I really enjoy going to this salon. The technicians are really nice and welcoming. I love how they shape my nails and the designs are always amazing.

I was looking for a eyebrow wax thats not to much like Joys spa around the corner 20$ I said oh hell no Im good so I went here and she did an excellent job on my brows. Definitely recommend giving this place business in the future.

I had an appointment & after that they charged me three dollars more for my polish removal im a regular costumer & they added the removal recently i dont appreciate feeling like i’m being used when i’ma regular i called ahead of time to make sure there prices was the same because last time they did this to me i’ve been going here for years i’m sad to say i’m going to find a new place after this inconvenience.

Vince has done it again. Today’s top notch service included an acrylic overlay taken off replaced with dipping power and a pedicure. The dipping powder is the most natural looking ever received.If you want a relaxing environment with customer appreciated service THIS is the place to go. If you want an honest and quality technician ask for Vince 💅🏽

The overall experience here is great! All the workers rub off a positive vibe and make you feel very welcomed! My man Paul is a great, hard worker with a fun personality. He did a great job with my nails! I would totally recommend coming to Q Nails!

The Salon is actually great. Very clean and they do very good work, you definitely get your moneys worth with most artist. They have one tech, Ling, who is incredibly rude and gossips with customers about other customers. It’s very disgusting to watch and made my last experience very uncomfortable. I will not be returning until she no longer works there

Came in from out of town. The earlier you get there the better but we had a great pedicure experience. Busy at night. Went back the next day after talking husband in for one too. Good pricing and good staff. Also everything is newly updated. best massage chairs Ive seen!

Q Nails And Spa Is The Bomb. Been Going For Almost A Year And Never Had A Bad Experience.

I came here yesterday because I was in the area and i left so happy because my toes were so cute.Lee was so nice! I got a pedicure and it was lovely. I had picked out a color and she put it on one toe and we soon both realized that we didnt like it so she had no problem redoing my toes over with a different color. Shes very sweet and highly recommended. Its also very quiet and clean

Today I came into Q Nails & Spa and it wasnt hardly any people in the salon. I requested two people a man that I assume is the owner and a young lady that said they had appointments and made me wait a long time. As I waited I wasnt greeted and someone finally came over and asked was I ready for my pedicure still not greeted. It was the worst customer service I experienced there as all of the other customers were service promptly they failed to service me in a timely manner after a long wait I asked the lady who was going to do my nails and she said the guy but he is in the back eating. I would never recommend this nor return.

Love this nail salon. It was much needed in the area... a little pricey but definitely worth it in the end. Design is amazing, and the staff definitely are very friendly, helpful, and work hard. Will for sure go back many time. :)

I love this place and I come here often. The owner is a really nice guy and they always do a good job. The atmosphere of the salon is nice and calming as well. I usually get a full gel acrylic set and gel pedi which end up being like $70 I think. Best price Ive found for that in Adams Morgan.

Service was very bad today was there for more than two hours. The nail technician I had previously was busy after waiting an hour I was assigned to a new young tech who never told me she did not design. After finishing my toes she stated she did not know how to design. I asked the manager if someone else could design my big toes only she spoke in her language laughing and telling me all her techs would be awhile so twenty minutes later the other techs are still taking walk ins. She was rude I handed her my card told the young lady to just polish my two big toes Im leaving now after more than two hours there. The manager continued to speak in her language looking at me needless to say I left and will never return.I have been going there for a little under 9 yrs year around I guess my money doesnt matter nor good customer service either.

It was my first time having acrylics so I had nothing to base it on but the reactions I got showed me that they were great. They lasted a long time! Would most definitely come again

This place always does my eyebrows just the way I like them. Im not a fan of arches I just make sure my eyebrows are manicured and cleaned up. Ive always walked out satisfied.

HORRIBLE JOB BY TABLE 5. Dont recommend going there.Ive been going to this nail salon for about 3-4 months. Lately Ive been getting my nails done by this very young boy that sits on table 5. He isnt the best at doing acrílic nails or even painting them but normally I am not too picky so I didnt mind him doing my nails.Last night I went there to get my nails done and it was a nightmare.First he didnt remove all the old nail polish of my nails so when it came to painting my nails with a pink color I chose, you could still see the black color from before. When he started panting my nails I noticed the nail polish started cracking up and I told him maybe he should stop and I can get another color but he told me it was okay and once it was dry it would look normal, so he did all the work painting 4 nails on each hand with the pink and one nail on each hand with a gold sparkling color. Once both hands were dry and I took it out the light I saw that they wee all cracked up and immediately told him, mind you it was gel polish. I got up and went to get a dark drown color for him to redo my nails, first thing was he tried to put the new brown color ON TOP of the pink color, which didnt work. He had to remove all the pink color from my nails and start over, while he is removing the pink, the dust of the color got on my one nail that was painted with gold and I thought he was going to remove it and do it again ( he didnt ) he painted my nails and didnt clean the dust caused by the pink polish being removed so all the little white dust was under my brown color, the gold color nail was messed up so bad that you could touch the nail and feel the dust !He did not put the coat for the gold nail and didnt even finish painting some of the brown nails, I had pink and brown nail polish on my fingers because he didnt even clean it up properly.It was very bad. I left the store and I would NEVER go back there. I went somewhere else today and the lady kept telling me how sorry she was that someone messed up and did such a horrible job on my nails. 2 of my nails broke while the lady was doing them because he used the machine so much on them that they got weak.I wouldnt recommend you go there unless you see Toni. He is the only one that did my friends nails and hers were lovely and clean.

It was the worst experience ever! I got my nails done on a Monday and two nails were broken that Thursday!! Followed by another two nails broken that Saturday. I called and they refused me a refund for doing such a terrible job on my nails. I would not suggest this place if you are looking for quality nails. And did I mention they were quit expensive for the terrible service!
