I have lived at the Loree Grand since June 2020 and have been consistently impressed with my living experience. In particular, the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and helpful on issues big and small. All requests have been completed during the next business day, and the staff has been communicative about any issues needing follow-up. The community spaces are well maintained and building management has done an excellent job of navigating Covid-related issues with regards to common spaces. Additionally, the Community Manager has always been responsive and helpful in relation to any inquiries about building policies, procedures, or account issues. I look forward to the opportunity to renew my lease with the Loree Grand.

Union place apartments are a great place to live . With some many spacious lounge areas, it is great to have a family gathering or even a business meeting . Union place prides themselves on ensuring that all residents are comfortable and safe. The leasing office is absolutely amazing. They are all very helpful and always eager to make sure residents are doing well.

We have lived at the Loree Grand since April 2019. We took advantage of a seamless transfer to a larger unit in May 2020. Objectively, I rate living here five stars for a few simple reasons. The front desk staff is always amazing. Maintenance is fast, attentive and has resolved any issues weve had. The buildings cleaning staff is so nice and always ensures the building is constantly clean. Management listens to any issues weve seen and empowers their staff to address resident concerns. The building is very quiet, sure you will hear something on occasion but I have not lived in a quieter building. The buildings response to COVID was always thoughtful and a few paces ahead of other places. The gym is more than adequate and the roof and courtyard areas are nice. Garage is nice, clean and safe. The location is extremely convenient with two grocery stores and two metro stops within a few blocks. There are also numerous restaurants, businesses and bars within walking distance. Exercise (run routes) from the building are varied, safe and scenic. The neighborhood is a nice mix of new and old DC in the best way and I expect that to remain the same for a long time. Overall, I cant anticipate moving anytime soon.

I’ve been living here at the Loree for almost 2 months and I LOVE IT!! I looked around the city before deciding on the Loree. The building is kept immaculate, daily. The cleaning crew, concierge, leasing office & maintenance are all awesome. The apartments are spacious; not small and cookie cutter like the so-called new luxury apts going up around the city for $$$$. I’m sure the Loree will be my home for years to come.

I have lived here for over two years and its been a wonderful community to live in. The leasing, front desk, and maintenance staff are always cheerful and helpful. The community is clean and safe. The apartments are well-maintained and the sound proofing is awesome! Location is great within walking distance to grocery stores, public transport, and several restaurants. I love it here and highly recommend it!

I heard about this place through a friend of mine that use to live here, I will soon be relocating to the area and was told this was a great place but after visiting It wasn’t just a community that exceeded my expectations but Charles was absolutely incredible! Some of the best service I’ve ever had visiting any community thus far!! He was very friendly and thorough I am very appreciative of him and i look forward to working with him a soon as I’m ready to pull the trigger! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE........ The apartments are very roomy and the closets are so huge you can breakdance in them..... Edward was so helpful with the tour and lease up process. I been here for a while now no complaints at all the building is very quiet and clean. You would never know they allowed pets because it’s that quite. Everyone living here is extremely nice as well staff, management and neighbors. EASY 5 STARS.

I LOVE it here! Staff is so nice and organized. The new manager was Extremely helpful with all of my questions & concerns. I Came from out of state to do some apartment hunting and this was my favorite stop by far!! They have such spacious floor plans, closet space is the best part. Can not wait to apply at this beautiful property soon.

In the two years that Ive lived here, Ive never had a reason to complain. Maintenance is prompt, and the front office communicates quickly and works with you to find the right solutions for you. The amenities are always clean and easy to use. Also, the concierge staff is just wonderful. They are always cheerful, and have helped me quickly and well whenever Ive had a question.

While visiting the DC area, I came across this urban community while looking for a potential apartment in the area. I was immediately impressed by the courteousness of the staff, proximity to the metro station, and tourist attractions. The finishes in the apartments were very nice and the rent is comparable for the area. It is definitely on my shortlist of properties.

