This is my 3rd time coming here and getting my nails done by Nancy Le and I will keep coming back! I come in asking for trendy nail art and she is always on board! The quality is great and they last for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend District Nails to everyone!

I came for the first time today and this will be my new nail spot! They did an amazing job with my dip set and were super accommodating! They are very skilled and helpful and I can’t wait to come back!

I went in for a pedicure with paraffin treatment, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. Every single service was top-notch and the technician, Nancy, was very attentive to my toes, which needed a lot of TLC. My boyfriend even enjoyed his pedicure! The salon was clean, bright, and didnt smell strongly of nail products like so many nail salons do. The online booking process was also seamless. I will definitely come back. :-)

Firstly, ignore the pose in the pic, it’s weird on purpose as i was sending it to a friend.Nancy Le is a goddess. she saved me, and i say that literally. my nails before today were thick, chunky, and just plain old SAD. but Nancy revived them, AND she did it in a timely fashion. i have never had a nail appointment go quite as smoothly as it did today. she is a true artist. the place is clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was amazing. i 10/10 recommend this salon and will be coming back in roughly two weeks for a fill in. thank you so much, Nancy and everyone at District Nails!!

The first time I went the nails turned out pretty wonky, very off in the sizes and were slated going different ways. I have been getting my nails done for awhile now and it never has turned out this way so I know it’s not the shape of my own nails causing this. To make up for the first mess they offered me a free set the second time but upon check out they charged me still. Here is how they turned out the second time. If you ask me, these are off size wise and the middle finger is awfully small in comparison and the pinky is slanted. Just not a great experience and would not recommend it. This is my first time writing a review so that also means something.

Pleasantly surprised. My wife talked me into a pedicure. They were super friendly and very good. Also there was no complaining when she saw my gross big toenail.Well be back often!

Great little place! Went in for a long overdue pedicure and am so impressed! Super reasonable price for a very relaxing experience. A honey and sea salt scrub, mud mask for my calves, paraffin wax treatment and a pedicure for $55. Plus they offer a glass of wine while you’re there. Everyone is wearing masks and it’s very clean. Make an appointment because they are turning away walk ups, but I made one late last night with no problem! Will absolutely be back.

I am very disappointed in my experience at this place. I had a regular pedicure and the person who did it seemed like she was in a rush, I also had a full set of acrylic nails and when the person was polishing the acrylic base she cut my cuticles and I got blood! she didnt apologize or anything and had an attitude like she was only doing things because he had to. Bad customer service for being so expensive! Definitely have to improve, one pays for a service that is a luxury, they are not doing a favor.

Absolutely great job with my nails - see picture below! I brought in an inspiration photo from Pinterest that I’ll attach and Lynn let me choose the shade of dip nail I felt was best. She did a great job giving me high quality service and nails. Nails by Lynn will make you feel like a baddie. This place is great! A little hidden gem right off of H street. I have been going for a few months now and they always do a great job. Seriously, amazing with their gel manicures! I hope to see them get even busier. I would suggest calling before to make a reservation because they do get busy from time to time.

I had been looking for a great place to get my nails done and District Nails was the perfect spot! I didnt get the names of our techs, but Nancy did my acrylic manicure and it was perfect! The whole staff treated my husband and I to a wonderful experience, and timed our pedicures perfectly so we would be done at the same time. Very clean place and perfectly located - the staff was nice and helpful when you get there - I’m giving it 2 starts because of the lady who did my nails - she got kind of mad because I explained how I wanted my French line to look on the pedicure after that she was super rude and rough while doing my manicure.Also - my manicure looks weird on the edges.In summary - it is not bad for the price but I would rather go to a place with a higher cost that being treated like you did something wrong.

I visited this location for the first time this afternoon and I have found my new nail salon. I didn’t get a chance to get the name of the front desk gentleman but he was incredibly friendly and kind and the customer service he provided was impeccable. I believe I was seen by a Lynn and she managed to give me one of the greatest acrylic full sets I have had to date. The establishment was clean and the quality of service is excellent. You may have to wait a bit but it’s so worth it. I went in the middle of a Saturday afternoon so that was expected. I have no complaints and I will continue to frequent this business.

