These are good guys, they are honest with their prices. We used them all time to move our cars from the dealership. Always had great service and always on-time. I think some people just get frustrated because they are stuck and take it out on the towing company... smh. Give these guys a call and they will move your car for a fair price, no questions.

I wanted to buy two used seats for a van. They wanted me to give them a 30 dollar good faith deposit, at which point they would remove the seats, and then call me the next day when they are out. Each seat was 75 bucks. I live an hour away so I was not about to do that. I was expecting to to down there with the full amount and get the seats. Its 4 T55 bolts... not hard to remove. I wasnt expecting to make a project out of it

I had to utilize their services for a post-accident tow a few years ago. The bill was reasonable, much lower than I was anticipating. They were very friendly, got me home safely, and helped me get an idea of where I should start with the repairs.

One of the most reliable junk yard around if you are looking for good used auto parts, if they have what you need its a good used part they wont tell you they have it if they dont, they have your parts when they say they will. The staff is friendly and efficient.

How can they charge so much to tow 2 miles

Purchased a steering rack from these guys. Had something wrong with it and had to return it (happens with used parts, no big deal). Part was refunded with no issues. Hard to find salvage yards that will do that for you these days. Will be back again for sure.

What a joke! Sold me an engine with a hole in it and then wanted me to pay them a restocking fee. Not happy. Never again. They lost a lot of business because of this.

My rental car had a flat tire. I called and they sent a driver. The man was very very rude. I was just asking a question and he got a bigger attitude, hopped in his truck and left. Very very disappointed in this company. Also mad cause my female friend tried to apply at this company and they wouldnt hire her cause she is female. She has the licence certifications but its just cause of biology. She is very strong, stronger than most men and very capable. Anyway I pay too much damn money to rent a vehicle to deal with this attitude. I will be calling the car rental company to tell them about the terrible service.

I dont know if you guys are affiliated with triple A or not. Yet, I had one of your technicians help me (who jokingly but seriously told me he was probably one of the oldest guys there). Yet, he was amazing and had one of the biggest/kindest hearts imaginable. He was great and helped me change my tire in no time. I hope you guys consider making him managerial material. He so deserves it.

Very disappointed. I had called my AAA roadside at 3 p.m. Im currently still waiting, and it is now 7 p.m. when I had called the AAA place again, he had said we were set up for a call update, I had also set up.for text updates. I do understand its winter now, and there are other cars to get. But I was told 45 minutes 3 times. And 10 minutes the last. As I said, Im currently still wait. Wish I I could leave 0 stars.

I called my AAA Road Service and they contacted Neuners for me. The first truck arrived in about 15 minutes. He tried to jump my battery but that wasnt the problem. So he sent a flat bed truck to take me home. I just waited another 20 minutes and he pushed me out of the handicap parking spot as I sat in his truck and shortly we were at my house. Very professional, very nice, courteous, and polite!!! I would definitely recommend this company to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!THANK- YOU GUYS!

I am a AAA member. These guys were *supposed* to only take an hour. I called AAA when they didnt show up or give me an updated ETA. AAA called them and told me I should be hearing from these guys shortly. 35 minutes later (if youre keeping track, it has been an hour and a half at this point) I got a call from a man that I can only imagine is one of their dispatchers telling me it would be, a few more minutes. I called AAA again at the 2 1/2 hour mark because I was trying to be understanding that they were busy. The lady that answered my call put me on hold to call them. When she got back she said it would be another 30 minutes (it had been almost 3 hours since my original request by this point). It would have been fine if they had been up front about their workload or deferred me to another AAA tow company because they couldnt handle my call. Instead, I just sat here and wasted 3 hours and STILL dont have my car to a repair facility. Now Im going to have to wait an additional day to have AAA call another tow company because Im not staying up until midnight waiting on a tow truck. People need their vehicles, its rude and unprofessional to tug them around like this.Total waste of time and energy. With all the bad reviews these guys have its a wonder that AAA even bothers with them any more. I know from now on to call and specifically state that they are not to handle my service request under any circumstances. I will be making a formal complaint with AAA in the morning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called AAA because I had a blown out tire and parked st a gas station. Asked for a tow truck to take me to a Belle Tire about 2 miles away. I get an estimated time of about 2 hours. 2 hours and 15 minutes goes by and nothing. I call AAA back to see what’s going on, they call this place, and they say “the driver had to change trucks. It will be another 45 minutes. Nobody called me to tell me this. I also told that the driver will call me directly when he’s 15 minutes away. 45 minutes goes by and still nothing. I call AAA again and they call this place once more. I’m told it will be another half hour but someone from Neuner’s will call me within 10 minutes. Guess what? 15 minutes goes by and nothing. I call AAA for the last time, they again call Neuner’s, and this time is told there are three people in front of me. I started this at 5:30 PM. It was then around 9. I cancelled the tow and got a ride home from my roommate. As of now my car is still sitting in a gas station lot and I’ll have to try again tomorrow. Definitely going to tell the AAA agent to use a different service.

