Excellent service, as good as Lexus! Just got my 17 F-150 back and was pleasantly surprised to see they were able to (1) warranty both front wheel bearings AND (2) replace the actuators at the same time! They also flashed the ECU for a cam phaser recall and now it runs quieter than ever. My local Ford dealer has lost me forever, and all my service will be at Grinwold from here on. I left them with $20 for Monday donuts as a thank you :-)

So far Ive bought 2 vehicles from 2 different dealers. The first time around I made a very large mistake of going to Kearns in Johnson Creek, I was rushed into buying a truck that had cleverly hidden rust spots and countless issues. Im so glad I went to Grinwald Ford in Watertown. No pushy salesman. The people there are nice, helpful, and know what they are talking about. All in all wonderful experience start to finish.

-Car shopping as a woman is daunting. The staff made it stress free!- I bought my car in April (during the pandemic) and Chad and John were so helpful. Used cars were selling QUICKLY (I already had 2 cars sell before I could test drive them at other dealerships.) So I drove from Madison to Watertown to test drive it the day I saw it online, meaning my fiance was at work. Not only were the staff friendly, I didnt feel intimidated AT ALL. A rarity. I came back the next day with my fiance and John was so patient with me (I cried lol cars are a lot of money) I waited a few months to review to make sure I didnt get a lemon, which happened to me before. My car has preformed BEAUTIFULLY! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT GRINWALD!

Grinwald Ford provided a great hassle free purchasing experience. We met Bill when we came to look at a car I found online. He got my wife and I set-up for a test drive, offered to show us any features we were not familiar with and gave us all the time we needed to look it over and test drive. Price was great and John helped us arrange financing, which was a painless, sometimes fun experience! When we took delivery Bill was waiting with a small bouquet of flowers for my wife. He then went over all the features of the vehicle and helped set-up all the access codes and pair our phones. We love the small town charm of Grinwald Ford and thank everyone for such a great experience.

The group at Grinwald was expedient, professional, and fair. They were timely in getting back to us, respected our time, and they are a mile above other automobile dealerships. We actually felt good when we left there unlike many car dealers. We also love our new Ford Explorer. Previously we had an Infiniti SUV and the fit and finish of the Explorer is better. I will be back to buy another Ford when I replace my truck for work.

In looking for a used vehicle for myself after driving the car that Ive had since getting my license, I was apprehensive that wed find something that fit my expectations in the right price range. After much searching, we found one that fit the bill! We drove a little over 200 miles to find it and were not disappointed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and helped us move through all the steps smoothly and swiftly. We left very happy with our purchase, and the flowers at the end were a nice touch. Works package is worth it but this location has no car wash which isnt the worst but a fresh wash makes a difference when receiving your car back from maintenance. Other then that great dealership and super nice employees.

My mom and I both recently purchased vehicles from Chad Wickert what a wonderful salesman and wonderful person. I cant say enough. My mom was on the way back to the dealership with a check and had a car accident on the way back to finish paying for her new vehicle and pick it up. I was at the dealership waiting for her when I received the call she had an accident. I left to get to her and Chad came moments later to check on my mom to make sure she was ok. That was so awesome. I cant thank him enough. He also helped me to get her old vehicle back to the dealership. What a kind and caring man. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. I cant say enough and I will refer everyone there.

Out of the way, but worth the trip. They specialize in certified vehicles, and the price on the used truck couldnt be beat. Havent had this pleasant of a used auto buying experience in years. Will definitely start here next time I shop.

He also followed up on my questions in an extremely timely fashion. My car initially didnt have Apple Carplay like I was told it would, and they fixed it free of charge without making it an issue. Great service,honest people highly recommend.Took car there for wiring problem, they gave me an estimate for diagonosing it and stuck to it.While there I had an extra key cut and there were problems getting the car to sync to it.They stuck to their cost for the extra key.I have a feeling a lot of shops would have tried to bury the hours in the repair or charged more for they key.Great Shop, next car will be a ford just because of knowing there is an honest dealership to take to.

Took my car for service there for years. Every time theyd give me a price for the repair only to call later to say it would be several hundred dollars more. Got fed up when they charged $1000 redo poor work on a prior service after telling me the repair was necessary, when it wasnt. Asked to speak to the owner to no avail. Called several times. Ended up paying for the unnecessary repair to get my car back only to find out the repair was never finished. If you are a female, I think they take advantage as I didnt see the same experience with the men in the waiting room. BEWARE!!!
