First time visiting and I was very pleased, made my ride look new again!!

Horrible experience, my sister went for a detailing, to find out they put a lot of water inside car causing her to go back to extract the water which didn’t work I have to put rice inside the car to see if it will help since the recommendation of turning the car on was not working, when I try to get the rice out with the vacuum, I realize a lot of water was coming from it, I decided to do the job myself, after extracting all of the water I placed a fan to see if I can finally see a solution, the car seat looks like is getting moldy, I don’t understand how her car is worse that before the detailingI will like to get more information on how to fix the issue, I don’t understand really what happened, I didn’t have that problem before, but I’m willing to fix the issue, what are your recommendations?

Ive visited the Auto Spa of Lakeland three times now. Management has changed from years past. I met and spoke with the new owner and manager. When one drives around back one is greeted by the cashier and service attendants where one is offered various types of services that are provided. I am a veteran and a senior and both are offered discounts here! My car and truck came out clean and they hand dry any water or soap that remains after vehicle passes through the automated car wash.Then more service attendants tackle wiping down the interior and exterior of the vehicle with clean rags that are kept separated for each function performed. Spacious waiting area and complimentary coffee supplied. Detailing services are offered on site as well. If your car needs cleaning within 48 hours, one can simply return with ones receipt and they are offered another complimentary wash! Outstanding team members who deserve the tips they certainly earn working for low wages and in the hot sun! Dont forget to tip for the outstanding service these young people are providing you!

Outside looks nice except the back hatch was not opened and wiped down still dirt all inside. The inside was wiped down not shined as package says it would be.

Ive always gone to Misters on the south side to get my car cleaned and was always disappointed with their lack of thoroughness. Decided to try Auto spa and I am very pleased! They were quick and professional. Floors look nice and the middle console was left with no crumbs. I will be returning for all my car cleaning needs.

Been coming here for a year, always does a good job. I dropped a 50.00 bill on the floor and they were honest and came to tell me right away. Highly recommend them.

They did a decent job on my exterior detail. Just had some areas that were done haphazardly. A few missed details here and there; some wax left in a few spots, too. Overall a solid job, just lacking in a few areas. An absolutely pleasant customer service experience though! Lovely staff

I went in for a Shine & Protect full service wash. From first glance I thought they did a good job, but as I was driving home I realized they did not wipe down the dash or the center console. There is also a bunch of gunk (I guess soap that didn’t get washed away or wiped off?) on the bottom of my windows. The back window has streaks all over it. Pretty disappointed with the quality considering the wash was $22.

Fast. The prices are affordable. The work is beyond words. They will keep a new car looking great (trucks too) and an older car or truck looking almost new.Great workers and dont forget to tip them. Its well worth it.

I have been to many different car washes and this one exceeded my expectations. I will come back here for all my automotive cleaning detailing.

Car wash owner is no longer there. New ownership and management coming in June 2019 New company is called Auto Spa of Lakeland. Any reviews before June 22nd 2019 was for previous business before the new ownership.

My car (my baby) came to them very dusty, dirty and in desperate need of a spa day. I am so blown away. My baby is as shiny now as the day I drove him home. The owner is so friendly and open. His staff attentive to every detail and getting to watch my car going through the initial wash tunnel is a show in itself.Ive fought for months now to get the inside of my windshield clean, actually clean... Auto Spa staff made it Crystal clear. Every employee I spoke to today was very helpful and amazing. When my car was ready to go, one of the staff even held my door open so I could get in! (I WISH I had gotten his name)Thank you all so much for all that you do.

My car has never been cleaner than when I took it to Auto Spa. I was amazed at how long they spent on my car. I left them a tip while they were vacuuming the car, and I left them another tip after I saw how immaculately they were cleaning my interior after my car went through the automatic wash. Its a tremendous value for what I pay. I will not go anywhere else!

