They are always professional. Since I have been going for a while they are familiar with how I like my nails shaped and eyebrows waxed. If Ive had to wait they were honest about the amount of time and didnt simply say 10 minutes. My gel color last the entire two weeks.

I love the people here. I have been going to Toe Tally Nails for almost 3 years, and Im never disappointed. I have continued to go during COVID, both during the week and weekend, and I always felt safe.

Have gone forever to their sister salon across the street which is currently closed. My nail tech moved over to Toe Tally and she is always great. A big concern is the number of people in the shop - it’s not great for COVID safety. I was a bit shocked the one time I went recently. To many people at the same time too close together (consolidating two stores to one) for peace of mind. The shop across the street was much less hectic with fewer people at one time and thus much more COVID-safe. I understand economic realities but also value my health, so will probably frequent Toe Tally only at very off-hours when there are few people, or not at all until everyone is vaccinated.

At first I enjoyed the services. However it comes a time where the manicurist has to understand what the client is asking. I told her I didn’t want my natural nail filed roughly and then. She did it anyway out of anger because she trimmed my tips in the wrong shape... and to take them off. Clearly she was upset that I came in at 5 however I called and asked. If the answer was no then let it be no. My natural nail is ruined because of someone’s arrogance and spitefulness.

I have been going to Toe Tally for over two years, and have never been disappointed. They do the best gel mani I have ever had that lasts longer than the average two week mark, along with a great pedicure that lasts weeks. The prices are the best I have come across in the DMV area. I have been getting acrylics for over 6 years now, and have never had a more natural, long lasting nail/fill than I do from the Toe Tally nail techs. 10/10 my favorite nail salon. The staff is so friendly and always remembers clients which makes me a forever loyal customer!

Visited here many times when desperate but gel nail polish always chips within a week or comes off. Only some of the staff do good work. Had dip powder nails that were covered with a gel topper and the gel is peeling within 1 week!

Although these ladies were super pushy for a pedicure, these are the single best acrylics Ive ever had in my life. The are thin and look natural. They are formed perfectly and she even offered a special color called mood change for free. Its a temperature based color change nail polish. The cool thing is it usually looks like an ombre. So nice!!

I stopped going to this nail salon because I was not receiving quality service. On one occasion there was an older gentleman who did my SNS nails and he did not do a good job. My nails were not filed evenly and they fell off two days later. Also, I find that other nail salons that do the dipping powder SNS nails, usually dip the nails 3 times. However, at Toe Tally Nails they only dip twice, which may be the reason for my nails falling off so quickly. I will not return to this nail salon. The quality of their competitors in the area are much better!!!

I asked politely but repeatedly for the manicurist to be more careful with the cuticle clippers because it was painful. She kept pointing out that I wasnt actually bleeding. A colleague came over several times and spoke to her. It wasnt in English but I assumed she was telling her to be careful. She jabbed me so hard when she got to the 7th finger shed worked on that I told her I was done. Her colleague came over and again tried to argue with me, saying that I wasnt bleeding. Yes, I wasnt actually bleeding but it took days for my cuticles to heal. This wasnt my first manicure so I know this is abnormal. I might not have written a review if they hadnt tried to argue with me that cutting me was ok as long as it wasnt bleeding. Judging from the other reviews here it seems I was lucky not to go through with the manicure.

Terrible... My daughter and I were walk ins and wanted mani/pedis. The staff was rushed... and unfriendly. My daughters gel nail polish did not last a full week... Toe nails cut too short... polish on skin, unprofessional... I could have done a better job myself... more expensive too.. hidden costs..

This place does a great job every time! Lots of TVs with sports on and nice massage chairs. I have never had an issue.

A disaster! Dont go to this place! I asked for a regular manicure and they literally forced a gel manicure on me to charge extra. Theyve done this to me twice. The quality of the manicure was awful. Undone cuticles on some fingers, nail polish on the skin, and poor finish. Simply disappointing!

Remember Anjelah Johnson’s Nail salon skit? If you have never seen it,you’ll be familiar with its content in this joke of a nail salon. Hmm where do I begin? Hidden costs? Check. Sloppy use of every nail tool? Check. Having your customer wait for half an hour in the pedicure water after instructing them to wait for 10 minutes? Cheeeck. If you want to throw $50 to have lotion rubbed on your hands and feet I’d say go ahead but it probably isn’t worth it.Avoid this place at all costs and save your money.
