Exceptional work and service by Watertowns Ziebart and Johnny! I had my Honda del Sol tinted here in 2004, then I left the area and returned a few weeks back to visit family. I thought, by chance, I could get a next day appointment to tint my Tesla Model 3. Not only did they accept my request, they scheduled my car and took extra care to ensure high quality work. This is technically 10 stars for both 2004 and 2021 tint jobs and I emphatically recommend this location.

Ziebart did an awesome job. Tint is cut by a machine and perfectly fit to my vehicle. Great price. Great service. Tints looks awesome after they cured.

Wife took my truck in for me while I was at a military school when I got back i noticed over spray from the undercoating on the sides, fender flares and front of the bed of my truck. There is also the few spots they missed doing the undercoating on and the poor job they did when doing the rusk protection on the doors and under the hood, but Im way more upset about the lack of care and getting over spray on my white truck. Will not be recommending my soldiers to use these services will recommend to go somewhere else.

Called one morning asking about window tint prices. Not only was the tint job completed the same day (for a very reasonable price), but the staff was friendly, professional and above all, it turned out better than I expected. I will definitely be using them again next time I need work done.

I brought my car in for window tint and remote start. Ended up getting my car fully detailed for a car show that was coming up. They did a phenomenal job and my car was cleaner than new inside and out. The tint job came out great and has helped greatly with interior temperatures. Overall the service was great, the work was done in a timely manor, and I was treated more like a friend than a customer.

Will never go here! I gave this place a call and a man answered the phone. I asked about rust protection and gave him my vehicle make and year, he gave me a time and price (629.95) but I wanted to look around before finalizing which is totally fine on my part as a customer, and when I was talking saying, “that sounds good I will give you guys a call back” to rethink about the pricing and overall he cut me off and rudely said how I don’t know anything about rust protection and proceed asking me where I was from, like it had to do with anything. He kept cutting me off and saying I needed to educate myself belittling me because I didn’t want his service. Please don’t go here they will overcharge and scam you because they think you don’t know anything!

Had 2 vehicles dropped off. 1st one they missed a few areas along the frame and had over spray near the exhaust. Brought it back and they cleaned and touched up the misses . The second vehicle was in better condition minus the fact that their pressure washer chipped my paint in 2 spots. Quarter sized chips. Its a older vehicle, I get some damage can occur. What frustrated me is that I had to look the car over for 5 minutes before I found it. No one bothered to tell me about it. Once the owner came out he said it was his fault with the pressure washer, but said they are not responsible for paint damage. (which was never mentioned when I stopped off the truck) he took $50 off and as I was paying, He remember that he chipped it in another spot and went out to show me the second chip. Long story short. The work seemed to be done right but with some carelessness. Over spray on areas that are noticeable and on areas that the couldve been cover but chose not too (spare tire, hitch receiver ) I would advise you to look over your vehicle before paying to ensure the job was done fully, and its in the same condition as when you dropped it off.Update- if you leave an honest review, the son will call you, yelling at you for hurting his reputation and calling you a liar! Even though the owner of the company admitted to doing the damage. The son is clearing not in the loop with anything that happens. Read more reviews than just mine. All will be in regards to poor customer service. If you take your vehicle here, be prepared for it to be left in worse condition than when you dropped it off. Additionally when corporate calls you, they will ensure you that they have no control over the individual dealers and basically will say you are SOL and its up to the dealer to make it right (which they wont). All they want to do is take note of your experience to see if the dealer should be allowed to renew their license . $1200 later and a damaged vehicle. Wish I never went to a Ziebart location.

I got a new truck top for a 2016 Tacoma. Delivery took longer than expected.Originally had a few issues with water leaking but they fixed it right away. Rewired a wire that was in the way.The guy that does the installs was happy to do the water test and was friendly.

I had the windows on car tinted by Johnny. Great job as always. Will bring my next vehicle back again.

The guys at Ziebart watertown did an awesome tint job on my 2019 corvette z06. They use a plotter for the window tints so theyre cut perfect. They did very well on the tricky hatch tint. 5 stars.

Poor/Average service. Had 2 vehicles done here and the second vehicle had “goop” on the handle and on the arm rest, forgot to give me the warranty for one vehicle, and forgot to put the keys in the vehicle for after hours pick-up (after calling them to arrange it).

There service was on point! Very kind and respectful. Job was done in a day turnaround. Warranties are great. Thank you so much for what you all do to help us have our cars/trucks manage in this type of weather.