I’m not a clean car person. This detailing trip was a gift. Although it took nearly four hours the man apologized profusely and admitted my car was a “challenge”. They did an amazing job! My car has never been so clean! I know it was hard work... I felt so bad for them but I’m so grateful!

I will say it has improved much since all these other reviews. Took my wifes car here at end of lovebug week. They got a good chunk of them off but there were still a few stuck on there. Will try their inside and out cleaning next time.

Had an awesome experience at the NEW Auto Spa of Lakeland today. They exceeded my expectations. Just got the basic interior and exterior wash and they did an awesome job. Will definitely be bringing my car back and doing the higher package. Owner and other employees were very nice and respectful made you feel comfortable.

My truck was disgustingly dirty after a trip through the landfill and when they were done cleaning it it looked great!

Ive used 3 different car washes in Lakeland. I had been Highly disappointed until I found Auto Spa of Lakeland. While other car washes in Lakeland charge $59 a month for unlimited car washes they expect you to get out and scrub the Luvbugs off of your car. Seriously? If I wanted to do that Id just wash my car myself. For $59 (The Works Monthly Plan) Auto Spa not only remove the luvbugs they also do a light detail inside and out. They do an incredible job. The monthly plans are unlimited. In theory I could take my car every single day. I have a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T. My brother who has a 2017 Camaro when getting into my car actually made the comment Wow your car looks great. I have a 2017 Camaro and it doesnt look this clean. One of the best parts is the staff is great. They are very friendly. The owner is accessible and very personable. You can continue to scrub your car before you pay $30 for someone to wash it or you can switch to Auto Spa of Lakeland. Both my wife and I did. You can thank me later 😉

They did an amazing job on my truck. I’ve been here (previous management) and had mixed results. After hearing a new owner took over, I gave them a try and found this to be a great decision. Before leaving, one of the guys went over my vehicle and took it back to vacuum some dirt that got in my floorboards when wipping the dash off. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely use again.

This is the best place to get your car done! We recently moved here from Michigan and I wish we had places like this there. They are so friendly and always do a great job no matter what the temp is outside.

My bf came here to get his car cleaned, and they didn’t vacuum thoroughly and not everything was wiped down on the inside. When he addressed the issue, they claimed the car was fine and they did not try to solve the issue. Lack of customer service. 👎🏽👎🏽

Took a long time to clean my car half of the straps in the car wash were missing the main wash machine ran out of soap they had to hand wash the car.

Just came home from there, car looks great on the outside, but they did a bad job on the inside. Windows werent cleaned, dash wasnt wiped down, and a radio station I dont listen to was on my radio, blaring music. They also readjusted my air. They need to learn to not touch the controls on the customers cars. The only other thing they did on the inside was vacuum.

Sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to vacuum my car and take my order..after going up front a man said hed be right with me..another man said they were closed..no soap..then said they can do it..ran it thru but i saw no soap...took 15 min for someone to take my money..she was not nice at all(mgr)..the young man who did my windows got good tip...I WILL NOT GO BACK

Ive been to most car washes in Lakeland and this is, by far, my favorite... great customer service and a clean car throughout. :)

Ok so first we got here and we were sitting inside waiting for it to go through the wash part and it took 30 minutes to go through and at first we couldnt see it so we didnt know were it was but then we found it and then when it got done it took another hour to detail it and my sisters had an appointment at 4 and we had to reschedule them because they took 2 hours to do it and so yeah Im not coming here again but the people are really nice and did a good job on it and he was really nice it just took to much of our time.

This place has really lost it! Most of the cleaning “brushes” are gone, no longer pulls your car through (they have to drive it), most of the bubbles, soap and wax are non existent. Spray nozzles don’t work, vacuum station doesn’t work. Price tag still up there. Car is not cleaned well at all! Save your $$. This place is no longer worth anything! I knew them when they were good. Alas, not anymore!

Here on a Saturday . 2 guys to do everything. Slow slow slow. What a way to spend my day. Never again. Should of looked a ratings before I came. 2 star is pushing it.

