Great experience livng here for 2.5 years. The property is well maintained, the apartments are spacious and a great value for being so close to Navy Yard and all it has to offer. The leasing, front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff are wonderful and really make it a nice place to live.
I really enjoyed the guided tour that I was given at Camden South Capitol Apartments. My tour guide Maria was very professional and she made me felt very welcoming. I would definitely live at Camden South Capital Apartments and will be reaching back out!.
I really enjoyed the flexibility with virtual tours!!!!! Maria was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about the Industry! I’d highly recommend this property !
Ive Been here for a couple years a great place to call home. Always There to greet you with a smile and very helpful to your needs, my favorite is Ms. Cathty .
We stayed in the guest suite for few days, but needed an extra day.. We went to the front desk and Caroline was very helpful and very understanding with our situation.. She emailed the manager and advised us to come back and speak to the leasing agent .. We are so grateful that we could stayed one more day and really appreciated the effort that everyone made.. You guys are the best!Thank You!
My wife and I have lived at Camden South Capitol for nearly six years and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The building staff, maintenance, and management team are very attentive, courteous, and professional. The building is exceedingly well run and operated. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for apartments in DC. Five stars, for sure.
This is an awesome building! I love our concierge team! Especially Ms Kathy! She really takes the time to know the residents and she’s always so pleasant and helpful! If you need to know something about our Camden, Ms. Kathy is the way to go!
The community maintenance manager, Jose Mancilla, is fantastic! Hes kind, helpful, & has really made my stay here much easier. He is the best! I cant say enough good things about him
Camden, and especially Gabrielle, made finding an apartment during the pandemic as great of an experience as it could possibly be. Gabrielle showed me apartments via facetime and answered my questions immediately and thoroughly. Grateful I found them!
Recently I had to leave my apartment to attend to a family emergency and while I was gone I had arranged for a table to be delivered by a neighbor who was moving out. At the last minute she let me know she couldn’t move the table. I emailed JonEdgar and asked if there was any way he could help. AND HE DID! He and the maintenance guy personally moved the table from her place to mine. I am so grateful to have such an amazing Camden team. I can’t wait to get back home and start enjoying all the other nice things they do for us (like virtual game nights) 😃
It is a good place to stay. Any maintenance issues are promptly addressed by Pasoun with expert care. Ms. Kathy at the front desk is a pleasure to see on a daily basis. Nick in the leasing office is always ready with a smile. Since it is next to a major road, there is a bit of noise to be expected. If you get a view of the stadium be prepared to see the flashing of the speed lights quite often.Update: When moving out I inadvertently left some dishes in a cabinet and Camden was nice enough to call me and let me know so that I could come by and pick them up. Also, just to be clear I dont have a wife as per suggested in the management response, but I do have a longtime girlfriend.
The warm welcoming that I felt when I walked in Camden South Capitol from Ms. Cathy. Her smile, pleasant manner, and professionalism, it felt like we’ve known each other. It seem like she’s never met a stranger. The building was so clean and it had a wonderful freshness to it as if I were my own home. As my friend took me around I loved the view from the rooftop of the nations capital. I also had the pleasure of meeting Frank whom was knowledgeable about the surroundings of the neighborhood and referred us to a great restaurant. I truly enjoyed my experience. They both are a great asset to your company. It’s always a pleasure to come visit at Camden South Capitol.
Weve loved living in the Camden South Capitol Apartments for 3 years, and the front desk staff (Cathy, Caroline and Frank) are extremely proactive and wonderful to work with, especially as we were all figuring out a new way of working/living in close proximity through COVID. The apartment complex is clean and there is a feeling of familiarity and inclusivity set by the staff!
