$800 for a room, the towels werent cleaned and the shower wasnt cleaned. No refunds. 1 star, don’t stay here.

BE AWARE THOSE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS, NEVER GOT MY REFUND, INSTEAD DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD..BE AWARE DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

This was my 3rd stay there. I was so happy with the location of this hotel. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The best feature is the convenience. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. The rooms are value for money. I cant wait to visit again.

I just stayed a week at Global Luxury Suites at National Mall in DC - heres the deal:PROS:+ Location is fantastic, period.+ Room was clean, equipped as promised.+ Building was staffed (a front desk person) and easy check-in and out+ Their app is bare bones, but slightly helpful for check-in and policies+ if youre willing to do some laundry and you want to make your own meals sometimes, this place is just fine+ gym isnt bad - has the basicsCONS:- This is NOT a hotel, in the traditional sense - you have to know that going in. Its more like an airbnb with an off-site owner.- No room service or maid service - youre doing your own laundry and dishes, as needed.- Our room came with one towel, one set of sheets (in spite of sofa bed, no sheets for it)- Early check-in (even an hour early) costs money - a lot of moneySo Id recommend it, but with those FYIs. If you want maid service or a bell desk, this is not for you. But if you just need a home base and want a full kitchen, this is super.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The room we booked was a bit small for us. Our every need was met promptly and with such friendliness. The bathroom was on the larger side. Of course with DC being so hot you like showering. The location was superb. We were a bit disappointed with the room.

Website says pet friendly I even called to make sure. We got there (foggy bottom Washington DC). They said no pets allowed. Wecalled global. They said they do not give refunds. We paid $800. This place is the WORST ever.

AVOID ALL GLOBAL LUXURY SUITES! The company charged me for an extra day and has refused to acknowledge the error even though I have offered to show flight records that I was no longer even in DC. They have been completely horrible when attempting to rectify this and are refusing to refund me for their error. Do everything you can to avoid this brand. They will fraudulently charge your credit card for nights you werent even there.

The management company of this property secretly downgraded my reservation and tried to cash-in on the property price difference. When caught, they cancel our reservation on the day of our arrival.I booked the Superior Apartment back in January 2019 which can accommodate up to 6 people. At the time we were only a party of 3. Closer to our departure date in April 2019, I changed the reservation to 5 people. The booking travel agency didnt give me any problems nor charged me more money because the Superior Apartment has one set price. When I called the property management company, a week prior to our arrival, to inquire about the bed logistics of the apartment, they got very angry… On the day of our arrival the property management company tried to cancel my reservation because of some credit card problems. There was no credit card problems! In fact, they wouldnt accept cash. They just couldnt deliver on the reservation. They had rented out the Superior Apartment to another family and only had available an apartment for 4 people. They were trying to pocket the price difference. In the end, they cancel our reservation. The travel agency found us two hotel rooms and reimbursed us the difference in cost.

They took our money for a the 6 person apartment and when we showed up in DC they didnt have the apartment for us. They claimed our credit card didnt work but wouldnt take another credit card or even cash when I offered to go to an ATM if necessary. We were forced to scramble to find a new place to stay. Do not trust these people.

Its a little pricey: a week cost us a little under. The condition of our room was horrific. Sorry I have more, my husband and I slept in the smaller room. The beds were a little hard for my liking. Their cleaning people didnt do a good job or maybe they dont have a cleaning company.

You are in walking distance to almost everything. The traffic connections are very good. The services in the hotel are not very friendly. The bed was a small double bed. The mattress was so noisy that when you moved it woke you up. Hotel is very expensive for what you expect.
