This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not only was the paint job horrible, there is little to no massage, I had a callus on the side of my big toe that was shaved down partially and very rough when I left. I left not feeling like I just got a pedicure done. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to get it redone. Will not go back and Do not recommend.

I enjoyed the way the lady took her time making sure my nails looked great. I was definitely happy with the quality. It’s a touch more expensive than some places but I feel it was worth my money and time. I will definitely go back

My mom and I went here the day after New Years and they were all so nice. Erik took good care of our nails and was persistent with making the designs and styles we chose look nice and clean. he shaped the nails very nice and was very meticulous and careful. and we both got our feet done and the lady was very nice and hardworking. very funny and happy to work people and beautiful products.

I have come to this salon for many years. The last two times I have came in for a pedicure the water was cold/warm. This most recent time she rushed through spending less an a full minute on my foot/leg massage only using what was hardly left on her hands from the first leg. Unhappy and will not return. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is NOT the first time.

These do a TERRIBLE JOB. They will hurt you and be very rough. You won’t get the design you asked for because the technicians are not trained!! They also ARE NOT LICENSED!!!!!! Report this business to every outlet you can. They need to be shut down. ASAP before people keep getting hurt or someone gets a very serious infection..

I probably couldve done my nails better. they were quick to get everything done but otherwise one worker put tiny cuts around my nails on both my pinkies and the equipment they use is just old and hard to handle as a customer and effected the outcome of my nails. it needs to b updated. and now two days later my nails which are supposed to b completely white are a disgusting yellow, brown color. dont go to this place go somewhere else.

Overcharged for quality of nails I received. She did them super fast, leaving pieces of acrylic left on edges, super thick, very sloppy, and didn’t seem very knowledgeable on what she was even doing. Very disappointed I spent the money on them. Will not be back.

The guy doing my nails was really rude and very harsh. He didn’t really give clear instructions and the nails turned out looking horrible and rushed. Also the way he treated me was really unprofessionally. Not planning on going here again.

I will never go to this nail salon again. The guy just slapped on my nails and left them all bumpy and he keeps tapping your arm if it’s not relaxed enough for them. They are also not so good at filing your bails with the sander It hurts and made my cuticles bleed. Seemed very rude about me asking questions about my nails. Had to go to Walmart’s nail salon to get them fixed because they do a wayyyy better job. Walmart’s salon takes their time to make sure your nails are how you want them.

I wasn’t expecting to pay $90 for a mani/pedi but I guess new chairs means new prices. But overall friendly service & my nails look great!! I feel like they should put there prices back up so customers can see how much they’re paying before services are done.

Went here for a manicure and will never go back. The gentleman who was my nail stylist seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Very rushed, kept dropping tools, and cut my fingers three different times. He asked me to relax at I which point i informed him that wasnt possible being he kept hurting me. When done my nails were less than desirable and I think he had just as much polish on his hands as I did.

I hate it when they speak in there language cant understand them. When done 2 days later looked like my feet were not done.

My best friends nails were see through, and did mention it to the lady who did not even fix them. We had a group of 4 and the last person didnt even get to start until the other 3 of us were done. My best friends little sister had hair stuck in her nails after they have already hardened. My nails were all uneven and different sizes. We will never be coming back.

They are friendly. No waiting. If there is more than they can handle they make a call and someone comes in so very little wait time. My pedicures last and the actual cut and shaping is near as good as a podiatrist.

Nice job on Nails, just noticing that the designs arent lasting even a couple days to a week. I feel like for $65 a set plus tips they should last more then a few days. When the gems and polish come off they start to look icky.

Went here once. Never going here again. The nail techs laughed and spoke to each other in some other language. Barely looked at me or spoke a word to me and acted like I was too dumb to know they were laughing at me. Then when I was about to leave, the lady demanded a tip. Heres a tip- dont laugh at the people who are paying you.

Absolutely terrible, I got a full set acrylic, and they are uneven, not painted all the way, not the same size as my other hand, just terrible. They were also very rude when I was talking to them, and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Not planning on going back. My friend also got hers done and they were not good either, the design was not even close to what she wanted.

Always a great experience when we go. Very friendly and never a wait if you call in advance.

Theyre ways super rude, they never ever speak Engish, and have no customer service skills. I got my eyebrows waxed and when I went to pay with my debit card the lady demanded I pay cash, I only had my card. She said she gets charged a fee to run a card, not my problem, part of running a business. I highly recommend Sophie Nails!

Just tried to get a pedicure while my daughter is in preschool, hours on the door say open at 9:30. Definitely not open, tried calling no answer. Super bummed as this is really my only free time. 2 other women walked up at the same time to find the door locked.

The dude that did my nails was efficient and amazing. Would totally come back.

Got gel, they look bulky and feel sticky. My sister got gel and they dried them with a hair in the nail polish. Probably not coming back.

Nails look great, but due to the lack of cleanliness I witnessed I wont return.

Went in for a full set and had to have them fix 3 times cause the man was rushing and then the polish didnt even stay can right off I spent 50 bucks so now I am out the 50 bucks and I have to go get the fixed and redone and I will never go back there again

I love the massage chairs. My nails always look great when I leave! But some of the chairs are wearing out or broken now.

Not only did I have a full set of nails that left acrylic and polish all over my nails, and they started lifting after a week, I also had recived a pedicure and when I went to change my polish I had nail fungus. Never going here again

They did not do everything I paid for I have Siri sis and they’re supposed to use the shaver to get off all the dead skin but they didn’t I paid extra for a pattern and it looked like a blob.