I would rate this 0 stars if it was possible, or even negative. My car was fully functional, minus the fender partially down on the tire and the door not closing. By the time it arrived to my house (half an hour after they told triple A that they arrived to the house), the gear would no longer go anywhere but drive. Kevin, the guy who towed the vehicle, almost dropped my car upside down on its top and scuffed up the entire front end of the vehicle, then almost dropped my car completely off the tow bed. He was rude, refused to move the car when we told them that wasn’t where it needed to be parked. Left without so much as blinking an eye and did absolutely nothing but mess my car up to a point that we now can’t move it and the gear shift (while it moves, will not shift gears).Not only did they ruin my car further, but the manager (Dave), completely disregarded the fact and spoke to us as if we were two and dumb because we are women and obviously they are under the impression that they can do no wrong. Chris, the one who answers the phone for towing, is incredibly rude and almost pushed my mother when we were at the impound lot the first time. He called my mother names on the phone before hanging up on her when we confronted them about lying to AAA.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Now I have a vehicle that won’t even run because of something this shady business did to my gear shift and a tire ready to fall off its axle because he kept trying to shake my car off, all of which is recorded. If you have the choice to have your car taken literally ANYWHERE else, I’d highly recommend it.

My van keys battery died while on a trip visiting family, effectively keeping me from starting the vehicle. After having to figure out how to get the van loaded on the truck, thanks to where I was parked and not being able to put it in neutral, Joe D. helped call some other dealerships to help me solve the key issue and get me on my way. Joe D. was super helpful and saved our family trip from a major headache. I couldnt thank him enough for his professionalism and hospitality!

I have AAA and they sent me Nuners Towing. Now I dont know about how the rest of the drivers are but Carl S. was my tow guy and he was super amazing! He was very patient and had great conversation as well. If your able to choose a driver when the dispatcher calls just ask for Carl, hes great!

Amazing place! I got a flat tire right outside of their establishment. While it wasnt able to be fixed and they didnt have a spare to fit my vehicle, they didnt stop from attempting to help me and checking up on me to make sure that I was ok. Cant recommend this place enough. Excellent customer service.

On January 30 I called AAA for a tow to the dealership service department. After the quoted time passed, I called again and they said the driver is going to get gas and will be there in 30 minutes. Overall the truck came 3 and a half hours after I called them. It was a very snowy day so I kind of get it. The driver, Joe, was very, very friendly and careful with the car. He made our day and the only reason for the 5 stars, otherwise it would have been 2 stars.

AAA uses this company. If you have AAA and this is who they call. Forget it!!!!! Call anyone else and get reimbursed. I waited 4 hours for them on the side of the road. No explanations they just kept moving the time back. NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!! You will die in your car on the side of the road before they come to tour aid.

Neuners has been my go-t for towing for my truck for 2+ years now and they have been professional, flexible, and kind.

Called AAA for tow at 9:01pm. I let them know I was in the hospital, but my son was driving my car and stranded, they gave me an estimate of 10:15pm. Well at 10:15....no tow. I called AAA back and they did “oh they had to push the time back to 11:20.” 11:20, no tow I called them back and they said “oh, we will be out there by 12:25-12:30. 12:30..... no tow. Called again this time they said 1:00 am! Asked to speak with supervisor, I informed my son is out there waiting, his cell phone has died & to get someone out there and DO NOT push it back!!!They got there at exactly 1:00am Neuners did not have the decency to call me or my son ( before the phone died!)to inform of delays.

In the past they have been great. This current visit has been a nightmare at best. Stepped in on Saturday to purchase fuel injectors. Floyd had me pay in full and told me they wouldnt be ready until Monday. Fast forward to Monday (today). It is 3:15, they close at 6 and I have called 3 times this afternoon because they havent called, nor have they pulled the parts apparently until they find what rock Floyd crawled under. I am pissed to say the least. This has been completely mismanaged on their part and they dont seem to care because they have my money locked up for the parts. Dont trust this place if they say theyll have something by a date/time. Seems to me that it will most likely be a lie.

