I paid for the top of the line exterior wash $18, and it was just ok. While it included manual pre-brushing and hand drying afterwards, I felt like they went too fast and could have done better. There were large areas in front and back that were missed.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Now that I lived much closer Ill definitely be using them more often. Steve is one of a kind and no matter the posted rate, always gives me a discount. This is the kind of place you feel like generously tipping over and over again. Top notch.

On a Saturday morning there was little wait, they offer all car wash related services and they cleaned my 10 year old filthy car to look really good, all things considered. They also dedicated two people just to my car to make sure the job was done thoroughly.

The people here are incredibly professional, kind, thoughtful and importantly, good at their jobs. The car came out looking brand new after literally years of neglect. I cant rate this place high enough.

Less than below par.Undercarriage cleaning is not a garden hose washing your wheel wells. Could not understand the attendant. Equipment is antiquated. Using light switches? To turn on and off the machines?Good day.

Car wash was great but they threw away my REUSABLE STRAW that cost $5. Not happy.

Excellent service, quality work and very friendly. I stopped by to get an estimate to remove sap from my car. I left with the sap completely removed, my car washed and waxed, including tires. It looks brand new!I highly recommend this car wash.

I called and was told I could just show up. Upon arrival, the crew was incredibly helpful even as they appeared hard at work with other tasks. Very pleased to have been provided with an approximate time and a waiting room. It looks as if this place has been around in Watertown so don’t expect a prissy updated waiting room, it is what it is: a neighborhood car wash in Watertown!

Do not go here! I paid $45 to get my car cleaned inside and out. I waited for 45 minutes and watched six cars go before me to get detailed. They were rude and refused to give me my money back. Super disappointed!

Worst car wash ive ever been to they wiped my car dry with filthy towels which left milky colored streak stains all over my black Mustang including my rims I had to park near by and spent an hr cleaning the mess

Definitely the cheapest car wash around, and you get what you pay for. Totally fine if you want to rinse the salt off, just dont expect your car to look remotely anything like clean...

This place used to be good but no longer. Theyre very sloppy. I buy the coupons for the ultimate wash, but often they dont dress the tires. today my car was left with a greasy, waxy film all over the cars and windows. Im switching to Randys......