I have been going to District Nails since I was recommended to see Linda a few months ago. I can honestly say that District Nails is the BEST nail salon I have been to in DC! The salon itself is very clean, they have countless polish, dip, and gel color options, the nail technicians are highly skilled, and they make sure to take care of you. I’m very picky about my nail shape, but they always shape them to my liking and I’m always pleased with the results. I must also add that my gel manicures last 3 weeks! My gel manicures never last this long from any other salon and it’s because District Nails takes their time to perfect every single nail. Everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming, so you‘ll always feel comfortable and will always leave with beautiful nails. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a reliable nail salon.

I appreciated that they cared about their customers to make this right after seeing that I did not have a good experience the first time. They went above and beyond and were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done here and I will be recommending this place to others.

Just moved to the DC area recently and tried out district nails for a dip manicure. The first time I went, my manicure lasted over 3 weeks looking absolutely perfect! Today was my second appointment and Linda did an amazing job once again. She pays such close attention to detail. I was also very happy with their COVID policies/protections. Highly recommend!!

Ive been to multiple nail salons in DC and this is the best nail place in the whole city. I leave every time satisfied and fulfilled with my gel nails. This salon has incredibly friendly staff and great attention to detail. The pricing is fair for the service and my nails always look great every time.

The guy at the desk was very nice I told him I had two broken nails that needed to be taken off it was taken off with no problem ! Linda did my nails an asked me was everything good as she went she made sure my nails came out perfect this is my new favorite nail salon I love it ! ❤️

Linda has taken such great care of me, my friends and my nails. Started to go to District Nails during the pandemic because from the photos posted online and the website I could tell they were taking COVID-19 precautions seriously and found that to be true after my first appointment. I consistently get dip manicures, pedicures and got my eyebrows waxed for the first time today and was pleased with the results. I will continue to come here as it is local to my neighborhood but find that the ladies take their time, try to do the service right and to your liking each time.

I really liked it. Its relaxing and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Best place in DC Ive found for nails! The gel polish stays on so well and everyone Ive had (but particularly, the owner) is very careful and detail oriented for the manicure. They are really clean and conscious of COVID precautions as well.

I love District Nails! I literally drive 40 minutes from Maryland to come to this salon because it is clean, safe, and provides excellent service. They have thorough COVID-19 procedures in place, use a new set of equipment for each customer, and do an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Sorry but I wasnt too impressed by the staff or services at this nail salon. I scheduled an appointment on 10/03/2020 for dipping powder manicure, gel pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Unfortunately, I had to file off the dipping powder nail color due to chipping around the nail tips after only having it for about a week and half. The owner (Im assuming) named Linda did my dipping powder manicure and eyebrow wax. She totally BUTCHERED MY EYEBROWS. I told her that I like them thick and too not take too much off and she did the total opposite. Now I have to grow out my eyebrows again and get them back to the way they were, FULL and THICK, NOT SUPER NARROW and THIN. When I told her that she messed up my eyebrows and that she took too much off, she RUDELY and ARROGANTLY stated something in her native language after I complained about her messing up my eyebrows.As far as my dipping powder manicure, she (Linda) did offer to fix any of my nails if I have any issues with them, to just come back. I do not plan to return back to the place. I didnt get good vibes from this place. Also, the lady ( Ana or Anna) who did my gel pedicure was very rough and didnt give me the correct pedicure that I wanted. I wanted the one that cost $55, not $65. She also watched me like a hawk as I went to go pay for all services before leaving. I initially got a quote of $110 over the phone and when I came in and asked for the price upfront. They told me my total was $110 with a debit/credit card but $105 with cash. After going back and forth with the owner (Linda), she compromised and charged me the $105 as stated when I arrived for my appointment.With all that being said, I do give them (2) stars for the following:1. Practicing social distancing with having customers sit at every other pedicure, massage chair. You also have to sign some sort of COVID-19 waiver/ paperwork which doesnt protect the customer but more so the business. They dont want to be liable if you get symptoms after visiting their establishment.2. The guy who works at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

They have always been soooo wonderful here! And during COVID they are extra thoughtful and respectful of health and safety. We love District Nails. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with my nails. I was able to dip my nails for 30 minutes because they were so stimulating.This place is really great, I will come here once more if I have the opportunity.

