EDIT: +2 stars because the ownership responded below!I would go here because they offer touch-less drive through and self service bays. The free vacuums are a nice touch! However, the facility seems to be in a constant state of disrepair and ongoing maintenance. For example, yesterday I pulled into one self service bay to find the main hose eviscerated and therefore unusable. I then pulled into the adjacent bay only to find that the soap would not dispense from the power wash wand, so I basically paid $10 to rinse my car off with recycled water. Not exactly the value proposition I was looking for. In an attempt to maximize the real estate of the property, the 5 exit points of the (2) touch less auto wash, (1) traditional drive thru and (2) self service bays all dump into the same very tight lot, which is typically packed to the gills with customers using the free vacuum stations. There is only enough room for one vehicle to leave or enter at one time, and pulling into the self service bay is always a 3 or 4 point turn. I drive a 4-door, short bed pickup, but even when I take my wife’s compact there it is the same story. Always a danger of bashing into the trim work in the too-narrow bays, and always a danger of a fender bender when pulling out of a bay into the one lane enter/exit system. If there was a higher rate of consistency with the functionality of the facility I would be more likely to go there. I would also recommend a better traffic management plan (maybe eliminate a few vacuum stations?) But I feel like I have given them a fair shake (about 2 years of going/attempting to go 1x per month) and unfortunately can’t justify spending money on a dirty water rinse. I hope they find ways to improve the experience. Feels a bit like they painted themselves into a corner here.

Decent self servicing car wash section. A bit expensive I would say because, well apart from all the power washing equipment available you do all the work yourself. The most valuable thing about this car wash for me is that the self serving station has enough clearance for my Ford Transit 250 Medium Roof to fit in, which is kinda hard to find these days, you have to roam all over town to find one. Another thing not so great about this place is that theres no room to park you car while you wait for other people to finish their business.

I guess only cleans the front, top, and back of your car. Both sides, particularly lower aspect of car, were untouched. Got out to use the free vacuums (those are nice at least) and was shocked at how poorly the car had been washed for $20. Pricey lesson learned

The ease of coming to this location to wash my car and vacuum is great. At first I didn’t know how it worked but now that I’m not intimidated by the modern vacuums and machines it is wonderful.

Staff is helpful. Prices are high, but competitive. The two automatic touchless bays seem to be frequently broken, one reason I stopped going. The touchless bay doors stay open while operating, so the water sprays out to the cars being vacuumed. The overhead dryers do not remove much water (useless). Waste time going in the cold winter to find the touchless bays are down. Long lines/wait times if only one bay is working.

Free vacuum gotta love it. REASONABLE prices.

Do not go here. Bought a new car and decided to treat myself to a fancy car wash.. 27 bucks, but figured I dont ever do this.. I pulled out of the wash after it said finished and my car was covered in water stains. All. Over.I looked around and no one was there to help me. I want a refund! See photos.

By far the worst experience at any place of commerce in my 22 years in this town. Used to be my favorite car wash...the weekend chore Id enjoy. NOTHING works now. And there is no one to report a problem. Too bad really.

I took my car through the touch free car wash for the first time yesterday, and paid for the most expensive one, thinking it would be fantastic. It did not go through all of the cycles listed, and my car is far from clean. It has more spots on it than when I went in. So disappointed, and wasted a whopping $27 to just need to go to another one soon.

Easy and convenient. A little tight coming out of automatic wash bay if larger vehicles are using vacuums. But for someone that likes to wash their car alot.... Nice deal

Waited in line for at least 10 minutes for the automatic car wash. The automated payment machine wasnt working so it didnt give me the option to pay and made me just drive in and out of the wash bay with no car wash. I asked the person who was working there for help and he said he didnt know how the automatic bay works and I should just pay more for the other wash.

Free vaccums. Basic package was 10 dollars. Right on a corner so turning in was a bit stressful but otherwise fine.

Not great for hatchbacks. I got the $18 wash and my car still had soapy residue all down the back window and hatch when I got home. Maybe the touchless wash is better but that’s currently under construction.

Minimum $18 for a wash and it leaves soap and water on your car after finished, except the spots it didnt wash at all. Short of scratching your car, which it didnt so I gave it an extra star for that, pretty weak car wash for the price.