A really nice apartments complex! Great location, with easy access to the Benning Road Metro line and I-395. lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff is friendly, and the manager ( I believe her name is Melissa?) has always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Nolawi is one of the hard working staff members that I’ve met in my stay at The Loree Grand at Union Place. These types of people that thrives to make each day better need to be acknowledged and appreciate. The property is gorgeous and the view from my apartment is breathtaking. Great place for young professionals and has a real community feeling. Staff from Melissa in management to Brenda and Alfonsin who take care of all the cleaning and upkeep of the building are the best. Apartments are basic sound proof, less the occasional noise you can hear from through tour front door. Supper plus- dog friendly to the max

The Loree is by far the only place to call home. I have lived in a few other luxury apartments over the years and the Lore surpasses all others in their floorplans, amenities, and staffing! The staff from leasing to housekeeping at the Loree always make you feel at home, the manager Melissa is amazing and always helpful with concerns and questions. The maintenance team is quick and always helpful and wow the up keep and cleanliness of the amenities and just the building itself is. The Lore will be my home for along time!!

The whole process of looking for an apartment froma different state has been very stressful to say the least but the staff here helped ease a lot of stress. Not only was the staff very welcoming they also had no problem answering the 1 million questions in which I had. Charles was very knowledgeable of the area and that really helped as I will be completely new to the DC area. Thank you so much and I’m now excited about my future in DC.

I absolutely love the building. Im actually just waiting for the right unit to become available so I can become a resident at the Loree Grand. I spoke with Edward several times regarding this particular floorplan. I like that I already feel a part of the community even though Im still in the moving process. Melissa and Edward have been really patient with me. :)

I have been a resident at Loree Grand Apartments since 2016. First the pros then the cons. Far as any maintenance issues, I can count on one hand if I had any maintenance issues, and they didnt respond effectively. My apartment is spacious and most of the residents are friendly. The concierge Jordan always have a cheerful greeting, helpful, respectful and polite.Im not going to lie, except for the cons, the rat problem outside Noma D.C. is horrible! Other than that, overall, Loree Grand is a blessing!

Recently helped my friend move into these apartments. I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful everyone was and how easy the process was. I also am particularly thankful to Jordan who went above and beyond to accommodate our particular needs. All moves should be this easy and efficient!

I am looking at apartments in DC, I visited The Lorre and I fell in love! The apartment are beautiful and clean and I believe it will be a safe place to live as I am single. The property manager (Charles) was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place!!

Went and saw an apartment the other day, and even though I felt they were slightly out of my budget, Charles showed me a beautiful unit, was very friendly and transparent, and seemed to know his stuff! Once I get this raise I for sure will be excited about joining the community. Its in a great area, and Ive saw really good reviews, plus I have a friend that lives at the property, and he raves about the office, and maintenance staff, and not having really any issues with other Residents.

Such an amazing place to call home! Apartments are big and bright, the rooftop lounge is an incredible place to view the city lights, and the building is just blocks away from great restaurants, shopping, and Union Station. The property manager Melissa always ensures communication lines stay open and maintenance requests are completed expeditiously!

This place is amazing..... hands down THE BEST apartment building in NE. The amenities are great despite not having a pool the property makes up for it. It was very quiet and clean during my tour. The closest space is equivalent to having another bedroom. And Mr.Edward was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the entire area surrounding the property. Mr.Edward was also very informative and pleasant to deal with. I visited another property called the Gale at Eckington and it was like night a day despite being in the same area. Love this place!!! Amazing place for young professionals and has a great/genuine community feeling. The staff here from Melissa in management to Brenda and Alfonsin who take care of all the cleaning and upkeep of the building are the AMAZING!!! They are soooo quick to resolve issues. And the place is super pet friendly, for example my Pekingese loves to run around in the lobby and management here loves. My wife and I love it here! Highly recommend!

The Loree Grand has incredible value for money! We have lived here in a one bedroom+ den with a balcony for almost one year and have had a fantastic experience. We had looked all over the city for apartments, but didn’t find anything comparable. The aesthetic of the apartment is modern - great wood floors, counter tops, and lighting. Management has been responsive and great since we’ve moved in and also handled the COVID situation really well. The neighborhood is also fantastic, walkable to H St, Capitol Hill, and NoMa, with tons of grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious apartment in DC!

I was very impressed by the customer service received by Charles. Property and units are well maintained and garage and street parking available. Location is excellent and convenient to shopping and public transportation.

I lease an apartment here sight unseen. The move was very stressful until I reached the property for the first time. Jordan was so very helpful as I arrived later than expected. My apartment was just as it was shown to me and I love it. The Loree Grand is now home base for my next adventure in life!

