I got gel polish and the nails weren’t smoothed evenly and the polish was applied many layers too thick. Filed it off at home and my nails already lifted a week later. I don’t even need a fill in cause there’s no new growth but these would have popped off at the wrong time. I work around food and the last thing I need is for a nail to go missing and then now nobody can get they nails did because poor application/ bad product and they blame it on an individuals maintenance.Gotta find another salon to fix it

I been going to Perfect Nails for years. But this year I found Anna there, she is the best nail tech. I just fell in love with her. She get my nails n shape right all the time. Not only that we develop a friendship in the process.

This Nail salon is so unprofessional, crowed with over 50 people inside at once during a pandemic and also very poor customer service. I am currently 9 months pregnant I expect to have good customer and a clean environment when I’m paying for a service with my hard earned money but this chop shop really left a bad taste in my mouth. While I was getting my nails done I was completely rushed and dissatisfied with my nails. I told the nail tech Selena that I didn’t like the color she grabbed my hand roughly to wipe the polish after she already cut my finger. I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this salon!

I asked for a specific design and was told it couldbe done. she charged me 95 just for my nails and they’re hideous and messy. when i brought it to her attention she told me i should have been told her i didn’t like them and still charged me for the full price.

The business is a good place for services. Sometimes the employees can be rude. The clients tend to get disrespectful and desires more services than their funds can afford. Nana, Nunu, Vincent, Joann, and Mimi are great technicians. Please get in early before the crowds.

They have really changed.😝 Its too loud, they fuss with customers, dirty floors and only take CASH and do Gel. I MADE them put regular polish on my toenails because Gel has to be filed off and that makes the nail bed thin. I dont want to wear tips on my toes ‼️

I paid for a gel pedicure but received regular polis I got my feet done Wednesday it’s Friday and my feet is peeling and I know a lot of salons are known for this but the only reason I’m so upset is because before she placed the polish on my toes I asked her was it gel and she responded yes and proceeded to put the gel light on it like it was really gel polish

This is the place I get my eyelashe extensions, they do a pretty good job. With proper care I usually get a least a 3 week wear out of them.

Im only in town for a few days & desperately needed a pedicure for an event & the open toes shoes Im wearing. But, I absolutely hate getting pedicures because my feet are super sensitive & the skin around my nails is even more sensitive. The salon was pretty busy so I waited about 10 minutes & then got to soak my feet for about 15 minutes, which was awesome since I spent all day at the museums! David started working in my feet & he noticed how sensitive I was. He assured me hed be gentle & he was. The fear of being snipped with scissors or clippers I usually have was nonexistent. He did a great job, my pedicure looks good, & he didnt rush me out of the salon even though they were closed by the time I sat to dry my toes. If I lived in DC Id come here all the time!

They are the only place where you can get really great eyelash extensions in DC.... I come all the way from PG to my lashes done, just about all the older women and the guys are pros.... Worth the price.... My lashes lasts for weeks

I went here on a busy holiday weekend. They are very prompt and so far so good. I spent around $47 and it included lashes, eyebrow and pedicure. Prices arent bad and lashes are very secured and they took their time on them

HORRIBLE!!!! BAD Service, Bad Work, Crowded Environment, No Space and No time management skills..... This place is dirty!!! Rinsing out a old pedicure bowl with chairs that dont work and have peeling leather is not sanitary...Work station unclean, old and outdated....NOTHING WAS Sanitized and they were extremely unhappy when I demanded them to clean and produce new work tools. I took a risk but remember; Cheap is not always safe or better Customars beware Not to mention two nail broke at the week and a half mark.... NEVER going back again!!!!

Very unprofessional! There workers are rude! I watched them over charge ppl that were new comers to there establishmen, and were not knowledgeable about the prices. So many ppl deal with it because of convenience. The cant take if you tell them to fix somethimg, or you dont like something tjey refuse sevive next time. Perfect nails has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just because you say please while you yelling at a customer does not justify it. The technician I had was good at his pedicure. But when I came to my manicure. This is the SLOPIEST polish application I have ever received. Never will I ever come back to this nail salon when they have NO SANITATION. Nail polish sitting in bins instead OF on the wall. I have no idea how they have a great rating!!

Horrible customer service and really bad work. I was a new customer excited to try a place in my new neighborhood. Im a frequent customer who will return and tip well once Im pleased with a place. The place was completely overcrowded with people who were hanging out. Within 5 minutes my technician began to lecture me on how if my nails chipped once Im out the door that they wont fix them. This seemed like a red flag but I wanted to give them a shot. He continued to talk about that as well as trying to sell me gel. When he transferred me to do the manicure he threw my sandals and purse around. I was literally climbing over people and chairs to get to my spot and nicely said excuse me. People waiting were rude and literally refused to let me get by and he did nothing. When I went back to pick my nail color the floor was filthy and he didnt put my sandals back on so I was trudging through filth. When I got to the back they had piles of colors on the floor in Tupperware bins. Nothing new and nothing of quality. I reluctantly chose one and then had to climb over people once again to the front of the shop all while trying not to mess up my pedi. Once he finished the job I realized that it was very sloppy. 10 hours later from sleeping and lounging at home I noticed that my nails were chipped. The entire experience was very stressful and it should be a treat and relaxing. Im sad to say that I will stick to my old places..for $10 more the service and experience is beyond better.

I advise you all not to come and get service on the 1st of the month they will rush and give u 25% of the service they suppose to give you. My nail polish isnt complete got the gel polish didnt get the full service of a gel set and also my tail of on one of my eyebrows is very short.

Unsanitary and dirty ! An employee actually came up to my tech while she was doing my manicure, took one of her tools, squirted it twice with alcohol and started using it in another customer. I also had to stop my tech from filing my nail too thin to remove the gel, I prefer when the foils are used .

Worst place ever!! I paid 35 for a jell pedicure and within 3 days the polish started chipping and peeling. Unbelievable! I always get jell and it always last atleast 3 weeks, I never ever experience the polish coming off! I will never go here again! The place is dirty, use the same tools, and is not very sanitary.

I like this place because they have a good prices for gel nails but I would NEVER get my eyebrows done.. If you ever get yur eyebrows done just watch how they use and reuse the same stick to dip in the wax and put it on your eyebrows and they do it with every customer.. I dont think they wash their hands after taking care of someone else.. I know I wouldnt want them working on someones feet then come and touch my face!

Walked in, was immediately helped, prices were given to me without a lot of add ons and my technician took his time. Even though he didnt know the Puerto Rican flag, he followed my picture and personal preferences and it came out great 💕 He didnt have Royal Blue so we used the original flags Sky Blue. I spent $73 exactly on a full acrylic tip set, gel polish, flag design on each index finger, matching gel on my toes, and eyebrow waxing. I am super happy with the total experience and will definitely be coming back!