I pay for $21 and Change they suppose to clean inside and out and when it came out it look like nobody has cleaned when I asked the to fix it they try to dismiss the situation by giving a free car wash but still without fixing the problem they had a bad attitude

I used to come here every single time I got my car washed. It was always so great and they were so friendly. I don’t know what happened, but this place has gone to hell. No AC inside, half of the staff are rude and ignore you. They “vacuumed” and my floormats were still dirty. I paid $30 (most expensive wash) for them to basically spray water at my car. Was supposed to come with dash protectant, didn’t happen. I had to tell the guy it was supposed to have tire shine when my wheels were still gray from the dirt. Entire inside of my car looked almost exactly the same as when I took it, the outside windows looked like nobody had touched them. I used to absolutely love this place and I’ve always tipped well, but I’m extremely disappointed with how it has degraded over time. Will not be returning, unfortunately.

My father is visiting from up north and takes his car here to get washed. Firearm is stolen out of center console and when he confronts the manager and says he is going to call the police her response was go ahead, this is private property, there is not a damn thing you can do about it . How unprofessional and what an embarrassment. Well he called the police and after reviewing the security footage it was discovered that yes an employee that was moving the car grabbed the item out of console and passed it off to an accomplice. One has been identified and police are working on the other. So with that being said do know that having your vehicle washed there would be foolish and know that they feel that its private property there and what is yours can easily be theirs. I will never go there again and I will try to influence everyone I know to never go as well.

There for a interior detail and left with job half done. Realize when I got home that the wax from the drive thru wash was all over my car. I had to run it thru another car was to get it off. They did comp me on what wasnt done.

Never will we use this place again. $20 and my car was still filthy and had to go over everything.

The metal body that the machine cleaned was ok. I had to call the guy back to clean off the bugs on the windshield. He did a half as job on cleaning inside. He used a dirty rag to clean inside of the windows. I brought it home and redid the interior. I dont reccomend this place.

Went there one time, everyone walked out but two people....thought would try it again and the worker use dirty towel on my windows and thought I would try again last Saturday and was told at the begining where they vacume that they were not excepting anymore cars they were overwhelmed and this was aroundearly Saturday afternoon, . So lets say three strikes their out. Will never go back...thanks Mike

I drove in some mud yesterday so I went ahead and paid $29 plus tax expecting to get a clean car. But when I was told by the young manager that I was rude because Id expected to have a reasonably clean car, well, then I DID get mad. I wasnt expecting perfection, just get the dirt off. While Im here, Ill also make note of the waiting area; an unpleasant environment, dark and dreary. Reminded me of an old fashioned truck stop. Not a place for women. Ill just wash my own car and do as well.

Honestly, I thought I would try this place despite the reviews because its close to my house and the summer heat is deadly. I have to say that the men who actually clean the car are so unprofessional I cant even begin to describe. Dont come here in a rush or if youre actually expecting a quality car wash. People below listed that for the price the place is decent but for $32 I expect a heck of a lot better than what was done.

Worse place ever! My husband went there because it was faster since we were going out of town. Money was stolen from the center console that it was closed. When we went to tell them what had happened we waited almost 3 hours for the owner to answer his phone. The work didnt stopped and according to them nobody did it. The owner was rude and said that we miscounted the money and that the camera didnt looked inside the cars. He also told the police officers that they were signs around the car was and yes they have signs but again the money was inside the console not out so however took the money had to be digging looking for something . Theres nobody to respond to anything no manager no nothing.

If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely garbage and horrible. Waste of money, cleaned just enough so I wouldnt notice details and left. Should have asked for a refund! Never going back and others should do the same. Dont take care of the customers and waste of money!! Unbelievable! Less than 1 star. Their employee stole from my car and after I called the Lakeland Police Department, the Manager stated go ahead and call them, this is private property and theres not a damn thing they can do. My advice, STAY AWAY!Security cameras did show the theft taking place and now they know who did it and he is on probation. Nice employee screening. I repeat, STAY AWAY!