My partner and I lived here for just under 1 year (Jan 2020 to Dec 2020) and had mixed feelings throughout. Overall, the building and apartments are updated, nice, and modern with excellent views. The concierge and maintenance team are top notch as many people below have indicated. The amenities in this building are pretty average / below average, as theres only 1 club room with a TV and pool table and bar area, as well as the rooftop pool, but thats about it.An issue we faced were thin walls / unaccommodating neighbors. Shortly moving into our apartment, our neighbors began to lodge regular complaints to management. We were informed by management that our neighbors could hear our conversations word for word and if we did not remedy the situation they would get their legal team involved. We never hosted parties or anything (due to COVID) so their noise complaints were about regular day-to-day noise. it was almost impossible to relax and enjoy TV or a movie past 10 PM during quiet hours or unload the dishwasher for fear that our neighbors would continue to complain and we would be evicted. The issue came down to he said - she said about the noise, however no one from management seemed to investigate whether the complaints were legitimate; we were just told to be quiet or potentially face legal consequences. Clearly our old neighbors had absolutely no threshold for noise tolerance in an apartment building and essentially harassed us for normal levels of noise. The irony of it all is that when those neighbors moved out, our new neighbors never once complained to us or management about our noise level. Did management ever think how weird it was that the previous neighbors filed complaint after complaint about noise, however once we never got a complained from the new neighbors who moved in? Clearly they were being ridiculous and management never once seemed to put 2 and 2 together.Another issue that bothered us were related to rooftop renovations. On March 9th, 2020 the rooftop was closed due to renovations and only expected to take 5 weeks. Granted, this was right when COVID hit and became a serious concern within the US, however the rooftop renovations werent fully completed until August of 2020. COVID or not, thats an extremely long time to go without a major amenity of the apartment building. We were able to use the pool during this time, but no grills or outdoor seating on the rooftop patio were available during this time. I understand that COVID can have a major effect of project timelines, however 5 months for little improvement to roof? Not entirely worth it.Overall, we enjoyed living in these apartments, but wed be cautious to move back. If youre stuck with bad neighbors who like to complain, they will certainly make living here very unenjoyable and management did little to nothing to resolve or apologize for the issue. When old neighbors complain about noise incessantly, yet new neighbors say nothing, the issue is clearly with them and not us.
I lived at Camden for two years and never had any issues. The obvious things with the building are great- the views and rooftop especially. I thought noise would be an issue being so close to the nats stadium but it wasn’t.My biggest take on my stay at Camden was on the staff. The Matinence team was so incredibly helpful. Replacing and fixing things usually on the day I put the request in. Jose always went above and beyond to make sure the building was working properly and no issues in my apartment. As well as all of the cleaning staff, and concierge (Frank, Carolyn, Cathy specifically) I’ll miss my apartment and would recommend anyone to stay here.
A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, my favorite is Ms. Cathty .
My boyfriend & I moved in two months ago and we have loved every second of living here! We moved from Italy, which logistically was a pain, but Jon did everything he could to make the move smooth and was always available for questions! Everyone who works in the building is incredibly kind and helpful, and the people who live here are also fantastic. If youre a pet parent, you wont find a better building to live in. We both highly recommend living here if you get the chance!
The best 24hr maintenance you will get in DC! Trust me, I’ve lived in 3 quadrants of DC and in two different cities in Maryland, and it is unbeatable in terms of customer service, quality, care, and trust. There have been some staff in the past that have not been the best, but the company seems to address staff concerns quickly and professionally. I could not ask for more. I don’t live here anymore but I miss the maintenance service!
Aaron is phenomenal! Hes one of the maintenance men at the building and hes always punctual, professional and provides above par customer service.
Jose Mancilla, supervisor of the maintenance team, is great. Responsive, responsible, and does high-quality work.
I absolutely love living at Camden South. The location is perfect for walking, running, or cycling. There’s a ton of restaurants in the area as well sporting entertainment. The property is beautiful. The common areas are always clean and maintained daily. The rooftop pool is cozy and is in view of the Nat’s stadium jumbo-tron. There are regular social events on the property to acclimate the tenants to local businesses and/or activities. The staff is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re more than just a tenant. I know just about everyone’s name and I’m TERRIBLE with names! Everyone is friendly, always smiling and ready to chat with you. I have had no issues with my apartment but if I did I am confident it will be addressed appropriately. I’m very happy here!
Loved living here! Great staff, gorgeous rooftop views, great amenities and floor plans, walk-able to metro. I left the area and I miss it!