A good place, they truly cared for my 2011 Mustang GT and I cant wait to see how it does over the winter. I will post yearly updates on how the product is doing. I am a bit disappointed in how dirty the inside of my car was from them stepping in and out of it. Other than that 👍👍👍👍1 year update:I dropped my car off to get it checked over and so far so good. There is no rust on my car except on the front of the hood, however, this was there before I brought it to New York. We were unhappy with their first service, because the undercoating was peeling off within few months. We brought our vehicle back and they did a good work at this time. They have a good customer service and they want you be happy which is a great experience.

They do very good window tinting, but will forget to tell you it is only cash now since NY has stricken their policy. Would be nice to tell this over the phone before having service done. Other wise good tinting services

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Had my Jeep detailed and eyebrow tint applied. Even installed my bug deflector free of charge so I didnt screw it up by trying to do it on my own. Very reasonable pricing.

Owner is super rude, tried to get a lot of cars detailed, and he picked the phone up with what do u want. When I asked if I had the owner, again he said what do u want.. well don’t want anything now. I’ll find another place to spend my money, better places in Watertown anyway!

Great service. We went there for the under spray that prevents the var from rusting. We just moved up here and had 3 cars to take care of before the winter set in. The only part was he was messy. The stuff was all over our car and windows leaving a mess for us to clean up. Our hopes is when we do leave here, we still have no rust on our cars. Ohh and theres a 5 yr warranty on the work.

What do you get when you purchase rust protection from Ziebart. Rust unless you purchase an additional warranty. Never heard of this practice, well it was for only a 6 month period, How convenient is that! The owner offered to refund my original purchase price. That alone seems like an admission of guilt. I guess Its cheaper then covering the repairs from the rust damage on a Ziebart protected vehicle. Stay away from this busines. There are better options than Zeibart.Have been communicating with the corporate office. They tell me local owners can do what they want, issue a warranty or not . Thats still very difficult for me to receive. Its not my name on the service. Also they say its nine years after the fact so they cant help. Hello Ziebart does advertise 10 year national warranty . Again if you must use this service demand your copy of a warranty as that is the only one, no other records will exist. You might have to pay extra for it but its its the only way to get what you pay for.

I asked them if they could help me put my window tint on my jeep and they said no and I told them that I had my own window tint and they said they didnt want to be responsible if they messed up my tint

Recently had my car tinted all the way around, so far so good waiting for it to cure to see the final results. Guys at the shop are great and provide great info when I was researching my purchase.

Horrible experience which will be taken care of soon. Received a window tint which has bubbles in it and then I notice my wallet is missing from my center arm rest. Good thing I use the wallet tag as, as soon as I noticed it was missing, it was at that location. Just a shame.

22 years .....I have been going here since I arrived to the area in 98. We have always been taken care of in a timely manner. Made my 2017 Duramax SHINE with ceramic coating, and re applied the process after learning of a new technique. Sure the shop is small but they get a LOT of things done there. I would recommend them to anyone. About to take my 2020 Duramax there this week.

Ive had a great 5 years of outstanding service with Ziebart in Watertown, NY. Just a few things that I have had done include tires, multiple radio installs, alarms, under coating, several window tint jobs, brush guards, rocker steps, HID headlights, diamond gloss, and speaker installation. No matter what the job was I was always greeted with a smile and some hot coffee. I can remember several times that the employees volunteered to stay late in order to get my vehicle ready for a road trip. I cant say thank you enough and I look forward to working with them more in the future.They are a very Military friendly establishment. I highly recommend this company to handle anyones auto accessory needs. A+ Service.

I dropped my truck off for the annual rust protection touch up. I also have purchased a leer bed cap for my truck and the paint was coming off so I asked for it to be fixed. Ziebart employees removed it and sent it in for repairs (which were done HORRIBLY mind you). When it was returned, I received a phone call that it was fixed so I returned to have it reinstalled. As I was about to drive away, I noticed there was a piece of the fiberglass on my $2,500 truck cap broken off. I brought it to the attention of the guy who brokered this whole deal of returning it for repairs.... he responded with “yeah .. and... what do you want me to do about it, they aren’t going to take it back again”. This attempted blow off lasted for about 10 minutes until I told them to remove the cap because I wouldn’t accept it back in that condition. The owner told his employee that he didn’t want to take it off my truck because he didn’t want to be responsible for it (which I can clearly see is a theme there). At the end of the day, they offered as the only option, to have me drive about 10 miles to a body shop to set up an appointment to have my truck cap fixed. I did that and now I still have another 50-60 mile round trip to actually get the repairs... not to mention I have to leave my truck for the day so that’s 30 miles there x2 vehicles, the ride home then the ride back to get it and 2 vehicles driving home. So now they knowingly smashed up my truck cap, tried to sneak it through instead of owning it.. I got a very bad repair on the paint (not Ziebart’s fault) and I need bodywork done on my truck cap. They are payIng for the body work but I’m still out about $50 for fuel and a day off from work used to deal with this!! I have spent $2,500 on a truck cap, window tinting, spray in bed liner and the complete rust protection package from this company and this is the appreciation I’m shown for my patronage. I will NEVER spend another dollar with Ziebart’s and furthermore, I will actively spread the word of this dealing with everyone I know. Poor business and poor customer service concern!!

