At my job, it’s critical that I don’t wear vibrant colors; including pink. I showed them this reference picture multiple times, and emphasized multiple times that I want a clear or tan-like base. They completely ignored my wishes and use the language barrier as an excuse as to why they didn’t go with what I asked for. On top of ignoring my wishes, and proceeding to paint my nails pink, due to them not being organized and trying to take as many customers as possible they messed up this very simple design and tried covering it up instead of fixing it. This mess was a total of nearly $70. Save your money and go to someone who truly appreciates nail art, and offer better prices.

I think this is probably the best dip manicure that Ive ever gotten. They had such great attention to detail and my nails came out beautiful. Ill definitely be back!

Nice stylish place…but UPDATE I noticed a nick on my thumb when I left but it wasn’t this bad. I have attached a picture. Not happy about the harsh filing of my cuticle, now burning every time I wash my hands.

I had a photo reference that I wanted to use for my nail tech to do my nails after. She did a prettty good job shaping and applying.Pros: nails came out good, and she was flexible (I got a mostly liquid gel set with the clear nail being acrylic) and she saw through my vision. She was nice. Accommodated my requests.Cons: nail tech was 25 mins late for my appointment. Took around 2 hours for her to complete my set. Thumb nail is crooked. Charged me $85 for the service which I was happy to pay. But their price list should indicate that they are subject to the technicians decision.Overall I’m happy with my service.

I gave her four different pictures that were nothing alike (cuz I dont do my nails the last time I did my nails was 5 years ago and Im a simple person so I usually get black French tips thats what I got all my life.) Buuuttttttt I wanted something different so I settled with the blue ombre effect (third picture) but I wanted my favorite color instead sooo I chose the fiery color. I am in loooooovvvvvve with these nails!!!! (They are powered gel it was a little bit pricey not gon lie but i feel it was definitely worth it!)

I walked in and asked for a soak off of my acrylic nails because my nails are very brittle. As I got my pedicure done I asked if we could begin the soak off by wrapping my nails in cotton and acetone. I asked 4 times and they kept insisting they would do it after. Sure enough as soon as I sat down they pull out nail tips to pry my nails off. I immediately pulled my hand back and said I specifically asked for a soak off. The soak off was another 2 hours and still was not completed. Everybody was stuttering when I asked why the soak off could not be started during the pedicure. After 3 hours I had to go and they tried to charge me full price for my incomplete soak off and told me to come the following day. They then said they usually pry off nails. If they do not do soak off they should have said that instead of being money hungry and trying to do whatever they wanted.

I visited Allure for my first time today after calling and confirming availability for a pedicure. Upon my arrival, I wasn’t greeted - fine, it was busy and I signed in and began to choose a color. Shortly after I entered, two more (white and white passing) women entered, and they were greeted. I am unsure if they had an appointment but BOTH of them were seated and services began for them before I was. Also, fine - they could’ve had appointments as mentioned. My issues occur with me asking multiple times with multiple people if there was and can I see a menu with pedicure options (as I already perused on their website) to never receive an answer. It was then that my nail tech jumped straight into my pedicure never confirming which one I wanted (which was the deluxe). I did, however, see both women who were greeted and seated before me receive a menu with services listed where THEY had the opportunity to choose. And for a little razzle dazzle the next (white) woman to come in for a pedicure was extended the same grace. I am giving the two stars for the cleanliness of the salon, COVID procedures they followed and my nail tech; I enjoyed the pedicure (the basic and “cheapest” one) THEY decided on for me and am content with the results. Hopefully the rest of the staff there will treat future customers with a little bit more kindness and beefing up the customer service overall at their salon.

They were very unprofessional and rude.I came in here a few times to get my nails done and the experience was horrible. I would come in here and get greeted by someone to ask me what I want done today just to be seated for 2 or more hours waiting to be serviced. Every time a Caucasian person came through the door or any other race besides African American they got seated right away. I will never come to this place again it was a horrible experience. They also need to get more practice when it comes to doing nails and the shape of the nails because it’s horrible.

They do a great job of refreshing the feet and legs with revitalizing scrubs and massages. Only one tiny drawback: my nail artist didnt let the polish dry enough between coats and it took too long for it to dry.

I bought my daughter here for a soak off and the tech began using a fake nail to go underneath the gel. When I realized what she was going she got an attitude and said she would soak off the rest. By then my daughters real nails underneath had been damaged completely.I was told three times on three separate days to come back later because they only doing pedicures. I went in the morning afternoon and evening. The are not pleasant and never have available techs to perform the services they offer.After the tech started on my daughter she walked away and started doing a manicure for someone else. It was certainly a horrible experience and I advice you not to waste your time or money!

Great service, a thorough job, and very sweet/polite staff. I called ahead and unlike other places, they did not just say come in when they did not have room for me. The place is lovely, bright and sparkling clean! They also offer free sodas, tea, alcohol and smoothies. Prices are very reasonable.