The staff that are taking the calls, need to learn to listen more. I told her my location, and she still gave the information to the tower wrong! Which cost me more money in the end, because I had to pay for her mistake because he went 5 miles over. It’s not about the money it’s the principle! Learn to listen will not be using them again.

Called triple AAA needed service, Neuners they called saying 15 minutes waited 15 minutes by my car but no one showed up called them back after 20 minutes asked where they were and supposedly the driver left when he never came by. Also complaining to better business bureau.

My fathers car was totaled and they towed it. The young man at the counter said we could sign the title over and they would just keep the car. Now my father is in hospice and they sent a $1000 bill and kept the car. Then the person I explained that my father is dying and they still kept his car. His response wasnt that hes sorry for my loss, or sorry to hear about my father. But he doesnt care to set up a payment plan and we still do not get the car back. This is what this business is like, steal from a customer, and send them a bill. Real nice. I hope one day when this man is in the most horrible situation in his life someone treats him and his family the way he treats a poor dying mans family

I have AAA. They called Neuners to assist me with getting my car flat bedded to my home. After, repeatedly, being delayed for 7 hours, they tell me, they cant tow my car, unless I accompany it. They didnt tell me that before hand. I had someone there with valid ID, so they would be able to pick up my car, but that person shouldnt have been able to accompany my car to my house. I couldnt stay with my car for the 7 hours. I dont know what the problem is. Eighter your a tow company, or your not. A tow is a tow. They would have been paid through AAA.

Every time AAA call them for any type of service its always an hour wait at first, but you wound up really waiting 2 hours on a tow truck. They always call back with some excuse not to get there with then the hour you was quoted at first. I dont know why AAA still uses them for their service. I will be canceling my service with AAA if they Cant find me another tow service other than Neuners.

This company is complete garbage. They gave me a three hour wait time estimate. I called at 1pm and was told they would be there by 4:15pm. I was then told they would call when they were on their way so I could come to my car and meet them. At 3:48 they called to tell me they were on their way and would be there in 10-15 minutes. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. I arrived fifteen minutes later and they had left. They told me they wouldnt wait for me and had left five minutes ago despite me clearly conveying my time frame. I asked if they could send the truck back and they replied that they had already been paid, closed the account, and wouldnt come back. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone laughed and hung up on me.

The driver was super nice. The dispatcher Joe however was super super rude. I havent faced any rude customer service like that. Call other towing company if you have the option. If you are using triple A, request for other towing company.

Asked them for a tow and they estimated 1:15 hours till arrival. 3 hours later I had to cancel. Next day k called an dthe driver arrived on time, his name was james. The tow was from 10 mile to 13 mile. The driver tried to tell me its 7 miles away and that Id have to pay for every mile over 5. What a fool, couldnt even do basic math.

TERRIBLE!!! I went to this place to purchase a Transmission. After paying over $400 for the transmission, I was told to wait in my truck so they could load it for me. They DROPPED the transmission and busted it......YES they gave me my money back but its the only transmission available and technically they broke my product and i drove 45min to make it there. need new employees who can handle the job and organize the business .

Neuners in Warren will gouge you BADLY if your car breaks down and the police have it towed. They towed mine literally ACROSS THE STREET to their 11 and Mound location (Broke down on opposite corner by the Tank Plant) and charged me $235. $145 is what the state says we can charge for a police tow, $50 administrative fee, and plus storage If you break down in the city of Warren, PUSH THE VEHICLE YOURSELF to a safe place, dont give these people the chance to hold your property hostage till you cough up their inflated prices.

Had a gentleman named Freeman tow my lowered truck. Loaded it up very fast, and was careful doing so. Very safe driver, and a super clean truck cab.

This company is completely shady. They will come out to tow your car, BREAK your door and then refuse to even dialogue with you on how they plan on resolving things. My husband and I called for a tow through AAA, due to some engine issues with his jeep, and Ryan was the one who completed the job. Upon getting a call from our mechanic, they informed us the door was completely broken and they had observed Ryan whaling on the door, to get it to open. The door ultimately would now need to be replaced as the locking mechanism had been completely broken. The door does not shut, the battery stays on, and the car dies. We filed a damage claim with AAA, and they informed us Neuners should call within 24 hours. They never called... and still have never called (almost a month later) to address this issue, despite multiple messages left for manager/owner Matt. This company will damage your car, and refuse to even discuss it with you. Stay away and beware.