DO NOT USEMy father took his truck there to be under coated, he was sold ther rust proofing, took it back twice. After a run around, the rust proofing is falling off. When I brought up to them on Facebook they stated that rust proofing is mostly aesthetic and doesnt really do anything.

Everytime I have come here for a service, it has been quick and the work was always quality.

Im so upset with my experience here. I set up an appointment to put tint onto my car then when I arrived to my appointment I waited around for 25 minutes then was told they dont have the right tint for my car and was asked to reschedule. Then a couple days later when I was on my way to my rescheduled appointment I got a call that the installer was not going to make it in time for my appointment, I had taken the day off from work so I asked them to just call me when he arrives and ill head over (I assumed hed only be 15-20 mins late). I never received a call from them the rest of the day. I was in shock.. so unprofessional I wasted so much time with this business. Im getting my car tinted elsewhere.

Brought my truck in to get the undercoating inspected & reapplied. Picked it up & no re application was done at all. I had it done originally in Syracuse & was told the fee would be waived like syracuse. This is the second time Ive had problems with the re application. Im done with ziebart! They will never see another dime from me after thousands of dollars over the years.

The guys at ziebarts have done alot of work for me. Being new to the area I was very skeptical about letting people I didnt know work on my vehicle, but these guys are professional and do great work. Just a couple of the things of many Ive had done include tinting and underbody spray and it looks awesome! These guys have earned my trust and i will continue to go back and recommend them to all my friends! Love the work, the products and the guys are some of the best!!!

They are good for window tinting, but thats about it. Ill never go back to them for their spray-in bedliner service. They talk it up stating that their kevlar-reinforced bedliner is so strong that a .22 bullet wont penetrate it. They applied it so thin that I could still see the paint through the bedliner. Brought it back only to get another half-assed application . Then the old guy says: Thats how weve always done it. If you need tint, theyre alright, but if you want a bedliner, save yourself the headache and go to Syracuse or Kingston.

DO NOT GO TO THEM! I droped my car off to get windows tinted from 10-2 they asked to keep it 2hrs longer I said ok. I came back after having to stay in the city and they didnt even do my car. They didnt even call. I called them back and they hung up on me . Dont go to them they suck!

I couldnt of asked for better customer service or product. Seeing my wife and I are from the south, I was not familiar with the damage the northern part of New York could reign on a vehicle. With the very knowledgeable staff and quality workmanship I have been anle to keep my 2012 Expedition in pristine condition. They were also able to assist with my relocation back to the southern states, and protecting my wifes and my vehicles from the damaging heat and salt water. Great resource for military families with the many discounts and trades they are willing to do for their expertise. Very trustworthy and willing to barter, I could not ask for a better company then Ziebarts of Watertown and wish I had the ability to relocate them where I am stationed. If i could, i would give this place no stars .But in order to make a review i have to give them something .This was the WORST experience ever. I usually dont complain about businesses but i need to warn people to STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I went to get my car window tinted, I had an appointment scheduled days in advance. I dropped my car off and it was going to be done at 4 .Originally they gave me an earlier time but that was no big deal . I dropped my car off and went into the town all day to kill time .When i went to pick up my car, THEY DIDNT EVEN TINT MY WINDOWS!!! they didnt do anything to my car!!! They could of at least called me to let me know they werent going to be able to do it. So i wasted my entire day waiting for something i didnt even get. Later on, i called to complain .They told me that i needed to get over it and go somewhere else and hung up on me .Ive never seen such an unprofessional business in my life!!! I warn you, if you want anything done with your car, do NOT go here!!!!!!! I have had the worst experience of my life and i am SO disappoited. This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