I have been in several buildings in DC and the Camden South Capitol has the best concierge, Cathy, who is super kind and helpful every day. Her smile and gracious attitude are always such a pleasure during every interaction we share 😊
We have lived in Camden South Capitol for 2.5 years with our now 17 month old son. Our overall experience with the building has been excellent. We lived on the South facing side with amazing light in our apartment. The maintenance and concierge staff are second to none -- they go above and beyond to help residents. The current management and leasing office staff are exemplary, this is a welcome transition from when we began our lease in the building (there has been complete transition of management and office staff since we moved in). The only reason we are leaving is to move back home to the Midwest -- otherwise we would have gladly continued having Camden South Capital be our home.
I recently accepted a long term assignment at Washington Navy Yard and began looking for an apartment complex. The first time I walked in Camden South Capitol I knew it was the place for me and mind was immediately set. The leasing staff of Diana, Shaun, and Nick are professional, friendly, and compassionate when dealing with clients. They were very flexible with my leasing term start and end dates as these dates changed multiple times. My experience with the entire staff at Camden South Capitol is exceptional and I give Camden South Capital the highest possible rating and would (and have) recommend this any of my friends and family. The amenities here are fantastic. Well Done Camden South Capitol.
Pricing: decent for what it offered. Compared to the area, not too cheap but not too expensive. Fair pricing.Staff: very friendly and understanding. Always had a great experience interacting with the staff and faculty.Apartment: very clean and up to date appliances. Nothing to complain.Building: pool on the roof was amazing, the gym is decent, and the pet area was convenient.Pros: friendly staff, fair pricing, close to stadium and other attractions.Cons: can sometimes get noisy because of the stadium being so close. Parking costs extra. High administrative cost and non refundable pet fee.Highly recommend
Just moved out and Im usually not inclined to leave apartment reviews, but the staff here are great! Especially Jose from maintenance -- hes so friendly and really helped us (above and beyond his required duties) during move-in and move-out. Frank at the front desk is also great: he always had packages ready for pick-up before I even made it through the front door.
Being a Camden South Capitol resident has been a singularly most extraordinary experience. The community possesses everything any newcomer to DC would want. Its proximity to downtown via the Metro is wonderful. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, all within a reasonable walking distance from my front door. It is the staff; Emani, Briana, Frank and Jose that truly made Camden South Capitol the right choice for me without regret. In the short time I have been here I have enjoyed myself immensely and that could not have happened otherwise. Im Iooking forward to exploring DC and using Camden South Capitol as my home base.
I love it here! From the neighbors, community management office, porters, and the AMAZING concierge. Id like to give a special shout to Ms. Cathy, shes the thread in keeping the community together!
I love Camden South Capitol. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are always around to answer questions and ensure that the apartment is clean and safe. I have never had any issues getting anything fixed in my apartment though my apartment seems like its in brand new conditions. I recommend living at Camden South Capitol.
From day one when I first walked into the leasing office without an appointment, to living here for more than a month, I have only had positive experiences with the staff. Theyre the best part about living here. The utilities team, especially Pasoun, is very responsive, the leasing team, especially Trevor, are fantastic as they continue to engage with residents to ensure everything is taken care of, and the front desk staff, especially Cathy, are great with everything administrative. The fact that management has been consistent with this building, unlike many others in Navy Yard, shows that theyre doing something right and residents enjoy living here. My advice to anyone on the fence about moving in, if you see a unit available and in your price range, jump on it because itll get swiped quickly.
Living at Camden South Capitol has been great for the past 3+ years! The maintenance staff, especially Pasoun and Jose, have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Frank at the front desk is a great concierge that always knows whats going on and has packages ready and waiting for me to pick up when I come in the front door. Its a generally quiet building with a lot of young professionals. They host resident events in the club room and offer random perks like champagne on Valentines Day. Overall, living here has been easy and hassle-free.
Being from NYC when I look for a new place to live, I look for convenience. The ability to walk to the Metro and supermarket within 10 mins or less is important for me and my family. Camden South Capitol is conveniently located near the Navy Yard and the Waterfront area for entertainment. Being able to watch the Nationals game from our rooftop is amazing. The staff is wonderful! Very professional and attentive. As a Camden employee, I’ve had the opportunity to live in several Camdens and Camden South Capitol truly provides Living Excellence. I enjoy every aspect of living here.