I went to just get a carwash and the attendant pressured me into a charge on my credit card and then later I realized it was a monthly subscription! I had to have my credit card company block the charges because no one responded from the car wash, then Prestige altered the company name and charged AGAIN, and I had to get a new credit card, such a hassle and no refund for the 2 months I didnt use! NEVER use your credit card with them

I paid $18 to was my car on November 6. My car wasnt fully rinse, Scratch all over. I have send picture, contact customer service to get a manager calling me no one has called me back. I am calling every other day. Yall need to fix my car.

Very bad company with unprofessional employees very sad and regret to put myself in this condition. They made me sign for monthly payment that I can cancel it anytime, the company doesn’t keep its promises! Never go back to this place. Shameful company!!!

They charged me for a monthly membership that I never wanted nor did I ever receive. Then to top it all off, they said they wouldn’t even issue me a refund. So basically they stole my money and said it’s not their problem anymore. This business is a sham and nobody should EVER get a car wash here! Unprofessional and even worse, they are thieves!

The drive through is unlike any I’ve ever been to. Rather than the brushes and cloth strips I’m used to, there’s a big swing-arm device that rotates around the car spraying soap and water. The car didn’t seem quite as clean as with the traditional drive-through.

I got the Diamond car wash and it left my car sparkly, and dried it really well so there was no residue left on the windows.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and nice guy. That I ever met. Ask him anything, he will be very happy to assist you. Best place to wash your car.

Manual wash was fun. We wanted to avoid the automatic machine because part of the car had paint curing.

Took a black 19 Honda Pilot to the touch less car wash. Had road grime from all the snow storms the last couple weeks on it. I usually wash it by hand at home but was in a hurry so wanted to give this a try.Wash did about the same as if I would have just rinsed it with water from the hose. Left soap all over and the dryer didn’t do much either. I paid for the most expensive one and got a thing to get a refund because the guy saw it sucked.Probably just the shape of the car and amount of grime as well. Who knows. Nothing beats a hand wash. I won’t be going back with this car.

Took my car through through the touch less wash and it came out covered in water marks and worse than before I brought it. I then took it back and they put me through the normal wash, and it came out equally as bad, covered in water marks. I would suggest you go to a different car wash

Had joined and enjoyed the clean car and ability to vavuum my vehicle, but as of this morning the manager canceled my unlimited washes. no mention or communication. the attendant assumes it is because i have a Lyft decal in my car. very disappointed in the lack of communication. would have been happy to speak with them about additional fee, if necessary, but cancelling without communication is very very poor quality service.

Edit:The car wash itself is great and I really like the access to vacuums. Customer service on the other hand was a pain. It took a couple days of back and forth to finally get refunded for them charging me continued monthly payments that I had no idea I was signed up for and never used. Be careful what your paying for.

The self wash bays are open 24 hours, also the drive through tunnel does a fantastic job every time. Ive been coming to this car wash since 1996 and Ive never been dissatisfied. Also they have a discount on Tuesdays for the drive through tunnel. Gets a bit busy sometimes but always a great wash at Randys.Update Feb 2019 - now its prestige car wash, everything has been updated and improved. Still a great car wash with self wash bays. $5 dollar minimum for self wash bays.

If they prepped the car, would be better.Should discount the coupon books,further.Pleasant people,but needs more power or prepping!!

Best car wash in the area. I been to both the Waltham and Watertown locations and they are amazing. Everything is new and up to date and leaves the car spotless. The staff are super friendly and polite. The vacuums are amazing you can get everything out of your carpets and seats.

Choosing to write a full review since you found the time to respond to my one star review. First and foremost, I have attempted to call your customer service line several times during all hours of the day and not one person answered. (in attempt to cancel my subscription might I add)The reason was because the touchless carwash left more residue than it actually did clean the car. As its drying your car, the spouts drip liquid/foam all over the dry car. I understand I can simply just hand dry it but I dont pay $50 a month for the subsription to manually dry my car.Also the water thats being used to wash your car isnt clean or filtered from the beginning.Before entering the carwash I have to rock my car back and forth several times in order for the scanner to register my membership barcode which has been placed on my windshield by your employees.Also, before I decided to do the touchless box I tried your soft cloth tunnel and your brushes latched onto my windshield wiper and scratched the surface of my windshield.So, I hope Ive clarified that I dont own an old car wash - Im an actual paying customer and by commenting on my blank one star review, you have proved how unprofessional you are.Lastly you should try using actual customer service skills and acknowledge complaints and criticism instead of responding to paying customers that have left your one star reviews This is not a real review, bad competitor with an old car washGFY

I used the self service bay in at the Watertown location and had a $25.00 charge show up on my debit card. I called and left a voicemail and sent an email to question this charge and didnt receive a reply. Poor customer service.

