Was and will always get a round up on cleaning up my hands so yes I was there I got a full set. They wanted to take my card cause they say I knew better but I just need a trim.

They do decent work but they never start appointments on time and they need MAJOR help in the scheduling department. And the customer service department. Some techs don’t follow all the steps when it comes to the manicure process. Other techs rush through the pedicures. All will take your money no problem though. Just because a business has been open a long time doesn’t mean they’re the best to do it.

Literally the best nail shop I’ve ever been to. Clean, great customer service, felt very comfortable there, and my nail tech Tee did an excellent job. He was so patient even when I was very particular about what I wanted. I’d given up on nail shops due to the customer service but I’m glad that I found one where the people seem to appreciate my business. Will be back!!

Ive been been coming to this place since I was a teenager. The quality is always consistent and anyone in this shop can do my nails with the same results. The prices are reasonable as well.

They take pride in there work. Scheduled appts not needed but get you in and out.

I go out of my area to come do my nails here. It doesnt look fancy and place looks old but consistently great service

Stopped by for a drop in pedicure. My pedicurist was very particular about really great about correcting any mistakes he found. Cost was decent too (25). Would recommend

I went to get a full set of POWDER spent $64 and my nail came off 5 days later... hasnt even been a week and they tried to tell me their sets are only 3 days gaurenteed -_- so i have to get it redone. And that $64 wasnt even including the tip i gave so they played with me for 5 days definitly not worth it especially for a mall nail shop. For all that i could go to aspara nails down the street

I love this nail shop!! Not only is it family owned and operated but its a family atmosphere. Very clean and sanitary. Tammy, Lee & Helen do an awesome job on my nails and designs. I highly recommend making an appointment.

To me one of the best nail places in DC.. I say hands down. I use to go here over 2 years until I moved away. But trust its worst traveling to.. The ones who does my nails are Helen an her aunt Tammy. I only let Tammy if Helen is out for whatever reason..

I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. Sadly, I will not be going back to this salon for a couple of reasons: overcharging, sanitation concerns, and lack of quality in the work. They used to be great! Everyone got the same great treatment! I used to love going there for many years because I felt like they knew me and remembered what services suited me. Now, if you may get one of the top 4 people there, depending on how much money you spend. If you are spending less than, say $60, then youll likely end up with one of the people who dont speak any English. I tried to tell the person working on my feet to scrub so hard, she couldnt understand me. I had to leave in the middle of my pedicure because my heel started bleeding. Then on another visit, I just got an eyebrow cleanup. No sooner than I got home, my eyelid had fine bumps and a Whitehead forming. I was very unhappy with my last visit especially because my nails looked terrible. It seemed like the next day, the polish started chipping away. I could also see where the top coat was uneven in lots of places. Bottom line: they do not value long-time customers unless you are breaking the bank.

Has went down over the years. They dont give special attention like they used to. They tend to rush, dont stick to appointment times, and talks too much in the language in front of customers. I will be finding a new place in MD.

Went their on a Thursday! Nails jacked up on Friday The very next day. Went back and they tell me I have to pay them 30 dollars for nail to be done again. Didn’t offer a discount or any thing. Will never go their again. Repotting them to better business bureau. Picture and All!

Walked in to get a Mani and gel nails. Didnt have an appt but was her when they opened. Waited 10 minutes. The nail tech that always do my nails name Fee ask me to come get my Mani. As I was waiting to get my Mani three white girls walked in. They all rushed to do there nails. When I question the owner why wasnt I getting my Mani she lied that they had appts. I have been coming here for years and I give the best tips. Will never come to this nail salon again.

I like how they do my nails, they always look good, but however my daughters nails always lifting and they never stay on. This happened twice so far, so when I go back to get a fill in I always have to pay for a full set for my daughter, and that is why they get four stars instead of five.

I always take time to read reviews before I patron a business. I was shocked to see that this location in DC had such rave reviews from so many people. After my experience it seems like these reviews could possibly be fake, OR the woman who serviced me (didn’t get her name) is a terrible technician. I walked in to get a simple pedicure. I didn’t wait long and there was a wide selection of colors. Everything started off well until she began to remove my cuticles. She was extremely rough and even rushing to get through the process. There were a couple of times I winced in pain but I didn’t think too much of it at the time. I was on my phone and didn’t watch her complete the nail painting but as I got up from “drying” my toes using a fan from Target I noticed that she didn’t paint my full toe with the clear polish. I paid and headed home. When I got home I noticed exactly why I winced in pain during my pedicure. At some point she cut my big toe and it begin to bleed. In fact, when I got home there was still remnants of blood on my toe (see pictures). Even worse (and this is my fault because I should have walked out as soon as I walked in) I have no idea if the tub my feet were in was clean! I’ve since doused my toe in hydrogen peroxide hopefully to kill off any germs I may have come in contact with with my open wound. The pedi was 25 dollars but honestly I’ll pay more to not be hurt and better service.

I love the way my nails have been done, i did not have to wait long to have my nails done BUT someone came after i did and they received service before me which seems unprofessional. still, was treated nicely and did not have to wait long

I did my nails 2 day after one of the break I when back she changed the color and one nail they charge me $50 and design wasnt worth the hype, when I paid $110 the first day. I will never step my feet there again.
