Staff was lovely. My nail technician was very nice and professional. The cleanliness could be improved. My pedicure was mediocre at best but I was happy with the gel manicure. The tools used could have been cleaner, it would have made for a much better experience.

I’m writing this review for a friend. I only wish there was an option to attach pictures. My friend went to Love Nails for a pedicure. She asked them not to push back or cut her cuticles. They didn’t listen and cut her toe, which is now infected. Her toe first turned red and looked like it was blistered. Now it’s green with pus and fungus. The skin has turned mushy and is completely separating from her foot in chunks. She’s going to have to go to the doctor. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Great service, was so calming and quiet.The selections of relaxation music was awesome. The quality of work they do is great. I love how they bring you the menu and the selection of colors to you. They took their time and didn’t rush through the process. Made you feel that you were important to them. Definitely come back here too

Very dissappointed

Mary always does a great job she never disappoints

Decided to try a new place for my manicure. Wanted to support a small business in my town. I should have walked out the moment I walked in. Through my mask I could smell what smelled like dirty diapers. Which was strange, because there were no children in the salon either day I visited. I received a decent Mani/pedi, but within 12 hours, I had a giant chip on one nail, and within 24 hours the entire sheet of polish had slid off one finger in a giant chunk. I went back the next day and I was told it was my fault because I “washed my hands too much” and I didn’t “upgrade to the gel polish.” They repaired the two nails, but they were none too friendly, and clearly none too happy about it. I will not be returning.

I spent a good time there. They are skilled and very friendly. Prices are also very comparable to other places in the city. This has become my favorite nail salon..

Loved it

They are very friendly but there work is not great or near an OK job I got home and had to fix my nails myself. The nails Don’t even look coffin shape. But they do a nice job on eyebrows only that. Never again I would go back!!!!!

SO RUDE. I called to ask how much they charge for taking off nails. And they lady who answered the phone said the price was “$10”. To make sure I heard her right I repeated back the price and then she asked me in a frustrated voice “are you coming in or not”. So rude and unprofessional.
