Great salon with friendly technicians. Due to COVID they do not offer any beverage services. Upon entry you wash your hands and choose your color. It was a very smooth seamless process. My only critique is the pedicure chairs do t have enough back support and have to be moved up or back manually.

My new favorite place,the Staff is amazing so kind and helpful. They services are great you feel like you recieved a mini spa treatment..My hands and feet felt amazing..The shop is cute and the decor is beautiful..My nail tech was great she made me feel phenomenal and I cant wait to go back next week

Wish this was a great place as I love non toxic… but it always chips within a day and they still aren’t serving drinks- not even water. Same price- expensive.Techs are not talented, either in a hurry or extremely slow. I keep trying hoping it will get better but just not worth it.

I’ve been in DC for 9 years, and have struggled with finding my “salon home”. I think I have finally found it in this place. The ambiance and service is exceptional. The quality of work is excellent. The prices are not exorbitant. This was finally a fully enjoyable experience. Everything was done to the highest quality, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Minjun did a fabulous job on my pedicure!

The location was nice and clean. I loved the color selection, and my pedicure was incredibly relaxing.

Nailsaloon doesnt disappoint. Plus its seconds from Eastern market. So you can dry your nails off while you support local businesses.

Pros: I did really enjoy the experience here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. All of their scrubs are made in house. The oils and lotions are amazing also. Everything, including the polish is no toxic - so they even have a special mani or pedi for children. The space is very clean and stylish. They have a wide variety of complimentary drinks, including wine and espresso.Cons: I waited a few days to post this review to see how my pedicure really turned out. I love the nails but they could work on the cuticle trim and removing calloused or dead skin. The second con was the price. I’ll pay $50 if it’s perfect, but it wasn’t quite there for me.It is very new - only open for two weeks, so I have no doubt that it will be a go-to spot. Overall my experience was very positive. Check it out and decide for yourself!

I have gotten a pedicure, full arm, and full leg wax from here. I can not say enough how pampered I felt. All the ladies here are very kind, and continuously ask you throughout the experience if everything is to your liking. The atmosphere is very upscale and spacious. I definitely recommend their services. I have visited many other nail salons, and I can honestly say Nailsaloons service is top notch.

I know this is typically not a guy thing but Im 72 so I do what I want. I went with my wife and another good lady frend. We sat at least six feet apart while we had our feet done. I flet good, was relaxing and they even managed to make my old may toes look good. p.s. a littel foot massage came with mine. People were all very pleasent.

I am absolutely thrilled that I have found my go to place for manis. I came in a few days after a horrible experience at another random DC nail place. I saw the place, did some research, and easily booked online. I was able to remove my horrible gel nail job and get a fresh look for an event tonight. The attention to detail is amazing. The extras like the sugar scrub and massage ate worth the regular manicure. Bella was fastidious and able to do the extra design easily. I will be back again!

The nail tech cut my toes during my pedicure. My feet bled for about ten minutes post incident. She tried to hide it when it happened and put a wash cloth over my foot. Of course it hurt so I asked to see it. Bleeding everywhere. She also managed to file the skin on all my nails so when’s she put lotions on it burned. Upon check out then told me I would only have to pay half since the technician cut my toes. Supposed to be a nice relaxing experience. Never again my friends.

This place is just simply WOW! I brought my best friend in for her birthday to get a mani and pedi. I did not realize it was an organic and non-toxic salon. But once I found out all that they offer and there mission I was even more in love. She has Denny as her tech and he was well....better than wonderful...he was FANTASTIC! He took his time and was thorough in his service. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. I no longer live near the city, so it would be hard for me to get here often, but if I did...I would surely make this my place of relaxation and pampering!

I came in for my first ever mani/pedi, as I’m getting married in just a couple of days. It was the perfect experience. Clean, relaxing, and my technician did a sincerely beautiful job. I showed her a photo and she recreated it flawlessly.

I went here for the first time last week and was extremely pleased with the service. Tina is amazing, sweet, engaging, and gave the best hand massage. I had my gel removed and wanted a gel manicure to find out they dont use toxic chemicals so I got a regular manicure but it was worth it. True the polish lasts the amount of time as regular polish but I would go back when I need a break from gel. The prosecco hit the spot after a long work day.

My natural nails grow strong and long if I get regular manicures. The problem in the past has been that most nail salons are not good with natural nails. But just when I had given up, I found this place. It is the amazing service and warm professional environment that makes this my permanent nail salon.

