Went in to remove gel polish, they shaved my nails down so badly that my nails still hurt 24 hours later. I’ve never had my nails shaved down to get rid of the gel and it didn’t seem right but I trusted what they were doing. Now I’m in a lot of pain. Acetone wouldn’t done the trick without messing with the texture and strength of my nails.

This is a wonderful nail shop, only place I go in DC! You cant beat the service of the salon and their fair prices. The nail techs take their time and dont try to rush you out or nick your cuticles like other salons in DC that are overcrowded and just want your money. Always have a wonderful experience here, especially with the pedicures!

These ladies know what theyre doing. I needed a manicure and pedicure for the weekend and they fitted me in and were super nice and friendly as well as professional! The massage on my feet and legs rejuvenated me after traveling. The polish was perfect and I felt completely relaxed!

Mount Pleasant is very nice and I visit my parents in the area. Recently, starting getting my nails and feet done as a walk-in. It was a great experience! The staff is friendly and professional. I really enjoy the pedicures with foot massage and warm towels. Its a nice place to come and relax.

Excellent service they are super friendly.

This is a perfectly decent salon to pop into if youre in the area! They use all new & sterilized tools for each session, but the actual space wasnt as clean as some others are. The staff is nice and did a good job, though it wasnt very thorough. All in all, you get what you pay for and its good for quick visits.

This is a wonderful shop. I was helped tremendously. I will go back and I recommend anyone in the neighborhood to go.

Who is the owner of that place? because he or she should be more careful to choose the employees. I got there at 5:10pm on Sunday, to get full set manicure a woman who was there said their were busy and about to close, such a bad customer service!

I walked past the shop and turned back to give them a try. Im glad I did. Hien did my square round nails perfectly. Exceptional service was given to me upon walking in and departing. Today was my first time and it will not be my last!

I regularly get the gel nail manicure and pedicures. My experience has always been pleasant and professional. I live in the neighborhood so love supporters a local business. Its not a fancy place but its clean and the results are perfect. Love the massage chairs at the pedicure stations.

I love the people there... They have become part of my life every two weeks and if I miss coming and I show up they remember who we are... Its been such an amazing experience to relax there and go home up the street.

This is the only place to go in DC! Their prices are a third of what itll cost you anywhere else and they do an incredible job. The cherry on top is that they are also some of the nicest people. I swear by them!

Two effing hours for a mani pedi, without exaggeration. I walked in at 11:03am and me receipt says 1:08pm I sat in lukewarm water for about 20 of those minutes. Not even thorough!

The decor is nice but the customer service is poor. I didnt like the staffs interaction with customers or the skill set of my nail tech. She hurt me when cutting my cuticles and also didnt know how to make a simple flower design. It was just OK.

I went because of a groupon and will never go again. I got a pedicure and shellac. My nails have bubbles in them and and are already peeling. Shellac is suppose to last two weeks. If I had time to go back and have them fix I would.
