tracy is a friendly,warm, and great technician.

Ive always gone to Zen nails even though they have changed owners it was always the same great service until this season. I booked an appointment for my husband and myself and had to wait 10 minutes before anybody came over to start me. l my husband wasgetting his pedicure.He had opted for the wax hotwax ending with the 10-minute massage His pedicure lasted exactly 22 minutes it was definitely not what it was supposed to be no massage at the end at all he was very disappointed . The technician he had gave him an extremely rushed pedicure that was awful. Needless to say neither one of us will be going back.

Pedicure was great, but my manicure looked like it was done by my 2 years old. I went there a couple of time and everytime was worst. I am not coming back.