My husband and I are so up in the air If we were going to move out of state or not. This staff was so incredible And might I say patient with how many times I called, asked questions, changed my requests, and asked about the application process. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! As of right now with my husbands job we dont know where well be moved, but if we are able to make it here you bet that will be leasing with the Loree Grand!

Absolutely beautiful property! I have been here for just a few months and could not have a better experience anywhere else. The place is so clean, well put together, and chic. I could brag about the staff all day! They are absolutely wonderful. They are super friendly and do not mind answering any questions you have! My sister came to visit me and she was absolutely in awe too! She actually decided to move in as well! THATS HOW AWESOME THIS PLACE IS! Couldn’t be happier. Wish I could rate them 10 stars lol.

Its been about a year since Ive been here,and Im very satisfied. The building and common areas are well maintained. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome and very friendly .

I have lived at the loree grand for seven months and have loved it. The natural light are spectacular. Management, concierge staff and the building engineer nolawie so kind. They were particularly helpful while I recover from foot surgery and rooted for me at each stage of my recovery. The building is extremely dog friendly and a dog park at the back of the building.

I loved living there. Management, and maintenance was always very nice, and helpful. Property was impeccable. Amenities are so great, and walking distance to everything in the city.

I moved in last September of 2019 and have had a great experience living here. The location cant be beat and building management is super responsive to every service request I have had. For example, I am Deaf and when I moved in I asked for light-strobed fire alarms to be installed in my unit for me - which they did immediately and without question. This was not my experience at a different apartment building in this area. Management also genuinely impressed me when COVID hit - they wasted no time being proactive and communicative while implementing changes and new policies to help protect everyone and to make us feel safer in the building. Also - Melissa, the building manager has been nothing short of awesome!

This apartment community is a true gem! Location and amenities match the beautiful appeal of the apartments. The staff is led by a caring and compassionate gal!

I toured this property when I was looking to moving to DC.. it was a beautiful property and Melissa was kind enough to answered my long list of questions .. unfortunately I did not end up staying in DC if I ever come back, this is where I’d want to live!

The Loree Grand has been home to me for about 5 months now and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. Its so convenient, everything I need is a short walk away. Also the staff is dear to me (Melissa, Charles, Nolawie, Zewdu). I appreciate the work they all do to make this a comfortable place to call home.

As a recent resident I feel like I went from having to engage poor management and responsiveness, to even worse - including maintenance which did not clean/prep 1 inch of apartment prior to my occupancy. Lacks competence, reckless and never have thorough communication. It took several weeks until started receiving package notifications...and other major things that are beyond a bother, including ** pest control needs throughout. ** Seriously, dont follow this mistake; look elsewhere for better standards because whatever you see that you think is good is strictly on the surface!

New management company (Bell Partners) took over at the beginning of the year. Have only seen negative changes so far. Used to be a 5 star building and community, but it has really gone downhill fast. Hopefully the new managers can start to figure it out soon. Communication and professionalism has been laughably bad since Bell took over and theres been no sign of it being better soon. My advice would be to wait few months before moving here to see if things actually improve

I love the property.

I have lived at the Loree Grand for over 3 years and my fiancee and I are about to sign another lease. We have loved living in this building, not only because of the convenient location (less than a 4 minute walk to the NoMA Metro station, H Street, and other bus lines) but we really love the staff. They bend over backwards to ensure that the Loree Grand feels like home. They host regular events to bring the residents together and they are always quick in making repairs and updates. I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home while in DC.

New management company (Bell Partners) is falling extremely short! Services and support not all worth the cost any longer. Bozzuto staff and management were excellent. It is such a shame to have to leave because of poor management. It no longer feels like a family community.

We adore the office and concierge teams, and the building truly feels like a family.Bozzuto has done an excellent job as our management team. The community areas of the apartment complex are always spotless, maintainence requests are usually fully addressed within 24 hrs, and the property manager, Attiya, does an excellent job communicating with the residents and addressing any questions. Moreover, all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone knows us personally, and we always enjoy taking a few minutes to catch up after the work day.We also love our apartment. There is concrete between units, and we cannot hear our neighbors at all. All of the appliances are updated and work well, and the new hardwood floors are beautiful.We highly recommend the Loree Grand, not just because of the beautiful apartments themselves, but because the management team truly makes this place a home.