Waste of time and money! I paid for the monthly touchless carwash and they have been charging me $100 a month instead of $50. When i try to cancel my services they dont answer their phones or respond to emails. The carwash itself is also poor quality bird poop remains on hood after a wash and needs a lot of pressure and scrubbing to remove. The only thing good here is the free vacuums

The free vacuums are a lifesaver!! No more quarters which i am really happy about. Everyone that works here are extremely friendly and helpful. This is my favorite car wash i could not imagine going to another.

Love the all the upgrades and nothing beats the free vacuums. The convenience of going through the tunnel right to vacuums and being able to completely wash and clean my car inside and out is second to none.

Have been going here since it became Prestige car wash. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can vacum the car for free. There is a self wash bay area as well as an area to fill air in your tires. Got a pass and go here at least once a week.

Place is amazing Randys was old school and the manger Roger was a tool but now that he is gone and they redid it I love it free vacuuming and air for tires

Since updating their operation this is now my go to Car Wash. The addition of free vacuuming is far better than the stress of having to find quarters and run around quickly to get the car semi clean. Its really amazing that this little perk really makes them stand out now. Theyve also upgraded the self wash area with a touchless Car Wash whichis interesting but for the same cause you could go through the old tunnel Car Wash that I think cleans better. Saturdays are crazy busy but if you pop in on the commute home its not nearly as long a wait.

Love the FREE vacuums. Been looking for a car wash in the area with vacuums and was very happy to find this. Definitely becoming a regular there.

Took my car here as I usually do and the place has gotten a major upgrade. The vacuums were all brand new and they were super strong. With a toddler and a husky mix my car is always a furry mess. These vacuums did the job in nearly half the time. The major kicker was that the vacuums are free! Not sure if that’s a temporary thing or a promo or what, but I asked the guy and he confirmed they were free and only asked that I write a review. Gladly. I am a happy customer that’s for sure.

Two stars only because I have had a good experience with other locations. Arrive at the school street location at 11:45am to find no employees on the premises, none of the vacuums working, and no one to ask for assistance. Management may want to look into this.

$27 prestige wash. The undercarriage was barely washed because its only the side while getting in the machine. The machine doesnt brush or adapt to the height of your vehicle, so mine came out still dirty, I could litterally write my name in the remaining dirt. Unnacceptable.

This may be the finest little car wash operation I’ve encountered. Why? Well, it offers three different washing options—fully automatic, fully automatic touchless, and manual wand bays. The fully automatic touchless is surprisingly robust: It’s perfect for blasting off light coat of city grime. My subjective impression of the fully automatic option is that it’s got the gentlest sponge-brushes out there—certainly more benign than those found at Scrub-a-dub—and yet it yields a very thorough wash.It’s a little hole-in-the-place off arsenal. Easy to miss. Easy to ignore. But don’t. It’s a car wash gem.

I have to agree with the other reviewers in regards to the ineffectiveness of the touch-less bays. Paid for the $20 package and my car still had a coating of grime all over. Unprofessional and rude. Brought our car to this place before work this morning for detailing. Once the work was completed, which was around 11am, they called to tell us to pick up the car. We assumed we could pick it up after work, or at least within the next couple of hours. No. They meant asap or they were going to have it towed! The guys refused to help us out by just moving it onto the street. They actually watched while a friend in the area did us the favor of going there for us to move the car, despite not having driven a stick shift in 20 yrs. He did a good job. Cant say the same for this place. Never getting our business again!

Did the self serve car wash (they have 2 bays) which lacked soap of any kind. $7.75 for ~6 minutes of use. Would not recommend.