The drivers are nice and professional. I cant say the same for the management and office staff. Ive used these guys twice and both times they were rude and unpleasant. During the floods in Warren the owners son gave me a 1.5 hr wait time to tow my car. After 2.5 hrs I called to ask when they will arrive and he stated do you know whats going on out there? We got cars lined up everywhere. I told him I understood but let me know that it wasnt going to be 1.5 hrs. Then I got yeah..whatever, and he hung up the phone. Pretentious J-E-R-K! This is the second time Ive ever left a review, the other time was on another site giving these guys the same bad review.

I wish I could give a zero. We waited over an hour and a half for a tow truck to come, then the dollar amt changed when the truck arrived on site. Upon arrival the driver name Jim was very rude and extremely disrespectful, when he approached the vechile he stated that the disbatcher provided the wrong amount for the tow and that the feds have raised it fuel charges, he stated he would not know how much the charge is until we get to our destination ( 3 miles away). I asked Jim if he could give me around about figures and he said he wouldn’t be able to do that...hmm sounds pretty strange if you ask me. So now I’m in a vulnerable situation and must choose to have this tow completed at a surprise amount. You gotta be kidding me? With waiting almost two hours, just to find that the price is a mystery; this was very hard to bare..Jim the driver used profanity and foul language and stated I was asking too many questions. I can’t believe how one would not have additional questions, since the info provided by the company was no longer valid. At that point I was completely surprised with how Jim was treating me so I called the company back to inquire why there was a $85 difference in what I was originally told and the call rep said she’s not sure and would discuss that with the driver later. To be honest since I was paying cash I feel this driver was attempting to over charge me and pocket the rest of the money. While I was on the phone with the company the driver quickly walked away and took off!!!! Very strange behavior.. Please be careful with who you do business with.

Really great guys to work with at Neuners. Extremely accommodating and very flexible. Removed junked car from my property with no issues at all. Tow truck driver was skilled and did not make as much as a mark on my driveway. He was also just as friendly as the people I talked to on the phone. I would recommend Neuners over their competitors.

I had an appointment to have them come and replace my battery first thing in the morning, so I called them to double check if they were still on schedule. I ended up getting into a verbal altercation with someone who turned out to be the owner of the company. For the record, the battery guy was pretty nice when I talked with him to set up the appointment, but the owner was a complete dick. I was able to jump start my car and get it to a dealership near by without their help.

First before speak on a horrible experience I want to first point out any time I have ever dealt with the drivers they have been awesome. Great guys with a very can -do and quick to help attitude. There have been a few times they have gone out of their way to look out for people myself included. However their call center coordinator was a complete jackass. Not only was I called a liar because I was 5 minutes behind on the timing he then tried to berate me with insults in which I spoke my peace and hung up on him. It’s a shame that Who ever is manning the phones is a utter imbecile. I will never under any circumstance contact this company for anything. I have free tows through AAA and will pay out of pocket to not deal with such horribleCustomer service.

I had an experience with Neuners almost a year ago that was amongst one of the most horrible customer service experiences that Ive had thus far in my life, however, this time around I caught a flat tire....called AAA...Neuners was there a hour prior to the ETA given by AAA... They were extremely fast and efficent... I recieved a phone call about a day or 2 later asking about my experience which i thought was wonderful because no one seemed to care during my last encounter with them. I am hopeful that if i have to deal with this company again that i will have a good experience just like this time around. Great jpb guys

I am so frustrated with this company! I called for a tow 2 miles from my house (in Warren) and was told it would 55 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and was told the driver was changing a flat on 10 mile and he would be there in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called again was told they were short 4 drivers and had just received 4 police impound calls. The soonest a driver would get to me would 30 minutes, if there was a miracle. I cancelled my tow with Neunners and called Warren towing. Jay, from Warren towing was there in 10 minutes and had me and my car home in no time! I will never call Neunners again for towing! If they would have told me that every other call they received would be taken before me, I would have called another company much earlier. 3 hours to wait for a tow when the company is located less than 2 miles from where I was is ridiculous!

If you have a car that needs flatbed tow ask for Dave truck 89. That man know how to handle his flatbed. Very careful with the car to avoid further damage.

Purchased a seat belt that looked very sad. I asked if it didnt work that i could return it. They said yes but when i went to return or even exchange the defective part they said no it is considered an electronic part. I have been in the auto recycling business for 30 years and this company is the worst I have ever done business with. Purchased a real nice one from American & Import and had no issues.

