I was a walk in. 2 ppl did my nails. My tips were removed by clipping the tips then using another tip to wedge between my nail and the acrylic across the nail bed. This tore my nails bed to shreads and ripped one at the skin. The overlay actually had to be built and structured since the new growth I had was torn. When the polish was applied I set my hand in the lamp. The tech went to move my hand causing it to hit the top. She then spoke to me about being careful and did not fix the polish properly as you can see. I paid $65 but wasn’t treated very well at all and even though I didn’t complain I did tell her about the things I was unhappy with. She was not interested though because she had an appointment waiting

The prices for services are never listed. They are aware of how rude the clientele are and instead of addressing the problem they cater to those who are inconsiderate of your appointment time. They never start at the time you make your appointment there’s always a delay

Week old ombre nails. Nail tech mini did them. I like them just wish the ombre was but more even. 0

Lily is absolutely amazing! Shes quick, creative, professional and patient (b/c Im extremely indecisive ‍). I love her work. Im going to miss her when she goes on maternity leave.

The staff is great and fast, but their customer base is hard to tolerate. Clients were on their phones the entire time which made my experience somewhhat unfavorable. Lots of obscenities and racial slurs used by patrons.

Great nails. Horrible customer service. I found myself cheating on my normal nail tech and I came here. First she told me 10 minutes when I walked right through the door and I ended up waiting 45... She rushed my nails and they came out good but she was rough. If you want good nails go for it but good service? this is not the place to go! I was charged $95 for a polish change and a full set...

After realizing the color they put on my feet didnt match the dipcolor I picked, she kept telling me she could match the color on my toes.I wanted #267 a soft pink dip color. I don’t understand why she wouldnt put the color I asked for on my hands. If she would’ve acknowledged it- i wouldve stayed n paid for my dip manicure. But she wanted to change the color n match the wrong color on my feet. It wasn’t ugly, just not what I picked. I paid for my pedicure n left.

My eyebrows turned out so uneven that even others mentioned that out to me.The itching,burning the marks,pimples were unbelievable and unbearable on my skin and lasted for almost a week, I don’t know what they use or even get quality and safe items to treat skin while they are doing eyebrows,therefore I don’t recommend eyebrows here at all. Not sure about the nails because I never got my nails done at this place.

I called this place to inquire about the price of getting a manicure and pedicure done. The guy that answered the phone was nice and said $35 together. Thats a affordable rate. I went there and was greeted with respect and they took me in quick. I was connected with a young and sweet lady named Lily. She was very nice and her skills were amazing. The pedicure was very relaxing. She took her time to massage my feet and lower legs. I also got my manicure by her. Very attentive and service was excellent. Ill be returning here again and will only choose her for my needs. Thanks for your service and world class treatment!! 😍😊

I was greeted and immediately sat at a pedicure chair and was able to let my feet soak. Although I did have to wait about 15 minutes (which was totally fine because we all know how Saturday afternoons are) I was consistently given time updates and checked on. The wait was worth it. Kaly did an awesome job on my pedicure, especially since my feet had been locked up in boots all winter and I planned on wearing sandals the next day. The service completely outweighed the price and as a newbie in this neighborhood, this will most definitely be my new nail salon.

I went to Nail Spot for a simple mani/pedi for a wedding I was in this weekend. I asked for all white nails, nothing more. I didn’t get tips, I didn’t get a design.. just painted white nails. This woman charged me $100 for just that. Said she used a “special new paint” which is ridiculous because even a full set with dip is only $40. I will be reporting this business.

I use this facility for my feet for a pedicure because they are close to home and they do a good job. Much better than I could do on my toes.

This place is a scam. There are no prices visible so the price you’re charged constantly changes. I was charged 15 for a polish change and then two weeks later I was charged $25. I sent someone else to inquire about the cost of a polish change and they were once again quoted $15. I asked if prices had changed and I was lied to. I will never visit this place again.

I came there to get my artificial acrylic nails removed and a nail tech told me to soak my nails in acetone, this was done for about 20 mins, by the end of the treatment my fake nails came off but my actual nails became extremely brittle now I have to spend the entire spring/ summer fixing the damage done. My nails have broken and still hurt every day. 😢Im never coming here again

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Always friendly, great rates, and the hot towels and exfoliating are included with the $22 pedi! Some places charge $10 extra for the scrub, and dont even bother with the hot towels!

I gave this place way too many chances. The first time I went it was ok. The 2nd and the 3rd time it was on the mediocre side. Got my nails done on Christmas eve and the next day my one of my nails were already splitting. I thought to myself did I hit something or do something to cause this? So I returned two days later to get the nail fixed. Then 2 days later my pinky and thumb nails were beginning to split again. That was it for me and I knew it was because the woman that did my nails was to lazy to soak the gel off and instead used the machine to file off the gel polish making my nails weakened. Their prices are high and their quality is poor. I will never return no matter how desperate I may be!!!!!
