I came to the shop just yesterday and asked for an overlay on the big toe and gel white and end up paying $72 plus a small tip I didn’t get the over payment as you can see. And I never in my life had my gel polish just come right off has that ever happen to anyone before.? Ughh a girl can’t even get get her feet looking good

They are overpriced and take tooo long. Was my first time going ans my last 3 nail techs and they have to help each other. They bad mouth all nail shops around to make themselves sound good but I’m so sorry but don’t go here you will pay almost 100$ for a fill in and two little hearts. And the nail tech was rude as ever. Let me get out their establishment

I love it here. I get dude pedicures every month or so. Great foot massage included. Cocktails are free, customer service is awesome. I come with a small group and we hang out and chat and drink. Also great location, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

I gave them 3 stars because of the customer service. My first visit was a week ago and within that week my overlay popped off of two nails, they did offer me a beverage and I received a neck massage. This time not so welcoming. The girl that asked me what I wanted didnt make eye contact, not welcoming at all. I saw the person that did my nails the first time and explained what happen, his was nice enough. Then another gentleman asked everyone but me what I was waiting for, nobody answered, so I asked if he was talking to me, said no and he pointed to the tech I was talking to(so he heard our conversation and already knew). As I was getting my nails done, I noticed that they greeted what assume were regulars in a friendly and welcoming manner and offered them a beverage. They even tried to move two ladies in front of me, but I wasnt having it, neither was my tech. My tech did a great job, but for the prices they charge and the supposedly upscale atmosphere theyre trying to promote you would think that they would show a welcoming attitude no matter if youre new or regular customer. Doubt if Ill be going back.

If you like to go to the nail salon to relax and decompress, this is not the place for you. Every time I’m in there the nail techs are talking loudly and constantly with clients. Today one nail tech was on the phone arguing for over 30 minutes. If you go to the nail salon to socialize- then this place would be fine for you.

Nice decor plus you can tell the massage chairs are of higher quality compared to other shops. I usually dont opt for the massage because the chairs hurt my back. However I did not have an issue at AList

Very rough treatment of nails. No cuticle care. I went for a special occasion and my fingers were scraped and sore after going to this salon. There are other and better options in the neighborhood.

First time visiting to get a pedi and I had a good experience. Good service, diverse nail techs and easy to find. I love the foot scrub they use! The atmosphere is inviting and the place is clean. They offer water, wine or tea, which is def a plus.

Wonderful experience for my first time. Very friendly service w/a nice atmosphere. Nyedi has made my nails so healthy and strong. Most of their staff will go the extra mile to deliver great service and not just face.

I am from out of town and needed my nails done. I had a wonderful experience. For the same price as I paid at home, I received a back and hand massage and the Tech did a wonderful job. Very detailed job. I would recommend to others.

Favorite salon and the manager is super sweet and welcoming! This is the best salon in SE to get Hollywood treatment! A massage come with your manicure, and they offer water, wine, tea and dessert. I would suggest booking an appointment because like I said it’s affordav Hollywood treatment!!

Ive been twice and have received great pedicures both times, including a length leg massage. Im looking forward to trying the manicure. While this isnt a high end spa, its a great pedicure at an affordable price, which is what Im looking for. They always offer beverages and made sure my friend and I were seated together.

A List has become my go-to place for a manicure/pedicure. Ive been 3 or 4 times on a Saturday afternoon (which I figured would be a really busy time), but Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get seated. The staff is friendly and professional and Ive always been very happy with the services. They have complimentary beverages and snacks which is a great bonus!

Today I decided to try this nail salon BAD IDEA. I called at 12:45 and no one picked up. Clearly anytime around 11-1 I expect a crowd. At about 1:20 I got someone on the phone and told her what I wanted and she said come at 2:15. I said do you want my name she says sure so I told her. Next thing I know Im on my way there and I actually arrived at 2:16. As soon as I walked in I let her know I called and said my name. She insisted she would not be the way to service me because she was going on break I said okay no problem. I waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave I was pissed. Why would I call to make sure someone would be open but wait 30 minutes

I made an appt for eyelash extensions from groupon deal. I mentioned that Im using Groupon deal and I asked if they have opening on Friday. The person on the phone said I can use Groupon deal on only weekday.... umm when is friday becoming one of weekend??? Anyway, I reschedule for today. When I got to the store, the lady didnt even greet. She (titi) said there are $15 extra charges for eyelash extensions. I ended up just leaving because I wasnt happy with their service.

So this is exactly what happened. Unfortunately I had purchased a groupon from this unprofessional place. I made the appointment to get eyelash extensions. My appointment was for 4:30pm. The lady didnt even come out to see me until 4:50pm. She then took the lady in front of me because supposedly She knew her. Then when its finally my turn she tells me that I am sorry but I cannot give you the groupon price that I already paid for and have the voucher for. She tells me you have to pay 15 more lol. Which is just unbelievable. I only had ten dollars with me, so I offered to pay her that and then the rest in change and she declines. She tells me Im sorry but I cannot pay out of pocket for you. However you can go and wait until I take all my customers and then I will see but not sure lol. WTH is this??? Such cons! So I go to the bank get bills instead of coins and come back and she makes me wait another two hours!! I am sitting here still waiting. God knows how much longer. I had the worst treatment ever! Will never return. The worst place in the world as far as treating customers go. The ladys name is Ivy. STAY AWAY.

They were extremely rude to me, very discriminatory regarding my age or Im assuming my appearance Im not exactly sure. Every time I made an inquiry about the care of my nails and what was being done there was an issue. I went twice and and each time there is were inconsistencies with how my nails were done, and when I pointed it out I was disrespected to no end I was not allowed the opportunity to speak, I was talked over.... I will be taking my business else where .. and as the woman said when I was leaving... God bless

Very poor management! I got there at 10 am when it opens and no one was there. I called at 11 to make an appointment for 11:15 and ended waiting over an hour. Employees dont show on time and they over book. Awful customer service!

Gel nail polish bubbled up the next day and I came back and they told me I had to come back when the same person who did my nails would be in.