I called AAA to get a tow due to my ball joint breaking off they told me they would arrive no later than 12( i called at 10:30am) Thw driver (Jim) arrived at 12:23 sat across from where i was after my boyfriend got his attention he drove off then came back never spoke with us about anything just started hooking my car up then he stated AAA told me it was one passanger and he didnt want to take 2 passangers ( we were literally going AROUND THE CORNER) after upsetting my boyfriend he stated he didnt have to explain nothing to us and he didnt wanna driove both of us. After he got over the fact that it was two of us we got in the truck he almost his 4 other vehilces becaus he pulled into oncoming traffic then he stated where you going as of he didnt have the address.He was overall RUDE for no reason. I wish that I can give 0 stars for the service I received it was unbelievably horrible. I have a AAA membership and contacted AAA when my car hit a pothole and gave me 2 flat tires. I was advised there was a 3 hour window when I called at 8:49 pm. I call AAA 2 hours later to get an ETA they adv me that they were reaching out. By this time it 1:49 am and I contact them again after waiting for 50 minutes AAA advised me they would be there at 3:05 a.m. I waited until 3:20 am and decoded to call AAA again. The rep told me they rotated they tried to call me and I didnt pick up. I advised the rep that I have 2 cell phones and neither rang. I had been waiting by my phone for almost 7 hours. I asked for Neuners direct number and contacted them in which the dispatcher was extremely rude. He claims my line was giving a busy signal. Come on now ppl...hes calling a cell phone not a house phone, it would have went to voicemail of he couldnt get through. He was literally the devil it seemed like. He wasnt apologetic. After I told him he hadnt tried to call me he got so defensive and said so right now youre calling me a liar. Mind you, I had AAA ON my other cell phone with them listening to dispatcher on speaker. It was the worst experience ever. 7 hours waiting in the cold and rain. I strongly recommend that AAA no longer use this company. I will not bs renewing my AAA membership next year for sure.

This place cant be a real tow truck provider..they changed eta tow time three times and after waiting over two hours they still never showed..Need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau..Nueners is the rite name for this company, a bunch of Lying Nueners..

If i could give zero stars i would this is by far the worst company to ever exisit the customer service is a complete joke my car had a flat tire and we waited for 2.5 hours the driver claimed he came to our location to pick up the vehicle abd never showed up after calling the company to file a formal complaint i delt with a guy named Chris who was by far one of the worst employees to ever recieve a pay check he wouldnt not let me speak to management or even bother helping me with the issue on top of that we have a surveillance camera right above our vehicle to prove the driver was never here this on top of the fact that they used our AAA service and revived payment fpr a service they never rendered. Seriously the worst company to ever exist i have never seen worse service than the one this company provides

Im not even mad at the driver, he just takes calls as he gets them, but the special kind of cretin they have working dispatch is another story. Seriously, if its going to take 3+ hours, just say so. Instead theyll just tell you within a half hour ad infinitum. 4 hours. FOUR HOURS when they assure you it will be no more than 2. This is a horribly run company and if you have any even slight inclination towards using them for tow service, DONT. You could potentially push your vehicle to wherever it needs to go quicker than theyll show up to get it done. Zero integrity, zero honesty, just zero respect for ( i would say fellow) humans (but the bugman doing dispatch likely doesnt genetically qualify as such)

Would NOT recommend them to my worse enemy... For starters, I have AAA Plus Package. I called AAA for a tow and they go through Neuners Towing. We were told our tow would be there by no later than 8:05pm... Well, 8:20pm rolls around, still no tow truck. We call at 8:25 and they say it will be another hour because something else came up and they went on another call... Okay. So now Im pissed and calling around for cash tow prices. I didnt realize 1 of the places I called for a cash price was Neuners... They immediately called asking if we were the ones who called for a cash price- I explained to them how unprofessional it was for them to push us back an hour more than they originally told us itd take and that we were calling other companies since AAA only used Neuners in Warren... The guy says Be there in 20 mins... Got there in almost 30... Once there, he broke a piece of one of the chains as he put the car on the truck. Do you know he STILL towed the car on a 40 mile tow?!? While they were loading the car on the truck, the taller white man (Im gonna post pics if I can cuz I didnt catch his name) was stating my friend and I down in a manner that made both of us extremely uncomfortable. Also, they made us drive 40 miles to get the tow so we could follow behind the tow truck... Doesnt that defeat the whole purpose of a tow truck? Not to mention, they showed up in a 2 person truck, with 2 people in it... So if I did need to ride home, how would that have happened?! Worse company around... Steer clear of these people