I came in in need of a powder nails change and I was pleasantly surprised with their large variety of options. Linda did an amazing job, and really took the time to make my nails and my hands look better. I wanted my nails coffin shaped, which I was reluctant to because not everyone can do a good job, but Linda did it perfectly. This has definitely become my new favourite place. I highly recommend it!

I would like to come here a few times before giving them this review. They do a great job. I just got toenails, and being a very active person in the gym and always wearing military shoes, my feet were very rough when I came back. But I always leave with soft feet and brand new toes every time. Another plus - for how great they work, its not super spicy! I definitely appreciate what they do for me and I will come here as long as I can and everyone please join me to experience this place.

I’ve been coming to District Nails for a long time and they always do an excellent job. The salon is clean and the staff are kind and welcoming. Linda is particularly wonderful! I typically get a dip powder manicure, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Each is very well done and I always love how my nails turn out.

Called at 1:30p to see if they had any appointments available today & wasbtold they had a 2:30p open which was perfect. I got there at 2:20, did all of their COVID procedures and was told to wait a few minutes. 15 minutes past my appointment time a woman comes over saying someone would be with me soon & offered a bottle if water. Its now 3:15 and I still havent been seen so I decided to leave. Another woman tells me shes about to get started on me in a few minutes while the other woman is trying to convince me to wait longer than I already have. This was a huge inconvenience in my day & I dont recommend anyone to come here.

Peaceful ambiance during gel mani/pedi session that was very thorough. Hand sanitizers and masks were provided, every alternate station was left vacant to practice social distancing, glass dividers were placed between technician and customers and some equipment was single use.This was a very clean nail salon which made me feel safe coming out to get my nails done during the pandemic.

It is a beautiful location and all the staff were very friendly. Linda always does an amazing job. My girls and I were all very happy with the services we received.

I made an appointment and ended up waiting close to an hour. When I finally sat down to start, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. I got the SNS dip and while that was done well, there was no nail soak or cleaning of the cuticles. The whole process was rushed and done in about 15 minutes. Additionally, the prices are much higher than other nail salons in the area and randomly change. When I called, I was told it would be $45 for the SNS dip manicure. They charge to remove the dip, which is fine, but they dont tell you until you go to pay. The last time I went, I paid $48 and this time, it was $50. They didnt even have to remove the dip this time... When I asked the woman, she laughed and said the prices have always been $50. They have a cash discount but I didnt pay with cash last time, so Im not sure why the price would be higher this time, especially given the fact they did not have to remove the dip from my nails.

My girlfriend convinced me to get my first manicure at district nails. Maybe it would have felt awkward in other places, but this family made me feel right at home! Highly recommend this family business to other dudes looking for a nice treatment!

They did an okay job. Ive been here about 3 times and each tme I realized that they only seem to ask women of color to pay prior to servicing them. others were allowed to pay after receiving service.

I really enjoyed this nail salon! Even though it was pretty busy when I went(1130ish on a Friday), I still was seated very quickly and attended to. I got the OPI deluxe pedicure and a polish change. Omg the pedicure was one of the best yet that I have had! Prices were reasonable and service was amazing. Will definitely be going back there again! thanks.

Professional salon, they work very hard. I like the personality of the girls and the owner is very friendly with the customers, they have very nice colors and do very well mani & pedi and this place will be the beauty of my family when I enter the girls salon they are busy but they know how to organize their time and dont let customers wait long10/10 for this salon .

Very friendly staff. I stopped in quickly to get my dipped nails removed that I was unhappy with from another salon. They were very accommodating and explained why the nails were chipping and cracking and made great recommendations for next time. I will have them do my nails next time!!