This is my first home since relocating to the DMV area and I’m absolutely pleased. I’m happy to call this place my home, as it offers everything that I’m accustomed to as a native New Yorker. Great amenities (rooftop grilles & pool), a warm and professional staff in a vibrant, diverse neighborhood. Though I drive, I love the proximity to the Metro. Access to the waterfront and all of its restaurants. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the spectacular views of the Capitol building. Even as a Yankees fan, I’ve enjoyed some Nats game directly across the street. Simply awesome.
Recently had maintenance issues addressed by Jose and Rene. they were so accommodating, professional and did a great job. Wonderful guys. This was two separate request and both were really great.
Camden South Capitol Apts has been by far the BEST apt building we have lived in thus far. That speaks volumes being that we are a military family and this is specifically my husbands 13th apt! We have lived across the nation and have never seen the quality of maintenance and upkeep that Camden provides for its residents! Furthermore, the upkeep in ALL of the common areas are well kept and always smell nice! Just yesterday they redid the wall paper on one of the walls in the lobby, and by lunchtime, it was finished! From painting the halls, to shampooing the carpets, they do an excellent job! The building feels brand new! All of the office staff (Andrea, Trevor, Brandi, and Jasmine) and the 24/hr concierge service specifically with Ms. Cathy and Mr. Frank have made all the difference. We always feel very taken care of, know our packages and deliveries are safe, and they are all extremely professional and friendly! When it is time to move, we will definitely miss Camden South Capitol!
Great building, Great Location. Thank-you Shaun Lambert for your grace and leadership. South Capitol is that much better because you were here. Wishing you only the best in future endeavors.
Best building in DC! The staff here always go above and beyond. They truly are the very best :-)
I moved in less than a month ago and I love it here! If you have pets, there are so many friendly animals and owners here, great and beautiful amenities and a friendly concierge. The building is new so there arent any reports of bugs or other things I have seen reported at other apartments for comparable prices. I am very happy with the decision to move in and would highly recommend it!
Since moving into Camden South Capitol, Ive been impressed by the exceptional level of customer service provided by Nick and the whole Camden team, and I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and pass along the positive feedback. I mention Nick in particular because he was my first point of contact when looking at Camden and is now my last POC as I transition back to Oklahoma to be with my family. Of particular importance is how he would remember my name and my apartment #, and even remembered life events like my father passing (which meant a lot) and my job transition. His patience with my million questions is also quite noteworthy – I cannot emphasize this enough b/c he’d always pause what he was doing and focus on my list of questions, with a smile. Stephanie and Brandi were always very helpful as well, and were friendly and followed-up when I’d ask my million questions 😊.I didn’t have many maintenance issues, but when I did (and I’m sorry for not remembering his name), he was always very prompt and fixed the issue as needed, even leaving his phone # behind should something come up.I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the concierge staff, who also remember my name and apartment # and greet me with a smile, ALWAYS. It’s nice to feel at home when you walk in the door, and they should all be applauded for their commitment and service to the residents. I’m sure I talked to everyone since I can be considered a “needy” resident, but I definitely know I worked with Frank (who I noticed first remembering my apt #), Caroline, and Cathy. I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names. In short, the staff has a way of making the residents feel like family, which is a new, but appreciated, feeling I’ve had living in an apartment community (and I’ve lived in several). So, THANK YOU to the entire Camden South Capitol staff for providing me a friendly, kind, and welcoming home during my last months in DC!!
Great place to live. Friendly management, competitive rent. Rooftop bar is awesome, some of the best views in DC. Apartment is modern, beautiful views, and great location.
Camden has been a great place to live! Our view is incredible, the staff is amazing, and our pups feel right at home. Our jobs have relocated us, but we will definitely miss living at Camden South Capitol.
I have lived in this building for almost two years and can only pile heaps of praise on the building. It is very well maintained, the landscaping is gorgeous, and it is spotless at all times. Should one needs a repair they are there within hours. On top of that the amenities are wonderful. There is a club room that has pool a pool table, TV, etc. I must not forget that the building provides a social hour at least once a month which allows the residents to get to know each other.I would be remiss if I did not mention the gym. It is not like a gym one finds in a hotel but is well equipped given the space that it has. I am there almost everyday. Then, of course, there is the roof top pool with lots of chairs around it. Also on the roof are places to bar be que. On top of that the views are fantastic, the Capitol, the Monuments, the rivers, and the airport.Another great attraction is the fact that the building is right across the street from the Nats Stadium. How cool is that?