This is one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Staff were kind, friendly, and attentive. They did a thorough and quality job. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. Extra points for being woman owned and using cruelty free nail polish!

I love this place. Im not a frequent mani pedi type of person but when I do I go to this place. Minjin is the only technician I request. We talk about family, education and other things. Shes very attentive and checks in to make sure all is well in what shes doing. I love the fact that this place has no chemical smells and uses polishes without all the carcinogens as do other nail salons. The front desk staff are friendly. They also provide a drink- coffee, tea, mimosas gratis.

Ive lived all over the Country and this is the best salon Ive ever been to. My mani/pedi were so amazing!! I cant wait to come back for more pampering!! Thank you Eli for the wonderful experience!!

I was hoping to treat myself to a relaxing manicure/pedicure. Sadly, it was not relaxing at all. My tech went through everything so quickly, I began and finished before 3 other people who had started before me and ended after me. After one day, the polish chipped and I had 2 nails break. The shape is not consistent on my nails, the tech didnt file the underside of the nail and was overall rough during the services. It wasnt the worst experience Ive ever had but definitely not worth the cost.

Just a delightful place with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Ive tried the manicure, pedicure, speedy mani, and polish change, and they were all great, completed in a timely manner, and came out looking beautiful. I love that you can stay seated where you are while your nails dry instead of moving to a drying area.

The salon is very calming and serene. TL;DR - attentive service but your nails wont really last that long because its all non-toxic.This nail salon has top notch service - all the people that have ever done my nails did a fantastic job and took great care. Their pedicure chairs are very comfy, and their manicure stations are nice and clean. They offer wine or water / sparkling water, and they might even have more options.The downsides (and why only 4/5 stars) are that their attentiveness takes forever and the polish really doesnt last that long l. Ive had multiple instances of a mani pedi taking over 2 hours. They only use non toxic products, so they dont do gels, and even once your nails are done, you have to wait forever for it to dry or itll chip on your way out.They get really busy during peak times so you might want to call ahead and make a reservation if youre not going at an odd-hour.

This was my second time here. I went for a mani and pedi this time. I want to like this place but just cant. The manicure chipped in less than two days, which was so disappointing because the treatment itself seemed good. The pedicure felt rushed but I was hopeful. When I woke up the next morning my feet didnt feel any smoother than before I went. I wont be going back.

Update: after a miscommunication with staff resulted in me being told chips were charged (theyre not!) the owners invited me in for a complimentary color change. I was once again impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the Nailsaloon branded nail polishes!*** brought my 5 stars down to a 3 after my manicure was heavily chipped after only four days and finding out that Nailsaloon charges $15 for chip repair.This is how good of an experience I had: Im currently waiting for my car to warm up and am writing this review in the intermediate.I recently moved to the district and have been hunting for a clean, affordable, detail oriented manicurist to visit. I had tried a much more expensive place near Dupont and was talked into getting SNS dip nails that only lasted one week and destroyed my nails.I was able to book online for this appointment and was able to get in for a same day appointment! The shop is bright (in a good way!), music was the perfect level, and its SO CLEAN. All techs wear medical gloves and face masks which makes me happy that theyre taking steps to protect against the potential health risks for this profession!The attention to detail was shocking. I got the $22 speedy Mani and was really impressed with the care taken to my cuticles, nail shape, and polish evenness! This also included a short hand massage that was 💯The complimentary drink is a great bonus, especially because of the many non-alcoholic options.The wait to dry your nails isnt bad -- its a little dull, but whens the last time you had ten minutes where you werent allowed to multi-task?? The only thing that would improve this is having a timer or an hourglass that would tell you when ten minutes is up because I have no concept of time passing.Im absolutely returning to nailsaloon and will be treating myself to a pedicure next time around! Ill update this review with roughly how long the Polish lasts, too.

Love this place. I have been here several times alone, with friends, and with my young daughter and her friends. The staff is very friendly and they have quality results. They especially were patient and caring to the kids we brought in for mani/pedi’s before the holidays. The products are all organic which is important especially for the kiddos!

Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. It’s expensive without the quality. I was a first timer and I only get my nails done for special occasions so I expected this place to do an amazing job for the price but nope.. compete waste of my money. After two days my white nail polish had ripples in it so I went back the evening before my birthday ( last place I wanted to be!!) and they started to ripple AGAIN days later. Eyebrow and lip waxing was also subpar. They have terrible lighting so they probably couldn’t see that they were missing hairs. Save yourself, you’re better off going to the hood where they actually do a good job!