I was looking for a place close to my house to get a last minute pedicure for my birthday trip to San Diego. They were able to fit me in quickly and my technician was Hue. She was absolutely fantastic in all aspects. Friendly, extreme attention to detail, and took her time to not only make sure my pedicure looked great but that I enjoyed it and got exactly what I wanted. By far the best pedicure I have had. Will be back and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I really liked my experience at this nail bar! I got dip nails for 50$ which is the same price as in Memphis and that is rare! They gave me a delicious Thai milk tea that was in a fancy glass! The only problem I had was when the man was filing my nails it really really hurt. I would recommend this place it’s great!

Great, reliable salon with a HUGE color selection! Free drink and snack service too. Take note that if you are looking to treat yourself for a pedicure, the basic package is just that... basic. Go up a package if you really want the works. Also, the male nail technicians are my favorite!!

I don’t normally review places but thought I had to. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure and they did a fantastic job and I felt so catered to. Their facility is clean and bright, and they provide water, soda, and snacks. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited for the first time, recently. I called ahead and requested Tai, because of previous reviews. He was cool, friendly enough and worked swiftly. No frills, but that was fine with me and the job was solid. I don’t get my nails done often, but I’m usually not satisfied when I do, so that’s saying something. I think I would come back, again, and definitely ask for him.

Service was amazing! The ladies were very welcoming and caring! I got a French manicure dip and they didnt disappoint!

I love this place... they make you feel welcome also they offer you drinks while you getting service I love them the prices maybe high but no nail salon is cheap any more and plus it worth the cost..There polish NOT water down like other salon.... they been open for a week now and they say open until 12am... please come here and get service you won’t regret it at all... Terrible job. The place is clean and that’s all it has going for it. The polish was applied in such a sloppy manner, I had them remove it before I left. I wanted to like this place because it is in my neighborhood but there are better spots in the area.

After looking at a few places in the neighborhood, we decided to try out Allure because it had pretty good reviews. When we first walked in, the people were pleasant, and we had high hopes. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.We had called ahead to make an appointment – or, more specifically, my fiancée called ahead and specified that she was coming in to get acrylic nails done and that her sister and I would be joining her. The call and appointment specified and were made entirely on the premise that she would get acrylic nails. We left far too long later with no one having gotten acrylic nails.First, they offered pedicures for all of us even though the appointment was just for manicures. We had a little time, and thought it might be fun, so we all sat down to get pedicures. After that, my fiancée was taken over to a table alone from the rest of us. The lady she was with couldn’t understand her and didn’t know that she wanted acrylic nails. When she understood that my fiancée was there for acrylic nails – as the appointment made over the phone and the conversation upon entering the salon had both made clear – the woman just said “I don’t do acrylics” and disappeared. She walked away. No time specification. Apparently, the person who does acrylic nails was in the middle of another appointment? This was never really made clear to us.A good half an hour later, her sister and I were almost done our manicures and I looked over and my fiancée was still sitting there by herself waiting with no updates. It was after 7:00pm by this point and they told her to wait for the person who does acrylic nails to be available. Keep in mind, our appointment for her acrylic nails was set for over an hour earlier. While having my nails done, I overheard a woman frustrated that she had been waiting since 4:30pm for her appointment – over two hours!Once we were done, and my fiancée had still not had anyone come to update her on time, no one had apologized, no one offered her water or tea or anything. Finally, we decided that this salon had wasted enough of our time, so we left. As we left, they gave my fiancée a gift card as an “apology” of sorts. When we got home and opened it, it was for $5. That’s right. Five. Dollars. Five dollars does not in any way repair the damage that this failed appointment caused. This acrylic nail appointment was for our wedding, and because of the unpreparedness and general incompetence of this salon my fiancée now has to take time out of the day before our wedding – in a different city that we do not live in – to hunt down, find, and get a proper set of acrylic nails done.Had Allure done the job that we had made an appointment for in the first place, all of this stress would have been avoided. When we walked in for our appointment the place seemed pretty empty, so there was no reason to suspect that they would not have someone ready for the appointment we had scheduled for such a long time. Maybe our experience would have been different if someone had updated us regarding how long the wait was going to be, or at least said or done something, anything. Very disappointed. Pedicure was fine.

This was one of the best pedicures Ive had. Everyone was nice ans nothing felt rushed. I wasnt pressured with upsales and they have smoothies and Thai iced tea as drink options in addition to water and soda. Eveything was super clean and inviting. After having a bad experience at one of the other local spots I was hoping this one would work out. Worth every penny! My new go to spot.

I love this place ! They do good job and I feel like home

When I went in I was quoted at $62 for a gel mani and regular pedi. One of the nail technicians said getting the dip would be better and the same price. I waited 30 minutes and was given tea and a granola bar which was nice, however my nail tech over scrubbed the bottoms of my heels and it’s is still painful. It hurts to walk and one of my heels is bleeding. I didn’t realize the extent of the pain until I got home and it’s still painful 2 days later. Also, I gave a tip before paying because I liked the dip but then was charged $87 for the service instead the $62. The shop is beautifully organized and brand new and they stay open late; however, I will never come back here and will stick to my neighborhood nail shop. I wish I could include pictures of my bloody heel because it hurts so much.