Let me begin by admitting I have never lived in an apartment setting like this before. This is my first time living in a big city and in an large apartment building- so I admit to not having much to compare it to. I was very concerned about adapting to this new kind of life. And I must say, the staff here have made me feel so special and cared for, I kinda feel like I’m living in a luxury hotel all the time! Jasmine was accommodating and patient with me as we navigated the leasing process and had our household goods delivery dates change, and she and Trevor continue to keep us posted on events around us and make sure our needs are met. Ms.Cathy helped us get our move-in logistics working and immediately made sure we had everything we needed to settle in, and has continued ever since to be helpful, reliable, and absolutely wonderful. Mr. Frank, and Ms. Caroline as well, has been so very friendly and helpful. They make me feel like I have family here looking out for me all the time. The maintenance crew is spectacular as well. Pasoun, Jose, and Rene are always on top of things - who knew you could just make the request and someone would come change a lightbulb for you or fix whatever needs fixing, right away! I feel like I have my own personal handiman(men), here to help me whenever I need. And they are all so kind and friendly and patient. (They even let me build a snowman on the rooftop at the first snow!) I am finding this new lifestyle to be an all-around joy, thanks to a perfect location (just three blocks to the metro, with a great walkable neighborhood, and excellent restaurants nearby), the excellently cared for facility, and a staff that takes fabulous care of the residents.
I love living here. Nick, Cathy, Frank, Roy and the rest of the amazing staff are always friendly and helpful. They Rock!!
My boyfriend and I moved into Camden South Capitol mid-January and could not love it more. Coming from a poorly managed facility, we have been so pleased with the complex.Upon calling Camden for the first time, and possibly coming across quite desperate, Nick was a world of support and help. He scheduled a time for us to come tour the facility, that day, and carefully listened to our wants, needs, likes and dislikes. After leaving Camden that day, my boyfriend and I both knew Camden would be hard to beat in the housing search. One the way home we stopped by a few other local apartments (to do our due diligence), toured them, looked at one another, and called Nick to set up a time to sign at the dotted line.Upon returning to sign our contract and pick a move in date, Nick gave us his full attention and genuinely took an interest in why we were moving. He stayed well past close time, on a Sunday, and worked through every aspect with us. We were so thankful. The level of service at Camden was unmatched in other facility tours. The extra mile all Camden employee’s put in does not go unnoticed. Whether a good morning, good afternoon, or good night, the front desk staff always is there to assist with a great attitude. The few minor service requests we have had were been taken care of within 24 hours, and to full satisfaction. The maintenance team rocks!Camden does not treat its residents as an additional monthly rent payment, Camden treats everyone like a family member. That is why I recommend Camden South Capital to everyone! Thankful we get to call such a great apartment home! And ok, the view over Nats park isn’t bad either.
This is my second year living at Camden South Capitol and I am very happy I made the decision stay another year. The apartment units are new with stainless stele appliances, ipod sound dock in every unit and beautiful amenities. The whole Camden staff, that is, the management office, team at the concierge desk, housekeeping and the maintenance team are very friendly and always ready to help with any issues that you may have. They are a pet friendly building with a newly built dog park right next to the courtyard. The building is right opposite the Nationals Stadium, 5 minutes away from the Navy Yard metro station and there are restaurants and bars 5 - 7 minutes away which is very convenient. I have been very happy living here so far and would highly recommend Camden South Capitol to anyone looking to move to the area.
I am loving visiting the nation s Capitol as soon as the sun is upon it.
Cathy is the best professional. Always pleasant. Pasoun is myfavorit engineer.
We love living at Camden South Capitol. The entire staff is friendly and professional. We love the building, its wonderful amenities, and living so close to Nats ballpark.
Camden South Capitol Apartments = the best! I moved in last month, and its such a wonderful place to live! From Trevor in the leasing office to Cathy, Frank, Caroline, Helen, and Kevin at the concierges desk to the entire maintenance crew (Jose, Pauson, et al) - everyone is fantastic. I love its proximity to the metro (just three blocks), Navy Yard, the enclosed dog park on the property/in the back of the building, the apartment itself, and the vibe...it truly has a wonderful energy with lots of friendly residents. I am so grateful to have found this apartment!
