I highly recommend this towing company. I had a vehicle that wouldn’t start and a husband home with serious medical concerns, so not an option to be without transportation. I work for an insurance agent and one of our customers needed a tow. This company was hands down the most pleasant tow company ive worked with in a professional setting in a long time. The driver kept the customer informed on departure time, called him upon arrival, confirmed drop off and everything. The customer left the keys with me and the driver didnt seem the least bit annoyed that he had to go about 500ft out of his way to get they key. I really wish this company could handle all of our Roadside claims.

We were vacationing from Florida and enjoying a drive through the Allegheny National Forest. We drove into Jakes Rocks park over a road full of deep potholes. When we got to the overlook, we realized we had a completely flat tire from hitting one of those potholes and no spare tire! Who would come and rescue us in the middle of nowhere with a flat bed truck? Glad we had a cell phone. We found PennMark Towing. It was late afternoon and both their flatbed trucks were out of town but they came as soon as they could. Shawn the driver was very helpful and drove the car to a tire center and us to our hotel. He knew we had been stuck in the National forest for hours and brought us cold water. He was very professional, knowledgeable about our car and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them.

Amazing!!! I got stuck in Erie in windy snow and 20° at 9pm as my breaks locked up and they were dispatched from Progressive, 12.. 12 other companies said No because of the distance from Erie to Warren. But Merle from Pennmark called me and said they will be there on time he sent Andrew. Andrew was great! Got my car moved and brought home even had it pulled into the garage on an icy drive. Fantastic!! Truly!!

After 3 hours of being stuck on the side of road, one tow company completely giving us the run around, another charging an arm & a leg plus the wait time was hours. We were able to contact Merle at Pennmark Services. He let me know his driver had been super busy & on his way home. That he would give him a call & see. His driver, Shawn was very polite & quick to get to us. You could tell he was tired when he got there. Yet still went out of his way to take our call. Very nice guy, fair prices & my car got to where it needed to. Will recommend Pennmark Services & will continue to do business with them!! Thanks guys!

The tow truck driver, Doug, was amazing! He was professional, courteous and very concerned for the safety of my daughter and me when we broke down on I-86. He personally called his supervisor to check to see what our insurance company would cover and provided me with options to meet our needs as we were traveling to visit family in Erie. Thank you for making a scary experience more pleasant.

Merl was very friendly.. the driver as well will recommend to anyone that ever needs a tow...wr hit a deer and the first thing he asked if we were ok and safe .. made me feel so much better.. THANK YOU Pennmark

Penn Mark sent a driver out to help me with my flat tire at 7:30 a.m. in 4 degree weather. The driver was kind and helpful, even nice to my 3 dogs that were stranded with me! Got me going again, service with a smile, great!

The owner of this business was very nice!When I broke down at 2:30 or 3am in 26°F weather. he got out of his nice warm bed and towed my car and my wife and I 60miles back home and made conversation instead of just being quiet. That made a very enjoyable tow all things considered. Thanks Penn mark!!!

I got a flat tire on my way to Salamanca. I called roadside assistance (Agero) and they sent pennmark out. I called at 945ish they never showed up until 11:30pm. They did get my car home but they bent both my front inner and outer Tierods. They called me several times and tried to deny it. I filed a claim and didnt get all of the $400+ damage that they cost, but atleast I got $338 back from the claim. NEVER AGAIN!

The owner of the company came out 50 miles just to tow my car. Super nice and definitely the life saver of my day.

So rude. AAA dispatched them to me a few years ago and the driver was so disrespectful because my mechanic was in Youngsville, and from Warren that was just too far. Now Im sitting in my moms car with her, which weve been in for about an hour. Penn Mark personally called my mom and told her he couldnt come until a couple hours after dark and to leave the key in the gas tank lid. Excuse me? No. So we called AAA Back, to find out Penn Mark told them they were en route and within the hour. Sketchy, wouldnt be such a problem if they were honest with AAA, and told them they were stranding us... when our premier AAA account guarantees first towing, within the hour. Thank you to the new tow truck driver from Corry, who actually apologized for you being so unprofessional.
