Ive been going here for a few years. I dont have a favorite tech because I only go for pedicures, eyebrows and manicures. Its usually first come first served unless you have an appointment. I enjoy going to this place. Staff is welcoming and professional.

Ok the staff is nice but the don’t properly sanitize their stands or equipments. I literally have to ask for them to put alcohol on files and other tools BEFORE using it on me. I’ve watched them multiple times dip used tools in WATER after using it on a client and use on it someone’s else feet 🤢. I’ve never seen them wipe down bowls with sanitizer they just rinse everything with water !!! Their Manicures are BASIC no1 knows how to do good designs. People get wooed off the staff being “nice” and y’all need to pay attention how they are not clean especially DURING COVID !! And they are OLD SCHOOL as hell when it comes to nails design none of them are creative or have skills. I’ve gave them multiple chances. Smh

I dont get my nails done very often. I mainly do them myself. But yesterday I tried Le Nails & Spa for the first time and I was completely impressed and satisfied with the work and how my nails came out. I didnt experience any pain when the nail tech was filing my nails into the stiletto shape. At other shops, Ive experienced pain because they were basically filing my fingers more than the nail. I pulled up a picture and asked them if they could do something similar to the picture and let me tell you I was blown away how much my nails look like the picture I showed them. And the prices are very reasonable. I only paid $42?? I was expecting it to be more than that. Ive was charged $60 at a nail salon in the mall on Donnell and wasnt happy with their work. I wish I had discovered Le Nails & Spa sooner because I would have been going there to get my nails done. I love the work and the service. Highly reccomend them!

The lady who did my nails cut me multiple times when she was shaving my nails, and my nails and very uneven, and she polished my nails messy.

Left severe burn marks under my eyes after receiving eyebrow waxing.The young lady said nothing and she was very aware I left burned.I will be getting a refund and never returning!!!!

This DC/MD reboot of a much needed neighborhood nail salon is phenomenal. My fave is Ms. Lisa...shes always professional, my nails and brows are always amazing. I have been patronizing their staff since Spring 2003 and this new location, while busy is nicely done, fairly accessible by car or bus, and the prices for services have remained reasonable.