Had a great time visiting life time friend. Grand roof top pool and right across st from Nationals
I am a five year resident and love my apartment and the staff.
Building is convenient to metro and offers great appliances and amenities. Staff is friendly and building is very pet friendly.
Pasoun helped me by fixing my bathtub faucet. He has always been such a great help with any issues in the apartment!
Great community! Corrected incidents to ensure a smoke-free building.
Such a nice place to live! Everyone in the office and the concierge service are very nice and helpful!
Dont recomment. Wish I could give 0 star. Worst experience ever. Bad customer service. I flew here to find an appartment and this place was a waste of time. Two days in a row dealing with poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Locations is not good either. Might have a good view and next to the Stadium which is the only positive but not in a good neighborhood. Plus during game season, think about the traffic u will have to deal with to go to ur home. Highly recommend to see other Camden Complex better: Camden Roosevelt (Ask for Alejandro) or Camden Noma (Ask for Daniel), they re very professional and will give the extra mile to help you. Good luck!
PROS:We found the price to be pretty great for that area of DC ($2050 rent + $50 pet fee + $99 parking per month). The apartment itself is really well put together. Some things I liked about it: Overall very modern and new appearance, cabinet doors etc. felt solid and high quality, the appliances were all stainless steel and nice, the dishwasher worked really well, liked how the freezer was a bottom drawer instead of a door, the hardwood floors had a clear coating over them to prevent scratches and warping.Navy Yard in general is great. You’re walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants (Bluejacket, Morini, Agua, BonChon etc.), the ballpark, the beautiful yards park that has free concerts where you can bring your own booze, the green line metro, and miles of paved bike paths along the anacostia river. You’re also a mile or so walk from barracks row and eastern market.Management was always very friendly and responsive to your communications. There is also an online community page that helped keep everyone in the loop if there was an issue (e.g. when everyone was receiving out of the ordinary pepco bills). Also, one time someone posted on our community portal that the exterior of the windows were looking kind of dirty. Shortly after, management hired a contractor to come out and clean everyone’s windows. And just in general I felt like management did a good job communicating and keeping the community in the loop if there was an ongoing issue (for example when the dog park was being constructed and there were some delays they let us know exactly why and what was going on).The maintenance staff took care of problems right away when they were submitted through the portal. The amenities such as the gym, rooftop, back patio, elevators (I know it’s weird to say this but the place we live at now has the slowest smelliest elevators ever and the awesome, fast, spacious elevators with integrated TVs this is one thing I really miss about Camden South Capitol) etc. were all top notch. The concierge was always really nice and handled our incoming deliveries perfectly. You get notified via email or text when you have a new package (but I think that’s pretty par for the course at apartment complexes). They never lost any of our packages so that’s good!Very pet friendly. The residents even have a free pet watching group for when you go on vacation. There is secure bike storage in the garage with a bike tuneup station. There is a pretty nice, secure dog park on the building grounds. Also the yards park has another small dog park that is less used.CONS:Living near the stadium is not so great when there is a big event that you’re not going to. Our apartment had floor to ceiling windows that faced the stadium and when there were concerts it felt like they were singing in our apartment. But that was actually a plus when it was a band we liked!South Capitol Street is so loud and busy. You have to cross that road almost anytime you go anywhere in Navy Yard and waiting for the crosswalk signal takes forever. Sitting on our balcony was not enjoyable due to the noise. It’s kind of expensive to rent the community room. Last I checked it was a $700 deposit and $100 per hour after that. The area between South Capitol and waterfront isn’t the best – but I biked through it everyday to get to work and never had any problems. A cop I spoke with said most of the crime is drug related.Sometimes residents do not clean up after their pets and the dog park can get really smelly. The area around the building (until you get to the yards park) is very concrete so you have to cross South Capitol if you want to let your dog go somewhere other than the dog park.Sometimes the gas flow for the grills on the rooftop is out of whack and it’s tough to get the grills lit. I found this to be a very intermittent problem, but still annoying when you haul all your food up to the rooftop to grill and it takes 10 hours to cook a burger.
Terrible staff, terrible rates, and terrible standards.
My mornings are always brightened up by Ms. Cathy! She is willing to help you with whatever you need and always does it with a smile! Best concierge ever!!