This place absolutely sucks. You pay 32 dollars for a car wash and they dont get your car even close to the mini detail they promise you. and then you get to sit in their disgustingly dirty waiting room for at least 40 minutes waiting while there might be two cars in front of you because theyre so slow. All so you can leave with the same bugs on your car you pulled in with and streaks on the windows.

Worst absolute worst.. waited an hr for my car w/ only 1 car ahead of me when I arrived...cars was put in front me.. the ac inside was the same temp outside. So needless to say I was hot and frustrated plus the ending result was not good.This was my first and my last. Not the best looking place but service was good and my truck looks great!

I was there this past Saturday. I asked the new girl if the $200 for SUVs was an additional $200 on each package or just on the first package as it only listed it under the first package, and she looked at the menu board for a few seconds and said, I really dont know! This was the start. There were 4 people sitting in the lobby when I came in to pay. I paid at 9:50 AM (per my receipt). I sat down and started flipping through the coupon books and before I knew it, it was 10:15, and I had not even seen my car come through the automatic wash. Keep in mind there were only 4 people in the lobby waiting and nobody outside. There were no cars in the front being finished either.So I ask the girl up front if it normally takes 30 minutes to get a car wash, and all she said was nobody showed up to work today. At 10:20 my vehicle finally was at the end of the auto wash and coming out. Once out, it was the ONLY vehicle outside being finished. There were 2 people, a guy and a girl standing around talking and a NEW girl was the only one drying and doing the door jams. After about 5 minutes the girl and guy talking split up and she came inside to start talking with the girl at the front desk. After a minute or so I approached her and said, Can someone help her finish my vehicle so I can get out of here?. The girl at the desk knew I was already upset for waiting now over 30 minutes.So the talkative girl says sure and goes out to help the other new girl. Well after about 2 minutes of helping her, the new girl stops working on my vehicle and starts talking with the guy who is now working on another vehicle that came through. She slows him down because he doesnt work while talking to her for a few minutes. Then he starts again while distracted due to their conversation, and another vehicle comes out and he has to tell the new girl to go get the next vehicle. Meanwhile my vehicle is still getting finished by one person. Finally at 10:30 I am able to leave with my vehicle after 40 minutes at the car wash! NEVER AGAIN at this place. With all the advertising this owner does, if he took that advertising money and put it into good employees, he would probably do much better. He wouldnt have to pay to get new customers in, he would just be taking good care of current customers that would return, again, an again and again. But now if someone goes here, Im sure they are one and done, cause I am. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else or do it yourself.

There should be more car washes like this one around. You get a full wash, wax and vacuum. Also dash is cleaned, tires are treated, windows clean and a fragrance added.

The kid outside that cleaned windows, dashboard & interior did a great job, even in heat of 95 degrees. The last time I was there I was not happy, but this kid brought me back!!!

The vacuum service was not good left dog hair in plain sight in front seat,outside wash is great.

Up until 2 days ago my fiance joe was the lead detailer here for past 8 months the owner mike paid all the up front workers 15 hours for working 60 u wanna know why this carwash takes to long thats why he doesnt pay them hourly he pays um like waiters heres 15 hours go bust ur ass for tips he spends all his money at show girls strip club on 92 he can be found there spending the money that should be paying workers on women and drugs hes seriousley corrupted for yrs nobody has done anything im calling osha and labor board i wanted to let his loyal customers know that he treats every worker up there like slaves for 15 hours he has gotta be reported

Poorly managed due to lake of employees to move along customers and avoid ridiculous wait times. Also, I have removed bug residue my self and to be told a lie about how this residue on the front bumber is difficult to remove, well they do not even try because I have monitored each step and no attention to the front bumber area was given. Please add more employees to maximize efficiency and profit margin and avoid having customers turn around and go somewhere else. This is snow bird season by the way.
